<p><em>The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of individual characteristics and</em><em></em></p><p><em>Intrinsic</em><em> </em><em>motivation on innovative behaviour and employee performance, and the effect</em><em></em></p><p><em>innovative</em><em> </em><em>behaviour on employee performance. The study was conducted at </em><em>banking</em><em> </em><em>company</em><em>, the sample</em><em> </em><em>size is about </em><em>200</em><em> employees. </em><em>Methods of data analysis used in this</em><em></em></p><em>study is a quantitative analysis method where quantitative data analysis method is a method of analysis in the form of figures and calculations using statistical methods. In simplify the analysis process, will be used Structural Equations Modeling (SEM). According to the analysis, it is concluded as the followings: individual characteristics has a positive effect oninnovative behaviour; intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on innovative behaviour; individual characteristics has a positive effect on employee performance intrinsic motivation has a negative effect on employee performance and innovative behaviour has apositive effect on employee performance. The results of this study and the limitations found to be a source of ideas and input for the development of this study in the future, the suggested expansion of this research include: Future research is not only done from one employee's perspective, rather it is recommended at the same time from two points of view, namely the perspective of the leaders / top management / manager and also the point of view of the employees themselves.</em>

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment, career planning, and motivation on employee performance. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires with 101 employee respondents who work in business organizations. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate the following. Organizational commitment has no significant effect on employee performance. Career planning has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously organizational commitment, career planning, and motivation affect employee performance.

This research aims to determine the effect of Workload, Work Stress and Work Environment on Employee Performance in the Production Section of PT. INKA Multi Solusi Madiun and the second to find out the most dominant variable among the variables of workload, work stress and work environment on the performance of the employees of PT. INKA Multi Madiun Solutions. The population in this study were all employees of PT. INKA Multi Madiun Solutions and the sample used in this study were 304 employees using Simple Random Sampling. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Workload has a negative effect (-1,052) and has no significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. INKA Multi Solusi Madiun, (2) Work stres has a negative effect (-5.120) and is significant on the performance of the employes of PT. INKA Multi Solusi Madiun, (3) The work environment has a positive effect (10,873) and is significant on the performance of the employes of PT. INKA Multi Madiun Solutions, and (4) Workload, Work Stress and Work Environment have a positive effect on (49,969) and are significant together on the performance of employees   of PT. INKA Multi Madiun Solutions.

This study aims to determine the effect of work conflict, work stress and work motivation on employee performance in advanced Hardware in Madiun. The hypothesis proposed in this study is; (1) It is suspected that Work Conflict has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (2) Suspected Work Stress has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (3) Suspected Work Motivation has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Advanced Hardware Madiun and (4) Allegedly Work Conflict, Job Stress, Work Motivation have positive and significant influence together on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun. The population in this study were 64 employees at the Advanced Hardware Madiun Electronics Section. The sample used is Saturated Sampling means that all members of the population used as samples from this study were all employees of Advanced Hardware Madiun Electronics Section, totaling 64 employees. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that; (1) Work Conflict has a positive effect (2,830) and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (2) Job Stress has a positive effect (2,513) and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (3) Work Motivation has a positive effect (2,152) and significant Employees at Advanced Hardware Madiun, and (4) Work Conflict, Job Stress, and Work Motivation have a positive effect of 5.164 and significant jointly on Employee Performance at Advanced Hardware Madiun.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture on knowledge transfer, and employee performance. This research was conducted at the Boven Digoel Regent's office. The sample used in this study is the entire population or saturated samples as many as 90 respondents. The collection methods in this study were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used path analysis with the Smart PLS application. The results showed that leadership style has no significant effect on knowledge transfer and employee performance. When mediated by knowledge transfer, the leadership style to affect employee performance was also insignificant. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on knowledge transfer, but interestingly has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance if it is mediated by knowledge transfer. Transfer knowledge has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Instrinsic Motivation, Training and financial compensation on individual employee performance. The method used was purposive sampling probability sampling with the sampling technique using Accidental Sampling. The sample in this study were 210 respondents. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that: Intrinsic motivation has a significant effect on individual employee performance as evidenced by the output where the t-count> t-table. Whereas for training and financial compensation it does not have a significant effect on individual employee performance, this is evidenced by the output where the t-count value is greater than the t-table.Keywords: intrinsic motivation; training; financial compensation

Urgency of the research. One of the most essential sources of supporting regional and local development is the banking system. Target setting. The study presented describes cooperative banking, represented by Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości S.A. and Bank Spółdzielczy w Kielcach. The use of the statistical data analysis method allowed to demonstrate the strong position of cooperative banking in the market, fostering regional and local development. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The foundations for the modern cooperative banking sector were laid by cooperative financial organisations functioning more than 150 years ago [Pawlik, 2017, s. 152]. Its history is connected with difficulties faced in the period of partitions, work at the foundations after the end of World War I and Poland’s regaining its national independence. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. At present, cooperative banking functions as a result of the adoption by the Sejm of the Republic of Poland on 7 December 2000 of the act on the functioning of cooperative banks, their associations and associating banks, which ensured new legal conditions for the functioning of the sector2. The research objective. The article formulates the hypothesis that nowadays activities of cooperative banks will contribute to regional and local development. The statement of basic materials. One of the most essential sources of supporting regional and local development is the banking system. This system can guarantee the stabilisation of the local financial system. By supporting the development of regional and local entrepreneurship through loans, investment activities of the banks and financial and investment consulting, it will determine the identity of the region concerned. Conclusions. The use of the statistical data analysis method allowed to demonstrate the strong position of cooperative banking in the market, fostering regional and local development.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

  The aim of this study is to examine the current research trends in graduate theses on preschool inclusion in Turkey. Document analysis technique, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the research. It was carried out on 31 graduate theses, which were obtained as a result of scanning the thesis archive of the Higher Education Council (YÖK) and were open to access between 2016 to 2020. The search was carried out by typing "pre-school integration" into the search engine of the Higher Education Institution's thesis archive. The theses included in the study were analyzed using the thesis analysis form prepared beforehand by the researchers. In the prepared form, the theses were analyzed according to the year, thesis level, university, institute, department, thesis supervisor title, research model, number of participants, data collection tool, data analysis method, and domestic and foreign references. The findings obtained within the framework of the examination were interpreted with percentage and frequency tables, and recommendations were made for future research. The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of profitability on firm value. (2) The effect of earnings quality on firm value. (3) The effect of investment decisions on firm value. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2018. While the sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 300 samples. The data analysis method used is multiple regression using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) earnings quality has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.757 > 0.05. (3) investment decisions have a positive effect and not on the value of the company with a significance of 0.418 > 0.05
