During pregnancy routine monitoring can be done using K1 and K4 coverage. In 2017 K4 coverage was 96.7%. Whereas in 2018, K4 coverage for pregnant women amounted to 356 (68.5%) of the target pregnant women amounted to 519 (100%). From these data it can be seen that in 2018 the coverage of K4 in pregnant women decreased compared to the K4 coverage in 2017. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship of knowledge, parity, family support, availability of pregnancy check-ups, coverage of health services, support of health workers and other factors. most dominant on K4 visits for pregnant women in the Work Area of Kualasimpang City Health Center, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This type of research is analytic with cross-sectional design methods. The population of this study was the third trimester pregnant women who examined their pregnancies in the Work Area of Kualasimpang City Health Center in Aceh Tamiang Regency with a total of 356 samples using a Slovin formula of 78 people. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique. From the results of multiple logistic regression tests with a value of value = 0.25, it was found that there was a significant relationship of knowledge (p = 0.000, PR = 0.075), parity (p = 0.001, PR = 15,863), the availability of a pregnancy checkup (p = 0.011, PR = 0.132), range of health services (p = 0.006, PR = 0.112), support (p = 0.007, PR = 0.084), the most dominant variable is parity (p = 0.001; PR = 15,863; 95% CI: 3,221- 78,114) which means that respondents with multigravida parity have a risk of not doing K4 visits 15,863 times greater than primigravida parity. It is expected that pregnant women will be more active and active in conducting K4 visits in order to detect all possibilities that can occur so as to avoid danger during pregnancy or before delivery.ABSTRAKSelama kehamilan dapat dilakukan pemantauan rutin dengan menggunakan cakupan K1 dan K4. Tahun 2017 cakupan K4 berjumlah 96,7%. Sedangkan pada tahun 2018, cakupan K4 pada ibu hamil berjumlah 356 (68,5%) dari sasaran ibu hamil berjumlah 519 (100%). Dari data tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa pada Tahun 2018 cakupan K4 pada ibu hamil menurun dibandingkan dengan cakupan K4 di Tahun 2017.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, paritas, dukungan keluarga, ketersediaan alatpemeriksaan kehamilan, jangkauan ketempat pelayanan kesehatan, dukungan petugas kesehatan serta faktor yang paling dominan terhadap kunjungan K4 pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Kualasimpang Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Jenis penelitian adalah analitik dengan metode rancangan crossectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester III yang memeriksakan kehamilannya di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Kualasimpang Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang berjumlah 356 dengan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 78 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Dari hasil uj iregresi logistic berganda dengan nilaip value = 0.25, diperoleh bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan pengetahuan (p=0.000, PR=0.075), paritas (p=0.001, PR=15.863), ketersediaan alat pemeriksaan kehamilan (p=0.011, PR=0.132), jangkauan ketempat pelayanan kesehatan (p=0.006, PR=0.112), dukungan (p=0.007, PR=0.084), variabel yang paling dominan adalah paritas (p=0.001; PR=15.863; 95%CI:3.221-78.114)yang berarti bahwa responden dengan Paritas multigravida mempunyai risiko tidak melakukan kunjungan K4 15.863 kali lebih besar dibandingkan paritas primigravida. Diharapkan kepada ibu hamil agar lebih aktif dan giat dalam melakukan kunjungan K4 agar terdeksi segala kemungkinan yang dapat terjadi sehingga terhindar dari bahaya selama kehamilan maupun menjelang persalinan.

Mitos kehamilan adalah satu cerita, pendapat atau anggapan dalam sebuah kebudayaan yang dianggap mempunyai kebenaran yang isinya tentang anjuran maupun larangan mengenai kehamilan yang pernah berlaku pada suatu masa dahulu hingga sekarang yang kebenarannya belum tentu benar adanya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil dengan mitos kehamilan di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Langsa Barat Kota Langsa tahun 2018. Desain penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan rancangan bedah lintang. Populasi penelitian diambil dari seluruh ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Langsa Barat Kecamatan Langsa Barat Kota Langsa pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Desember tahun 2017 yang berjumlah 831 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin yang diperoleh sebanyak 89 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik acak stratifikasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari tanggal 15-11 Juli tahun 2018 dengan cara wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Uji statistik menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas tidak ada mitos kehamilan pada responden yaitu sebanyak 56 responden (62,9%). Secara statistik ada hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil dengan mitos kehamilan di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Langsa Barat Kota Langsa tahun 2018 dengan p value 0,000 (P < 0,1). Bagi ibu hamil agar tidak harus selalu menerima mitos-mitos yang dapat merugikan kesehatan ibu hamil. Ibu hamil harus rutin melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan dan mencari informasi sebanyak-banyaknya dari tenaga kesehatan seputar kehamilan.Keyword : Pregnancy Myths, Knowledge, AttitudesABSTRACTPregnancy myth is a story, opinion or assumption in a culture that is considered to have the truth about the contents of the suggestions and prohibitions on pregnancy that had prevailed in a time ago until now that the truth is not necessarily true. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of knowledge and attitude of pregnant women with the myth of pregnancy in the Work Area UPTD Puskesmas Langsa Barat Langsa City 2018. The design of this study was analytic with cross sectional design. The study population was taken from all pregnant women in the Working Area of UPTD Puskesmas Langsa Barat Langsa Barat Sub-district Langsa City from January to December of 2017, amounting to 831 people. Sampling was done by using Slovin formula obtained by 89 samples by using random stratification technique. The study was conducted from July 15-11, 2018 by interview using questionnaire. Statistical test using chi square test. The results showed that the majority of no pregnancy myths on respondents that as many as 56 respondents (62.9%). Statistically there is relationship of knowledge and attitude of pregnant mother with pregnancy myth in Work Area UPTD Puskesmas Langsa Barat City Langsa year 2018 with p value 0,000 (P <0,1). For pregnant women not to always accept the myths that can harm the health of pregnant women. Abstrak Kematian ibu dan anak masih menjadi masalah kesehatan. Risiko mengalami kematian ibu atau bayi bagi ibu melahirkan sangat dipengaruhi di mana seorang ibu hamil memilih penolong persalinan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ibu hamil dalam memilih penolong persalinan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Malakopa Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain potong lintang. Data dikumpulkan pada Puskesmas Malakopa Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai Provinsi Sumatrera Barat bulan Maret 2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara random sampling, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian Ibu hamil di wilayah Puskesmas Malakopa yang memilih bersalin dengan tenaga kesehatan sebesar 62,9%, persalinan ditolong oleh tenaga non kesehatan sebesar 37,1%. Uji statistik menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara faktor internal dan eksternal pada kelompok ibu hamil terhadap pemilihan penolong persalinan. Untuk itu disarankan dalam meningkatkan cakupan persalinan nakes di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Malakopa Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai diperlukan perhatian kusus bagi tenaga kesehatan terhadap faktor yang mempengaruhi ibu hamil dalam memilih penolong persalinan. Kata kunci: Ibu Hamil, Penolong Persalinan Abstract Maternal and child mortality is still becoming health problem. The risk of having a mother or baby’s death for the mother of childbirth is strongly influenced where a pregnant woman chooses a birth attendant. This study aimed to determine the factors that influence pregnant women in choosing birth attendants in the working area of Malakopa Health Center, Mentawai Islands District. This research is quantitative method with cross- sectional design. Data was collected at Malakopa Health Center, Mentawai Islands District, West Sumatera Province, in March 2017. The sampling technique was random sampling. Data was analyzed using SPSS. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and document review. The results of the study of pregnant women in the Malakopa Health Center area who chose to give birth with health workers were 62.9%, deliveries were assisted by non-health workers by 37.1%. The statistic test showed no significant relationship between internal and external factors in the group of pregnant women on the selection of birth attendants. It is recommended that in increasing coverage of health workers in the working area of the Malakopa Health Center, Mentawai District need special attention for health workers on factors that affect pregnant women in choosing birth attendants. Background: In Indonesia, there are 107,000 pregnant women who experience anxiety in facing labor. Based on a preliminary study conducted on 10 respondents, 7 of them said they felt anxious about getting pregnant during the Covid-19 pandemic because they were afraid of being exposed to the Covid-19 virus and it could endanger pregnant women. Objective: To determine the factors related to anxiety of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Banjar Pandeglang Health Center work area in 2021 Methodology: The study used cross sectional design. The population in this study was 112 pregnant women in January in the Banjar Health Center working area. The sample used in this study was a total population with an accidental sampling technique, 112 pregnant women in January at the working area of ​​the Banjar Health Center with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: There was a significant relationship between knowledge p-value ( .004), family support ( .000) and health facilities ( .003) with the level of anxiety of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Banjar Pandeglang Health Center work area. Conclusions and Recommendations: There was no relationship between health information and the level of anxiety of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is hoped that pregnant women can pay more attention to their condition both physically and psychologically and ask their husbands or families to always provide support, participate in maintaining pregnancy and in preparing for childbirth and still comply with health protocols to avoid the Covid-19 virus. Anemia is still a problem in the world, especially in developing countries. This condition can have a detrimental impact on every age group including pregnant women. In pregnant women, anemia can cause complications for the mother and the baby she is carrying, such as life-threatening bleeding, miscarriage, low birth weight and premature birth. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parity, anemia, ANC visits, nutritional status and the role of health workers with the consumption of blood-added tablets in post-partum mothers in the work area of the Mutiara Barat Health Center in 2019. This type of research is a correlation analytic study with cross-sectional method. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the third trimester who were recorded at the Mutiara Barat Health Center in January 2019 as many as 139 people and the sample was the total population of 139 respondents. Data were analyzed using the chi square statistical test which includes univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results obtained: there is a relationship between parity (p = 0.000), anemia (p = 0.016), ANC visits (p = 0.015), nutritional status (p = 0.021) and the role of officers (p = 0.000) with the consumption of tablets with blood added at postpartum mother. The dominant factor related to the consumption of blood-added tablets is the role of the officer. From the research results obtained, it is hoped that the Puskesmas can increase the knowledge of mothers about blood supplemented tablets through counseling so that it can influence the attitude of pregnant women to consume blood supplemented tablets. Keywords: ANC visit; anemia; consumption of blood added tablets; nutritional status; parity; role of officers ABSTRAKAnemia masih menjadi permasalahan di dunia terutama di negara-negara berkembang. Kondisi ini dapat memberikan dampak merugikan di setiap kelompok umur termasuk ibu hamil. Pada ibu hamil, kejadian anemia dapat menyebabkan penyulit pada ibu maupun bayi yang dikandungnya seperti perdarahan yang mengancam jiwa, keguguran, berat badan bayi lahir rendah dan kelahiran prematur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor paritas, anemia, kunjugan ANC, status gizi dan peran petugas kesehatan dengankonsumsi tablet tambah darah pada ibu nifas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mutiara Barat tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik korelasi dengan metode cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III yang terdata di Puskesmas Mutiara Barat pada bulan Januari 2019 sebanyak 139 orang dan sampel merupakan total populasi yaitu 139 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik chi square yang meliputi analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: ada hubungan antara paritas (p=0,000), anemia (p=0,016), kunjungan ANC (p=0,015), status gizi (p=0,021) dan peran petugas(p=0,000) dengan konsumsi tablet tambah darah pada ibu nifas. Faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan konsumsi tablet tambah darah adalah peran petugas. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh diharapkan Puskesmas dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang tablet tambah darah melalui penyuluhan sehingga dapat mempengaruhi sikap para ibu hamil untuk berperilaku mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah.

Results of a preliminary study conducted by the author on 28 November 2018 in Kassi-Kassi Health Center Public City of Makassar were interviews with 11 third trimester pregnant women who visited antenatal check, 8 (70%) of pregnant women have not planned where labor, labor companion, potential blood donors and the sticker affixed on the door P4K yet home mom for not knowing the importance of the decal and never be explained by health workers at the first checkups. While 7 (60%) of pregnant mother's husband has not determined the place of labor, labor companion, potential blood donors and did not accompany the mother when the checkups. This study aims to determine the relationship of husband support, knowledge of third trimester pregnant women at health centers with the implementation P4K-Kassi Kassi Makassar.This research uses analytic survey with cross sectional approach, the population in this study is the third trimester pregnant women, using the formula Lameshow obtained sample 85 subjects with a sampling technique is purposive sampling.Statistical analysis showed the Chi-square test obtained significant value p value 0,000 (p<0,05) husband's support with coefficient value (Phi= 0,493), knowledge of third trimester pregnant women p value of 0,001 (p <0,05) with coefficient value (Phi= 0,357). So it can be concluded that there is a relationship of husband support, knowledge of third trimester pregnant women with P4K implementation. Therefore, the husband is expected to support the implementation of the plan P4K safe delivery and is able to prevent pregnancy complications. And for health workers can improve IEC counseling and evaluation of the execution P4K, in particular blood donor candidates planning and sticking stickers P4K at home pregnant women.

Consumption of iron tablet 1 tablet per day during pregnancy can cause constipation. Based on the results of preliminary study in the Bandar Village, Pacitan through interviews with 14 pregnant women there were 12 pregnant women who consumed iron tablet regularly and 8 pregnant women complain of difficulty to defecate while not experiencing constipation 4 pregnant women. From two pregnant women who did not consume fe tablets they didn’t get constipation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship consuming Fe tablet with constipation in pregnant women. This type of research is quantitative with cross sectional design conducted in March 2016. The population of all pregnant women in Bandar Village Bandar Subdistrict District of Pacitan as many as 33 pregnant women. The respondents ware all pregnant women in the Bandar Village Bandar district Pacitan. Using total sampling technique, the research was conducted on March 1 until March 30, 2016. The variable in this study is the fe tablet intake and incidence of constipation. The research instrument used was observation about fe tablet consumption and interviewing about incidence of constipation. The data were tabulated and analyzed using a statistical test Chi Square test determined significant with p> 0.05. From the results showed that majority of 19 pregnant women (57.5%) consume iron tablet regularly, and majority of 18 pregnant women (54.5%) got constipation. There was a relationship consuming Fe tablet constipation with in pregnant women in the Bandar Village district ofPacitan. Evidenced by the significant level of 0.000> 0.05 so that Ho refused. Based on the results of the study, the researcher suggested to health workers to provide counseling to pregnant women about how to consume tablets fe correetly and balanced with foods contaiming high in fiber.

One that affects fetal growth is the nutrition of pregnant women because during pregnancy the mother must meet the rapid growth needs of the fetus, and so that the output of the pregnancy is successful and perfect. But until now there are still many pregnant women who experience nutritional problems, especially malnutrition, such as Chronic Energy Deficiency (SEZ). The number of pregnant women experiencing SEZs in the Pantoloan Community Health Center Working Area in 2016 was a total of 67 pregnant women who delivered 8 LBWs. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the incidence of low birth weight babies with a history of chronic energy-deficient pregnant women in the work area of Pantoloan Health Center. This research is an Analytical type with Cros Sectional research design with a population of 252 babies born in 2010 in the Work Area of Pantoloan Health Center. Sampling uses the Total Sampling technique. The criteria for the sample are taken if you have birth weight and maternal LILA data during pregnancy, if the data is incomplete, it is not sampled. Samples that meet the requirements are 52 babies. The results showed that pregnant women who experienced SEZ 32 people (61.5%), and LBW as many as 8 babies (15.4%). There was a significant relationship between the incidence of LBW and a history of SEZ pregnant women (p = 0.0017). The conclusion, that the better the nutritional status of pregnant women during pregnancy, the better the weight of the baby will be born. It is recommended for Pantoloan Health Center to improve health education programs about nutrition, and take LILA measurements regularly for pregnant women.

Maternal deaths in Yogyakarta Special Region are caused by heart disease, bleeding, eclampsia, sepsis/infection. Bleeding is still the number one causes of maternal death. Pregnancy with anaemia is 5 times more at risk of bleeding than who are not. The aims of the research are to determine the relationship of nutritional status with anaemia in pregnant women in Kotagede II Yogyakarta Public Health Center.  This was an observational analytic design and a cross-sectional approach. The sampling method uses accidental sampling technique. The number of respondents was 77 pregnant women in the second and third trimester. The research instrument used questionnaire sheets and medical records. Data were processed by Chi-Square statistical tests. Study found   (p-value) of nutritional status = 0.001.  The conclusion of this study is that there was a significant relationship between nutritional status with the incidence of anaemia at Kotagede II Yogyakarta Health Center

Hypertension is a degenerative disease that usually occurs and has a fairly high mortality rate and affects the quality of life and productivity of a person. The nicotine contained in cigarettes caused feelings of dependence or called nicotine dependence. Besides, nicotine also causes myocardial irritability. Hormones in the blood serum cause vasoconstriction blood vessels, it makes the blood pressure to rise. The purpose of this study was to relationship of smoking behavior with hypertension events in Neglasari Health Center Bandung City. The research method used is quantitative analytic type, with cross sectional research design. Total population of this study was 8072 people aged > 18 years and living in the Neglasari village. The sample of 74 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Analysis technique used is chi square test. The results of this study indicate that half of Neglasari residents have hypertension (54,3%). The analysis showed that there was a relationship between smoking behavior and the incidence of hypertension (p value = 0.008). It is recommended that Puskesmas conduct Posbindu PTM activities and conduct counseling on the dangers of smoking in order to increase health efforts in the Neglasari puskesmas work area.

The prevalence of diarrhea diseases is increasing, the total cases of diarrhea diseases listed in the Work Area Air Lais sub-district Community Health centers Padang Jaya in 2014 reached 230 cases. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between mothers’ attitudes with prevention of diarrhea disease in toddlers. This research is a quantitative research with cross sectional design. The sample in this study were mothers with children under five by purposive sampling technique. The participants of this research was 95 mothers and statistical analysis using chi square. Results of the analysis found correlation between maternal attitudes with efforts to prevent diarrhea disease in toddlers (ρ value = 0.000). Expected health workers can improve the promotion for better health and increasing efforts to prevent diarrhea diseases that can be carried by mothers as a prevention of diarrhea disease in Toddlers.
