ABSTRAKKelompok Usaha Kopi Luwak Manglayang (KLM) berusaha mengembangkan agrowisata kopi  luwak dengan menerapkan  kaidah kesejahteraan hewan di kawasan kaki Gunung Manglayang, namun saat ini belum dikembangkan secara optimal. Penelitian dilakukan pada kelompok usaha KLM, di kaki Gunung Manglayang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik penelitian studi kasus. Rancangan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, analisis matriks IFE, analisis matriks EFE, dan analisis SWOT. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa kegiatan agrowisata kopi luwak yang telah dilakukan oleh KLM mulai dari edukasi mengenai proses produksi kopi luwak dengan menerapkan kaidah kesejahteraan satwa hingga wisata kuliner. Strategi yang telah dilakukan oleh KLM dalam pengembangan agrowisata kopi luwak adalah membuat rencana dalam perbaikan fasilitas di lokasi KLM, meningkatkan cita rasa kopi yang dihasilkan oleh KLM, dan melakukan promosi agrowisata KLM melalui media sosial. Strategi yang paling tepat dan diutamakan dalam pengembangan agrowisata KLM yaitu strategi agresif dengan meningkatkan berbagai daya tarik agrowisata KLM serta memperluas pemasaran agrowisata KLM.Kata kunci: agrowisata, strategi pengembangan, analisis SWOTABSTRACTKelompok Usaha Kopi Luwak Manglayang (KLM) trying to develop civet coffee agrotourism by applying animal welfare rules in the Manglayang Mountain, but currently it has not been optimally developed. The study was conducted at Kelompok Usaha Kopi Luwak Manglayang (KLM), at Manglayang Mountain. The research design used is qualitative with case study research techniques. The data analysis design used qualitative descriptive analysis, IFE matrix analysis, EFE matrix analysis, and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the civet coffee agrotourism activities conducted by KLM started from education about the production process of civet coffee by applying animal welfare principles to culinary tourism. Strategies that have been made by KLM in the development of agro civet coffee is making plans in facility improvements at the site of KLM, enhance the flavor of the coffee produced by KLM and KLM agrotourism promotion through social media. The most appropriate strategy and priority in the development of agro-KLM is an aggressive strategy to increase the variety of agro-tourism appeal and expand marketing agro KLM KLM.Keywords : agrotourism, development strategy, SWOT analysis

Many salt farmers who are not eager to produce salt even many farmers are switching professions. This is due to the low price of local salt and the quality is even lower the quality of imported salt is even better so that it can reduce the bargaining power of local salt and consequently the salt farmers lose. This study aims to analyze the economic activities of salt farmers in Pamekasan Regency in order to evaluate the optimization of salt farmers' activities through internal and external factors, so that a development strategy can be designed to optimize the activity of salt farmers in order to support the welfare of salt farmers in Pamekasan. Using qualitative descriptive analysis, IFE and EFE matrix analysis and qualitative SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the level of optimization of the internal and external environmental analysis of economic activity and welfare of salt farmers in Pamekasan district is in quadrant I, which is aggressive, of course, all forms of activities will be optimal and welfare is achieved. The strategies that can be used as policies to increase the optimization of salt farmer activities in Pamekasan Regency are as follows 1) Expanding Salt market share, 2) Increasing productivity, the amount of quality salt production and the interest of Salt Farmers 3) Creating farmer groups 4). Increasing Competitiveness Potential 5). Cooperation with all parties.

ABSTRAK Rumah sakit adalah institusi penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro sebagai salah satu Rumah Sakit milik pemerintah kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sebagai pusat rujukandari beberapa rumah sakit di daerah Bojonegoro dan sekitarnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan suatu pen dekatan dengan analisis SWOT yang merupakan langkah awal dari suatu perencanaan strategi pengembangan yang dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, tujuan organisasi sampai pada menimbang kekuatan dan kelemahan sendiri serta peluang dan ancaman dari luar dan juga melakukan beberapa langkah penting yang menunjang pemasaran atau pengembangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah pasien rawatinap dan pasien rawat jalan sebanyak 200 orang responden Sampel merupakan sebagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan sampling pertimbangan (Judgement Sampling) Dari hasil pendekatan dengan analisis SWOT perlunya pelaksanaan atau realisasi dari struktur organisasi yang menempatkan farmasis dalam farmasi klinik, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia, serta perlunya penambahan fasilitas berhubungan dengan IPTEK untuk kegiatan pelayanan farmasi baik secara manajerial maupun ke arah farmasi klinik. Kata Kunci : Farmasi, Analisis SWOT ABSTRACT The hospital is an institution health care providers, Regional General Hospital Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro as one of the government-owned hospital Bojonegoro. As the center rujukandari several hospitals in Bojonegoro and the surrounding area. In this study using the approach with a pen SWOT analysis is the first step of a development strategy planning which starts with the identification of the problem, the purpose of the organization came to weigh their own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats from the outside and also did some important steps to support the marketing or development. This research is a case study using qualitative descriptive study design and population in this study population was rawatinap patients and outpatients as many as 200 people respondent sample is partially or representative of the population studied. In this study, using sampling considerations (Judgement Sampling) From the SWOT analysis approach with the need for the implementation or realization of the organizational structure that puts pharmacists in clinical pharmacy, improving the quality and quantity of human resources, as well as the need for additional facilities related to science and technology for good pharmaceutical service activities managerially and in the direction of clinical pharmacy. Sea transportation is a major factor connecting the islands of Indonesia which has strategic and important value in supporting the sustainability of the national economy. Along with the government's policy on the sea highway program and the development of the domestic shipping industry, the growth of the commercial fleet, especially vessels, is currently experiencing rapid progress. In supporting the government program and the demand for reparation and procurement of new ships in domestic production, readiness is required from the shipyard. However, the current condition of the shipyard is only able to meet 83% of the demand for new shipbuilding so that the shipyard still needs to be developed in order to improve its capabilities, so that it can meet the needs and be able to carry out its functions in accordance with the progress of shipping technology. In this study discusses the strategy of developing shipbuilding using qualitative descriptive methods and quantitative SWOT analysis. In this case study shipyard development strategy by increasing the ability of shipyards to meet the demands of ship building by increasing supporting facilities and accompanied by increasing the ability of human resources in the mastery of science and technology. This study aims to find the strategy of developing MSMEs based on potential and opportunities in the period of covid-19. The research object is the MSME unit in Bandar Lampung City, especially MSME banana chips. This study used qualitative descriptive analysis with SWOT analysis. Based on the results it is known that the position of MSMEs is in quadrant I. The strategy of developing MSMEs is to increase the potential and take advantage of opportunities. One of the strategies is the utilization of information technology and social media in the development of MSMEs of the region's flagship banana chip products. The results of this research are expected to be useful as consideration for MSMEs to develop their businesses even during the COVID 19 pandemic. Likewise, for the government to actively socialize the use of digital media for MSMEs so that MSME development will increase. The limitation of this research is that it has not quantitatively calculated the role of social media and information technology in MSME development. This could be an opportunity for further research

This research aims to increase ballroom sales at New Kuta Hotel, to find out marketing strategies that should be used by the sales & marketing departments to increase ballroom sales and to find out which strategies are most effective in marketing strategies by sales & marketing department. The analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive analysis, quantitative descriptive analysis, Internal Factor Analysis Summary Matrix (IFAS), External Factor Analysis Summary Matrix (EFAS), Internal–External Matrix (IE), SWOT Analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Based on the results of IFAS matrix analysis, the main strength is the ballroom sales can help increase hotel revenue, while the main weakness is the incentives imposed by the sales & marketing departments are less appropriate. Based on the EFAS matrix analysis, it was discovered that the main opportunity was the ability of sales & marketing to bring in customers while the main threat faced was the budget considered by the customer. The IE Matrix study results put the company in the Growth Strategic (Cell II) position. SWOT analysis produced eight alternative strategies of marketing strategies from the eight strategies and obtained three marketing strategies that were prioritized and calculated through QSPM Matrix with a total TAS of 181.29.

To support the improvement of dental health in the community it is necessary to overcome them. The efforts of PT Fondaco on the fact encourage the founder to become one of the suppliers who support a variety of dental experts in the treatment by providing various medical purposes.The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of external environment, and internal to competitiveness and analyze the competitive strategy of PT Fondaco Jayatama to improve competitiveness. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method by doing SWOT analysis (EFE and IFE matrix), IE matrix in matching stage, and QSPM analysis in desicion stage. The results of the EFE and IFE matrix analysis showed that Fondaco Jayatama can used all the opportunities and can overcomed threats from the rivalry. PT Fondaco Jayatama also has a good internal and can not be down by the external environment. PT Fondaco Jayatama was a strong competitors. The conclusion of this research is product development strategy is the best strategy to be apply in the organization.

The development of larva production of Patin catfish has great potential to meet market demand. CV Mika Distrindo is the one of company that need a development strategy to increase production to meet demand of Patin catfish larva. The aims of this study were: (1) to obtain information on the production process of breeding; (2) to know the feasibility of breeding; and (3) to carry out the strategy of seeding to obtain maximum profit. Method of analysis was done with (1) a descriptive analysis of the production process for a portrait Patin catfish hatchery; (2) Analysis of the feasibility using NPV, IRR, Net B/C Ratio, Gross B/C Ratio, PBP, and BEP; (3) Analysis of internal and external matrix are using IFE and EFE matrix, and in combination in a matrix of IE; 4) SWOT matrix analysis to formulate strategic alternatives; and 5) Analysis QSPM for alternative decision priorities. The study results shows that CV Mika Distrindo is feasible because the business get the financial benefit. Indications in terms of financial feasibility are known from Rp516.660.510 of NPV; 21.42% of IRR; 5.57 of Gross B/C Ratio; 4.05 of Nett B/C Ratio; 10 months and 5 days of PBP and 2.698.006 of larva production or Rp539.601.139,60 of the value of sales. IFE score is 2.511 and EFE score is 2.565 (medium position). The Company core strategy is Growth/Stability Strategy. The SWOT analysis obtains formulation of strategies including the use of advances in technology, expansion of marketing network, strengthening capital, increasing sales volume, doing partnerships, taking advantage of investors, increase customer loyalty, maintain larva quality, improved system management and collaboration with stakeholders.Key words: Patin catfish hatchery, feasibility analysis and business development strategy

This research aims to analyze the internal and external environment, formulate development strategies, and determine the priority strategies of KUD Mina Teluk Semangka. This research uses a case study method. Respondents involved 13 people consisting of administrators and members of cooperatives, experts and regulators. Data analysis methods used are qualitative descriptive analysis, SWOT analysis, and QSPM. The results indicated that internally, cooperatives have the main strength on its business units that are complement each other and suitable to the needs of members, while the main weakness is on the absence of processing.to add value of the products Externally, cooperatives face great opportunities on high level of demand on fish and face the main threat on lack of public awareness in working together. The priority strategies that can be used in developing cooperatives are as the following: utilizing and enhancing the ability of members to diversify their products using fishery product processing technology, collaborating with the government and other parties in creating tourism-based business unit, utilizing trained human resources to overcome limitations in keeping up with technological developments, and increasing awareness of the community in cooperation and members in paying mandatory savings.Key words: cooperative, fisheries, SWOT analysis, QSPM

The first purpose of the research were to identify and analyze potential of agrotourism Bukit Flora and potential area to support development agrotourism Bukit Flora. The second purpose is to identify and analize internal and external environment agrotourism Bukit Flora the factors into strengths, weaknesses, oppurtunities and threats for development  agrotourism of Bukit Flora and the last purpose in this research is formulate appropriate strategies for development strategy of agrotourism Bukit Flora.Data analysis method use descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the potential of agrotourism Bukit Flora and identify the main factors to give weight to the factors that we have setconsisting of strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats by comparing the rows and columns of each variable on internal factors (IFE) and external (EFE). While the use of qualitative analysis in the form of a SWOT analysis and SWOT matrix IE matrix is used to analyze the development of agrotourism strategy using analysisQSPM.IFE total weighted scores of 2.56 and 2.30 for EFE. Placing agro Bukit Flora is in cell V. Based on the results of the SWOT matrix analysis, it can be obtained by four alternative strategies that can be taken in the development of agro Bukit Flora. Based on the results QSPM matrix, the value of the attraction was highest at 3 strategy with the total amount of the appeal (TAS) was 6.26.

Technological developments currently occur in several fields such as technological developments in the field of presentation. The latest presentation technology today is by using interactive flat panel where with this technology can provide a very good experience to its users. The purpose of the research is to obtain a description of marketing strategic steps that should be done by PT Datascrip in an effort to increase sales from Benq interactive flat panel and assess the extent to which the effectiveness of marketing strategies applied. The method used in this research is by qualitative descriptive method and by doing SWOT analysis (EFE and IFE matrix). The results of the EFE and IFE matrix analysis show that BenQ interactive flat panel products in overcoming threats are above average or show that BenQ interactive flat panel products have the ability to reach existing opportunities and internal management of PT Datascrip has strong enough capital to compete with competitors. The conclusion of this research is marketing strategy that can be done that is market development strategy, market penetration, and product development.
