This study aims to determine the development of the Napangga Lake tourist attraction in Kepenghuluan Tanjung Medan, Rokan Hilir Regency, which greatly contributes to village-owned enterprises in empowering the community’s economy. Lake Napangga is a new destination located in the Rokan Hilir area and has very promising tourism potential, so it must be managed professionally and have an economic impact on the local community. Therefore, village-owned enterprises must be able to become a spirit in developing this lake tourism object in order to empower the economy of the village community. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data collection is done by observation and interviews. After the data and information are obtained, it will be analyzed in depth with data triangulation validity test. The results of this study found that the development of the Lake Napangga tourist attraction has not run optimally by the Bumdes in empowering the community’s economy. This is due to the inconsistency in the number of tourists visiting Lake Napangga, because this tour is still seasonal. Strategies are needed to make economic empowerment for the community in order to increase income and improve the quality of life of the surrounding community.

This study aims to determine the management of Lake Napangga tourism objects in Kepenghuluan Tanjung Medan, Rokan Hilir Regency, which contributes to the economy of the surrounding community. Lake Napangga is one of the lakes located in the Rokan Hilir area which has promising tourism potential if managed properly. Therefore, the role of BUMDes as the manager of Lake Napangga should be able to become a spirit in developing this lake tourism object to empower the economy of the village community, but the management of this tourist attraction is not only influenced by the seasonal agenda but also the Coronavirus Disease pandemic that emerged in 2020 This study choosing the type of qualitative research with a case study approach, where data collection is done by observation and interviews. After the data and information are obtained, it will be analyzed in depth with triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that the management of Lake Napangga tourism objects has not run optimally by the BUMDes in this case due to the inconsistency in the number of tourists visiting Lake Napangga, the inconsistent seasonal agenda, the lack of promotional activities and the COVID-19 Pandemic that appeared regularly. Suddenly disrupting the sources of income for people who depend on this Lake Napangga tourist attraction. This reality is what makes community economic empowerment in order to increase income still not running optimally. And aspects of sustainability in this case are needed to develop the tourism potential of Lake Napangga in the face of unforeseen conditions, in this case COVID-19 becomes an example of problems that must be faced in order to run the economy of the community and maximize the management of potential tourist attractions.

Village of Yehembang Kangin is one of tourism village which has various tourism potential inside which have not been optimized as a tourism destination or tourist attraction. The purpose of this studies to know potential of tourism in the Yehembang Kangin Village Tourism and know the efforts to development of tourism potential in the Yehembang Kangin Tourism Village. The research method used in this research, is a qualitative research, where the qualitative research used, observation, in-depth interview technique and qualitative documents. The concept of tourism supporting components in formulating the existing conditions in the Yehembang Kangin Tourism Village. And data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research is Yehembang Kangin Village have two potensial tourism among others is natural and culture potential tourism and the effort to the development of tourism potential in the Tourism Village Yehembang Kangin there are two aspects is mapping of tourist attractions and local community empowerment in the Village Tourism Yehembang Kangin. AbstractAn increasing number of people from various countries have seen tourism as a chance to develop local economy and quality of life. The article presents the results of the analysis of tourism potential of Gryfino County in Western Pomerania in Poland and confronts them with how it is perceived by the residents. Although the county abounds in great tourist attractions, both of natural and cultural nature and is favourably located in geographic terms, tourism is developing very slowly. In order to examine the reasons for the current situation, an attempt to survey the opinion of the local community on this subject was made by applying the method of Focus Group Interviews. The results emphasise the significance of local community for tourism development in a region.

The water quality of the rivers in Gresik, specifically in Bengawan Solo river in Bungah-Ujung Pangkah area and the downstream of Brantas River in the Wringinanom-Driyorejo Region, is polluted as perceived from the total dissolved solids that reaches 5000 ppm. Meanwhile, the river water contaminated with microplastics in Bengawan Solo reaches 55.2/100 L and the downstream of Brantas River reaches 18.5/100 L3. The garbage does not only accumulate in rivers, but also on land. In Sekapuk Village, Ujung Pangkah Subdistrict, Gresik, there is a former limestone mine. Since the mining was completed, it ended up being a landfill from 2003 through 2017. The current study employs a qualitative research method. The data were collected from interviews, observation, and documentation. The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the components of tourism and participatory planning in Setigi tourist attraction, 2) To determine the community development and empowerment in Setigi tourist attraction, and 3) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in managing Setigi tourist attraction. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Setigi tourist attraction's components include parking areas, toilets, prayer rooms, gazebos, photo spots, culinary areas, ATV cars, and others. The planning of this tourist attraction came from an idea of the village head to make the village into a tourist attraction. As a result, a regular meeting is held on the 1st of every month which is attended by members of BUMDES, PEMDES, other village institutions such as local community units (RT & RW) and other community members, 2) The community development is carried out by providing opportunities to establish stalls for women in family welfare program (PKK) groups and each local community unit (RT /RW) in Sekapuk Village, 3) The supporting factors are the ability and the willingness to establish Setigi tourist attraction. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the limited funds in the tourist attraction development, but a joint saving program was planned by the village head.

In this research is focused on tourist behavior and the local communities on the demand   of agro tourism   development.   The study   is aimed   at formulating the best model to develop agro tourism in Bali. The model tourist attraction is expected by the rating is community activities, plantation area, and village's uniqueness. On the amenities, the tourist expect amenities which include, among others: local accommodations, tracking area, places to gain knowledge and experience, places to rest and relax, escape area, places to meet people and interaction,  places to escape the daily routine, learning experiences, and  new places. On the accessibility, the tourists rate that the distance of the village of Blimbingsari as the barriers factor, and difficult to reach by public transport. In addition to a considerable distance, the path that must be passed to the Village Blimbingsari also includes the busy lanes and frequent traffic jams. The results of the research that has been done indicates that Blimbingsari tourism village been managed well which is evident from their local community involvement as tourism committee, guide services or travel agents link, local guide services that handling by tourism committee, and government support by Regent licensee.

Ngebel Lake is a superior nature tourism in Ponorogo Regency. The lack of tourist attractions in this district made the local government strongly asked to increase tourism potential in the village of Ngebel. Facilities development and service improvement continue to be carried out in order to attract tourists. This study discusses the quality of service and the packaging of tourist attractions towards the decision of a visit as well as its consideration of tourist satisfaction. The number of samples used was 100 respondents taken from the number of tourists. From the data obtained from observations, documentation, direct interviews and filling out questionnaires. Multiple regression analysis was performed to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that there were positive and significant differences between the variables of service quality and tourist attraction packaging towards the decision of the visit and its consideration on tourist satisfaction.Telaga Ngebel merupakan tempat wisata alam unggulan di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Minimnya tempat wisata di kabupaten ini, menjadikan pemerintah daerah berupaya untuk meningkatkan potensi wisata di telaga Ngebel. Pengembangan fasilitas dan peningkatan pelayanan dilakukan demi menarik minat wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan pengemasan daya tarik wisata terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu deksriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil dari populasi wisatawan. Adapun data diperoleh dari observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara langsung dan pengisian kuisioner. Analisis multipel regresi dilakukan untuk menentukan pengaruh independent variable terhadap dependen variable. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variable kualitas pelayanan dan pengemasan daya tarik wisata terhadap kepuasan wisatawan.

Ambon Island is famous for its natural resources, especially in the Central Maluku Regency such as Hunimua Beach in Liang Village and Natsepa Beach in Suli Village which is famous for its white sand along the coast. Unlike the two beaches, there is a beach in the western part of Ambon Island, precisely in the village of Lilibooi, namely Batu Kapal Beach or Batu Lobang. This beach has the potential to be developed as a tourist attraction. But besides its huge potential, this place still has several obstacles or challenges as a tourist destination. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying opportunities and challenges for developing the tourist attraction of Batu Kapal Beach. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative research method by observing tourism potential and supporting elements of tourism products at Batu Kapal Beach. In addition, the researchers also conducted interviews with the management of Batu Kapal Beach, the local community and the Lilibooi Village Chief regarding their views on the existence of Batu Kapal Beach attractions. Distribution of questionnaires to tourists was also carried out by involving 100 respondents who were randomly selected. The data collected is then processed and analyzed using the SWOT method. The results of this study are that based on calculations from the EFAS and IFAS Matrix, Batu Kapal Beach is in the quadrant point of 0.18 and 0.65 to be precisely in the quadrant I position, which is an aggressive strategy. Where the Batu Kapal Beach can utilize strengths and opportunities to progress, grow and develop in a better direction. Such as cooperating with the government and involving local communities to assist in the process of managing and developing Batu Kapal Beach.

Pembangunan perdesaan adalah bagian integral dari pembangunan Indonesia, hakekat pembangunan adalah pembangunan manusia dan sumber daya manusia di perdesaan masih sangat rendah sehingga, arah pembangunan desa sebaiknya mengutamakan manusia dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1)  mengetahui fasilitas yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat perdesaan sebagai prasarana belajar, (2) menemukan rumusan kawasan binaan kampung kerja sebagai kawasan aglomerasii pendidikan sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini diselenggarakan di Kabupaten Muna dan metode penelitian ini berlandaskan pada paradigma post-positivisme yakni metode studi kasus pendekatan kualitatif dimana aspek – aspek yang dianalisis adalah angkatan kerja, sektor ekonomi, kebutuhan bangunan, infrastruktur, dan zonasi keruangan. Penelitian ini menemukan dua temuan (1) kebutuhan akan fasilitas yang dibutuhkan untuk peningkatan kualitas angkatan kerja, (2) rumusan model kawasan binaan kampung pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja sebagai kawasan aglomerasi peningkatan sumber daya manusia perdesaan.Rural development is an integral part of Indonesia's development, the essence of development is human development and human resources in rural areas are still very low so that the direction of rural development should prioritize humans and job creation. The objetives of this research are (1) find out the facilities needed by rural communities as learning infrastructure, (2) find the formulation of the working area of the working village as an educational agglomeration area as an effort to improve the quality of rural community resources. This research was conducted in Muna Regency and this research method was based on the post-positivism paradigm, a case study method of qualitative approach where the aspects analyzed were labor force, economic sector, building needs, infrastructure, and spatial zoning. This study found two findings (1) the need for facilities needed to improve the quality of the workforce, (2) the formulation of the model of the village built area of education and job training as an agglomeration area to increase rural human resources.

This study aims to understand the role of LMI in Klepu’s muslim convert economic empowerment. This research is a descriptive qualitative study using a case study method. The data in this study were obtained through interviews with program manager of LMI in Madiun, the assistant of the local community, and also the recipients of the program. The results of this study indicate that LMI has a role in economic empowerment of Klepu’s muslim convert, including: as a community facilitator, as a liaison or support between economically supported Muslims with the help of converts who are one of the groups who can receive zakat; utilize existing resources and skills in Klepu Village; To support the agreement of stakeholders, LMI; and providing skills training needed by recipients of the LMI program in Klepu Village.Keywords: Klepu’s Muslim Convert, LMI, economic empowerment

The village of Lamalera has great tourism potential to develope as a tourist attraction. However, it is important to consider some aspects in its development, such asaspect of the environment and the community, so that it will beneficial to the environment and can improve the economy of the community.The problem in this research was the potential of Lamalera, traditional fishing village. Data obtained in this study through observation, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed in qualitative descriptive by describing the potentials of Lamalera, traditional fishing village. The results showed physical and non physical potential of the village. The physical potential of Lamalera is white sandy beaches, crystal clear sea water, undersea view and other beauty of nature; while the non physical potential is in the form of custom ceremonial, traditional dances and religious.   Keywords: Identification, Potential and Tourism
