Transjakarta is one of the public transportation facility provided by Indonesian government as a solution to decrease traffic problem, now the government plans to implement new traffic rules, Electronic Road Pricing. This study will focus on Jl. Jendral Sudirman and Jl. MH. Thamrin, this road is an access to offices and tourist attractions. To analyze vehicle volume, direct observation method will be used to get the volume, speed and traffic density. Direct observations were made by paying attention to private vehicles and heavy vehicles. With the observation data will get a graph of the relationship between speed and density that will be modified with questionnaire data. Questionnaire data is distributed to get the percentage of Transjakarta waiting time and travel time. It is expected that this analysis can find out the percentage of private vehicle users who will move to Transjakarta after the ERP implemented on the Sudirman and MH Thamrin street.ABSTRAKTransjakarta merupakan salah satu sarana transportasi umum yang diberikan pemerintah Indonesia sebagai solusi mengatasi kepadatan lalu lintas, namun untuk saat ini pemerintah berencana menerapkan aturan lalu lintas baru yaitu jalan berbayar atau Electronic Road Pricing. Pada penelitian ini, dibahas mengenai kondisi lalu lintas Jl. Jendral Sudirman dan Jl. MH. Thamrin, ruas jalan ini merupakan akses pengguna jalan untuk menuju perkantoran dan tempat wisata. Untuk menganalisa volume kendaraan akan digunakan metode observasi langsung untuk mendapatkan volume, kecepatan dan kepadatan lalu lintas. Observasi langsung dilakukan dengan memperhatikan kendaraan bermotor roda empat dan dua, serta kendaraan berat. Dengan data observasi akan didapat grafik hubungan antara kecepatan dan kedapatan yang akan dimodifikasi dengan data kuesioner. Data kuesioner disebar untuk mendapatkan persentase pelayanan waktu tunggu dan waktu tempuh bus Transjakarta, Diharapkan pada analisis ini dapat mengetahui presentase pengguna kendaraan pribadi yang akan beralih ke Transjakarta setelah diberlakukannya ERP di ruas jalan Jendral Sudirman dan MH. Thamrin.

Data kuesioner disebar untuk mendapatkan presentase perbaikan total biaya pulang-pergi dengan waktu tempuh bus Transjakarta dengan feedernya. Pada penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengetahui presentase pengguna kendaraan pribadi yang akan beralih ke Transjakarta dengan feedernya setelah diberlakukannya ERP (Electronic Road Pricing) di ruas Jalan Gajah Mada.

Electronic Road Pricing is a paid road used to reduce the volume of traffic by pairing On Board Unit for payment. The high volume of vehicles in Jakarta is the main reason Electronic Road Pricing is used in traffic. In this research, discussed about the traffic conditions of Gatot Subroto, this road section is main access to get to the office and travel. To analyze the volume of the vehicle, the direct observation method will be used to get the volume, speed and traffic density. Direct observation is done by paying attention to motorcycle, light vehicles, and heavy vehicles. With the observation data we will get a graph of the relationship between speed and speed that will be modified with questionnaire data. Questionnaire data is distributed to obtain percentages of volume reduction and price estimates. Electronic Road Pricing is used to reduce traffic volume. It is hoped that this research analysis can find out the most efficient cost of Electronic Road Pricing to reduce the volume of vehicles on the Gatot Subroto road.ABSTRAKElectronic Road Pricing adalah jalan berbayar yang digunakan untuk mengurangi volume lalu lintas dengan cara memasangkan alat On Board Unit sebagai alat pembayarannya. Electronic road pricing is a prepaid road which is used to decrease the traffic volume with put on the on board unit device as the payment tool. The high number of vehicle volume at Jakarta become one of the main reason of electronic road pricing used at the traffic. On this research will be discussed about the condition of Blok M – Kota traffic situation, this road is a main access for people especially to work. to analyze the vehicle volume will be using direct observation method to get the volume, velocity and intensiveness of the traffic. Direct observation will be used to watch vehicle such as motorcycle, light vehicle and weight vehicle. With observation data we will get graphic about the connectivity between velocity and intensiveness that will be modified with questionnaire. Questionnaire data will be spreaded out to get the percentage of decreased volume and estimated price for electronic road pricing. the price and time will be processed with analysis of variance method (ANOVA) asissted with SPSS program. Electronic Road Pricing is an electronic toll collection scheme used to reduce traffic volume by setting up a device called On Board Unit as the pricing system. ERP is implemented due to Jakarta high traffic volume. This research will discuss about the traffic condition at Gatot Subroto road. This road is the access road to business disrict and tourist areas. To analyze traffic volume, observation method will be used to obtain volume, speed and traffic density. Direct observation will be done by taking into account motorcycles, light vehicles and heavy vehicles. Relationship between speed and density can be shown from the graphic obtained from observation data, which will be modified with questionnaire data. Trans Mebidang is a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system in North Sumatra Province which operates in Medan City, Binjai City, and Deli Serdang Regency. According to the Research and Development Center for Land and Railways at the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia in 2014 the traffic density level in Medan City reached a V / C ratio of 0.769, this has an impact on inconvenience and increases travel time for road users. This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of the governor's regulations and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Trans Mebidang Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) policy in breaking down congestion in Medan City. In this study, researchers used descriptive methods with observation data collection techniques, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis technique used in this research is analysis using transcripts of the results of interviews, data reduction, analysis, data interpretation and triangulation.The results of the study, researchers found a phenomenon in the field that the implementation of policies in the Regulation of the Governor of North Sumatra Number 31 of 2014 concerning Road-Based Mass Public Transportation Services in the Urban Areas of Medan, Binjai and Deli Serdang. Based on the research focus set in accordance with Edward III's theory, the researcher can conclude that the supporting and inhibiting factors are influenced by aspects of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure, this can be seen in the summary of the research results that have been presented by the researcher in writing this thesis.

Indonesian reading culture is very low. Various ways to increase interest in reading have been done by the government. Reading Reading Movement, National Movement of Literacy of Nations has been regulated in Law no 43 of 2007 and Permendikbud No 23 year 2005. In support of the program, this research is conducted in Community Literacy Movement by Leader's Reading Challenge (LRC) method. This initiative is a form of Community Empowerment in Tourism Awareness Group (TAG)  Stone  Garden of West Bandung regency. The study titled Use of Leader's Reading Challenge (LRC) Method in Improving Reading Interest of Tourism Awareness Group (TAG) of West Bandung Regency through Community Reading Garden. LRC is a method used from South Australia namely Premier Reading Challenge (RRC). The method used is descriptive qualitative research. By taking observation data, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies and documentation. Initial Conditions of the people who studied have low interest in reading because many factors cause. It is very influential is the low education, low economic and less facilitated to read and no activities of literacy movements in these tourist attractions. So after the research done, it appears the increase of reading interest with the indicator, reading activities in Community Reading Park (CRP) or in the tourist spot when .The indicator of reading success is that there has been the number of books read, there has been a review made also the existence of tree literasi. Internal factor which become indicator of success is with data of result of questionnaire expressing happiness after reading book. They feel happy with LRC Literacy activity. Constraints certainly exist, which is still a lot of interesting books to read, there are still activities that encourage people to motivate reading fond. There is still much more role and support from the government and the wider community in providing funds and also providing the means to manage Community Reading Gardens and the management of tourism literacy groups.

Abstract The purpose of this research is to see tourist destinations in Prov. Lampung has the potential to become a sharia tourism, this is supported by an assessment of four aspects in tourist objects which include attractions, amenities, accessibility and ancillary. This research is descriptive analysis, the research data is obtained by distributing questionnaires, interviews and direct observation in 6 leading tourist destinations in Prov. Lampung which is the object of research. The results showed tourist destinations have advantages including adequate attractions by presenting scenic spots, supporting facilities and infrastructure for tourists, the availability of easily obtained information, and uniqueness with the concept of sharia in managing tourist attractions. However, there are still some weaknesses that need to be improved, including the absence of a guarantee of halal food products, the unavailability of adequate public transportation to get to tourist attractions, and no optimal cooperation between the government and managers. Halal tourism in Lampung Province has an opportunity due to the absence of sharia tourism in the Lampung area and it answers the needs of the Muslim community for Islamic tourism in Lampung. Keyword: Halal tourism, economic growth. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat destinasi wisata di Prov. Lampung memiliki potensi untuk menjadi wisata syariah hal tersebut didukung dengan penilaian empat aspek yang ada di objek wisata yang meliputi atraksi, amenitas, aksesibilitas dan ancillary. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analisis, data penelitian diperoleh dengan meyebarkan kuesioner, interview dan observasi langsung di 6 destinasi wisata unggulan yang ada di Prov. Lampung yang menjadi objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa destinasi wisata di Prov. Lampung memiliki potensi untuk menjadi wisata syariah hal tersebut di dukung dengan penilaian empat aspek yang ada di objek wisata yang meliputi atraksi, amenitas, aksesibilitas dan ancillary. Destinasi wisata memiliki keunggulan meliputi atraksi yang memadai dengan menyajikan spot pemandangan, sarana dan prasarana penunjang wisatawan, ketersediaan informasi yang mudah diperoleh, serta keunikan yang berkonsep syariah dalam pengeloaan tempat wisata. Namun, masih ada beberapa kelemahan yang perlu diperbaki yaitu meliputi belum adanya jaminan kehalalan produk makanan, belum tersedianya tranportasi umum yang memadai untuk menuju tempat wisata, serta belum terjalin kerjasama antara pemerintah dan pengelola secara optimal. Halal tourism di Provinsi Lampung memiliki peluang dikarenakan belum adanya wisata syariah di daerah Lampung dan memjawab kebutuhan masyarakat muslim akan pariwisata syariah di Lampung. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to analyse pedestrian movement and traffic flow in one of the touristic destinations with several public spaces and buildings in the city of Eskisehir. Design/methodology/approach A direct observation method is used to study and analyse pedestrian movement pattern, public transportation routes, traffic density and amount of retail and services on location in order to determine relations between them. Findings The results of this study identified significant impact of public spaces and buildings on flow pattern, both pedestrian and traffic on local neighbourhood, sequentially influencing tourists visiting the location, thus location, orientation and amount of public spaces and buildings can be determined as factors which dictate success of public spaces and touristic destinations. Research limitations/implications In scope of this paper, the relationships between pedestrian movement, traffic flow and public spaces and buildings were studied, although the influence of public transportation on pedestrian movement is indisputable. Originality/value Understanding influences of public spaces and buildings on users of surrounding infrastructures such as walkways, traffic connections and transportation provides additional information on improving the quality of public spaces and touristic destinations and creates basis for developing additional methods for evaluating public spaces and buildings.

With urban populations on the rise, sustainable design of cities will be necessary to maintain reasonable quality of life for its inhabitants. Space to accommodate citizens in these densely populated cities will be in short supply and high demand. Strategic shifts in the transportation industry can alleviate the lack of space for residential and commercial facilities in densely populated areas. One opportunity to mitigate this growing problem is to reduce the size of personally owned, commuter vehicles. Smaller vehicles will reduce the storage space and increase the density of vehicles on roads. Another solution gaining traction in the automotive industry today are autonomous vehicles. Autonomous technology can allow cars to travels closer to one another without increasing the likelihood of a crash. Lastly, changing the market from personally owned vehicles to fleets owned by the company to be used as public transportation would reduce the traffic density. These changes to the automotive industry will facilitate a change in the layout and packaging of commercial vehicles to meet new objectives. This paper proposes a novel corner module design that meets the market’s needs for mass production of X-by-wire systems integrated into a compact space while maintaining current levels of vehicle stability, handling and ride comfort. The proposed corner module features an in-wheel motor with electronic steering and braking. To increase the handling of the vehicle, the corner module has active camber control and can be modified for active ride height adjustment. Furthermore, the simplicity and minimal quantity of the components makes the corner module design ready for mass production. The geometry of the purposed corner module was optimized using a genetic algorithm. The objectives were to target a wheel lateral displacement of 10 cm at the −15° of camber angle and to minimize the longitudinal displacement of the wheel in a steer range of −20° to 20° at 0° of camber angle. The optimization had three types of constraints: packaging space limits, component interference and cylinder size. The optimization successfully found a solution that met both objectives while remaining within the constraints. The workspace of the wheel was limited by the rear cylinder size and the fixed length of the linkage.
