This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of implementing village fund policies and organizational culture on the performance of village officials. This research is explanatory and associative. The scope variables in this study consist of the implementation of village policies and organizational culture as independent variables and the village apparatus's performance as the dependent. The population in this study were all village officials in Sorong Regency, as many as 2,486 people. The sampling technique used is the Slovin sampling formulation using 100 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results in this study are: (1) the implementation of the village fund policy partially has a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus, (2) the organizational culture partially has a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus. Village apparatus, (3) implementation of village fund policy Simultaneous organizational and village culture have a significant effect on the performance of village officials.

This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate and the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of Klungkung Regency. The number of samples taken as many as 42 employees, with non-probability sampling method, proposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through surveys and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, discipline, and competence simultaneously had a significant effect on supervisory performance. This shows that the implementation of a good organizational culture, the application of discipline and the establishment of competency standards for employees, the performance of supervision will improve. Partially organizational culture, discipline, and competence also influence supervisory performance. This shows that with the implementation of a good organizational culture, discipline and competence can improve supervisory performance. Keywords: Organizational culture, discipline, competence

This quantitative study aims to find out the development of MSMEs in the Madura region which is based on financial inclusion. The data collection method used a purposive sampling technique in determining the number of samples of MSMEs in the Madura region, especially Bangkalan and Pamekasan regencies. Based on the results of the study which were analyzed using multiple linear regression, it showed that financial inclusion in Madura, which was measured based on the service variables, access to capital, and mentoring, had an impact on the development of MSME businesses in Madura.”,,,

This study aims to determine whether the work environment, organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of the Yogyakarta City Health Office. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Yogyakarta City Health Office as many as 50 people. In this study, researchers used a saturated sampling technique, namely a sampling technique if all populations were sampled. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is regression with a significant level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. 2). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. 3). Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. 4). Work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity.

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

Companies need to maintain their survival by developing and earning profits. Consumers have ever-changing tastes and desires, so companies must be prepared to face all these changes and constantly review and improve their offerings. Companies need to pay attention to factors that affect consumers' buying interest, including products, prices, and locations. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of simultaneous product, price, and location on consumer buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Residen Surabaya. The study population was all consumers of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya. The sampling technique is based on Hair, et al. (2010), that the number of samples is at least 5 times the number of indicators so that the number of samples in this study is 85 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results showed that the product, price, and location partially affected the consumer buying interest of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the t test showing the calculated t value all independent variables are greater than t table (1,989), which is 2,015 for the effect of product variables (X1), 2,608 for the influence of price variables (X2), and 6,037 for the effect of location variables (X3). . The results also show that the products, prices, and locations simultaneously influence consumers' buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of F count> F table which is 45,001> 2,716.

 This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence of work environment and motivation on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. To find out the influence of work environment and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees.      The nature of this research is correlational. The variables of this study are the work environment and work motivation and employee performance. The population in this study were all Household Employees at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a population of 37, a population of less than 100, so that all populations were sampled by the census method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.       The results obtained by the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta University. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% is influenced by other factors.

The objectives to be achieved in this research are to 1). Knowing the effect of working capital on labor absorption 2). Knowing the effect of wages on labor absorption 3). Knowing the effect of technology on labor absorption 4). Knowing the effect of working capital, wage value and technology simultaneously on the absorption of labor in the agel fiber handicraft industry in Salamrejo Village, Sentolo District, Kulon Progo. This type of research is Expost Facto research. This research is causal associative because it looks for the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The population in this study were all agel fiber handicraft entrepreneurs in the village of Salamrejo, which according to the head of the development division in the village of Salamrejo were 30 entrepreneurs. The data collection methods used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between working capital on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between the value of wages on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between technology on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between working capital, wages and technology simultaneously on labor absorption in Salamrejo Village in December 2019.

This research was conducted by considering the inconsistency of research results regarding the influence of independence, professionalism and accounting information systems on the performance of the Supervisory Body as the internal controller of the LPD by moderating the organizational culture of Tri Hita Karana. The sample in this study amounted to 35 LPDs in Denpasar City. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis of this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that independence has a positive effect on the performance of LPD supervisors, professionalism and SIA have no effect on supervisor performance, the Tri Hita Karana culture is able to moderate and strengthen the influence of independence. on LPD staffing performance, and tri-black culture because it has not been able to moderate the influence of professionalism and BSM on the performance of LPD supervisors in Denpasar City. This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Headmaster’s supervision, Compensation and Organizational Culture on the Work Discipline of SMAN 1 Rao teachers, Pasaman Regency, both simultaneously and partially. The sample in this study were all SMAN 1 Rao teachers, totaling 63 people. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, with the help of SPSS version 21.The analysis proves that the headmaster’s supervision and compensation partially significantly affects the work discipline of SMAN 1 Rao teachers, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. While organizational culture did not affect and not significant the work discipline of SMAN 1 Rao teachers, Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected.Simultaneously the headmaster’s supervision, compensation and organizational culture affected the work discipline of SMAN 1 Rao teachers. Among the three independent variables, the dominant variable is compensation. The contribution of determination (R2) of the three variables to the teacher's work discipline was 28,1% while the remaining 71.9% was contributed by other variables not included in this variable.It is recommended to the headmaster of SMAN 1 Rao to maintain compensation, increase supervision and pay attention to the organizational culture so that it has improvement..

Accounting fraud is an action due to the desire or encouragement to use the opportunity so as to manipulate accounting of financial statements, corruption or misappropriation of assets. Research aims to determine the influence of individual morality, organizational commitment and conformity of compensation on accounting fraud in the LPD of Mengwi sub-district. The sampling method is using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is permormed using questionnaires and questionnaires returned are 194 questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the tests, individual morality, organizational commitment and compensation conformity have negative affect on accounting fraud.
