The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of communication, motivation, and physical work environment on employee work discipline. This research was conducted at the Warung Mina Peguyangan Denpasar Branch. The number of samples taken was 45 employees, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis show that communication, motivation, and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. The Peguyangan Denpasar Branch Mina Warung is expected to pay more attention to fellow employees' communication, improve the health care of their employees, such as providing health insurance, and arranging rooms so that employees feel comfortable at work. Room arrangement will make it easier for employees to do work quickly, accurately, and accurately to help improve employee work discipline. The spirit of work is the attitude of individuals and groups towards the entire environment in accordance with the interests of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, physical work environment, and compensation on the employee morale of Villa Jerami & Spa Seminyak. This research was conducted at Villa Jerami & Spa Seminyak. The number of samples taken was 68 employees, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that transformational leadership, physical work environment, and compensation had a significant effect on morale. This means that the better transformational leadership, physical work environment, and compensation applied by the company, the higher the employee morale. Work discipline is a method used by a company to influence the behavior of its employees in order to obey the rules and regulations in the company to achieve the goals of the company. Work discipline is influenced by organizational culture, leadership style, and physical work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, leadership style, and physical work environment on the work discipline of UPT employees. Bali Industrial and Tourism Training Center. This research was conducted at the UPT. Bali Industrial and Tourism Training Center. The number of samples taken was 40 people including the head of the Office, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, leadership style, and physical work environment had a significant effect on work discipline.  This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence of work environment and motivation on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. To find out the influence of work environment and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees.      The nature of this research is correlational. The variables of this study are the work environment and work motivation and employee performance. The population in this study were all Household Employees at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a population of 37, a population of less than 100, so that all populations were sampled by the census method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.       The results obtained by the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta University. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% is influenced by other factors.

This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate and the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of Klungkung Regency. The number of samples taken as many as 42 employees, with non-probability sampling method, proposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through surveys and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, discipline, and competence simultaneously had a significant effect on supervisory performance. This shows that the implementation of a good organizational culture, the application of discipline and the establishment of competency standards for employees, the performance of supervision will improve. Partially organizational culture, discipline, and competence also influence supervisory performance. This shows that with the implementation of a good organizational culture, discipline and competence can improve supervisory performance. Keywords: Organizational culture, discipline, competence

The purpose of this research is to find out the variables that affect the employee performances in PT. XYZ. The population consist of employee  of PT. XYZ using probability sampling method that of 127 respondents, 85 (67%) were male and 42 (33%) were women.. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis technique. The results of the testing of hypotheses shows that physical work environment, remuneration, status, social work environment, recognition, supervision, work itself, achievement has significant influence to employee performances.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Work Environment Against Physical and Non-Physical Work Motivation in Elementary School East Sinduadi, Sleman. The type of this research is the nature regresional aimed to see the effect of variable Work Environment Against Physical and Non-Physical Work Motivation variables. As the study variables consist of Work Environment and Physical and Non-Physical Work Motivation variable data were collected using questionnaires and sampling are as many as 25 respondents. accindental sampling. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The results using multiple linear regression analysis showed that the results of the multiple linear regression, namely: Y = 2.510 to 0.142 X1 + 0.589 X2 Physical working conditions do not affect the level of motivation of employees working at East Elementary School Sinduadi Sleman value because the test statistic is not significant (0.502 more than 5%). With a negative coefficient (-0.512). Non-physical work environment affects the motivation level of employees working in Sleman East Sinduadi Elementary School because the value of the test statistic showed significant results (0.045 below 5%). Positive coefficient (0.589). Environmental conditions of physical and non-physical work jointly influence the motivation level of employees working at East Elementary School Sinduadi Sleman. It is seen from the value of the test statistic (F) is significant (0.041). With a constant value of 3.615 and a significant level of 5%. The auditor's ability to detect fraud is the auditor's ability to determine illegal acts that result in material misstatement in the financial statements which were done intentionally. In order for the auditor's ability to perform detection to increase, an experienced auditor, professional skepticism and competence is needed. The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the effect of experience, professional skepticism, and competence on the ability of auditors to detect fraud. This research was conducted at a Public Accountant Firm in Bali Province with a purposive sampling method of determining the sample. The number of samples analyzed in this study were 61 auditors. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis, it was found that experience, professional skepticism, and competence have a positive effect on the ability of auditors to detect fraud. The purpose of this study was to describe the work environment, communication, work facilities, and morale at the Ponorogo Regency Land Office, to determine and analyze the influence of work environment, communication and work facilities on employee morale of the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. The population in this study were 93 employees of the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. The number of samples used in this study were 93 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the variables of communication, work facilities and morale in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office are in good categories, only work environment variables are in the good enough category. Work environment, communication and work facilities have a significant effect on the morale of employees of the Ponorogo Regency Land Office.

This study was conducted to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of personal technical ability and user involvement on the effectiveness of using SIA with training as a moderator at the KSU in West Denpasar City. This research was conducted at 24 KSU in West Denpasar City. The sample of this study were 72 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the ability of personal techniques has a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of the use of SIA. User involvement significantly positive effect on the effectiveness of the use of SIA. Training strengthens the influence of personal technical abilities and user involvement on the effective use of SIA. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the variable level of welfare, communication, and work environment had on the work morale of teachers and employees of SMK 1 ISLAM TARUNA KREMBUNG-SIDOARJO simultaneously. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a sample of 34 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the study based on the F test show that the level of welfare, communication, and work environment together influence the work morale of teachers and employees. While based on the t test, the variable level of welfare and work environment does not significantly influence work morale. While communication has a significant effect and has the largest t-count compared to the other variables.
