Electronic Road Pricing is an electronic toll collection scheme used to reduce traffic volume by setting up a device called On Board Unit as the pricing system. ERP is implemented due to Jakarta high traffic volume. This research will discuss about the traffic condition at Gatot Subroto road. This road is the access road to business disrict and tourist areas. To analyze traffic volume, observation method will be used to obtain volume, speed and traffic density. Direct observation will be done by taking into account motorcycles, light vehicles and heavy vehicles. Relationship between speed and density can be shown from the graphic obtained from observation data, which will be modified with questionnaire data. Questionnatire data is distributed to acquire the percentage of volume reduction dan estimated price. Electronic Road Pricing to reduce traffic volume. Price range and timing will be processed with variance analysis method (ANOVA) along with SPSS program. The analysis of this research is expected to identify which pricing of Electronic Road Pricing is most efficient to reduce traffic volume at Gatot Subroto road. AbstrakElectronic Road Pricing adalah jalan berbayar yang digunakan untuk mengurangi volume lalu lintas dengan cara memasangkan alat On Board Unit sebagai alat pembayarannya. Pada penulisan ini, dibahas mengenai kondisi lalu lintas Gatot Subroto, ruas jalan ini merupakan akses pengguna untuk menuju perkantoran dan tepat wisata. Untuk menganalisa volume kendaraan akan digunakan metode observasi langsung untuk mendapatkan volume, kecepatan dan kepadatan lalu lintas. Observasi langsung dilakukan dengan memperhatikan kendaraan bermotor roda dua, kendaraan ringan, dan kendaraan berat. Dengan data observasi akan didapat grafik hubungan antara kecepatan dan kedapatan yang akan dimodifikasi dengan data kuesioner. Data kuesioner disebar untuk mendapatkan persentase penurunan volume dan perkiraan harga. Electronic Road Pricing untuk mengurangi volume lalu lintas. Pilihan harga dan waktu akan diolah dengan metoda analysis of variance (ANOVA) dengan dibantu program SPSS. Diharapkan pada analisis dari penelitian ini dapat mengetahui biaya Electronic Road Pricing yang paling efisien untuk mengurangi volume kendaraan pada jalan Gatot Subroto.

Transjakarta is one of the public transportation facility provided by Indonesian government as a solution to decrease traffic problem, now the government plans to implement new traffic rules, Electronic Road Pricing. This study will focus on Jl. Jendral Sudirman and Jl. MH. Thamrin, this road is an access to offices and tourist attractions. To analyze vehicle volume, direct observation method will be used to get the volume, speed and traffic density. Direct observations were made by paying attention to private vehicles and heavy vehicles. With the observation data will get a graph of the relationship between speed and density that will be modified with questionnaire data. Questionnaire data is distributed to get the percentage of Transjakarta waiting time and travel time. It is expected that this analysis can find out the percentage of private vehicle users who will move to Transjakarta after the ERP implemented on the Sudirman and MH Thamrin street.ABSTRAKTransjakarta merupakan salah satu sarana transportasi umum yang diberikan pemerintah Indonesia sebagai solusi mengatasi kepadatan lalu lintas, namun untuk saat ini pemerintah berencana menerapkan aturan lalu lintas baru yaitu jalan berbayar atau Electronic Road Pricing. Pada penelitian ini, dibahas mengenai kondisi lalu lintas Jl. Jendral Sudirman dan Jl. MH. Thamrin, ruas jalan ini merupakan akses pengguna jalan untuk menuju perkantoran dan tempat wisata. Observasi langsung dilakukan dengan memperhatikan kendaraan bermotor roda empat dan dua, serta kendaraan berat. Data kuesioner disebar untuk mendapatkan persentase pelayanan waktu tunggu dan waktu tempuh bus Transjakarta, Diharapkan pada analisis ini dapat mengetahui presentase pengguna kendaraan pribadi yang akan beralih ke Transjakarta setelah diberlakukannya ERP di ruas jalan Jendral Sudirman dan MH. Thamrin.

Electronic road pricing is a prepaid road which is used to decrease the traffic volume with put on the on board unit device as the payment tool. The high number of vehicle volume at Jakarta become one of the main reason of electronic road pricing used at the traffic. On this research will be discussed about the condition of Blok M – Kota traffic situation, this road is a main access for people especially to work. to analyze the vehicle volume will be using direct observation method to get the volume, velocity and intensiveness of the traffic. Direct observation will be used to watch vehicle such as motorcycle, light vehicle and weight vehicle. With observation data we will get graphic about the connectivity between velocity and intensiveness that will be modified with questionnaire. Questionnaire data will be spreaded out to get the percentage of decreased volume and estimated price for electronic road pricing. the price and time will be processed with analysis of variance method (ANOVA) asissted with SPSS program. Due to imbalance of road capacity and traffic volume, so traffic congestion will be occurred either along the road and intersection. Demak Ijo intersection is one of signalized junction located in the western part of Yogyakarta with high traffic volume so traffic congestion is frequently occurred. The aim of this study is to analyze the performance of existing traffic condition and then estimate the congestion cost at signalized intersection by modeling (simulation) using Vissim 9. The analysis results show that existing traffic condition is in very bad condition (level F), average delay of 80 seconds, average queue length of 48.73 meters with congestion cost is about Rp. 2,830,336 per hour.

With the observation data will get a graph of the relationship between speed and density that will be modified eith questionnaire data. Questionnaire data is distributed to get the percentage of Transjakarta with feeder total round trip cost with travel time. Untuk menganalisa volume kendaraan akan digunakan metode observasi langsung untuk mendapatkan volume, kecepatan dan kepadatan lalu lintas. Observasi langsung dilakukan dengan memperhatikan kendaraan bermotor roda empat dan dua serta kendaraan berat. Dengan data observasi akan didapat grafik hubungan antara kecepatan dan kepadatan yang akan dimodifikasi dengan data kuesioner. Data kuesioner disebar untuk mendapatkan presentase perbaikan total biaya pulang-pergi dengan waktu tempuh bus Transjakarta dengan feedernya. Pada penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengetahui presentase pengguna kendaraan pribadi yang akan beralih ke Transjakarta dengan feedernya setelah diberlakukannya ERP (Electronic Road Pricing) di ruas Jalan Gajah Mada.

Progress of a country in line with the progress of traffic (transport). Fluency in traffic is determined by the smoothness of traffic on the road. Problems often arise on the highway is congestion at the intersection. Neither was signalized intersections and signalized intersections.  Traffic congestion is one of problem that occur in big cities, therefore people need traffic information to determine traffic condition. One of many applications that provides traffic information is Google Maps. From the information generated, there are insuitability between google maps’s traffic update and travel time with the actual condition. So the aim of this study is to analyze the suitability level of traffic density classification and google maps travel time. Based on the speed range by Google, the level of suitability can be determined, while the google maps travel time is done by statistical tests. The statistical test used is a statistical test of two parameters using table t with 95% confidence level. The results of this study indicate that the level of suitability of the traffic classification only reaches 35%. The low level of suitability is caused by network latency. While information on google maps travel time does not have a significant difference in actual time.

The increase in traffic volume will cause a decrease in service due to decreased road capacity due to an increase in side constraints and due to the increase in traffic volume itself, which will ultimately cause the level of road saturation to increase. The situation occurred in the Umasukaer road section of the Malacca Regency. Therefore it is necessary to address improvements in the quality of the road in order to meet the feasibility of transportation facilities by taking into account the existing technical requirements. The results of planning found that through the 2015 LHR survey data with a prediction of an increase in traffic density of 6% per year, the LHR was obtained with a planned age of 7 years = 2540.7 vehicles/day/department and a 20-year plan life LHR = 5419.1 ked/day / major. The results of a gradual construction planning pavement study can be concluded that the planning model that has been designed is effective in strengthening road construction in accordance with existing technical requirements and efficient in terms of financing. The final results of gradual construction pavement thickness results are: Ashburton thickness (MS 744) = 8 cm, Ashburton (MS 744) = 13 cm, broken stone (CBR 100) = 20 cm, Sirtu (CBR 50) = 10 cm and CBR subgrade 5%. Pertambahan volume lalu lintas akan menyebabkan penurunan layanan diakibatkan menurunnya kapasitas jalan karena adanya peningkatan hambatan samping maupun karena beratambahnya volume lalu lintas itu sendiri yang pada akhirnya akan meyebabkan tingkat kejenuhan jalan meningkat. Keadaan tersebut terjadi ruas jalan Umasukaer Kabupaten Malaka, oleh karena itu perlu adanya penanganan perbaikan kualitas jalan agar memenuhi segi kelayakan sarana transportasi dengan memperhatikan syarat-syarat teknik yang ada. Hasil perencanaan didapatkan bahwa melalui data survey LHR tahun 2015 dengan prediksi peningkatan kepadatan lalu lintas sebesar 6% pertahun maka didapatkan LHR dengan umur rencana 7 tahun = 2540,7 kend/hr/jurusan dan LHR umur rencana 20 tahun = 5419,1 ked/hr/jurusan. Hasil studi perencanaan perkerasan konstruksi bertahap dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa model perencaaan yang telah dirancang efektif dalam memperkerasa konstruksi jalan sesuai dengan syarat teknis yang ada serta efisien dalam hal pembiayaan. Hasil akhir tebal perkerasan konstruksi bertahap diperoleh hasil: Ketebalan Asbuton (MS 744) = 8 cm, Asbuton (MS 744) = 13 cm, batu pecah (CBR 100) = 20 cm, Sirtu (CBR 50) = 10 cm dan CBR tanah dasar 5%.
