Every tourism potential owned by Bali needs to be studied, researched and developed in order to meet the needs of the economy community. One of the tourism potential that needs to be developed in Bali is the wine tourism. Buleleng Regency is one of the largest wineries and also the house of the oldest wine factory on the island of Bali. But there are still many foreign tourists who are not aware of the existence of the wine producing region. This study aims to determine the perception of tourists about the wine products and to know the development strategy that must be done in order to support the activities of wine tourism in Buleleng Regency. The results of this study showing that the tourists perception regarding Bali wine product shows that they feel the quality of the products is good and also shows their interest to do wine tourism in Buleleng Regency. Based on the results of SWOT analysis, there are several strategies that can be applied to develop the wine tourism such as increasing the promotion of tourism in Bali to be better known by foreign tourists, government working together with the wine-producing companies to jointly develop wine tourism activities in Buleleng, and the last by expanding the area of wineries in the district of Buleleng so there is an image or existence of wine tourism in Buleleng. In connection with the results and discussion in this study, the suggestion that is expected to be done by the government is to work with companies that produce wine in improving the quality of products and services, and pay attention to periodicity and innovation on a regular basis.

Title (Bahasa Indonesia): Pengembangan Kawasan Minapolitan di Kota Bitung, Indonesia The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries has set Bitung City as one of the locations for minapolitan program implementations based capture fisheries. Minapolitan's fisheries Bitung City is a neighborhood-based economic development fishing effort developed in an integrated manner by the government, the privatesectorand community to create a business climate forbetter for regional economic growth, job creation and community income neighborhood Bitung City. This study aimsto analyze the policy strategy for developingMinapolitan Region of the City of Bitung through SWOT analysis and determinepriorities for the development strategy of Bitung city Minapolitan Region. The research method is a survey study, data were collected through interviews and direct observation and literature. SWOT analysis is used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Furthermore, to determine the alternative development strategy used OSPM. The study concluded that the strategies that can be used for the development Minapolitan in Bitung are as follows: 1) optimization of fisheriesproduction; 2) improve the facilities, infrastructure and transport infrastructure and fishing port; 3) by improving the quality of human resources in fishing; 4) improving the quality of fisheriesproducts to be able to compete infree market; 5) to build the collective awareness to stay remain committed and consistent in developing minapolitan; 6) industrialization of fisheries bu supportingSpecial Economic Zone (SEZ).Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan telah menetapkan Kota Bitung sebagai salah satu lokasi implementasi program minapolitan berbasis perikanan tangkap. Kawasan minapolitan perikanan tangkap di Kota Bitung adalah suatu kawasan pengembangan ekonomi berbasis usaha penangkapan ikan yang dikembangkan secara terintegrasi oleh pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang lebih baik untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah, penciptaan lapangan kerja dan pendapatan masyarakat kawasan Kota Bitung. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi kebijakan pengembangan Kawasan Minapolitan kota Bitung melalui analisis SWOTdan menetapkan prioritas strategi pengembangan Kawasan Minapolitan kota Bitung. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian survei, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung dan literatur. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk menidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Selanjutnya untuk menentukan alternatif strategi pengembangan digunakan OSPM. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan minapolitan di Bitung sebagai berikut: 1) optimalisasi produksi perikanan; 2) meningkatkan sarana, prasarana dan infrastruktur transportasi dan pelabuhan perikanan; 3) peningkatan kualitas SDM nelayan; 4) peningkatan kualitas produk perikanan untuk dapat berdaya saing dipasar bebas; 5) membangun kesadaran kolektif tetap komitmen dan konsisten dalam mengembangkan minapolitan; 6) industrialisasi perikanan dengan mensuport KEK.

The purpose of the study is to: (1). Analyzing the attractiveness of Pasut Beach as one of the tourist destinations in Tabanan Regency. (2). Analyze the strategy of developing Pasut Beach as a tourist destination in Tabanan Regency. The research location was determined by purposive sampling Pasut Beach, located in Tibubiu Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan on the basis of having a very suitable potential to be developed into a tourist destination. The sample of the study was taken by 49 people consisting of elements from the Government, community leaders and tourism actors. This study uses qualitative qualitative analysis method (giving more detailed reviews and interpretations of the data obtained and SWOT analysis. Furthermore, in the SWOT method the External Strategy Factor Matrix (EFAS) model and the Internal Strategy Factor Matrix Model (IFAS) are used, followed by IFE matrix and EFE matrix to determine the weight, rating and score and to determine the strategy and position of the quadrant I - E matrix, Beach Pas po is in the position in quadrant I, with the S-O strategy where the values ​​of strength and opportunity are equally high ( use the power to get opportunities) by improving the quality of human resources, especially in the field of mastering technology, communication and information.

The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion. Electronic-based Government System (SPBE) is the government's effort in developing an electronic-based government organization, so that there is an increase in the quality of public services. The system that runs in Sukabungah which is still manual and the lack of providing information to the community related to village services is an obstacle in improving the quality of the organization. Therefore the use of organizational development strategy analysis is very necessary for the Sukabungah village office  to achieve maximum organizational strategy. In this study the method used in improving the quality of service is the SWOT analysis, which is used to develop the potential of the organization and to find out internal and external factors of the organization. In the SWOT analysis that has been carried out on Sukabungah village office it can be seen that Sukabungah village office is included in the quadrant I strategy which means supporting an aggressive strategy, therefore in developing an organization that will be achieved has a huge opportunity, so this can be a good development for Sukabungah sub-district. Implementation in the development of this SWOT analysis is by designing a village service information system where this system will assist the government in improving the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) as well as assisting the urban village in improving the quality of the organization and facilitating the existing service system.

The Pincara Village area has one of the potential of a tourist village in Masamba District, North Luwu Regency. Pincara Tourism Village has a beautiful landscape so that it can be used as a natural tourism object with the uniqueness, authenticity, social, and culture of the community. The development of the potential of the Pincara Tourism Village must be more focused so that its development and development can be better. The aim of the research is to see the feasibility of the Pincara Tourism Village and to find out the direction for the development of the Tourism Village. In achieving the objectives of the research, several stages of tourism potential analysis were carried out in order to determine the potential attractiveness of the Pincara tourism village which was feasible to be developed, besides using a SWOT analysis in determining the development directions that must be carried out in determining the development direction that will be applied to the Tourism Village. The result of this research is that Pincara Tourism Village is a tourism village that is feasible to be developed with excellent village potential to further improve the development strategy carried out in the form of a Master Plan for the development of the Tourism Village area, maximizing the processing of tourism potential, increasing government cooperation with the community in developing village potential, utilizing the functional relationship of the surrounding villages.

Tourism development in an area is able to give an impact on various dimensions of local people life. One of the impacts of tourism development is on the economic dimension. It happened to Sawahlunto, a city in West Sumatera famous for its coal mines, which slowly developed into a tourist city. The purpose of this study was to find out the Strength & Weakness, Opportunity & Threat and to formulate the development strategy of Kota Tua as a tourism destination in Sawahlunto, West Sumatra. The research method is descriptive method using SWOT analysis. The results showed that the development strategy of the Old City area of Sawahlunto used a lot of SWOT analysis, namely by increasing and optimizing natural resources through good processing, improving road access, and improving the tourism sector of Old City Sawahlunto. Another strategy is improving human resources through counseling and training, socialization of science and technology. The tourism potential of Sawahlunto old town on the 4A tourism component (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities and Ancillary) shows that this area has the potential of historical tourist attraction. The historical heritage of World War II in Sawahlunto is the main tourism potential that is stored. With historical tourism potential, foreign tourists are the target of tourists who are expected to visit Sawahlunto. In order for a historical tourism potential strategy to be implemented, it is necessary to meet the minimum criteria of the tourism component. To meet the service standards of all 4A tourism components, it is necessary to improve the management of 4A tourism components including Attraction, Accessibility, Ancillary, and Amenity.

This study aimed to analyze the development strategy of business and goat milk processing in the Goatzilla Farm, Lumajang, East Java. This research was descriptive. Methods of data by surveys using questionnaires. Data were analyzed by SWOT matrix to find out opportunities and threats in Goatzilla Farm. The results of the study used SWOT analysis. Alternative strategies recommendated in the Goatzilla Farm were SO strategies (Strength Opportunities), namely comparative strategy primacy, efficiency and internal development, and information technology to improve product quality. The results of the study showed to need cooperation with the government, farmers, and distribution networks to provide raw materials and increased product sales. The threat of Goatzilla Farm needed to watch out for was licensing which was processed immediately to support a bargaining position. There was no sufficient licensing, it could threat the sustainability of the business.

This research is concerned with cross-border tourism in Asam Jokowi, Desa Tulakadi. It aims to determine the potential of tourism based on supporting and inhibiting factors of rural tourism development in Asam Jokowi and analyzing the strategy of Community Based Tourism in Desa Tulakadi. The research was conducted in Desa Tulakadi. This study uses qualitative method which the data obtained through depth interviews with five key informants. Futhermore, the data were analyzed using IFAS EFAS analysis and SWOT analysis. The result of this study indicate that Desa Tulakadi has a potential tourist attraction. Based from IFAS EFAS analysis, Asam Jokowi Desa Tulakadi classified in Quadrant I (Agresive Growth) which means the strategies needed to maintain and improve the quality of tourism potential attractions. The role and cooperation of the community, media, academics, and government are necessary to develop the tourism potential of Asam Jokowi in Desa Tulakadi as a tourist destination in the cross-border region. Edelweis tourism village is one of the tourist villages located in Pacitan Regency, East Java. This tourist village is still in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park area. This tourist village has the main tourism potential, namely the Edelweiss flower or eternal flower. In this research, using descriptive analysis which is qualitative in nature. The data obtained were then analyzed using SWOT analysis. From the results of this study, the development strategy of Wonokriti Village as an Edelweiss tourism village is obtained, including holding activities related to the Edelweiss flower, making this village a center for educational tourism, especially edelweiss flowers, developing tourism supporting infrastructure, holding hospitality training for human resources involved in management. In accordance with the development Strategy of Sevastopol and “Developing Culture and Tourism of the City of Sevastopol for 2017–2020” state program, the city of Sevastopol plans to position itself as a center of tourism. This paper discusses the possibility of developing a unique investment project in the city of Sevastopol – “Wine Road. Sevastopol”, analyzes the prospects of enotourism in Crimea on the example of this project. The aim of this project is to form the “Wine Road. Sevastopol” single brand, which will combine the products and services of a number of enterprises of viticulture and winemaking, including proprietor’s wine. It will combine using the services of hotels, catering, production of souvenirs, etc. The city of Sevastopol has the potential to conduct wine tours, as it is able not only to satisfy the request of “rural” wine tourism, but also provide visits to the largest and most famous wineries of the city: “Inkerman”, “Zolotaya Balka”, Sevastopol Winery. All these objects of winemaking are located close to each other, which allows to create a large catalog of route maps to attract more tourists. According to the results of the research, the authors present a detailed SWOT analysis of the “Wine Road. Sevastopol” project, and outline the prospects of its development, future prospects, and analyze the anticipated effect of the project implementation. In case of successful implementation of this unique investment project a favorable investment climate and business environment will be formed in the city of Sevastopol. This will contribute to the increase of tourist attractiveness and investment potential of the city, improve the standard of living of citizens, increase the number of jobs.
