Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian adalah tolak ukur yang dipergunakan sebagai pedoman bagi tenaga kefarmasian dalam menyelenggarakan pelayanan kefarmasian. Salah satu faktor yang mendukung adalah pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan yang mencakup bagian penerimaan. Penerimaan dalam perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 73 tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Penerimaan merupakan kegiatan untuk menjamin kesesuaian jenis, spesifikasi, jumlah, mutu, waktu penyerahan dan harga yang tertera dalam surat pesanan dengan kondisi fisik yang diterima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) di Apotek X telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih mendalam tentang penerimaan dilakukan di Apotek X. Standards of Pharmaceutical Services are benchmarks used as guidelines for pharmaceutical personnel in carrying out pharmaceutical services. One supporting factor is the management of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and consumable medical materials that include the reception. Reception of pharmaceutical products has been regulated by Minister of Health Regulation Number 73 of 2016 concerning The Standards of Pharmaceutical Services at Pharmacy. Reception is an activity to ensure the suitability of type, specifications, quantity, quality, delivery time and price stated in the order letter with physical conditions received. This study aims to determine the application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in Pharmacy X in accordance with statutory regulations. This type of research is a descriptive observational study with a qualitative approach that aims to get more in-depth information about acceptance conducted at Pharmacy X.

BACKGROUND: The implementation of pharmacy service standards is a way to implement the practice philosophy, which in essence aims to protect the public from unprofessional pharmaceutical services. The Indonesians standard of pharmacy services has been updated several times according to the development of legal requirements in the community pharmacy setting. AIM: This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of pharmacy service standards for managing pharmaceuticals, medical devices and disposable medical materials at pharmacies. METHODS: The study was conducted with a descriptive method using a cross sectional survey research design, with a checklist as an instrument for retrieving variable data on pharmaceutical services at pharmacies in the city of Medan, Indonesia. The study was conducted from July to November 2018. RESULTS: The overall standard implementation from 99 pharmacies showed that 72 pharmacies were at a good level (72.72%), fair level as many as 26 pharmacies (26.26%) and 1 pharmacy in bad level (1.02%). CONCLUSION: The study result revealed that even though the level of implementation was good but there were some elements that have high level of “done but not documented” (especially in planning and destruction/withdrawal standards). There were many aspects that must be improved especially the documentation aspect and require cooperation from all relevant parties.

SMS Reminder is a Short Message Service that broadcast in one direction, which means that incoming SMS will not be replied by system, and serves to remind the user. The system will automatically send SMS to multiple phone numbers which have been entered in database previously. The delivery time of SMS must be in accordance with a predetermined scheduling. The purpose of this study is to get an overview of implementation on SMS Reminder activities at Syafira Hospital Pekanbaru. The method use in this research is descriptive qualitative approach. The numbers of informants were two people that officer and person in charge SMS Reminder section. These results indicate that the Human Resources of SMS Reminder amounted to two person have educational backgrounds S1 and have been not trained specifically on SMS Reminder and the service of SMS Reminder have not Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as the lack of a telephone to perform SMS Reminder. Suggestions on this research is SMS Reminder officers should be trained in communication and procedures for the implementation of SMS Reminder and make Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) so that the officer has a reference in carrying out their duties.

This study aims to explain how the employee performance optimization program in Pandu Siwi Sentosa or Pandu Logistic, the application of Islamic spiritual values associated with employee performance optimization, and the application method of Islamic spiritual values in Pandu Logistics. In obtaining the data, the researcher used a qualitative approach. With this approach, researchers can explore more in-depth information from the research informants. The results obtain conclusions that Islamic spirituality values which is applied in relation to the performance optimization is applied through the assessment criteria performance evaluation, work culture, and service aspects which is derived in activities such as lectures, i'tikaf, smoking ban, veiling duty, praying, and sunnah praying.

This study aims to find out the strategies implemented by the principal in order to improve the quality of tahfizh education in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga. This study is a field study with a qualitative approach. The location of this study is in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga, Central Java. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are 3 aspects that are targeted from improving the quality of tahfizh education. First, the improvement of the quality of human resources in this case is reserved for teachers who support the tahfizh program. This improvement in the quality of human resources is implemented through teacher self-training, learning supervision, lesson study and peer assessment, as well as the construction of recitations. Second, the implementation of standard operating procedures (POS) implemented by tahfizh teachers in teaching. Third, improve communication and good cooperation with parents.

This study aimed to reveal the understanding and perceptions of the public upon history of Sheikh Maulana Maghribi’s (SMM) tomb and character. This qualitative approach used historical research. The results showed that the SMM’s history of the tomb and his figures are still remembered and understood among Wonobodro community through two ways, namely: through word of mouth from family members or other people hereditary and through oral explanation from the manager of the tomb complex, especially Interpreter Lock to pilgrims. In addition, it was also revealed that there are two different informants understanding about the real identity of Sheikh Maulana Maghribi. It is caused by lack of depth information obtained by Wonobodro community. The conclusion that there is character and story elements that reflect the similarities of culture, values and experience of informants and community.

This study aims at describing and summarizing various conditions, various situations, or various phenomena of social reality that exist in life of society which are objects in this research and try to attract that reality to the surface so that it can be seen how social reality actually exists and is happening in life of society. This research was conducted in the Petisah Tengah Village, Medan Petisah village, Medan, North Sumatra Province. The researcher chose this village as the research location because of the diverse plurality of the people and the high level of socio-political dynamics because in this village there was the Medan Mayor's Office, as well as some government offices and Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) in Medan. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The type of research used by researchers in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive studies. Qualitative research is a research procedure that produces description data in the form of words (both written and oral). This qualitative research method was chosen because it can present directly the nature of the relationship between researchers and respondents and is more sensitive and can adjust to the patterns of value faced. Data collection is done by observation and interview. The results of the study are more emphasized in giving an objective description of the actual state of the object under investigation, using a qualitative approach, the researcher will obtain more in-depth information or data.

Awareness of the risks are well understood is an integral part of efforts to optimize the benefits of a business, especially in the business in the financial sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk management and strategies to deal with it in a murabaha financing in BTN Syariah Yogyakarta. Qualitative approach used in this study. While the data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the management of risk in murabahah financing in BTN Syariah Yogyakarta must be doing by minimize the risk that happening, either ona precontractand postcontract. Mitigation pre-contract is done in compliance with Standard Operating Procedureset of internal bank, do selecting to mudharib’s candidate, and feasibility analysis mudharib’s candidate. While mitigating the risk of post-contract is used a standard system with computer technology with sigma program

ABSTRACTStorage must guarantee the qualitiy and safety of pharmaceutical preperations, medical devices, and medical materials after use in accordance with pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, and medical materials after used in accordance with pharmaceutical requirements.. The aim of this study was to evaluated the storage of medicines and to determine indicators of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats that affect the storage stage in the warehouse of Pharmacy Installation of Lapangan Sawang of Sitaro District Hospital. This research was used descriptive analytical study conducted using qualitative methods. The results showed that there was 4 strength indicators, 3 weakness indicators, 1 opportunity indicator and 3 threat indicators. In conclusion, the Pharmacy Installation warehouse of Lapangan Sawang Hospital is 68% accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health No.72 2016, but it needs to be equipped indoor lighting, thermometers and naming (labels) on the storage rack. The warehouse strength indicators are good pharmaceutical supply management system, utilization of inventory evaluation management information systems, access to receiving goods from distributors, the person in charge of pharmaceutical personnel, the weaknesses are the number of human resources that are lacking to meet shifts, the existence of expired or damaged drugs, and have not met warehouse requirements based on the regulation. The warehouse opportunities are the development of an inventory evaluation management information system, the threat of which is the change in the inventory module, distributor regulations regarding non-returnable goods, and demand for goods or drugs during the night shift Key Word:  Storage, Medicine, Hospital Pharmacy InstallationABSTRAKPenyimpanan harus menjamin kualitas dan keamanan Sediaan Farmasi, Alat Kesehatan, dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai sesuai dengan persyaratan kefarmasian. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian yaitu untuk mengevaluasi penyimpanan obat dan menetapkan indikator kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, ancaman yang mempengaruhi tahap penyimpanan  di gudang Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit (IFRS) Umum Daerah Lapangan Sawang Sitaro. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitis yang dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 4 indikator kekuatan, 3 indikator kelemahan, 1 indikator peluang dan 3 indikator ancaman. Kesimpulannya gudang IFRS Umum Daerah Lapangan Sawang 68% sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan (PMK) No.72 Tahun 2016, namun perlu untuk dilengkapi penerangan dalam ruangan, termometer dan penamaan (label) pada rak penyimpanan. Indikator kekuatannya ialah sistem penataan perbekalan farmasi yang baik, pemanfaatan sistem informasi manajemen evaluasi inventory, akses penerimaan barang dari distributor, penanggung jawab dari tenaga kefarmasian, kelemahannya yaitu kurangnya jumlah SDM untuk memenuhi shift, adanya obat kadaluarsa/rusak, dan belum memenuhi persyaratan gudang berdasarkan PMK. Peluangnya ialah perkembangan sistem informasi manajemen evaluasi inventory, ancamannya yaitu perubahan modul inventory, peraturan distributor barang yang tidak dapat diretur, dan permintaan barang/obat saat shift malam. Kata Kunci: Penyimpanan, Obat, Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit

Objectives: This study aimed at evaluating the reliability of respiratory rate obtained by a non-contact technology with respect to a medically validated monitor among preterm babies. Design: This observational study compared the respiratory rates from raybaby’s non-contact technology and FDA approved Earlysense unit for the same instants of time through 760 hours of monitoring. 18 preterm babies in the NICU of a paediatric specialty hospital in India were considered for the study. The raybaby device was installed in front of the incubator and the contact-free FDA approved device was placed below the mattress of the incubator. The Respiratory Rate monitored was displayed on the device’s monitoring screen. Respiratory rates from both devices were compared to calculate the agreement between the values. Correlation, Accuracy, Hit Percentage and Fit Curves for the non-contact technology of raybaby with respect to the clinically certified device. Results: With 760 hours of monitoring, 37404 breathing instances were analysed. This yielded an accuracy of 98%. 95% of the data points fell within the +/- 5 units error range which is usually followed by medical devices. Conclusions: Raybaby uses a non-contact technology for monitoring Respiratory Rate. The average breathing rate observed was 33 to 43 breaths per minute, which falls within the breathing range of 30-60 breaths per minute. From the 37404 data points analysed, raybaby® establishes further proof for the breathing range and trend found in babies. The accuracy of non-contact technology for respiratory monitoring establishes great potential for making health monitoring less intrusive and efficient for use. This renders the technology as a hopeful tool for respiratory monitoring to deploy at observation units during the pandemic.
