Abstract Background The COVID-19 pandemic, which has affected the entire world, has driven countries into economic, social, and political uncertainty and has forced quite significant changes, especially in areas such as health, work, education, and social security. Social changes that are occurring as a result of the crisis include the restructuring of businesses and working styles and the shaping of work life along the new-normal axis. Many psychosocial risks such as conflict management, organisational relationships, communications problems, job satisfaction, stress, productivity, and performance are being redefined as the nature of jobs, job descriptions, employee competence, and ways of working are being recreated for a virtual environment. The importance of concepts related to work psychology such as loneliness, cyberloafing, digital mobbing, emotional resilience, psychological resilience, compassion, self-compassion, conscious awareness, design of habits, coping with loneliness, and coping with crisis is becoming apparent. Research aims The aim of this study is to examine cyberloafing and loneliness with its changing structure in terms of work psychology. In addition, the researchers and their results on cyberloafing and loneliness are discussed in terms of both sociodemographic factors and some variables of work life. Methodology The research method of critical analysis of literature on the subject of cyberloafing and loneliness was applied in this study. Common findings of secondary research were used in terms of work psychology. Findings The concepts of loneliness and cyberloafing, which have been evaluated in relation to different sociodemographic and work-life factors and whose mutual relations have been the subject of a very limited number of studies, are examined more intensively in the context of personal and organisational factors applicable to the technology-intensive future.

A special role in the development of a pianist as a musician, composer and performer, as shown by the examples of the well-known, included in the history of art, and the most ordinary pianists, their listeners and admirers, lovers of piano music and music in general, are played by moments associated with psychotherapeutic abilities and music features. The purpose of the study is to comprehend the psychotherapeutic aspects of performing activities (using pianists as an example). The research method is a theoretical analysis of the psychotherapeutic aspects of performing activities: the study of the possibilities and functions of musical psychotherapy in the life of a musician as a “(self) psychotherapist” and “patient”. For almost any person, music acts as a way of self-understanding and understanding of the world, a way of self-realization, rethinking and overcoming life's difficulties - internal and external "blockages" of development, a way of saturating life with universal meanings, including a person in the richness of his native culture and universal culture as a whole. Art and, above all, its metaphorical nature help to bring out and realize internal experiences, provide an opportunity to look at one’s own experiences, problems and injuries from another perspective, to see a different meaning in them. In essence, we are talking about art therapy, including the art of writing and performing music - musical psychotherapy. However, for a musician, music has a special meaning, special significance. Musician - produces music, and, therefore, is not only an “object”, but also the subject of musical psychotherapy. The musician’s training includes preparing him as an individual and as a professional to perform functions that can be called psychotherapeutic: in the works of the most famous performers, as well as in the work of ordinary teachers, psychotherapeutic moments sometimes become key. Piano music and performance practice sets a certain “viewing angle” of life, and, in the case of traumatic experiences, a new way of understanding a difficult, traumatic and continuing to excite a person event, changing his attitude towards him. It helps to see something that was hidden in the hustle and bustle of everyday life or in the patterns of relationships familiar to a given culture. At the same time, while playing music or learning to play music, a person teaches to see the hidden and understand the many secrets of the human soul, the relationships of people.

The article is devoted to the organization and activities of the Central Snitch Squad at the Saint-Petersburg Security Department for ensuring the security of the head of state in the Russian Empire. The normative basis for the activities of agents of the Central Snitch Squad and the specifics of implementation of their job descriptions are described in the article. The Central Snitch Squad was a separate division of the Search and Surveillance Service of the Russian Empire, which solved the various and most complex tasks of search-and-surveillance. The Central Snitch Squad operated until the fall of the monarchy in February 1917, but the experience gained by it in fulfilling tasks of national importance continues to be used in modern Russia. At the same time, the issues of the organization and functioning of the Central Snitch Squad have not received a comprehensive analysis yet. One of the activities of the Central Snitch Squad, which has not received proper coverage in historical and legal literature, is the protection of imperial majesties in the Russian Empire at the beginning of the 20th century. Therefore, its regulation and implementation has become the subject of this article. The main and integrating method of research on the organization and activities of the Central Snitch Squad was the method of materialist dialectics. General logical (deduction, induction, analysis and synthesis), general scientific (systemic, structural-functional, typologization) and special (formal-legal, historical-legal, comparative-legal, interpretations of regulatory legal acts, sociological and statistical) methods of legal research were used. It was concluded that the protection of imperial majesties and the highest persons in the Russian Empire was one of the most important areas of activity of the gendarmerie. The simultaneous existence of three different divisions that guarded the emperor ‒ the Central Snitch Squad, the Security Unit and the Security Agency led to duplication of agents activities and inconsistent actions of the units. The Central Snitch Squad of the Saint-Petersburg Security Department has accumulated a variety of search-and-surveillance experience that can be used to solve problems of national importance in modern Russia.

This study aims to determine the work performance of the finance and accounting division at PT. SPM. The subject of this research is the finance and accounting division. The method in this research uses questionnaire and interview techniques. The results show that job descriptions, job requirements and employee KPIs that are in line with current company conditions can be compiled and determined. Job / job description contains all information regarding job identity, job functions, job authority, duties and main job responsibilities, other tasks, work documents, working conditions, and employment relationships. Keywords: Job Analysis, Work Performance Indocators Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prestasi kerja divisi finance dan accounting pada PT. The subject of this research is the monumental vocal-symphonic piece of the prominent Russian composer of the second half of the XX century Boris Tishchenko. His Symphony No.6 s based on the poems by A. Naiman, A. Akhmatova, O. Mandelstam, M. Tsvetaeva and V. Levinzon, completed in 1989, and tribute to Yevgeny Alexandrovich Mravinsky, who passed away a year before. Poetic lines that form the backbone of the symphony contain multiple images resembling death, which imparts a profound meaning, a moment of personal experience in dedication to the prominent conductor. Special attention is given to the symphonic dramaturgy of the Symphony No.6, the problem of interrelation between music and poetry, realization of the complex literary texts in the ultimately modern symphonism of Boris Tishchenko. The conclusion is made that Tishchenko is absolutely seamless in this vocal-symphonic opus and reveres his coauthors. The translates everything into the music, without missing a tiny thing that can reveal its meaning and beauty. At the same time, the circle of poetic images, semantics of the verse were transformed in accordance with his worldview. The novelty is defined by the fact that this article is first in Russian musicology, to comprehensively analyze the Symphony No.6  by Boris Tishchenko, reveal its semantics, and performance difficulties. The author attributes this symphonic composition of Boris Tishchenko to most remarkable in the history of Russian music.

Abstract The results and performance of an enterprise are the result of the decisions taken by the management of the entity, decisions which are the result of a complex procedure of processing and analyzing the relevant data and information provided by the information system available. In other words, appropriate and correct decisions that lead to the achievement of the objectives and attainment of higher performances are dependent on the quality and quantity of the information. Consequently, accurate information generates correct decisions. Due to of its qualities (relevance, intelligibility, credibility and comparability), accounting information occupies a very important place in the architecture of the economic information system, having the highest degree of certainty and providing the possibility of an accurate representation of economic phenomena and processes, both at micro, as well as at macroeconomic levels. Hence, we can say that the “final outcome of accounting”, namely accounting information, is one of the most important pillars of the elaboration, substantiation and decision-making process. Starting from this premise, this article aims to capture the main features of accounting information, which qualifies it as the object and the subject of the management system.

The ongoing epidemiological crisis has suddenly steered us towards a new futuristic work scenario in which most service sector employees work remotely, which could be a permanent reality for most service sector employees. This paper focuses on the strategic role that leadership could play in the radical change process that is taking place in work environments. Particular attention was paid to the role of ‘middle managers’ who perform an important function as a link between the strategic vision of top management and the workforce. In addition, special attention was paid to gender differences in work-life dynamics, which are particularly relevant in countries with traditional cultural identities. As this is a conceptual contribution, the most recent studies on this specific role of middle managers have been taken into account and embedded in the current scenario. Therefore, the main contribution in terms of originality was that the current review aimed to leverage such a legacy of knowledge and create a system of evidence-based practical implications for effectively supporting change in organizational culture through the identification of the most appropriate middle management leadership models for remote working that could prevent and/or limit any psychosocial risks (e.g., workaholism and technostress) and longer-term outcomes such as sustainable work-life interface.

<p><em>Abstrak</em><strong> - </strong><strong>Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif mengenai “<em>Personal</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><strong><em>Branding</em></strong><strong> Valentino Simanjuntak sebagai Komentator Olahraga di Media Televisi”.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana penerapan personal branding yang dilakukan oleh Valentino Simanjuntak sebagai komentator olahraga di media televisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian</strong><strong> </strong><strong>analisis deskriptif. Paradigma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah <em>post-positivisme</em> karena peneliti ingin membuktikan dan menganalisa suatu fenomena yang terjadi pada subjek penelitian dengan berpedoman teori yang sudah ada dan berpaku pada suatu teori. Dalam objek penelitian penulis memilih Valentino Simanjuntak sebagai informan kunci, lalu memilih Ary Sapari dan Petrus Tomy Wijanarko sebagai informan pendukung dan memilih Dra. Dewi Taviana Walida, Psi, Psikolog sebagai informan ahli. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam melakukan personal branding, Valentino Simanjuntak hadir sebagai komentator olahraga di media televisi </strong><strong>yang memiliki ciri khas variasi ragam bahasanya saat menjadi komentator olahraga yaitu slang, jargon, akrolek, dan ken</strong><strong> </strong><strong>dengan</strong><strong> s</strong><strong>ebelas karaktersitik personal branding yaitu keaslian, integritas, konsisten, spesialisasi, wibawa, kekhasan, relevan, terlihat, kegigihan, nama baik, dan kinerja yang sudah cukup baik dan selaras. Akan tetapi, pada poin kewibawaan, untuk diakui sebagai ahli dalam bidang komentator olahraga Valentino Simanjuntak masih membutuhkan waktu dan proses lagi untuk memenuhi kriteria kewibawaan</strong><strong>.</strong></p><p><em>Abstract -<strong> </strong></em><strong>This research is a qualitative research on "Personal Branding Valentino Simanjuntak as Sports Commentator on Television Media". The purpose of this research is to analyze the way of applying personal branding carried out by Valentino Simanjuntak as a sports commentator on television media. This study uses qualitative methods with a type of descriptive analysis research. The paradigm used in this research is post-positivism because researchers want to prove and analyze the phenomena that occur in the subject of research by referring to existing theories and sticking to a theory.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>In the research object, the author cho</strong><strong>o</strong><strong>se Valentino Simanjuntak as the key informant, then cho</strong><strong>o</strong><strong>se Ary</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Sapari and Petrus</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Tomy</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Wijanarko as supporting informants and chose Dra. Dewi</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Taviana</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Walida, Psi, Psychologist as expert informant. The result of this research shows  that in conducting personal branding, Valentino Simanjuntak was present as a sports commentator on television media who has a uniqueness of language variation like slang, jargon , akrolek, and ken with</strong><strong> </strong><strong>eleven personal branding characteristics namely authenticity, integrity, consistency, specialization, authority, distinctiveness, relevant, visibility, persistence, goodwill, and performance. It is good enough and in harmony. Renewal of the Land Lease Agreement: Problems of Theory and Judicial Practice

Land is the most important object of the environment. It is an indispensable means of production in agriculture, the territorial basis for the location of various objects. It is argued that the proper functioning of land lease relations is a guarantee of sustainable economic circulation, a guarantee of the exercise of rights and performance of duties by both the lessor and the lessee of the land. The issue of renewal of the land lease agreement after its expiration is debatable. The purpose of the study is to outline the existing theoretical and law enforcement problems regarding the renewal of the land lease agreement, to make proposals to eliminate the latter. To achieve this purpose, a system-structural method of scientific knowledge was used, which helped analyse the prescriptions of the legislation on renewal of the land lease agreement, their relations and interaction were highlighted. The study proves that the lessee's pre-emptive right exists to renew the land lease agreement only for the same period and on the same terms and in the absence of objections to such renewal by the lessor. If the lessee tries to change the essential terms of the land lease agreement and in the absence of the lessor's consent to such changes, the lessee's pre-emptive right to enter into a land lease agreement for a new term is terminated. It is emphasised that in each dispute it is necessary to establish the good faith of the lessor’s actions to refuse to renew the land lease agreement with one person (lessee) and the subsequent conclusion of the agreement with the new lessee. The use of the category of "less protected" party in land lease legal relations appears debatable, because depending on the subject composition of the parties to these legal relations, such a party can be both a lessee and a lessor. It is concluded that the Supreme Court should unify the practice of applying the provisions of the law on the renewal of the land lease agreement (only in combination with other regulations or autonomously, with the use of the principle of "tacit consent"). The possibility of autonomous application of such instructions is indicated by the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning Counteraction to Raiding”. The revealed shortcomings of the legal regulation of the renewal of the land lease agreement after its expiration indicate the directions of improvement of the legislation in land lease, which has practical significance

This chapter looks at several approaches to improving teleworking through increased trustworthiness and performance. Any combination of these methods should be beneficial. Some of the methods deal with analyzing LMX and improving its use. One of the ways to do that is to mitigate “distance” in LMX. “Distance” is a disconnect in the work relationship at times that are important. It concerns accomplishments that are crucial to recognition and promotion. Organizations need collective agreements that guide teams and foster shared understanding, collaboration, and innovation. Another valuable approach is an asynchronous one with work characterized by flexibility. Asynchronized working creates a situation where employees work a schedule without fixed hours. This is said to promote constant feedback and deep-thinking by freeing employees to manage necessary contacts with managers and other employees while self-managing their work-life balance in the process. The need for meetings is minimized and, when meetings are necessary, they may be more effective if they allow participant flexibility.
