Has been implemented community service program in Desa Jati Kecamatan Udanawu kabupaten  Blitar with the main partner of “keripik pisang” (banana chips) home industry. Implementation of the program focused on efforts to overcome the problems of the partners is low production capacity because it is still done manually. In addition, the quality of the product is also still low, not uniform thickness of the resulting chips. Solutions provided to partners in the form of a chopper machine capable of producing chips with a capacity of 12 kg / hour and an average thickness of 3 mm. The results obtained from the implementation of this program is the improvement of capacity and product quality. In addition, the entrepreneurship motivation of the partners has increased after previously experiencing difficulttimes.

Sidodadi village Pondok Kelapa Regency District of Central Bengkulu is one of the villages that have a great potential in the development of food processing industry. In the 1990s, the number of households cassava processing industry in this country reached 25 industry, but in 2000 the number of domestic industry's decline, until now there are only 5 households cassava processing industry. The objective of this community service program is to improve the skills, diversification of cassava chips products and improve the marketing system. Results showed that the diversification of activities and modification of cassava chips products at UD. Purwati and UD. Sugiono have a positive impact in terms of product quality, the level of consumer acceptance and production capacity. Packaging design improvements to increase consumer acceptance, so that the "Opak Imut" and "Opak Mini" which became a trademark of cassava chips partners production could reach a wider marketing network and can be consumed by children or family snacks and souvenirs.Keywords : Sidodadi Village, cassava chips, packaging, marketing

ABSTRACTCraft is an object of human art that is related to hand skills. Besides having aesthetic value,the shape of the craft has economic value. One of the handicrafts in Bali is ceramics. Theseceramics are usually used as souvenirs for tourists who come to Bali. The target audienceof this community service program is the "Siku Bali Handycraft" located in KeramasVillage, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province. Siku Bali Handycraft is apartner owned by I Wayan Catur as well as a maker / craftsman of ceramic crafts. Mr. IWayan Catur began to pioneer his work in 2009. He gained this expertise from generationto generation among his extended family. Ceramic crafts produced include incense holders,candle holders, oil kilns, flower vases, bottles for tea and coffee. Siku Bali Handycraft merupakan mitra yang dimiliki oleh I WayanCatur sekaligus sebagai pembuat/ pengrajin kerajinan keramik. Bapak I Wayan Catur mulaimerintis karyanya pada tahun 2009. Beliau mendapatkan keahlian ini secara turun temurundiantara keluarga besarnya. Kerajinan keramik yang dihasilkan diantaranya tempat dupa,tempat lilin, tempat pembakaran minyak, vas bunga, botol untuk tempat teh dan kopi.Kontribusi dasar dari program ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, peningkatanpemasaran melalui online, peningkatan kualitas SDM, peningkatan omset dan assetperusahaan. Teacher as one of the important key factors in education must enhance the quality of their knowledge both theoretical, skills, and expertise. For this reason, the community service program held by Department of Biology, FMIPA, Mulawarman University, Samarinda aimed to improve the practical skills of high school teachers. This program was attended by 16 teachers from various high schools from the Samarinda region and Tenggarong. The community service program consisted of 25% theory and 75% practice in one day. The theory about DNA isolation, polymerase chain reaction, and electrophoresis was done in the classroom. Meanwhile, in laboratory, the use of molecular biology equipment, electrophoresis, interpretation results of electrophoretic DNA bands, and NCBI was done by the teachers which is assisted by the laboratory assistant. In the end of the program, the skill of laboratory practice of teachers was improve, indicating by the increasing percentage of understanding about biology molecular skills.

Institution Awareness to the citizens in order to increase the quality of education is a part of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. To apply the program, it needs a plan. Community service program. The general purpose of this community service program is to increase the competency of citizens of RW 003 Babakan Village, Kelapa Dua, Setu, South Tangerang using Zahir Accounting Software training. The activity of this community service program entitled Computerized Accounting. The trainers and the source speakers are from the lecturers of Accounting Major of Pamulang University (Universitas Pamulang). The result conducted on November, 1,2,3 2019 was increasing their ability to use computer and computerized accounting with Zahir Accounting Software. The trainees was enthusiastic with the material they had from the lecturers of Accounting Major of Pamulang University (Universitas Pamulang). The community service program is carried out at one of the SMEs in Wonosobo, Central Java, which produces and markets processed carica food products. The problems faced by SMEs are problems in the aspects of marketing, financial management and production. The purpose of community service is to improve the ability of SMEs to market products, manage company finances, increase the efficiency of the production process, and increase production capacity. The approach used in this community service is training and business assistance. The results felt by SMEs are the wider marketing of carica processed food products, structuring the company's financial system, efficiency in the production process, and increased production capacity.

Community and family empowerment activities are classic activities that are currently still underestimated by many parties, but this is still relevant and urgent when linked to community service programs. This community service program is proven to have a direct impact on efforts to improve the quality of life of the community, especially for disadvantaged families or disadvantaged families. Through this paper, the authors raise several positive aspects that can be obtained from several stages of the implementation of community service conducted by Padang State University in Nagari Lubuk Jantan Tanah Datar Regency. The focus of the activity is the empowerment of pre-prosperous family economies through the utilization of family resources and yards. The election of Nagari Lubuk Jantan is based on the consideration that this area is relatively many target groups or communities that are still underdeveloped in various aspects of life, especially in the education aspects, social aspects, and cultural aspects, and low levels of welfare, while they have relatively large family members as well as large yards that are not used optimally. The results of these community service activities have a significant impact, including: increased public knowledge about family problems and potential, the community gets an understanding in increasing family income through the management of family resources, and skills in improving the family economy by choosing and cultivating plants of economic value in the yard around residential areas, especially for economically weak communities. It is expected that all parties, including universities, regional governments, the private world, and community leaders, can increase their awareness of the family empowerment program, especially in optimizing the utilization of the potential of family resources such as human resources, family assets and time. Therefore, in the future, a variety of scientific studies and a more comprehensive service program breakthrough and totality related to efforts to improve the quality of the family will lead to a more dignified prosperous family.Keywords: Family Resources, Disadvantaged Families, Yard

Rambu-rambu Village is one of the villages clustered within the Tumbuh Lestari rural area of North Konawe District. The main purpose of this project was to empower the coastal community groups in Rambu-rambu Village through the introduction of in-cage verticulture farming of seaweed. The project was carried out within the scheme of Community Service Program (PKM/Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) funded by the University of Halu Oleo. The project lasted for 30 days from 29 June to 28 July 2019. The activity consisted of three stages, are initial dissemination activity, preparation of the training, and implementation of training of seaweed culture. The project involved 20 students of the University of Halu Oleo and 42 people from fishermen, fisherme wifes, and farmer groups. Before the training was conducted 66.7% of the participants did not have the knowledge and after the training 71.4% of the respondents gained an understanding regarding the seaweed verticulture farming method. The improvement of skill was also evident where before the training, 81% of the participants were not able to do seaweed farming method and after the training, 61.9% of the participants were capable or skilled of repeating the seaweed verticulture method. The increased knowledge of the participants could be described from their ability to clearly explain types of seaweed species used, the benefits of seaweed, and the characteristics of high quality of seaweed seed. The improved skill of the participants were also observed from their skill in constructing the seaweed raft and seaweed net cage, tying up the seaweed seed, and conducting the observation of water quality condition in the location of seaweed farming. The result of this activity showed an increased of knowledge and skill of the trained participants regarding seaweed farming using verticulture method.

Maternal and infant mortality is very influential on the integrity and resilience of family and society, the quality of human resources, which in turn will hinder efforts to achieve national development goals. The causal factors that cause indirect or direct causes are because most pregnant women do not understand the physiological changes that occur during pregnancy so that the mother cannot adapt to physiological changes during pregnancy. The physiology of pregnancy and childbirth in general is the same, but because certain things related to the process of forming a fetus in the womb until the birth of a baby varies, the physiology of the baby's birth becomes different from one another. One of them is circulation function in pregnancy. Blood circulation from the mother for fetus will increase according to gestational age and according to the increase in weight and size of the fetus. The aim of this community service program is that expectant mothers can understand the basic needs during pregnancy both for the needs of the mother and the fetus. One effort that can be done so that the mother can understand the basic needs during pregnancy, both the needs for the mother and the basic needs for the fetus, namely by giving counseling explanations about what needs are needed by the mother and fetus.

This training aims to provide an overview of the concepts of improving the performance of teachersand school principals as an effort to improve human resources (HR) which is carried out througheducation and training, so that it is expected to produce high enough performance of teachers andprincipals in learning. One of the weaknesses that exist today in the world of education is the lowperformance of teachers in terms of competence and self-quality in managing classes actively andcreatively. Based on the data above, there needs to be a comprehensive effort to improve the qualityof our education. This improvement can be started from the lowest education unit, namely the schoolinstitution. The capacity of Indonesian schools needs to be increased so that they are able to face thechallenges of a much more competitive future. One way to improve school performance is to improveteacher quality. The quality of teachers can be improved by providing training and mentoring. For thisreason, as a form of Higher Education Tridharma, a Community Service Program was held with thetheme of Improving Primary School Performance through the Teacher and Principal Training Programat the As'ad Islamic Elementary School Foundation in Jambi City. The purpose of this training is toassist teachers in the development of teacher professional competencies such as updating learningmethods in class, use of learning media, etc. Through increasing the capacity of teachers through thisworkshop, it is hoped that it can improve the school's performance.

Basit Ali glanced at his watch. It was 3 p.m. on 17 March 2014, and only two hours were left before he would meet with CEO Amjad Raheem about production capacity analysis. Due to the excellent product quality of Star Footwear, the CEO was anticipating a significant increase in demand for one of its most famous articles, SF-119, in the next quarter. Historically, the demand for SF-119 fluctuated between 300 and 400 pairs per day. Although the existing production capacity was sufficient to fulfil the current demand of SF-119, the CEO was concerned about the future increase in demand that could be justified using current resources.
