This study aims to: 1) analysing internal factor (strengths and weakness) and external factor (opportunity and threats) in the marketing of body scrub product by PT. Arjuna Yoga Sakti; 2) formulating alternative strategy which can be used on body scrub by PT. Arjuna Yoga Sakti; 3) establish a priority strategy for increasing the marketing for body scrub product by PT. Arjuna Yoga Sakti. Business development strategy is determind by using SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats) matrix analysis, supported by quantitative analysis was using matrix EFE, IFE, IE and QSPM. The result showed that the weight value for matrix Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) was 3,23 (strong position) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) was 2,53 (relatively moderate). In the Matrix Internal External (IE) strategy that must be done was to grow and establish strategies (growth and build), which consist of an intensive strategy (market penetration, market development and product development) or integrative strategies (backward integration, forward integration and integration horizontal). The priority strategy that can be applied for body scrub by PT. Arjuna Yoga Sakti is to feature the product advantages against other products and to create a social media platform as well as website about body scrub. Keywords: Body scrub, SWOT, QSPM and PT. This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions as well as compose and recommend the business development strategy of agro-industries of Civet coffee at Satria agro- tourism in the Gianyar Regency. The methods used in this research is a method of observation field and in-depth interviews using questionnaire. Data field observations and interviews are then analyzed to obtain formulation strategies using the SWOT analysis. The assessment weighting and rating conducted by 5 experts. Results of the study show that there are 5 strengths, 5 weaknesses, 4 opportunities, and 3 threats. Results weighting and rating values for the matrix that the weighted Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) was 3.72 and matrix External Factor Evaluation (EFE) is 3.75. This value indicates a strong position on the matrix Internal external (IE) and the strategy to do is intensive and integrative strategies. Based on SWOT Matrix Analysis, priority alternative strategy is maintaining of price and quality to expand marketing. Keywords : strategy, SWOT, agro tourism, civet coffee, QSPM

This study aims to identify the internal and external factors, analyzing alternative strategy, and recommends priority strategy. This research using matrix IFE, EFE, SWOT, IE and TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The results show that the company has 5 strengths, 6 weaknesses, 4 opportunities and 4 threats in this business. The results showed that the value of internal factor evaluation (IFE) was 3,350 and external factor evaluation (EFE) was 3,063. This value indicated a strong position. In the matrix Internal-External (IE) strategy that must be done was to grow and develop a strategy, which consists an intensive strategies (market penetration, market development and product development) and integrative strategies (backward integration, forward integration, and horizontal integration. Based on SWOT analysis there are 7 alternative strategies that can be recommended to develop UD. Bali Gendis. The result of strategy ranking analysis is promoting periodically and socializing the benefits of rosela tea actively to introduce more products to the public. The level of competition is usually influenced by a variety of factors such as: promotions, services, security and others. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the strategy of marketing management SME snacks. Although it already has a fairly large market share, but the bare possibility of the presence of competitors engaged in the same field. Then the right strategy is to use the analysis of strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threat (SWOT). In addition, with the approach of matrix internal factor evaluation (IFE), matrix external factor evaluation (EFE) and the matrix internal external (IE). Renewal in the research is the use of the IFE, EFE and IE matrix. This is so that the results of the assessment can determine the position and strength of the business. Then the results of the study show that SME snacks have 8 strength, 7 weaknesses, 6 opportunities and a 5 threat. In addition, the results of the IFE matrix is weighted by 2.74 this show is in the position of the average. While the results of the EFE matrix weighted by 3.01 it is shown to be in a strong position. While the results of the IE matrix is in quadrant II, it is within the scope of a strategy to growth and nurture (growth and build).

This study is aimed to find out an alternative strategies of creative industry development of pearl jewelry craft sector in Mataram city. The research uses descriptive research design. The data collected by interview and observation methods which is analyzed by using Internal Factor Analysis (IFE), External Factor Analysis (EFE), and SWOT analysis. The results shows that the internal environment of the industry has a strong position where the strength has a total value of 2.46 compared to the weakness of 0.64. The industry’s position of the outside environment also has strong position where the industry ‘s opportunity has a total value of 1.80 versus threat 1.04. Based on the value of IFE and EFE can be obtained coordinate point in the axis system is 0.91,0.38. This research was conducted to find out the most precise management strategy to enhance competitiveness of Celebrity Fitness Central Park Mall. This study applies a qualitative method, by conducting interviews and also observation by directly reviewing the subject of the study. The analytical method consists Input Stage consisting of Internal Factor Evaluation and External Factor Evaluation, Matching Stage consisting of Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threat Matrix and Internal External Matrix, and Decision Stage consisting of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix. After analyzing from the existing data, it is known that the Market Penetration strategy is the most appropriate to be implemented for Celebrity Fitness Central Park Mall and Market Development strategy can be used as a support.

ENGLISHOnion is one of the featured vegetable commodities that have long been cultivated by farmers intensively. This study aims to analyze the factors internal and external environment (IE) in the development of onion cultivation in Pati regency. Research used descriptive method with data sources derived from primary and secondary data. Analysis of data using the strategy formulation consisting of (1) Matrix Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE), (2) Matrix Internal External (IE). The results showed the total value of the average score of 2.67 on a matrix IFE located on the cell II (on average), while the total score of the matrix EFE gained an average of 2.80 lies in cell IV (moderate). These results position the development of onion cultivation in Pati regency in cell II and IV, called a strategy to grow and build. INDONESIABawang merah merupakan salah satu komoditas sayuran unggulan yang sejak lama telah diusahakan oleh petani secara intensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal (IE) dalam pengembangan budidaya bawang merah di Kabupaten Pati. penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan sumber data berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan formulasi strategi terdiri dari (1) Matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) dan External Factor Evaluation (EFE), (2) Matriks Internal External (IE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai total skor rata-rata pada matriks IFE sebesar 2,67 terletak pada sel II (rata-rata), sedangkan matriks EFE memperoleh total skor rata-rata sebesar 2,80 terletak pada sel IV (sedang). Hasil tersebut menempatkan posisi pengembangan budidaya bawang merah di Kabupaten Pati pada sel II dan IV, disebut strategi tumbuh dan membangun.

The regency of southeast Maluku has a variety of promising fisheries and marine potency to be managed. Unfortunately, it has not been used properly. The fishing production volume of small pelagic in every season using gill net fishing gear has not been able to increase the income of fishermen in Southeast Maluku regency. The analytical methods used were the External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), Internal-External (IE) and Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats (SWOT) analytical matrix. These were used to develop the strategy of small Pelagic with gill net fishing gear. Based on the result, gill net fishing gear has a number of different production each season against every kind of small pelagic fish.Keywords: fishermen, gillnet, small pelagic fish

This study aims to determine the Internal (IM) and External (EM) Matrix Analysis of this business. The informasi collection method in this research is to use a questionnaire by giving written statements to the respondents. The number of respondents in this study were 107 respondents. The analytical method used was an external internal matrix. From the results of the calculation of internal and external strategic factors, the total score of internal strategy factors was 3.49 and a total score of external strategic factors was 3.05. by using a concentration growth strategy through vertical integration. The strategy of concentration growth through vertical integration is doing business related vertically, such as selling food added to the business of making new menus ( taking over the function of suppliers).

Kabupaten Rembang mempunyai potensi perikanan yang layak untuk dikembangkan, khususnya adalah pengolahan ikan pindang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk  mengetahui faktor-faktor strategis internal dan eksternal serta menyusun strategi sentra UMKM ikan pindang di Desa Tasikagung Kabupaten Rembang. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) sebesar 2,735. Sedangkan skor External Factor Evaluation (EFE) sebesar 3,062. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa arah  strategi pengembangan sentra UMKM ikan pindang di Tasikagung Kabupaten Rembang berada di sel II yaitu pada fase tumbuh dan membangun yang dapat ditingkatkan dengan konsentrasi horizontal. Sehingga strategi pengembangan sentra UMKM ikan pindang di Tasikagung Kabupaten Rembang adalah pengembangan pasar baru, pembinaan usaha, pelatihan usaha, peran pemerintah perlu ditingkatkan, penguatan kelembagaan sentra, pemberian bantuan alat, menjaga kualitas produk, dan koordinasi antara dinas terkait dengan anggota sentra ikan pindang. Rembang Regency has fishery potential that is feasible to be developed, especially is in processing of pindang fish. The purpose of this research is to  know the internal and external strategic factors and developed progam UMKM center of bloater in village Tasikagung , Rembang Regency.  The results showed that the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) score was 2.735, while the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) score was 3.062. This indicatesd that the direction of the development strategy of UMKM center of bloater in Tasikagung Rembang Regency was in cell II that was in growth and built phase which can be increased with horizontal concentration. Hence, the development strategy of bloater UMKM center in Tasikagung Rembang Regency is the development of new market, business coaching, business training, government role need to be improved, strengthening of central institute, giving tool aid, maintaining product quality, and coordination between offices related to members of bloater center.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan kajian analisis SWOT karena, mempermudah suatu perusahaan  untuk mengkombinasikan strategi yang tepat dikembangkan untuk menjalankan perusahaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal serta menyusun dan merekomendasikan strategi pengembangan agrowisata di Soewan Garden Desa Pancasari. Penelitian ini mengambil data dari penyebaran kuisioner yang dibagi menjadi 2, yaitu kuisioner internal ( pemilik dan pengunjung agrowisata), dan kuisioner eksternal (Pakar dan usaha sejenis yang sudah berkembang). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 3 kekuatan, 6 kelemahan, 4 peluang, dan 3 ancaman. Hasil pembobotan dan rating menunjukan bahwa nilai terbobot untuk matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) adalah 3,02 dan matriks Eksternal Factor Evaluation (EFE) adalah 2.65. Nilai ini menunjukan posisi yang kuat pada matriks Internal Eksternal (IE) dengan strategi yang harus dilakukan adalah strategi intensif dan integratif. Sedangkan berdasarkan Analisis matriks SWOT terdapat 8 alternatif strategi yang dapat disusun untuk mengembangkan usaha agrowisata Soewan Garden. ABSTRACT This research was conducted with a SWOT analysis study for a decision-maker in a company to combine the right strategies to run the company. This study aims to analyze internal and external conditions and recommend development strategies in the agrotourism Soewan Garden at Pancasari village. This study took data from the distribution of questionnaires which were divided into 2, namely internal commissioners (agro-tourism owners and visitors) and external commissioners (experts and similar businesses that have developed). The results showed that there were 3 strengths, 6 weaknesses, 4 opportunities, and 3 threats. The weighting and assessment results show that the weighted value for the Internal Factor Evaluation matrix (IFE) is 3,02 and the External Factor Evaluation matrix (EFE) is 2,65. This value indicates a strong position in the Internal External Matrix (IE) with a strategy that must be done is an intensive and integrative strategy. Meanwhile, based on the SWOT matrix analysis there are 8 alternative strategies that can be developed to develop Soewan Gardenagro-tourism.
