This study aims to identify the internal and external factors, analyzing alternative strategy, and recommends priority strategy. This research using matrix IFE, EFE, SWOT, IE and TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The results show that the company has 5 strengths, 6 weaknesses, 4 opportunities and 4 threats in this business. The results showed that the value of internal factor evaluation (IFE) was 3,350 and external factor evaluation (EFE) was 3,063. This value indicated a strong position. In the matrix Internal-External (IE) strategy that must be done was to grow and develop a strategy, which consists an intensive strategies (market penetration, market development and product development) and integrative strategies (backward integration, forward integration, and horizontal integration. Based on SWOT analysis there are 7 alternative strategies that can be recommended to develop UD. Bali Gendis. The result of strategy ranking analysis is promoting periodically and socializing the benefits of rosela tea actively to introduce more products to the public. This study aims to: 1) analysing internal factor (strengths and weakness) and external factor (opportunity and threats) in the marketing of body scrub product by PT. Arjuna Yoga Sakti; 2) formulating alternative strategy which can be used on body scrub by PT. Arjuna Yoga Sakti; 3) establish a priority strategy for increasing the marketing for body scrub product by PT. Arjuna Yoga Sakti. Business development strategy is determind by using SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats) matrix analysis, supported by quantitative analysis was using matrix EFE, IFE, IE and QSPM. The result showed that the weight value for matrix Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) was 3,23 (strong position) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) was 2,53 (relatively moderate). In the Matrix Internal External (IE) strategy that must be done was to grow and establish strategies (growth and build), which consist of an intensive strategy (market penetration, market development and product development) or integrative strategies (backward integration, forward integration and integration horizontal). The priority strategy that can be applied for body scrub by PT. This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions as well as compose and recommend the business development strategy of agro-industries of Civet coffee at Satria agro- tourism in the Gianyar Regency. The methods used in this research is a method of observation field and in-depth interviews using questionnaire. Data field observations and interviews are then analyzed to obtain formulation strategies using the SWOT analysis. The assessment weighting and rating conducted by 5 experts. Results of the study show that there are 5 strengths, 5 weaknesses, 4 opportunities, and 3 threats. Results weighting and rating values for the matrix that the weighted Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) was 3.72 and matrix External Factor Evaluation (EFE) is 3.75. This value indicates a strong position on the matrix Internal external (IE) and the strategy to do is intensive and integrative strategies. Based on SWOT Matrix Analysis, priority alternative strategy is maintaining of price and quality to expand marketing. Keywords : strategy, SWOT, agro tourism, civet coffee, QSPM

The objectives of this study were to analyze the internal and external conditions, formulate the strategy and determine the priority strategy for business development of Tempura Fish X. Analysis of business development strategies was using a matrix SWOT (Strengths, Weakneses, Oppurtunities, and Threats), Quantitative analysis using EFE, IFE and IE matrix, and strategy priority analysis was using TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution. The results show that there are 5 strengths, 5 weaknesses, 4 opportunities and 2 threats. The IFE matrix analysis value (Internal Factor Evaluation) is 2.96 and the EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix is ??3,006. The value indicates a moderate position on the IE matrix (Internal External). The strategy proposed are to develop a strategy consisting of intensive strategy (market penetration, market development, and product development), and integrative strategies (backward integration, forward integration and horizontal integration). Based on SWOT analysis there are 8 alternative strategies that can be recommended to development Tempura fish X business. TOPSIS analysis results with the value of the proximity of each alternative to the ideal solution is 1,00 namely expand the market by selling products to small restaurants, school cafeteria, and also food stalls. The level of competition is usually influenced by a variety of factors such as: promotions, services, security and others. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the strategy of marketing management SME snacks. Although it already has a fairly large market share, but the bare possibility of the presence of competitors engaged in the same field. Then the right strategy is to use the analysis of strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threat (SWOT). In addition, with the approach of matrix internal factor evaluation (IFE), matrix external factor evaluation (EFE) and the matrix internal external (IE). Renewal in the research is the use of the IFE, EFE and IE matrix. This is so that the results of the assessment can determine the position and strength of the business. Then the results of the study show that SME snacks have 8 strength, 7 weaknesses, 6 opportunities and a 5 threat. In addition, the results of the IFE matrix is weighted by 2.74 this show is in the position of the average. While the results of the EFE matrix weighted by 3.01 it is shown to be in a strong position. While the results of the IE matrix is in quadrant II, it is within the scope of a strategy to growth and nurture (growth and build).

This study aims to analyze the factors strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as determining the strategic priorities that must be done in the development of Sumbawa horse milk in the district Lenanggguar and North Moyo Sumbawa of West Nusa Tenggara. The sampling technique is a technique Snowball Sampling by tracing where the respondent by asking a few people who are considered as key informants at the sites. Data collection techniques in this study is observational techniques, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis used in this development strategy include analysis matrix IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) and EFE (External Factor Evaluation), a SWOT analysis, and analysis QSPM. The results of the study indicate that the main strength factor is the cheaper of price with the score 0.399. The main drawback is unlabeled BPOM with a score of 0.234. The main opportunities that can be utilized by businesses Sumbawa horse milk is a healthy and natural living trend as well as the benefits and efficacy of credits that have been known to the public with the same score of 0.344. The main threat is found at the level of inflation with a score of 0.272. Based on these results main strategy for Sumbawa horse milk business depelopment was improve the marketing strategy in a concentrated.

his research aimed to analyze the external and internal environment in IKM Kue Bawang Bina Karya of Indragiri Hulu Regency by using SWOT Analysis. This research was conducted in December 2019. This research used mixed method, a combination between descriptive-qualitative and quantitative methods. The data used were primary and secondary data which were collected through interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The subject and data sources of this research were the Consumers of IKM Kue Bawang Bina Karya of Indragiri Hulu Regency, the Owner of IKM Kue Bawang Bina Karya of Indragiri Hulu Regency, and The Industry and Trade Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The results of this research showed that, currently, IKM Kue Bawang Bina Karya supported aggressive strategies that are applicable, namely Market Development Strategy, Market Penetration Strategy, Product Development Strategy, Forward Integration Strategy, Backward Integration Strategy, Horizontal Integration Strategy, and Diversification Strategy.

<p>The aim of this study is to identify the internal and external factors in the company after being taken over by the Government of Indonesia from Japanese investors and to formulate appropriate strategies to improve the performance of the company after the takeover by Indonesian government to be supporting the national aluminum industry that can fulfill the needs of the domestic aluminum and simultaneously increase profitability. This type of research is action research, with a population of 78 (seventy eight), which consists of five Directors, 21, General Managers, 49 Managers and 3 consultants in the aluminum industry. Data were analyzed with IFE and EFE matrix, then analysed by SWOT analysis and IE Matrix which produces Grow and Build strategy with the strategies used are either integrative strategy of backward integration, forward integration, as well as horizontal integration and diversification.</p>

Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. This research intended  to evaluate the development strategy of Marine Fish Hatchery Unit at Gumilamo Island, North Halmahera. Analysis SWOT was used to determine the development strategy. Data were collected by questionnaire, interview and literature relevant to the research. SWOT analysis showed the internal and external factors that affected the development of Marine Fish Hatchery at Gumilamo island. The strenght were location, water quality , local government support, and availability of seeds and feed. Weakness were lack of public interest, lack of extension and human resources. Opportunity were the high value of the sale, business opportunities and  local government regulation. The world market demand for fishery products is increasing even frequently not fulfilled. It required an effort to overcome the problems in fulfilling the demand for fishery products. Types of freshwater fish cultivated for balita fish at UD Suhada is a type of tilapia and goldfish. The purpose of this study is to examine the feasibility of balita fish agribusiness investment in UD Suhada; identify the internal and external factors that influence the development of agribusiness balita fish at UD Suhada; formulate and recommend appropriate alternative development strategies to be applied to agribusiness balita fish at UD Suhada in business development. Methods of data collection using purposive sampling method, is by deliberately selecting the sample to be studied as a respondent. Respondents were selected from the management and the workers UD Suhada. Financial analysis at 14 percent of interest rate and 5 years of project lifetime resulted in feasible decision with Rp1,105,005,110 of NPV; 4.85 of net B/C Ratio; 38.95 percent of IRR, 3 years and 5 month of PBP; and Rp1,522,035,876 or 32.725 kg of BEP. The combination of value IFE EFE values for 2.688 and 2.651 in the IE matrix shows that the position of the business in V (five) cells, that cell growth. Based on the SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis the strategic priorities is to create a diverse variety of products while maintaining the quality of balita fish, extending the range of distribution and marketing, in collaboration with researchers in developing the quality of balta fish products to face competition.Key words: balita fish, business feasibility, agribusiness, business development strategy
