Healthy, intelligent, attractive, and good moral children is the desire of every parent. There are many children undergo growth delays that can be caused by a lack of parents caring in stimulating growth, early detection or early intervention. The method used in this study was exploratory qualitative research design presented in descriptive analytic. Data analysis technique used were data collection and categorization of data reduction, draw conclusions verification and presentation of data. The results showed that stimulation of the parents to their children was 51.1% or 23 respondents. Early detection of children development irregularities with the greatest frequency was the respondents who did early detection with the result of 55.6 % as 25 respondents. Early intervention against deviations growth of children with the greatest frequency was the respondents who did not intervene early in children under five against irregularities with results of 71.1% or 32 respondents

This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.

Illocutionary speech act is an act of speech that has the intention of conveying information to its destination so that the speech partner does something. Illocutionary speech acts are found in all aspects of daily social interactions. It is also included in the interactions contained in a drama performance Do Not Sing in the Bathroom which is performed by the Tiang Theater, Jember University. According to Searle, the form of illocutionary speech acts consists of several forms, namely representative, directive, declarative, expressive, and commissive. This study uses a qualitative research design while the type of research used is descriptive which aims toproblems in accordance with reality based on facts. The data in this research is in the form of dialogues that are told by drama characters in the performance. The source of the data in this study is a video performance documentation. Data collection techniques used in this study were documentation techniques and data transcripts. The data analysis technique used in this study consisted of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data analysis procedures (preparation, implementation, and completion). The results of this study indicate that there are forms of illocutionary speech acts in the dialogue of the characters in the drama Prohibited from Singing in the Bathroom by Teater Tiang Universitas Jember, namely: representative, directive, expressive, declarative, and commissive. the illocutionary speech act functions of the drama characters. namely: competitive, convivial, collaborative / cooperation, and conflict. Support speech partners for the illocutionary speech acts received.

The purpose of this research is to know the performance of Dinas Tenaga. Work andTransmigration in implementing the unemployment reduction program of Bogor City. Thetheory used to measure the performance of Disnakertrans in implementing unemploymentreduction program of Bogor City is the theory put forward by Dwiyanto (in Pasolong 2007)on bureaucratic performance measures. This theory says that there are 6 (six) indicatorssuch as productivity, quality, responsiveness, service, accountability, and responsibilitas.The method in this research using descriptive qualitative research method. Whilethe data analysis technique used is using Interactive model developed by Miles andHuberman (in Sugiyono 2010), which includes data reduction, display data, and conclusiondrawing / verivication data collection techniques used are interviews, direct observationand documentation. The informants that the researchers took were two types ofinformants, firstly some employees of Disnakertrans were considered to be involved in theprogram of reduction of unemployment rate and second was 2 participants who hadattended the program.The results of research on the performance of the Department of Manpower andTransmigration in implementing the program of reduction of unemployment rate in thecity of Bogor is good. Because so far, the Manpower has done everything possible inimplementing the existing program despite some obstacles. With this result, it is expectedthat the Manpower and Transmigration Office will be able to overcome the obstaclesexperienced and the better performance and reduce the unemployment rate in Bogor citytoday.Keywords: Performance, Bureaucratic Performance, Unemployment Program

Learning mathematics requires the ability to think logically and critically, not only learning to count. Therefore, teaching concepts is very important. Many students have incorrect, incomplete concepts and so on. As a result, mistakes occur when students do simple mathematics. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the errors in the castor stage. The stages of castor are used including concept errors, procedure errors and technic errors. This research is a qualitative research. The research subjects were students of grade VI SDN Belitung Selatan 1 Banjarmasin. The procedure for selecting subjects used purposive sampling. The data techniques used were tests and interviews. The test is in the form of description questions. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and data collection. Based on the research data, it can reveal that students made misconceptions, procedural errors and technical errors. Each student made these mistakes with different indicators.

Exploration of Matthematical Symbol and Word Mastery on Mathematics Teacher. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to explore the mastery of symbols and mathematical words in teachers. The subjects in this study were five mathematics teachers ini Lambitu District, Bima. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and interviews. Observations were made to observe the mastery of symbols and mathematical words when the teacher carried out the learning process. Interviews were conducted to obtain data on the factors that influence the mastery of symbols and mathematical words for teachers. Data analysis technique used are data reduction, data presentation, and make conclusions. The results showed that the overall mastery of symbols and mathematical words for teachers were good. There are only a few mistakes or errors that teachers make in the use of symbols and mathematical words. These mistakes or errors are caused by misconceptions and inaccuracies.

AbstractCommunity empowerment is an important thing to do because through empowerment,people's lives become better. Conceptual empowerment in essence discusses how individuals,groups or communities try to control their own lives and seek to shape the future accordingto their wishes. The purpose of this study was to find out how to empower youth groups inrealizing an independent village in Manding Daya village, Manding sub-district. The focus inthis research uses the Chabib Sholeh theory (2014: 81) which suggests three scopes ofcommunity empowerment activities, namely; a) Increasing Role in Each Activity, b)Increasing Efficiency and Effectiveness, c) Increasing Self Competence Automatically. Themethod in this study uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques usedwere observation at the research site, interviews with relevant informants anddocumentation. The data analysis technique used in this study uses data reduction, datapresentation and conclusion drawing/data verification. The results of the research that havebeen carried out include a) Increasing the Role in Each of these Activities in the YouthOrganization's empowerment program in the field of catfish cultivation is quite maximal. b)Increasing Efficiency and Effectiveness is a program carried out by Karang Taruna, one ofwhich is socialization of catfish farm waste managed by Karang Taruna which is disposed ofto TPS (Waste Processing Sites) with the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) method. c) AutomaticSelf Competence Improvement supported by the facilities provided by the Manding DayaVillage Government. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, yakni meliputi a)Peningkatan Peran Dalam Setiap Kegiatan ini dalam program pemberdayaan Karang Tarunadi bidang budidaya lele sudah cukup maksimal. b) Peningkatan Efisiensi dan Efektifitas iniyaitu program yang dilakukan oleh Karang Taruna salah satunya sosialisasi dari limbahpeternakan ikan lele yang dikelola oleh Karang Taruna yaitu di buang ke TPS (TempatPengolahan Sampah) dengan metode 3R (Reduce,Reuse, Recycle). c) PeningkatanKompetensi Diri Secara Otomatis yang didukung oleh fasilitas yang telah disediakan olehPemerintah Desa Manding Daya.Dalam hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya studi banding yangdiikuti oleh remaja Karang Taruna Desa Manding Daya.Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan, Karang Taruna

This study aims to find out how the management of market retribution in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market Kendari City. The approach of this study is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive qualitative research. The technique of collecting data is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results of this study indicate that: planning in terms of setting targets that have been arranged is optimal. This can be seen from the determined and implemented stages of targeting that are carried out every year, but the achievement of targets has never been fulfilled due to lack of awareness of traders or mandatory retribution in terms of paying retribution. The conclusion of the study was that the implementation of market retribution management in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market in Kendari City was not effective due to the lack of intensive collection of mandatory levies, delinquent payment of levies by traders for various reasons so that the realization of market retribution did not reach the planned target.

The source of power Dessy Siska in the election becomes Deputy I, leader of the Pagaralam DPRD (People's Representative Council) became the embodiment of affirmative action at the regional level legislative body. The purpose of this study is to find out what sources of power have driven Dessy Siska to win the first deputy I of the Pagaralam DPRD for the 2019-2024 period. In the 2019 election Pagaralam, there were 25 members of the Pagaralam City DPRD for the number of elected DPRD members, Dessy Siska gets the most votes in the 2019 election. The main factor that encourages Dessy Siska to become the deputy I of the Pagaralam DPRD, the source of normative, personal and expert power. This study used qualitative research methods. In this study, the data used were oral or written data obtained by interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique was used at the data stage, the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage, and the data collection. The sources of power by Charles F. Andrain, there are five indicators of sources of power. Of the five indicators of the source of power, Dessy Siska uses normative sources of power in her position as the deputy I of the Pagaralam DPRDKeywords : Leaders, Power, Women

This study aims at describing how the teachers teach reading comprehension of narrative text to the tenth grade students in Sibolangit and revealing the underlying reasons of why do they do that way. This study was conducted by using qualitative research design. The subject of this study were two english teachers who taught at tenth grade students of two SMA in Sibolangit they are : SMA Negeri  1 Sibolangit  and SMA RK Deli Murni Bandar Baru in academic year 2016/ 2017. The data were analyzed by using Miles and Huberman data analysis technique. The  technique of collecting the data was recorded from the classroom process in teaching reading comprehension of narrative text. The findings of the study show that most of teachers’ ways are not yet focusing on teaching reading comprehension but rather focusing teaching the knowledge of genre. The underlying reason of the teachers’ ways in teaching reading comprehension did not facilitate reading comprehension. It was due to the misperception of the concept of teaching reading comprehension.  Keywords : Teaching,Reading Comprehension,Narrative Text.

ABSTRACTBackground : Medical record is one of the most important pillars that can not be considered trivial in a hospital, with the development of medical scienceCommon Purpose : To find in-depth information about the implementation of medical records at the hospital Widiyanti PalembangResearch Method : Qualitative research design with data collection techniques are conducted in triangulation, The data analysis is inductive, and the results of the study are emphasized more at the meaning than the generalization. The Research Results : the Implementation of medical records have been running but there is no medical record organization, the implementation of medical record activities done by rolling. Human Resources (HR) medical records should be placed specifically in the medical record along with clear tasks. Method of organizing medical record has been run although the result is not optimal, because Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) that made not socialized. Facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of the medical record is good, marked by the existence of a special records archive medical records. Facilities and infrastructure such as chairs, desks, computers, patient registration books and outpatient registration and inpatient services are available, do not have budget funds for medical record implementation, especially by sending medical recruiter for trainingConclusion : Implementation of medical records have been running but not optimal.
