ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan kajian analisis SWOT karena, mempermudah suatu perusahaan  untuk mengkombinasikan strategi yang tepat dikembangkan untuk menjalankan perusahaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal serta menyusun dan merekomendasikan strategi pengembangan agrowisata di Soewan Garden Desa Pancasari. Penelitian ini mengambil data dari penyebaran kuisioner yang dibagi menjadi 2, yaitu kuisioner internal ( pemilik dan pengunjung agrowisata), dan kuisioner eksternal (Pakar dan usaha sejenis yang sudah berkembang). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 3 kekuatan, 6 kelemahan, 4 peluang, dan 3 ancaman. Hasil pembobotan dan rating menunjukan bahwa nilai terbobot untuk matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) adalah 3,02 dan matriks Eksternal Factor Evaluation (EFE) adalah 2.65. Nilai ini menunjukan posisi yang kuat pada matriks Internal Eksternal (IE) dengan strategi yang harus dilakukan adalah strategi intensif dan integratif. Sedangkan berdasarkan Analisis matriks SWOT terdapat 8 alternatif strategi yang dapat disusun untuk mengembangkan usaha agrowisata Soewan Garden. ABSTRACT This research was conducted with a SWOT analysis study for a decision-maker in a company to combine the right strategies to run the company. This study aims to analyze internal and external conditions and recommend development strategies in the agrotourism Soewan Garden at Pancasari village. This study took data from the distribution of questionnaires which were divided into 2, namely internal commissioners (agro-tourism owners and visitors) and external commissioners (experts and similar businesses that have developed). The results showed that there were 3 strengths, 6 weaknesses, 4 opportunities, and 3 threats. The weighting and assessment results show that the weighted value for the Internal Factor Evaluation matrix (IFE) is 3,02 and the External Factor Evaluation matrix (EFE) is 2,65. This value indicates a strong position in the Internal External Matrix (IE) with a strategy that must be done is an intensive and integrative strategy. Meanwhile, based on the SWOT matrix analysis there are 8 alternative strategies that can be developed to develop Soewan Gardenagro-tourism.

This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions as well as compose and recommend the business development strategy of agro-industries of Civet coffee at Satria agro- tourism in the Gianyar Regency. The methods used in this research is a method of observation field and in-depth interviews using questionnaire. Data field observations and interviews are then analyzed to obtain formulation strategies using the SWOT analysis. The assessment weighting and rating conducted by 5 experts. Results of the study show that there are 5 strengths, 5 weaknesses, 4 opportunities, and 3 threats. Results weighting and rating values for the matrix that the weighted Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) was 3.72 and matrix External Factor Evaluation (EFE) is 3.75. This value indicates a strong position on the matrix Internal external (IE) and the strategy to do is intensive and integrative strategies. Based on SWOT Matrix Analysis, priority alternative strategy is maintaining of price and quality to expand marketing. Keywords : strategy, SWOT, agro tourism, civet coffee, QSPM

CV. Kembar Jaya Kreatif is an industry engaged in garment or convection. The results of the CV. Kembar Jaya Kreatif from September 2017 to April 2019 can be seen if there are some months of income that do not meet the income target that has been set. Therefore CV. Kembar Jaya Kreatif is obliged to devise a new strategy in order to increase income in order to achieve the targets that have been set. SWOT analysis is used to obtain alternative strategies, where strategic alternatives are obtained from internal and external aspects of the industry. Information and research data consist of primary and secondary information, the analytical tools used in this research are the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix, the EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix, the IE (Internal-External) matrix, the SWOT matrix (Strengths, Weakness). , Opportunities, and Threats), as well as QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The SWOT matrix creates 5 strategic alternatives that can be implemented by the industry. Based on the QSPM results from 5 alternatives, one of the prioritized alternative strategies is to use existing technology to carry out marketing activities and sell products online such as through social media and e-commerce with a TAS score of 6, 303.

The level of competition is usually influenced by a variety of factors such as: promotions, services, security and others. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the strategy of marketing management SME snacks. Although it already has a fairly large market share, but the bare possibility of the presence of competitors engaged in the same field. Then the right strategy is to use the analysis of strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threat (SWOT). In addition, with the approach of matrix internal factor evaluation (IFE), matrix external factor evaluation (EFE) and the matrix internal external (IE). Renewal in the research is the use of the IFE, EFE and IE matrix. This is so that the results of the assessment can determine the position and strength of the business. Then the results of the study show that SME snacks have 8 strength, 7 weaknesses, 6 opportunities and a 5 threat. In addition, the results of the IFE matrix is weighted by 2.74 this show is in the position of the average. While the results of the EFE matrix weighted by 3.01 it is shown to be in a strong position. While the results of the IE matrix is in quadrant II, it is within the scope of a strategy to growth and nurture (growth and build).

The objectives of this study were to analyze the internal and external conditions, formulate the strategy and determine the priority strategy for business development of Tempura Fish X. Analysis of business development strategies was using a matrix SWOT (Strengths, Weakneses, Oppurtunities, and Threats), Quantitative analysis using EFE, IFE and IE matrix, and strategy priority analysis was using TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution. The results show that there are 5 strengths, 5 weaknesses, 4 opportunities and 2 threats. The IFE matrix analysis value (Internal Factor Evaluation) is 2.96 and the EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix is ??3,006. The value indicates a moderate position on the IE matrix (Internal External). The strategy proposed are to develop a strategy consisting of intensive strategy (market penetration, market development, and product development), and integrative strategies (backward integration, forward integration and horizontal integration). Based on SWOT analysis there are 8 alternative strategies that can be recommended to development Tempura fish X business. TOPSIS analysis results with the value of the proximity of each alternative to the ideal solution is 1,00 namely expand the market by selling products to small restaurants, school cafeteria, and also food stalls. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu apa faktor internal dan eksternal untuk mempromosikan penyerapan tenaga kerja laki-laki di sektor pengolahan rambut palsu. Studi ini juga menganalisis terkait strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan penyerapan tenaga kerja laki-laki di sektor ini. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 97 responden yang merupakan pekerja laki-laki yang saat ini bekerja di bagian pengolahan rambut palsu. Kemudian, responden ahli dalam penelitian ini adalah industri pengolahan rambut palsu dan Departemen Tenaga Kerja Purbalingga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor Evaluasi Faktor Internal (IFE) adalah 2,3597. Sedangkan skor Evaluasi Faktor Eksternal (EFE) adalah 3,1229. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi internal untuk meningkatkan penyerapan tenaga kerja laki-laki di sektor industri pengolahan rambut palsu masuk ke kategori sedang. Sedangkan kondisi eksternal untuk meningkatkan penyerapan tenaga kerja laki-laki di sektor industri pengolahan rambut palsu masuk ke dalam kategori tinggi. Jadi arah strategis penyerapan tenaga kerja laki-laki di sektor industri pengolahan rambut palsu yang berada di divisi dua. Yaitu dalam pertumbuhan dan fase pembangunan yang dapat ditingkatkan dengan konsentrasi melalui integrasi horizontal   This research Using the SWOT analysis, this study seeks to find out what are the strategic factors internal and external to promote absorption of men in fake hair processing sector. This study also attempts to analyze the strategies that can be done to increase the absorption of men labor in the sector. The sample in this study amounted to 97 respondents who are men workers who are currently worked in the fake hair processing. Then, the expert respondents in this study is the fake hair processing industry and Purbalingga labor department.  The results showed that the score of the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) is 2,3597. While the score of External Factor Evaluation (EFE) is 3,1229. This indicates that the internal conditions for increasing absorption of men labor in the fake hair processing industry sector into the medium category. While the external conditions for increasing absorption of men labor in the fake hair processing industry sector into the high category. So the strategic direction of the absorption of male labor in the fake hair processing industry sector that are in division two. That is in a growth and a building phase which can be improved by concentration through horizontal integration.

In a very competitive market conditions the company must have a thorough understanding about the condition of its internal and external of the company to determine an appropriate strategy. This research aims to know the proper competitive advantage strategies for PT Semen Tonasa is done by. Descriptive research is done by collecting data through observation, FGD and interviews. After IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) and EFE (External Factor Evaluation) and SWOT analysis, PT Semen Tonasa should focus their efforts on pursuing growth. Based on the analysis of the QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) retrieved the right strategy to do is market penetration. PT Semen Tonasa should increase market share in the area of the market with a hefty profit margin do cost efficiency in every stage of the production process.

Omah Sablon is a company engaged in screen printing. As a company engaged in screen printing, Omah Sablon must be more creative in designing and deciding business missions and marketing strategies that will be applied in the field to be able to anticipate various kinds of changes that will occur. Companies can continue to compete and move in the direction of consumer desires, because basically the company's function is to produce goods and services that can be accepted by consumers as well as to meet consumer desires. The number of sales that have not been stable causes the profits obtained by the company to not reach the target as desired by the company. That is because the production or ordering process from omah screen printing consumers occurs seasonally. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the marketing strategy to increase sales results. In the analysis of marketing strategies Omah Sablon is carried out using the Strength Weakness Opportunity Threats (SWOT) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) methods. The first step is filling out internal and external factor questionnaires which are then analyzed using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices, with values of IFE 2.69 and EFE 2.31, which are entered into the Grand Strategy matrix and known to the company located in quadrant I (has a perfect strategic position). Furthermore SWOT analysis to produce alternative strategies. Then from the Grand Strategy matrix analysis can draw conclusions to use the most interesting strategy to be analyzed using QSPM. Then from the results of the QSPM matrix it can be concluded that the most appropriate marketing strategy used by Omah Sablon to increase sales is Procurement of QC systems in the production process as a guarantor of product quality, Carrying out marketing programs with canvassing systems and also online systems in downtown Ungaran and providing fast service. and easy and add product variants.

The purpose of this research is to know the external and internal environmental factors by using the EFE and IFE matrix that lead to the competition changes and seek the alternative strategies by applying SWOT matrix as well as by specifying or selecting the most appropriate strategy through QSPM at Batik Labor Group Production on Keser Notog , Patikraja, Banyumas. This research implemented descriptive research based on the case study that applied qualitative and quantitative approach. The data collection related to the research was accomplished in several stages. It was started by interviews or Focus Group Discussion (FGD) by providing questionnaires to the concerned stakeholders. The data analysis was conducted through Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix; External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE) Matrix; Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT); and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results of this study shows that the strategy on creating a unique styles and motifs of batik is the best alternative strategy to be implemented in Batik Labor Groups Production on Keser Notog, Patikraja, Banyumas, Central Java with the TAS value of 6.22 for QSPM matrix. This strategy is the most appropriate approach to be implemented to enhance the competitive advantage to face the various kinds of threats and weaknesses and to strengthen the competitiveness in business production of Batik in Keser Notog, Patikraja, Banyumas, Central Java.

Abstract— Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are business sectors that play an important role as a backbone of a nation or region"s economics. Most problems faced by small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are capital, management and production process. This study aims to give strategic proposals in expanding small and medium enterprises of gethuk pisang for conserving traditional food. The methods used in this research are internal factor evaluation (IFE), external factor evaluation (EFE), and strengths- weaknesses - opportunities - threats (SWOT), so internal factors and external factors that faced by the small and medium enterprises can be identified. Based on SWOT analysis, some analysis strategy can be used to expand the small and medium enterprises of gethuk pisang. Result showed the small and medium enterprises of gethuk pisang were in first quadrant at SWOT cartesian diagram, meant the right strategies were strengths opportunities (SO) or Growth strategy. The strategies that will be used are local government holds traditional food festival, upgrade the quality of the product and use on-line marketing technology. In conclusion, the sales of gethuk pisang products from small and medium enterprises can increase and correlate with income increase, so small and medium enterprises (SMEs) of gethuk pisang can have competitiveness and grow.Keywords— Strategy, Gethuk pisang, IFE, EFE, SWOT.  Abstrak— Usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) merupakan suatu sektor usaha yang memiliki peran penting sebagai tulang punggung perekonomian suatu negara atau daerah. Sebagian besar permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi UKM adalah permodalan, manajemen, dan proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan usulan strategi dalam mengembangkan UKM gethuk pisang dalam melestarikan makanan tradisional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), dan Strengths–Weaknesses - Opportunities-Threats (SWOT), sehingga dapat diidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal yang dimiliki dan faktor-faktor eksternal yang dihadapi oleh UKM. Berdasarkan analisa SWOT, maka akan diperoleh beberapa alternatif strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam mengembangkan UKM gethuk pisang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UKM gethuk pisang berada di kuadran I pada diagram kartesius SWOT, yang berarti strategi yang tepat digunakan adalah strategi Strengths Opportunities (SO) atau strategi Growth. Strategi-strategi yang akan digunakan adalah: Pemerintah Daerah mengadakan festival makanan tradisional,  mutu produk lebih ditingkatkan, dan memanfaatkan teknologi media pemasaran on-line. Dengan demikian, produk UKM gethuk pisang dapat terjadi peningkatan penjualan dan berkorelasi dengan peningkatan pendapatan, sehingga UKM gethuk pisang memiliki daya saing dan dapat berkembang.Kata kunci — Strategi, Gethuk Pisang, IFE, EFE, SWOT

In formulating its business strategy, the company must be clear and the selected strategy must be in accordance with the vision, mission, competence and excellence which are owned by the company. The analytical tool used to evaluate express and measure events or trends that occur outside the company is a matrix evaluation of external factors (EFE) which generates opportunities and threats, in an organization, so that it can formulate strategies to take advantage of opportunities and avoid or mitigate the impact of threats. To analyze the competition, the company carried out five forces model of competition. While the internal factor evaluation matrix (IFE) is used to evaluate, express and measure events or trends that occur inside the company such as the strengths and weaknesses of the company; then it carried out a SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) which is a series combination of external analysis and internal analysis, thus allowing known about alternatives to the strategy obtained. Based on the analysis results which are conducted by using Michael Porter's model of five powers, it indicated that the rice supply in Kediri industry is still attractive. It is characterized by the value of interest based on the analysis of competition in the industry in the high category, the Rice Products Company “Rosita” have to constantly do a competition to gain market position with efforts to give priority to quality competition, product and price to improve service or satisfaction guarantee. Given the area known as the East Java area of ​​a large agricultural producer; it is a great opportunity in obtaining these benefits, it must be addressed by the businesses by formulating and implementing a reliable strategy in an effort to win the competition
