Autosexual behavior (masturbation, onanism, ipsis, self-abuse) is still a taboo subject for patients of family doctors. They consist in stimulating the genital organs most often, ending with orgasms. The analysis of factors influencing the approach to the phenomenon of masturbation with particular emphasis on early childhood masturbation in the historical approach including aspects of gynecology of the developmental age and family medicine was analyzed. Attention is drawn to the problem of early childhood masturbation, which has specific medical and psychological significance. There is a need for proper sexual education of children, adolescents and parents, which is one of the tasks of a family medicine specialist. The historical context allows us to understand how, through history, the reference to gender issues has changed, including autosexual behavior in various societies, cultures and philosophical systems, as well as to understand the direction of modern sexology. There is a need of sexual education not only for children and adolescents, but also for adults – in the aspect of early childhood masturbation there is a constant need for pedagogical-psychological and medical care over families. It is worth remembering that sometimes masturbation may be a behavioral disorder as a result of sexual harassment. There is a need for proper sexual education of children, adolescents and parents, which is one of the tasks of a family medicine specialist.

Abstract: Early childhood sexual development has not received special attention in thecurriculum or early childhood achievement standars (STPPA). Though sexual issues have becomea national issue that has been demanding to look for a solution. This study was designed todiscover how the stage of sexual development of two year olds (Zakia) as on overviewofpreparation for further research in designing appropriate sexual education models. The researchmethod used refers to qualitative naturalistic method with data collection technique throughobservation, documentation in the form of photo and video. The results showed two year old child(Zakia) was able to perform activities that lead to sexual development such as the introduction ofanatomy, self recognition, adab and body hygiene. The aspect of sexual development is influencedby other aspects of development such as cognitive, language, motor, physical, social andemotional as well as aspects that come from outside himself such as weather and environment. Keywords: developmental, sexual, two year old child Abstrak: Perkembangan seksual anak usia dini belum mendapat perhatian khusus dalamkurikulum atau Standar Tingkat Pencapaian Perkembangan Anak (STPPA) usia dini. Padahalpersoalan seksual sudah menjadi isu nasional yang sudah menuntut untuk dicari penyelesaiannya.Penelitian ini didisain dengan tujuan untuk menemukan bagaimana tahap perkembangan seksualanak usia dua tahun (Zakia) sebagai gambaran persiapan untuk penelitian lanjutan dalammendisain model pendidikan seksual yang sesuai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merujukpada metode kualitatif naturalistik dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi,dokumentasi berupa foto dan video. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa anak berusia duatahun (Zakia) sudah mampu melakukan kegiatan yang mengarah pada pengembangan seksualnya seperti pengenalan anatomi tubuh, pengenalan diri, adab dan kebersihan tubuh. Aspekperkembangan seksual dipengaruhi oleh aspek pengembangan lain seperti kognitif, bahasa, fisikmotorik, sosial dan emosional serta aspek yang berasal dari luar dirinya seperti cuaca danlingkungan. Sex education in early childhood is still considered a taboo subject so it has never been taught. Even though children must have enough information in order to protect themselves from sexual harassment and violence. Not only parents, the teacher as the second parent for children has a big role in providing education and information about sexual education. Therefore, as a preventive measure, training is needed to increase the knowledge of teachers about sex education in early childhood and good delivery methods so that it can be easily accepted by children. The method used is lecturing and practice directly with roleplay on how to deliver sex education to children. In addition, roleplay is also done by using puppets. The training participants numbered 22 teachers and employees. After being given training, 77.2% of teachers and staff understood that psychoeducation on the importance of sexual education for children needed to be provided as a preventive measure against the prevention of sexual violence against children. 63.6% of teachers are willing to convey to their students. While the rest claimed to be embarrassed and felt they were not ready to deliver material related to sex education.

Early childhood sexual education is an important thing that can be provided to children starting as early as possible. From the rampant phenomena of cases of violence and sexual harassment that often occur, this article can be a guide for readers in providing sexual education to children by paying attention to the stages of child development. This article can increase knowledge for parents in conducting sexual education about their bodies so that children can take care of themselves and prevent increasing cases of irregularities around the child. With the literature review method using various sources of research results that have been done, this article can be a reference for parents in developing knowledge about early childhood sexual education. This article explains the method of knowing the body and the rules of underwear that are packed with attention to cognitive development, communication and sexuality of children. Parents can use strategies using various methods such as storytelling, discussion or question and answer and utilizing audio, visual and audio visual communication media such as pictures, videos and songs.

Masturbation is self-stimulation of the genitals for pleasure and self-comfort. Children may rub themselves with a hand or other object. The aim of the paper is sexuological aspect of masturbation. Masturbation refers to sexual stimulation, especially of one’s own genitals and often to the point of orgasm, which is performed manually, by other types of bodily contact (except for sexual intercourse), by use of objects or tools, or by some combination of these methods. Attention is paid to the problem of early childhood masturbation, which has specific medical and psychological significance. There is a need for proper sexual education of children, adolescents and parents.

<p><span>Pendidikan seks harus diajarkan sejak usia dini sebagaimana yang telah diajarkan Nabi melalui hadisnya agar dapat mengembangkan nilai-nilai moral, sosial, dan agama pada aspek perkembangan anak-anak yang menjadi tanggung jawab pendidikan. Artikel ini bertujuan menjelaskan pendidikan seks pada anak usia dini dalam kajian hadis. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah metode deskriptif yang diperoleh dari sumber-sumber primer dan sekunder yang bersifat kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa orang tua dan guru perlu memberikan upaya pencegahan yang diperlukan untuk mendidik dan meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pendidikan seksual anak dalam memahami apa yang diizinkan dan apa yang tidak dalam bingkai hadis Nabi yang membentuk ajaran Islam. Para guru dan orang tua juga perlu memberikan Informasi, pengenalan, pemahaman, dan antisipasi dengan tepat untuk mencegah terjadinya penyalahgunaan sehingga dapat sesuai dengan ajaran Islam yang tercerminkan dari hadis Nabi.</span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>[<strong>Early Sex Education in Hadith Discourse</strong>. Sex education must be taught from an early age as taught by the Prophet through his hadith in order to develop moral, social, and religious values in the aspects of children’s development which are the responsibility of education. This article aims to explain sex education in early childhood in hadith study. The method used in this study is a descriptive method obtained from primary and secondary library sources. The result of this study is that parents and teachers need to provide the necessary precautionary measures to educate and raise awareness about child sexual education in understanding what is permissible and what is not within the framework of the Prophet's hadiths that shape Islamic teachings. Teachers and parents also need to provide information, introduction, understanding, and anticipation appropriately to prevent abuse so that it can be in accordance with Islamic teachings as reflected in the hadith of the Prophet.]</span></p>

This study aims to describe the use of wabosang media as sexual education in early childhood. This research was conducted in Bantaran Sungai Jembatan Merah Kota Surabaya. This research used descriptive qualitative research method with case study type. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data obtained then analyzed using interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman. From this research it is known that sexual education can be done through media (WaBoSang). The use of wabosang media as sexual education, the child is able to know the correct way of dressing, the child knows the parts of the body that must be closed, the child is able to know only the mother and himself who can touch the covered body parts, the child is also able to know what must be done when there are people who act evil.
