This study aims to determine the effect of extrinsic motivation and communication on employee loyalty with organizational commitment as intervening variables. This type of research is quantitative research. The population is all employees at CV TWIN SETIA, Sewon Subdistrict, Panggungharjo, Sewon, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The sample is 44 samples or 44 respondents. Sampling techniques use saturated sampling techniques. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire distributed to all employees of the CV TWIN SETIA. The data analysis techniques used multiple descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, linear regression, t test (partial), and coefficients of determination (R2). The results of this study showed that the influence of extrinsic motivation and communication on employee loyalty with organizational commitment as an insignificant variable mediating, communication had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and extrinsic motivation had a significant positive effect on employee loyalty.  Keywords: Extrinsic Motivation, Comunication, Organizational Commitment, Employee Loyalty

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organizational support on organizational commitment with psychological contracts as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at two business places that are engaged in the same field, namely Maritime Tourism Adventure Tanjung Benoa, Bali. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents, where by taking the entire population in the two companies using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires directly to employees. Analysis of research data using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study stated that organizational support had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, psychological corntact had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and organizational support had an effect on organizational commitment with psychological contracts to strengthen both variables. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the factors that influence customers' interest in saving at Jateng Syariah Bank. This study uses quantitative research methods, non-probability sampling techniques can be obtained through purposive sampling. The population in this study was a customer at Purwokerto Syariah Bank Jateng and was 17 years old. Samples in this study were 170 respondents. The research method used in this study is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test, t test. Location has no significant negative effect on saving interest, Service has a significant positive effect on saving interest, Knowledge has a significant positive effect on saving interest, Promotion has no significant positive effect on saving interest, Product has no significant positive effect on saving interest, Price has no significant positive effect on interest save. Term incentive used in this study is the extent to which incentives can motivate members of the organization (employees) to achieve the goals of the organization (company). The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of giving incentive and job satisfaction on organizational commitment and work motivation. Research was conducted on the employees of QNB Bank Indonesia Area Surabaya. Data collected by a questionnaire distributed to all employees and employee. Data have been collected and analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that giving incentive and job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. The study also found that giving incentive and job satisfaction of employees  QNB Bank Indonesia Area  Surabaya has a significant positive effect on employee work  motivation at  the  Bank QNB Indonesia Area Surabaya.

This research was conducted at the Sukabirus Food Court. Pujasera Sukabirus is a place to eat consisting of food counters offering a variety of varied menus. Sukabirus Food Court is an open and informal dining area. This business has been moving since the beginning of July 2018. Responding to this, this study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial marketing on the success of businesses at food outlets in Sukabirus Food Court. The research uses quantitative research methods. This research uses sampling techniques on non-probability sampling, namely saturated sampling because members of the population amount to 30 people and the entire population is a sample. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents. Data collection in this study was conducted by distributing questionnaires distributed to all respondents namely, owners of food outlets in Sukabirus Food Court. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis and descriptive analysis. The results showed that respondents' responses to entrepreneurial motivation in the good category with a score of 77.3%, respondents' responses to entrepreneurship marketing in the excellent category with a score of 70.31% and respondents' perception of business success in good categories with a score of 69.7%. The conclusion of this study is entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial marketing have a positive and significant effect on business success with a score of 79.1%. These results can be interpreted that the increase in entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial marketing in the Sukabirus Food Court business will have an effect on increasing business success. The aims of this study was to determine the Effect of Motivation, Individual Characteristics and Organizational Commitment to Burnout. The subjects were non-military Navy Civil Servants totaling 50 respondents using a saturated sampling method. The type of this research was quantitative research by SPSS technique (Statistical Product and Service solutions) and used measurement questionnaire data using a Likert scale. The path analysis hypothesis test were linear and classical assumptions.The results of this study indicated that individual characteristic variables and organizational commitment hada significant positive effect to burnout. Motivation had no effect and was not partially significant to Burnout. Individual characteristics and organizational commitment had a significant effect to burnout, but organizational comitment had a strong and significant effect to burnout among the varriables.

This study aims to analyze: (1) influence of organizational support to employee performance, (2) influence of organizational support to organizational commitment and (3) influence organizational commitment to employee performance. A total of 77 employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar is used as a sample with sampling technique that is saturated sampling. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS. The result of this study found that organizational support had positive and significant effect on employee performance, with coefficient value was 0,389 and t statistics value was 4,086 (> t critical 1,96). The effect of organizational support on organizational commitment resulted in coefficient value of 0.634 and t statistics of 9.091 (> t critical 1.96) which means significant. Furthermore, organizational commitment also has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with coefficient value of 0.363 and t statistics value of 4.635 (> t critical 1.96). This study proves that employees who get support from the organization proved able to increase organizational commitment to work which implies to the better performance displayed by employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar.

The Influence of Consumer Threat Emotion and Brand Trust and corporate image to the Buying Decision at Rumah Sakit Pertamina Balikpapan). This study aimed to analyze the influence of Threat Emotions and Brand Trust and corporate image to the Buying Decision. The independent variables in this study are threat emotions and brand trust, while the dependent variable in this study is buying decisions. The type of research that is used is quantitative research. The research was conducted on customers of Rumah Sakit Pertamina Balikpapan. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques in this study used regression analysis. This study shows that threat emotion does not have a significant positive effect on buying decisions, brand trust does have a significant positive effect on buying decisions, and corporate image has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions.

The aim of this research was to analyse the effect of job demand on burnout and to analyse the moderators (job resource and personal resource) effect on the relationship between job demand and burnout. This research used quantitative research method with 232 peoples sample respondents. Data analysis techniques were using multiple linear regression and MRA (Moderating Regression Analysis) to determine the effect of moderators. The results of this research are follows: 1) Job demand has a significant positive effect on burnout, and tested on every Job demand dimensions (Qualitative demand, quantitative demand, and organizational demand) positively affects burnout significantly. 2) Job resources become moderation predictor of job demand on burnout. Meanwhile, when tested on every dimension of job demand (Qualitative demand, quantitative demand, organizational demand), then can be concluded Job resource becomes <em>moderation quasi</em> in qualitative demand on burnout, and job resource becomes moderation predictor in quantitative demand on burnout, job resource becomes moderation predictor in organizational demand on burnout. 3) Personal resources become moderation predictor between job demand on burnout. Meanwhile, when tested on every dimension of job demand (Qualitative demand, quantitative demand, organizational demand), then showed Personal Resource becomes <em>moderation quasi</em> on qualitative demand on burnout, and Personal resource becomes moderation predictor in quantitative demand on burnout, Personal resource becomes moderation predictor in organizational demand on burnout.

Abstract This study aims to empirically challenge the moderation of Non-Performing Loans to the effect of Credit Distribution Rates on Profitability. The population of 81 bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018 and which met the criteria of the research sample (purposive sampling) were 22 companies. The research method uses survey methods with quantitative research approaches, the analytical tool used is moderation regression. This study concludes that the level of credit distribution has a significant positive effect on profitability and the existence of the problem loan variable is proven to be a moderating variable that weakens the relationship between the level of credit distribution and profitability.

This study aims to determine the effect of product design and price on consumer interest in buying Jepara Teak furniture at the New Furniture Business Shop in Lubuk Alung. This type of research is associative quantitative research, the number of research samples were 100 people. Data was collected in the form of questionnaires and using analyzed SPSS software ver.21.0 for Windows. The conclusions from this study is the product design variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on purchase decision in Jati Jepara furniture at the New Furniture Business Shop in Lubuk Alung, as evidenced by t value > t table (10,400> 1,660) and a significant influence between price variables ( X2) purchase decision with t value> t table (2,015> 1,660). There is a positive and significant influence between product design (X1) price (X2), on purchase decision of Jati Jepara furniture consumers with an F-value 156,644> F- table (3,09) means that it affects together. The coefficient of determination (R²) results obtained a coefficient of 0.764 or 76.4%, while 23.6% is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Product design; prices; purchase decision.
