The purpose of devotion is to provide knowledge and skills of online marketing to the younger generation by utilizing e-commerce technology to develop youth Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Grinting Village. The participants consisted of 25 member SMEs of fried onions specifically for the people of Grinting Village. The materials provided include the creation of an online shop account, product uploads, marketing up to the online financial system. This service was carried out in Grinting Village, Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency, Central Java with the target of the community and the younger generation, especially the entire management of Karang Taruna Garuda Jaya Grinting Village. This cooperation is based on the cooperation between Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta and grinting village government. The method used is to provide training materials through presentations accompanied by e-commerce implementation training. The achievement of this devotion is the implementation of the service activities in accordance with the expected number of participants as many as 25 administrators and members of Karangtaruna Garuda Jaya Grinting Village independently can develop SMEs for economic independence. Participants gain knowledge and skills about e-commerce implementation to capture developing and mentoring SMEs in local villages.    Keywords: SMEs, Grinting, empowerment, e-commerce, training

There are 26 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Srumbung Village registered at the village office. However, not all MSMEs run well. Most of the MSMEs players have limited knowledge and skills in using information technology. Meanwhile, information technology for MSMEs players is critical, especially since the emergence of the Covid-19 and the implementation of the PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) policy. The existence of MSMEs will be hampered or slumped if they do not utilize technology in their business. Therefore, this society's dedication aims to improve the knowledge and skills of MSMEs players on utilizing Facebook and Instagram as online marketing tools. Society dedication was conducted from October 20, 2020, to November 5, 2020. The participants are 4 MSMEs, consist of Jenang & Krasikan, Keripik Pegagang, Sagon Kering dan Manisan Salak. The method used is education (socialization) about online marketing and operating and management training of Facebook and Instagram. This society's dedication is the increase of knowledge and skills of participants in operating and managing social media Facebook and Instagram as digital marketing media.

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred had an impact on various aspects of life, including Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) in Rasau Jaya Satu Village. UKM Mekar Sari and Sekapur Sirih which are engaged in the production of rengginang, marning corn, rice crackers and tofu chips have also been affected by this pandemic. Limitations in marketing that currently cannot conventionally lead to a decrease in partner income. Another problem is the partners' ignorance of online marketing strategies. The solution carried out by the LPPM UM Pontianak service team is by socializing the strategy and providing online web marketing through the partner village development program (PPDM) in the third year. The method of activity uses lectures and demonstrations of online web marketing management. This service activity was carried out well. There was an increase in the knowledge of the target audience before and after this service activity was carried out. The village government needs to provide assistance through Village-Owned Enterprises (BumDes) so that online marketing continues to run optimally.

Abstract- Internal problems of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have been extensively studied, especially those related to low level of knowledge and skills of their workforce, thus impacting company's business performance. This study aims to examine whether experiential sharing can improve business performance of SMEs through product innovation as an intervening variable. This research develops a concept of experiential sharing or sharing experiences as a process that can improve a company's business performance through product innovation variables. This study show that experiential sharing will have a stronger influence on company's business performance if it is mediated by product innovation. Samples taken in this study were 173 managers and / or metal casting SME owners in Central Java. To test research hypothesis, data is processed by using Smart PLS. Experiential sharing can directly influence product innovation and business performance of SMEs. Similarly, product innovation can directly affect business performance and can partially mediate relationship between experiential sharing and business performance. SMEs can improve business performance by increasing experiential sharing as a antecendent factor. In addition, experiential sharing can improve product innovation which can then improve the performance of SME businesses. Abstract Purpose: This activity aims to provide counselling for micro, small, and medium enterprises affected by the Covid-19 pandemic because they cannot open their stores at Blu Plaza in Bekasi, West Java. The Covid-19 pandemic has affected this community greatly since 2020, and the members of UMKM Blu Plaza asked for advice regarding marketing and financial aspects to survive. Research Methodology: There were seventeen participants counselling was conducted online using Zoom application by giving training materials and asked the participants to be proactive by asking questions and doing some real exercises. Results: The counselling results show that participants are able to do some exercises about working capital and the cost of goods sold. Also, their understanding of selling products via online marketing has improved. The post counselling questionnaire shows that the participants are very interested in the topics and asked for more time to participate in the following community service activity. However, the participant-trainer interaction was not optimal due to the pandemic situation. Future activities can use additional features with the help of information technology to attract more participants. Conclusions: By implementing online community service, counsellors can interact with the participants and ask them to do some exercises. This is a way to increase people’s participation, and results showed that their understanding of the topics increased.

Yogyakarta is a city and the capital of Yogyakarta Special Region in Java, Indonesia. It is renowned as a center of tourism, education and culture. Yogyakarta is one of the foremost cultural centers of Java. This region is located at the foot of the active merapi vulcano. Yogyakarta is often called the main gateway to the Central Java as where it is geographically located. It stretches from Mount Merapi to the Indian Ocean. This province is one of the most densely populated areas of Indonesia. Yogyakarta is popular tourist destination in indonesia after Bali. These have attracted large number of visitors from across Indonesia and abroad to the city. This status makes Yogyakarta is one of the most heterogeneus cities in Indonesia. In edition, Yogyakarta has attracted large number of people to reside in this city for business. One of these comers is small entrepreneurs with their market munchies enterprise (specially a traditional snack trader). This business is one of famous business in Yogyakarta, we will find rows of pavement vendors selling market munchies. The students and tourists are their main target customers. Market munchies enterprise is part of small and medium enterprises SMEs as livelihood activities. SMEs has an important role in economic growth of Indonesia. Therefore, it is very important to develop and strengthen the micro enterprise empowerment. Micro enterprise empowerment is one of strategy to reduce the poverty rate in Indonesia. Major challenger in implement this program are that micro entrepreneurs are conventional and have satisfied with their revenue. It is very important to develop a comprehensive and sustainable micro enterprise empowerment which consist of strengthen the quality of human resources, maximize the government’s roles, empower the enterprise capital and strengthen the partnership and autonomous. Micro enterprise autonomy will contribute to the economic and investment climate. This will lead to establish an accountable enterprise both for the micro enterprise and customers which at the end will strengthen the development of the micro enterprise in Yogyakarta.Keyword: micro entreprise, human resources, government roles, capital, partnership and autonomous.

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p>Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakan ini adalah agar setelah mengikuti kegiatan para peserta yakni pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki kemampuan untuk memahami dan menyusun laporan keuangan dasar yang terdiri dari laporan laba-rugi, laporan posisi keuangan, dan laporan perubahan modal. </p><p>Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan yang meliputi ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta latihan soal-soal. Materi pelatihan berupa modul penyusunan laporan keuangan dasar. Peserta pelatihan adalah para pelaku UMKM Jakarta Selatan. Analisis terhadap kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan skor terhadap latihan soal-soal yang diberikan kepada para peserta. </p><p>Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa pelatihan telah berjalan efektif. Training materials were a module of the preparation of basic financial statement. The participants of this training were the entrepreneurs of MSME of South Jakarta. The activity was analyzed by scoring the exercises delivered to the participants. </em></p><p><em>The results shows that the training is effective. Peningkatan Manajemen Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Kursi Bambu merupakan Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) sekaligus menjadi tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini. Berdasarkan survey dan anailisis, maka dapat diidentifikasi permasalahan sebagai berikut: 1) kurangnya pemahaman terhadap ilmu manajemen bisnis baik secara pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan belum memiliki perencanaan strategic dalam mengembangkan bisnis; 2) terbatasnya pemasaran kursi bambu yang selama ini dilakukan secara konvensional; 3) minimnya kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menguasai pemanfaatan digital marketing untuk menyebarluaskan produk kursi bambu; 4) masyarakat memiliki keterbatasan dalam permodalan sehingga mengalami kesulitan untuk mengembangkan bisnis kursi bambu yang bervariasi, dan inovasi yang menarik sehingga mampu bersaing dan peningkatan pendapatan pengrajin; 5) terbatasnya alat membuat kerajinan bambu yang dimiliki  oleh kelompok  pengrajin   bambu tradisional; dan, 6) modal kelompok pengrajin bambu masih sangat kecil, pada umumnya perusahaan tersebut masih milik perorangan sehingga kekuatan modal sangat tergantung dari kondisi finansial keuangan pribadi.  Metode yang dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu: 1)tahap persiapan; 2) tahap pelaksanan; 3) monitoring; dan 4) evaluasi. Hasil dari PKM ini, UMKM mendapatkan pelatihan mengenai manajemen UMKM yang meliputi pelatihan peluang bisnis, SDM, dan manajemen pemasaran.Kata kunci: bambu, digital marketing, kursi, manajemenImprovement of Management of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) of the Bamboo Chair in Ciranjang VillageABSTRACTIncreasing Business Management Micro small and medium enterprises (UMKM) of Kursi Bambu is an activity of devotion to the community “Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat” PKM at once as an aim from this PKM activities. Based on Survey and analysis, it can be identified problems as follows: 1) lack of understanding to the business management either in human resources management and do not have strategic planning in developing business; 2) the limited marketing of Kursi Bambu is during this is  conventional; 3) the lack of UMKM doers skill in holding digital marketing utilization to overspread Kursi Bambu products; 4) the people have the limited in the capital so that find it difficult to develop the business are varied of Kursi Bambu; 5) the limited of bamboo craft maker is shared by a group of a traditional bamboo craftsman; 6) we got group capital of bamboo craftsman was very small, in general, the company is still owned by an individual capital so power depends on personal finances. The method in this devotion was done in several phases, 1) preparation phase; 2) actuating phase; 3) monitor phase; 5) evaluation. The results from this PKM that UMKM got the training about business management which covering business opportunity, human research management, and marketing management.Keywords: bamboo, digital marketing, chair, management
