The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the tourism industry around the world. In Bali, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic resulted in the tourism industry, especially the hotel business being very down. Badung Regency, which is a barometer for Bali tourism as well as having the highest number of star hotels in Bali, has been hit hard by the Covid-19 situation. This research data collection method through distributing questionnaires online using google form. The number of star hotels in this study were 30 sample hotels. The samples in this study are grouped into two clusters, namely (1) stars hotel cluster 1,2,3, (2) stars hotel cluster 4 and 5. The results show that the efforts made by star hotels in each cluster are quite diverse, the grouping of these efforts is divided into several categories, among others, marketing, finance, human resources and CHSE-based health protocols.

Introduction. This article discusses the existence of social media YouTube, Instagram and Watsapp in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic among virtual communities in Indonesia. The development of social media is increasing every year, especially in the conditions of the corona virus outbreak. The development of social media in Indonesia has experienced a very significant increase, it can be seen that Indonesia is in the 3rd position of social media users in the world. Data Collection Method. The method used in this article is by using the literature method by reading literature related to discussion and it can be analyzed that the existence of social media such as YouTube in the midst of the Covid pandemic has experienced a surge in users of around 88% and is then followed by Whatsapp social media with the number of accesses of 84% and Instagram with 79%. Results and Discussions. Based on the data above, we can see the development and level of existence of several social media which is frequently accessed by the world's population during the Covid 19 pandemic. This development has certainly experienced a very clear penetration of internet users among the Indonesian virtual community. Conclusions. the development of social media in Indonesia and globally has increased very significantly. The existence of social media which was popular during the Covid-19 pandemic, which placed YouTube as the first media that was very popular with the highest number of users in the world.

Job satisfaction is an individual positive attitude in general towards his/her job. In order for the employee to have high job satisfaction, an organization needs to take attention factors which influencing job satisfaction. The research aims to find out the impact of leadership and compensation towards employee’s job satisfaction. In addition also to find out the bigger or stronger impact from both variables towards employee’s job satisfaction. The research was conducted at PT. Bank Bukopin (Persero) Tbk. branch of Denpasar. The purpose of this study are (1) To analyze the significance of the influence of motivation factors consisting of existence, relationship and growth on employee productivity. (2) To analyze the atmosphere of diversity in reinforcing the influence of the need for existence of work productivity of employees. (3) To analyze the atmosphere of diversity in reinforcing the influence of relationship needs to work productivity of employees. (4) To analyze the atmosphere of diversity in reinforcing the influence of growth needs on the productivity of employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Nusa Tenggara. The type of research used in this study is associative research. Data collection method used in this research is census method as much as 128 employees. The data collection tool used questionnaires and analyzed using moderating regression analysis (MRA). The results showed (1) motivation factors consisting of the needs of existence, relationship and growth have a positive and significant effect on work productivity of employees. (2) The atmosphere of diversity is able to strengthen the influence of the need for existence of work productivity of employees. (3) The atmosphere of diversity is not able to strengthen the influence of the relationship needs to work productivity of employees. (4) The atmosphere of diversity is able to strengthen the influence of growth needs on the productivity of employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Nusa Tenggara.

Purpose: This study identified and explored the strategies developed by a four-star hotel in Central Java Province - Indonesia for surviving the Covid-19 pandemic. Methodology: This qualitative study collected data from an in-depth interview with the hotel’s Head of FO Department, which were analyzed inductively. Results: The hotel focused its survival strategies on four areas or aspects, including organizational targets, human resources, products and services, and marketing communication. Limitation: This study is limited in two ways, i.e. data collection method and the number of informants. Contribution: This study contributes to enriching the strategies for mitigating the disastrous impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the hotel business. The topic of this article is "Sentence analysis in Merry Riana's Spotify broadcast for the period October-November 2019". As the background of this study is that, in the 41 broadcast episodes chosen, Merry uses modern Indonesian, making it easier for the researchers to review when this analysis is carried out. Second, research on Merry Riana's spotify siniar with sentense structure has never been done. Third, this study may be  motivating and increasing researchers' insight. In this study, two research questions were raised, namely what types of sentences are contained in Merry Riana's spotify podcast and how is the structure of the sentence function filler in Merry Riana's spotify podcast. The purpose of this study is to find out the types of sentences contained in Merry Riana's spotify podcast and to find out how the structure of the filler function is. Qualitative and quantitative descriptive study which is presented in the form of data excerpts containing sentences and table of data percentage. In the data collection method, observation supported by listening technique followed by note-taking techniques were applied. The results of this research data analysis are presented in formal and informal methods. The results of this study obtained eight types of sentences, namely single sentences, compound sentences, declarative sentences, interrogative sentences, imperative sentences, exclamative sentences, complete sentences, and incomplete sentences. In this study, it is also found 23 variations of syntactic functions consisting of seven variations of single sentences and 16 variations of compound sentences.

Calcutta Rescue (CR) is a medium-sized NGO based in Kolkata, India that focuses on supporting the residents of the city’s slums. In 2019, CR launched its first multidimensional poverty survey seeking to understand the degree to which, and in what ways, the populations they work with were deprived. It was hoped that this would also contribute to the measurement of the impact of their interventions. This piece introduces and discusses the composition of the survey and the data collection method. It then presents some of the results, and discusses how they are informing, and will inform, CR’s work.

This study aims to find out the application of kaizen, the impact felt by the employees in applying kaizen and the customers’ feedback on kaizen products that have been implemented to improve the after sales service of PT Nasmoco Kaligawe Semarang general repair workshop. This study was conducted by using qualitative research method in analyzing the application of kaizen.The method of data collection was carried out by conducting observation and documentation. The data collection method to find out the impact that employees feel and the customers’feedback on kaizen products that have been implemented used the direct interview method with 4 employees who have applied kaizen and 5 customers who have experienced kaizen products. The results of this study indicate that the application of kaizen in PT Nasmoco Kaligawe Semarang general repair workshop has run well. The impact felt by the employees is also good, the employees become more satisfied at work. The feedback given by the customers for kaizenthat has been conducted is very good. Kaizen makes the customers more comfortable and satisfied with the services provided to themselves and their vehicles.
