This study aims to analyze consumer perceptions of the level of importance and performance of companies related to Ice Coconut Long Black products and to develop appropriate strategies for improving the quality of Ice Coconut Long Black products at Titik Temu Coffee Shop, Seminyak, Badung. This study uses a survey method with the distribution of questionnaires, namely an analysis of the importance and performance of Ice Coconut Long Black products and an analysis of the importance of consumers of Ice Coconut Long Black products and competing products namely Coconut Espresso Martini at Missibu Coffee Shop. These analyze use two methods, namely the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. In the analysis of the IPA, there are 3 attributes in the first quadrant of cartesius diagram, which is the top priority. Such product taste, product color and product price. While the value of the total suitability obtained is still below 100%, which is equal to 89,15%, which means that the importance of consumers have not been fulfilled by the performance of the company/product. Whereas QFD produces the priority of increasing product attributes starts from the product’s taste because it gets the highest repair ratio value, while the priority of increasing technical parameters starts from controlling the quality of ice cubes, coconut water and espresso because it gets the highest level of technical importance. AbstrakThe data of year 2006 show that amount of polyclinic patients care unit of BRSUD�45� Kuningan is the most among other polyclinics. The result of observation and interviews tell that the degree of satisfaction got by the patients is in the level(category) of middle (enough) and the degree of importance is in the level of high (important). The purpose of doing this research is to analyze the quality of service to improve the patients satisfaction using Quality Function Deployment method involving 96 respondents. The data were taken from the result of applying quality Function Deployment method in BRSUD�45� Kuningan tells that the attribute owning the highest level of importance is the competence or the skill of the doctors in handling their works while the attribute owning the lowest level is the availability of the public service facilities such as public phones, televisions, and ATM. The attribute that owns the most satisfaction value is the dressy of the officials while the attribute that owns the least satisfaction value is the comfortable, hygiene water closet. Consumer satisfaction in a restaurant can be improved through good product quality in accordance with the wishes and needs of consumers. Improving product quality is an important problem for a restaurant because it is beneficial for restaurants and consumers. The purpose of this study are: (1) to know the attributes of fried chicken that are considered important by consumers in the original Prambanan fried chicken restaurant, (2) to measure the level of importance of the quality of fried chicken products, (3) to measure the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of fried chicken products and (4) knowing the strategy to improve the quality of fried chicken products. This study uses the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The results of this study indicate that there are 11 attributes of product quality that are considered important by consumers with very important criteria. The biggest value of consumer interest is the attribute of fried chicken taste of 3.78. On the value of consumer satisfaction attributes of fried chicken chili variants have the smallest value of 3.08 with the highest IR of 1.30 need to provide and improve the quality of the product on the attributes of the fried chicken chili sauce. Jumlah Puskesmas di Provinsi DKI Jakarta mengalami peningkatan sejak tahun 2012 sebanyak 288 unit hingga pada tahun 2016 sebanyak 310 unit. Jumlah unit puskesmas yang meningkat tidak serta merta menjadikan pelayanan puskesmas sudah memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan untuk memberikan technical respon yang bersumber dari Voice of Customer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Importance and Performance Analysis untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor kualitas pelayanan yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan metode Quality Function Deployment digunakan untuk memberikan technical respon. Hasil analisis dengan metode Importance and Performance Analysis menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang termasuk  prioritas utama adalah pelayanan terkait pemberian diagnosa yang sesuai oleh dokter di puskesmas, pelayanan terkait respon pihak puskesmas terhadap keluhan (complain) dari pasien, dan atribut pelayanan terkait kesesuaian obat yang diberikan oleh dokter di puskesmas. Peningkatan respon terhadap keluhan pasien merupakan prioritas utama yang harus dilakukan oleh pihak puskesmas untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Respon teknis dengan urutan prioritas terdepan adalah tenaga medis yang harus memberikan jawaban yang jelas mengenai pengobatan yang dijalani pasien, dan dokter di puskesmas harus lebih teliti dalam memberikan obat yang sesuai dengan penyakit pasien.

Purpose Owing to high competition in education sector, quality in education has become utmost important criteria to deliver better education service. For this purpose, it is required to monitor the quality of education. This paper aims to prioritize National Board of Accreditation (NBA) quality parameters in engineering education as per student’s needs using quality function deployment (QFD). Design/methodology/approach This study is conducted among students of an institute of National importance in three stages. Stage 1 involves conducting interview with 23 students to find the student’s requirement from an institute. Further Stage 2 involves importance rating collection through questionnaire survey method. In this stage, 228 students have given a rating of each student’s requirement. Finally, Stage 3 involves establishing correlation between student’s requirement and NBA quality parameters that has been done by 20 academic experts and finally making a QFD matrix for ranking of each NBA quality parameter. Findings The result of the study first indicates that among all students’ requirements, job-oriented requirement is the most important need, and ergonomics-based requirement is the least important need of students. Further, to fulfill their needs, an institute has to focus on each NBA quality parameter. But among all NBA quality parameters, student’s performance is highly desirable quality parameter. Practical implications This study will help top management of engineering institutions in making better policies and strategies for preparing their quality framework. These strategies will indirectly fulfill the customer needs that help in attracting more number of students toward those institutes. Originality/value In India, NBA is one of the leading bodies that monitor the quality of education. On the other hand, the institution has to satisfy the need of customer of education sector; therefore, prioritization of NBA quality parameter as per student’s need is one of the important needs that will help engineering institution to focus on a certain parameter to get a good quality certificate and also attract a number of meritorious students.

Competition increasingly competitive requires every company both manufacturing and services, including RSUD Pariaman to always consider the customer wants and needs and try to meet what they expect. The purpose of this research is to analyze how is the quality of service, a service attribute be the first priority, and recommendations can be given to improve the quality of services RSUD Pariaman. The results showed that 25 of the 26 attributes of service is worth the negative gap with the largest value of -1.21 for the attribute "The hospital has a waiting room, treatment rooms, beds, toilets and adequate sanitation" and “The hospital has enough medicines and adequate medical equipment (such as CT-Scan, MRI, USG, etc)”. Based on analysis of IPA there are 11 attributes included in quadrant A and must be repaired. Recommendations based on the highest priority needs to be done and improved in advance is "Conducting training and employee empowerment" with the highest analytical value 0.1702 or 17.02%. The e-questionnaire application that researchers built using CodeIgniter and React-Js which serves to support researchers' activities to survey respondents online and various evaluations of the quality of the application need to be carried out in accordance with the expectations of users, one of which is to analyze the quality of the website using the method WebQual 4.0 with the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) approach. The research method used by researchers is a survey method using the WebQual 4.0 method and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) to measure the level of performance and importance on the e-Karis website. The results of this study found that the level of importance and level of performance on the e-Questionnaire website that needs to be maximized in ease of use, appearance, and improvement on the information and communication pages that must be considered by the manager of the E-Questionnaire website.Keywords:WebQual 4.0, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), Exploration, Quality, Website, e-Questionnaire.

Public transportation has been regarded as one of the most sustainable forms of transport in Indonesia. Indonesian Railways serves as one of choice transportation mode and the biggest transportation service company. Gambir Central Station is the busiest railway platform where large number of people spend considerable amount of time, while waiting to board a train, alighting from a train, to receive/ send off a passenger, or to buy a ticket. The passengers must have a satisfactory experience of the amenities available at platforms, irrespective of their duration or purpose of stay at a railway station. This study aims to assess the satisfaction level of the passengers and to improve the existing service quality of the station. The integrated model of fuzzy SERVQUAL, IPA and QFD is applied in this study. The fuzzy SERVQUAL is used to assess the level of passengers’ satisfaction. Furthermore, the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used to find out the attributes that must be improved. The Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method is used to determine the appropriate efforts/strategies to improve those attributes. Kereta Api Indonesia menjadi salah satu moda transportasi pilihan dan perusahaan transportasi terbesar. Stasiun Gambir adalah stasiun tersibuk di mana banyak orang menghabiskan banyak waktu, menunggu untuk naik kereta, turun dari kereta, keluar/masuk penumpang, atau membeli tiket. Penumpang harus memiliki pengalaman yang memuaskan tentang fasilitas yang tersedia di stasiun, terlepas dari durasi atau tujuan mereka tinggal di stasiun kereta api. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat kepuasan penumpang dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan stasiun yang ada. Model terintegrasi fuzzy SERVQUAL, IPA dan QFD diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Fuzzy SERVQUAL digunakan untuk menilai tingkat kepuasan penumpang. Selanjutnya, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan untuk mengetahui atribut-atribut yang harus ditingkatkan. Metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) digunakan untuk menentukan upaya/strategi yang tepat untuk memperbaiki atribut tersebut. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penumpang, Stasiun Gambir harus memasang papan tanda kebersihan, melakukan pelatihan petugas stasiun, dan melakukan penambahan area penghijauan.

The increasing competition of coffee shop makes entrepreneurs keep on improving the quality of their product in order to satisfy the consumers’ desire and need. One of the coffee shops in Denpasar named Kovfee with its flagship product that is milk coffee has not yet measured the consumer satisfaction with their iced milk coffee products. This study discusses the product attributes that are considered important by consumers, measures the level of consumer interest in the quality of coffee products, as well as the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of milk coffee products in Kovfee coffee shop. The method used is the Quality Function Dep loyment (QFD) method. The research data were obtained from 91 survey respondents. The results of the questionnaire validity test of interest and satisfaction showed that there are 7 products attributes which are considered as important by consumers. The results of the reliability test calculations from the questionnaire of interests (0.715) and satisfaction (0.688) can be considered reliable. The highest value of the consumer interest is the taste attribute (3.92) which showed that the taste attribute is the most important need and desire for consumers. The lowest value of the customer satisfaction is the aftertaste attribute (2.76) with the highest IR (1.45) that indicates Kovfee coffee shop needs to provide and improve product quality in the aftertaste attribute. The purposes of this research were to find out the attributes of customer importance, to measure the level of customer satisfaction and to find out the strategy in improving the product quality of PT. Bali Tangi’s Body Scrub. The Quality Function Deployment (QFD) was used to gain customer’s perception and building the house of quality. The results of this study indicate that the attributes of customer importance are the information on packaging, product’s safety, product’s benefits, product’s contents, product’s hygiene, product’s certification, product’s aroma, shelf life product, packaging’s form, product’s dose, packaging’s color, product’s form and product’s color. The customer satisfaction levels are satisfaction and quite satisfaction. The attributes of product with satisfaction are obtained in attribute of information on packaging, product’s safety, product’s benefits, product’s contents, product’s hygiene, product’s certification, product’s aroma, shelf life product, packaging’s form, product’s dose, packaging’s color and product’s color. The attributes of product with quite satisfaction is obtained in the product’s form. The strategy in improving the product quality that can be recommended are the company need to evaluate the attributes of customer importance and technical parameters to reach the company’s target. The priority attributes are the product’s form with an improvement ratio of 1.47 and the determination of materials formulation with a technical importance level of 452.00. Accelerating the introduction of a new technological package is needed to increase the productivity of high elevation puddled rice in Humbang Hasundutan. The objectives of the study are to find out the perception of the existence of technological packages and farmers' preference for a new technological package. The study used a survey method with primary data gathered using questionnaires. The criteria of locations and respondents were used to obtain relevant respondents and data concerning their knowledge of high elevation puddled rice cultivation.  The collected data were processed by using Importance Performance Analysis in order to find out the level of Importance and Satisfaction of the indicators and the valued aspects in the technological package components. The results of the study showed that the socio-economic aspects had to be heeded in organizing the technological package. Indicators having a high level of importance and a low level of satisfaction consisted of production cost, quality of seeds, farmer groups empowerment, technology information institution, capital cost, agricultural tools and machines, pest control, sales price, irrigation canals, and farm roads. On the other hand, introducing new superior seeds, productivity attribute and planting age were important indicators for local farmers as to improve the quality of existing seeds. Farmers group expected that the technological package had a high level of productivity, better access to input, low cost, and good user-friendliness in its application.
