The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organizational support on organizational commitment with psychological contracts as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at two business places that are engaged in the same field, namely Maritime Tourism Adventure Tanjung Benoa, Bali. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents, where by taking the entire population in the two companies using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires directly to employees. Analysis of research data using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study stated that organizational support had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, psychological corntact had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and organizational support had an effect on organizational commitment with psychological contracts to strengthen both variables. Organizational commitment is one of the critical problems faced by the organizations, today. The outcomes related to commitment i.e. turnover and absenteeism can be resolved through enriched jobs. However, there is limited knowledge availability both from practical and academic aspects regarding the effect of job characteristics on organizational commitment, and keeping this perspective in mind this study examined the effect of job characteristics on organizational commitment in Nepali IT companies along with the moderating effect of growth need strength. Altogether 167 responses were collected from employees using survey questionnaire. Regression analysis and multiple moderated regression analysis were carried out to examine the hypothesized relationship. The results indicated that job characteristics had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment and among the five dimensions of job characteristic only skill variable had a non-significant effect on organizational commitment. However, the moderating effect of growth needs strength on job characteristics and organizational commitment relationship could not be established. Research implications along with the limitations of this study are discussed.

This study aims to examine empirically the influence of environmental performance, size, and profitability on carbon emission disclosure at non-financial companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population used in this study in non-financial companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2017 and 2018. The technique of determining sample using purposive sampling and obtained 112 observation companies. The research data analysis used linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that size has a significant positive effect on carbon emission disclosure. This shows that if the size of the company increase, the amount of carbon emission disclosure increases. Environmental performance and profitability has no effect on carbon emission disclosure. Despite the abundance of studies of organizational commitment, there is a need for explaining it with data from non-Western societies. According to exchange theory, there may be reciprocal relationships between an employee's commitment to the employing organization and support given by the organization. To examine such an hypothesis in a non-Western society, the present study collected data from 927 employees in eight high-technology companies in Taiwan. It found that the employee's organizational commitment and perceived organizational support exhibited strong reciprocal and positive relationships, with control for a number of background characteristics. In addition, it detected a significant positive effect of organizational support averaged for the job on the employee's organizational commitment.

The desire of a consumer to buy a product or service is influenced by the attitude they have, because this will be felt by consumers when determining the purchase intention of the product or service and deciding whether to use it again or not. Thus, this study aims to examine the effect of brand image, reference group, and religiosity on college purchase intention (students) in South Jakarta. Data collection techniques used an online questionnaire with a sample of 103 respondents in the South Jakarta area and had never used the services of a Sharia Bank. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23 program. The conclusion of this study is that brand image has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, the reference group has a positive but not significant effect on purchase intention, and religiosity has a significant positive effect on purchase intention.

Abstract: This research uses quantitative method with multiple linier analysis.The Data Collection tools technics used are indirect communication and documentation. Based on the analysis of the research data, it can be concluded that: 1) The practical work and entrepreneurship education partially have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurship interest, which shown from tcount of practical work is 1,747 and entrepreneurship education is 10,371 larger than ttable that is 1,997. 2) The practical work and entrepreneurship education simultaneously have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurship interest, which shown from tcount of practical work is 1,747 and entrepreneurship education is 10,371 larger than table that is 1,997. 3) Rather than practical work, entrepreneurship education is the most significant to influence entrepreneurship interest which shown from tcount is 10,371 with a sigificant value is 0,000 (less than the error rate is 0,05).Keywords: Practical Work, Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurship interest.Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaif dengan bentuk Analisis linier berganda. Tekinik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik komunikasi tidak langsung, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1. Praktik Kerja Industri dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan secara parsial terhadap Minat Berwirausaha, yang diperlihatkan dari hasil thitung yaitu Praktik Kerja Industri sebesar 3,005 dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan sebesar 1,963 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,997 jadi secara parsial Praktik Kerja Industri dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan memberi pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. 2.Praktik Kerja Industri dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan secara simultan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha, yang diperlihatkan dari hasil thitung yaitu Praktik Kerja Industri sebesar 3,005 dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan sebesar 1,963 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,997 jadi secara simultan praktik kerja industri danpendidikan kewirausahaan memberi pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. 3.Variabel Praktik Kerja Industri dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan yang Pengaruhnya Paling signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha adalah Praktik Kerja Industri sebesar 3,005 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.004 (lebih kecil dari taraf kesalahan 0,05).Kata Kunci: Praktik Kerja Industri, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Minat Berwirausaha

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the relationship between job characteristics, competencies and organizational commitment to employee performance Pekalongan District Health Office. The population for this study is Pekalongan District Health Bureau staff totaling 104 people. Samples were taken by using census method. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The collected data was then processed using the technique of multiple regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The analysis showed 1) the characteristics of the job does not affect the organizational commitment, 2) competence and significant positive effect on organizational commitment, 3) job characteristics and significant positive effect on performance, 4) the competence of positive and significant impact on performance, 5) organizational commitment is not berpengaruhi the performance

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) terhadap kepuasan dan komitmen organisasional. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan (DKP) Kota Denpasar dengan menggunakan petugas kebersihan Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Denpasar sebagai sampel/subjek penelitian sebanyak 60 orang. Berkaitan dengan metode penelitiannya, riset ini menggunakan wawancara dan kusioner sebagai metode pengumpulan datanya analisis jalur (path analysis) sebagai teknik analisis datanya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan K3 berpengaruh signifikan secara positif pada kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional. Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif signifikan pada komitmen organisasional, dan kepuasan kerja merupakan variabel yang memediasi pengaruh penerapan K3 pada komitmen organisasional. Kata kunci : penerapan K3, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of health and safety management implementation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research used sanitation officer of Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Denpasar as research respondent. Data collection method used interview and quitionare and for data analysis will be used path analysis. The results showed that the implementation of health and safety management has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and job satisfaction also has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction serve as a variable that mediates the effect of health and saftey management implementation on organizational commitment.

This study aims to analyze: (1) influence of organizational support to employee performance, (2) influence of organizational support to organizational commitment and (3) influence organizational commitment to employee performance. A total of 77 employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar is used as a sample with sampling technique that is saturated sampling. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS. The result of this study found that organizational support had positive and significant effect on employee performance, with coefficient value was 0,389 and t statistics value was 4,086 (> t critical 1,96). The effect of organizational support on organizational commitment resulted in coefficient value of 0.634 and t statistics of 9.091 (> t critical 1.96) which means significant. Furthermore, organizational commitment also has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with coefficient value of 0.363 and t statistics value of 4.635 (> t critical 1.96). This study proves that employees who get support from the organization proved able to increase organizational commitment to work which implies to the better performance displayed by employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar.

This study aims to determine how the influence of security, easy, trust and performance risk to online purchasing decisions either partially, simultaneously or dominant. This type of research using survey. The sample in this research 50 respondents there is users of tokopedia.com in Lumajang district. Methods of data collection with questionnaires distributed online using google forms. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed variable security, easy, trust and performance risk  partially have a significant positive effect on online purchasing decisions. While the simultaneous variable security, easy, trust and performance risk have a significant positive effect on online purchasing decisions. While the most dominant in influencing purchasing decision online is the security.

This study aims to determine the effect of extrinsic motivation and communication on employee loyalty with organizational commitment as intervening variables. This type of research is quantitative research. The population is all employees at CV TWIN SETIA, Sewon Subdistrict, Panggungharjo, Sewon, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The sample is 44 samples or 44 respondents. Sampling techniques use saturated sampling techniques. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire distributed to all employees of the CV TWIN SETIA. The data analysis techniques used multiple descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, linear regression, t test (partial), and coefficients of determination (R2). The results of this study showed that the influence of extrinsic motivation and communication on employee loyalty with organizational commitment as an insignificant variable mediating, communication had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and extrinsic motivation had a significant positive effect on employee loyalty.  Keywords: Extrinsic Motivation, Comunication, Organizational Commitment, Employee Loyalty
