This study aims to determine the effect of distributive justice and procedural justice on turnover intention with employee engagement as a mediating variable at PT. XYZ The sample used was 83 respondents with a sample selection method using saturated sampling techniques. The study was conducted quantitatively and used a questionnaire to collect data. The results of this study concluded that distributive justice and procedural justice had a positive effect on employee engagement. Distributive justice has a negative effect on turnover intention, but the effect of procedural justice on turnover intention is not significant. Employee engagement acts as a partial mediation in distributive justice relations to turnover intention and acts as a full mediator on the influence of procedural justice on turnover intention. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to explore the role of training satisfaction as a predictor of organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB) and turnover intention. The study further examines the mediating role of OCB between training satisfaction and turnover intention. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from 409 Malaysian oil and gas (O&G) sector employees. Partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) was used to test the hypotheses in the research model using SmartPLS 3.0. Findings This study highlights the significant positive impact of training satisfaction on OCB and the negative effect on turnover intention. Contrary to expectations, OCB proved to be neither a predictor of turnover intention nor a mediator in the model. Practical implications Although the main aim of this study was to test the theoretically driven hypotheses, the findings have a number of valuable implications for organisations. This study suggests that O&G organisations should focus on increasing employee satisfaction with training to maximise desired workplace attitudes and behaviours. Originality/value This is the first study to explore the causal links between training satisfaction, OCB and turnover intention. Although it has been observed in the past that training does not directly influence turnover intention, the present study indicates that training satisfaction significantly influences turnover intention. Further, this study unexpectedly found no direct relationship between OCB and turnover intention. Also, OCB was not a significant mediator in the present study. These unexpected findings open new avenues for future research, thus representing an important contribution of the present study.

Objective – This study investigates the mediation role of job satisfaction in the relationship between work stress and turnover intention. A study about turnover intention in the textile company is still rarely done in Indonesia. This study can fill the gap regarding the topic. Methodology/Technique – A nonprobability sampling method with an accidental sampling technique was used, and we get 110 usable responses from a textile company in West Java, Indonesia. Macro Process with SPSS was used to measure the regression and the mediation. Findings – The study found that work stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction. Work stress significantly related to turnover intention in a positive direction. Job satisfaction did not have a significant relation with turnover intention. Thus, in this study, we found no mediation role in job satisfaction. Novelty – Evidently, work stress solely took part in shaping the turnover intention. Type of Paper: Empirical. Keywords: Work stress, Job satisfaction, Turnover intention, Textile Company, Mediation Reference to this paper should be made as follows: Saragih, R; Prasetio, A.P; Luturlean, B.S. 2020. This study aims to explain the phenomenon of the most active companies traded shares in Indonesian stock exchange. This research is motivated to analyze the response of investors to take a decision after presenting the company's financial statements. This study uses panel data consisting of 20 companies selected by purposive sampling method, using a regression model and data processing via SPSS 24. The results of this study found that the variable leverage and capital expenditure variables significantly influence the response of investors to execute the company's stock, thereby affecting the stock return. The level of leverage and significant positive effect on the response of investors, particularly due to the use of debt to investment would increase earnings per share or at a certain amount of equity can boost earnings per share acquisition. Capital expenditure and significant negative effect on the response of investors for investor tend to speculate on short-term period, which means that companies that invest in the early stages will have difficulties liquidity and rate of return will decline, so investors will shift their investment.

The economic development in Indonesia from period to period until now is increasing because Indonesia is very rich with natural and human resources, only quality human resources need to improve their quality in order to be able to develop better economy in the future, however unemployment and poverty rate of Indonesia is still high compared to some other countries in the world, therefore it is necessary jointly between individual society, private and the government has maximum efforts to reduce unemployment and poverty in Indonesia, by increasing the growth of gross domestic product (GDP) contribution by business field can reduce poverty level in Indonesia. The result of multiple regression analysis shows that the contribution of GDP according to business field can decrease poverty level in Indonesia. This condition indicates that agriculture, forestry, fishery sector has a negative effect on poverty rate in Indonesia which means any decrease in agriculture, forestry, fishery by one unit affect the decrease of poverty level of 0.203 at constant -7,70, while the other three factors mining and quarrying, processing industry factor and trade factor have a positive effect on poverty level which means that every increase of one unit leads to a significant increase in poverty not yet able to reduce poverty level but has significant influence on all variables to poverty level in Indonesia. The results of multiple correlation coefficient analysis indicate that from each sector, agriculture, forestry, mining fishery, excavation, processing industry and trade are very strong together that is equal to 97,70%, besides coefficient value of determination equal to 0,96% whereas the remaining 4% of the poverty rate is influenced by other factors
