Cinema in Jakarta generally located in a shopping mall in Jakarta. Cinema nowadays becomes a destination for people but not yet become a third place. The lack of third place in Jakarta that can provide a place for gathering, as a meeting point, and entertainment makes Jakarta residents used commercial building as a third place. Looking at the design and program a cinema that can meet the conditions and characteristics of a third place by looking at the phenomenon cinema in Jakarta. Open cinema takes layar tancap concept or "misbar" that have been established in Indonesia. The purpose of layar tancap is to give an entertainment in areas that are difficult to reach, apparently can be applied in the city. Under the discussion, a cinema should be able to become the third place so that makes the visitor feel comfortable, with the main activity is watching a movie. Open cinema is expected to become a third place that can provide entertainment watching a movie in Jakarta without having to come to a cinema in a shopping center. Cinema that can become a third place in Jakarta. Bagaimana desain dan program sebuah bioskop yang dapat memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan sebuah third place dengan melihat fenomena bioskop di Jakarta saat ini. Open cinema atau sinema terbuka mengambil konsep layar tancap atau misbar yang dari dulu sudah ada di Indonesia. Layar tancap yang tujuan utamanya adalah untuk memberikan hiburan di daerah yang sulit dijangkau ternyata dapat diterapkan di kota besar. Dalam pembahasan sebuah bioskop seharusnya dapat menjadi ruang ketiga sehingga dapat membuat penggunanya merasa nyaman, dengan memberikan aktivitas utama menonton film. Open Cinema diharapkan dapat menjadi third place yang dapat menyediakan hiburan menonton di Jakarta tanpa harus datang ke bioskop di pusat perbelanjaan kota seperti bioskop saat ini. Open Cinema dapat menjadi sebuah third place di kota Jakarta, yang memberikan hiburan menonton dengan suasana yang berbeda, berusaha memberikan ruang hiburan dan interaksi bagi masyarakat.

Third place is a neutral place, and simple (unpretentious). This place must be playful or fun for anyone, so that when leaving the third place, people come out happily. This place has no rules at home or work. Third place is also a place where people gather, and have the same status. Also in this project the third place comes as a form of open architecture that is friendly to the environment and makes the city better. The main activity of this project is the interaction with the programs offered, the activity itself and with fellow visitors. The focus of the third place is shown on the impact of "The Solidarity Economy" or according to Ethan Miller of the Grassroots Economic Organizing Collective in Australia, The "solidarity economy", is an invitation to reach a broad scope of the workings of an economy based on sharing. This system makes it easy for people to be able to access facilities without having something that will create interaction between visitors and visitors. This happened because the project was designed to form communal activities. The communal activities that occur are playful activities. Like, misbar space, café boardgame and also sports space that is not competitive. Like the criteria contained in the third place theory which has playful criteria. The rooms that are formed are designed and planned so that each visitor can interact with other visitors and with existing programs.Abstrak Third place adalah tempat netral, dan sederhana (unpretentious). Tempat ini haruslah playful atau menyenangkan bagi siapapun, sehingga ketika meninggalkan third place, orang keluar dengan bahagia. Tempat ini tidak memiliki aturan yang ada di rumah maupun tempat kerja. Third place juga merupakan tempat masyarakat berkumpul, dan memiliki status yang sama. Selain itu dalam proyek ini third place hadir sebagai bentuk dari open architecture yang bersahabat dengan lingkungannya dan membuat kota menjadi lebih baik. Aktifitas utama dari proyek ini adalah interaksi dengan program yang ditawarkan, aktifitas itu sendiri maupun dengan sesama pengunjung. Fokus third place ditunjukan pada dampak dari “The Solidarity Economy” atau ekonomi solidaritas yang menurut Ethan Miller dari Grassroots Economic Organizing Collective di Australia, The “solidarity economy”, adalah sebuah undangan untuk menjangkau lingkupan yang luas mengenai cara kerja ekonomi yang berlandaskan berbagi.  Sistem ini memudahkan masyarakat untuk dapat mengakses fasilitas tanpa memiliki sesuatu yang akan menciptakan interaksi antara pengunjung dengan pengunjung. Hal ini terjadi karena proyek ini dirancang untuk membentuk aktifitas komunal. Adapun aktifitas komunal yang terjadi adalah aktifitas yang bersifat playful. Seperti, ruang misbar, café boardgame dan juga ruang olahraga yang bersifat tidak kompetitif. Seperti sebagaimana kriteria yang terdapat pada teori third place yang memiliki kriteria playful. Ruangan-ruangan yang terbentuk dirancang dan direncanakan agar setiap pengunjung bisa berinteraksi dengan pengunjung lain maupun dengan program yang sudah ada.

At present the activity of buying and selling/trading has been developing rapidly for decades. The growth of new malls spread throughout Jakarta. Making Jakarta the city with the largest and most shopping center in the world, with more than 173 malls. Coupled with the help of technology, an online shop platform has emerged that makes it easy for visitors to shop without having to come to the store. With the help of electronic media tools such as tablets or Smartphones. Nowadays, malls are not only a place to shop but also a place for recreation, socializing, or just for a walk alone. The progress of technology and human culture is changing. It's one of the factors that influence the impact of the decline in visitors at the old shopping center, every year such as a Pasar Baru shopping center. Re-Imagine Pasar Baru is a project that aims as a motor/propeller for Pasar Baru Community. Inviting the local people and Shop Owners to take part in making a change. Through a new program that strengthens unity and diversity to bring the conciseness cooperation (Gotong-royong) attitude that has been lost with the development of the times. Creating a place where people can socialize and interact, get closer, get to know each other, and also as a means of recreation for residents, visitors, shop owners, and also this project hopes to bring the Pasar Baru shopping area to life. Through the Urban Acupuncture method by analyzing the needs, potentials, deficiencies, demographics, ecology, etc. that characterize the Pasar Baru area. Where it can present a new program, and produce small-scale changes, but social catalytic intervention into the urban spatial structure. Ditambah dengan bantuan teknologi, platform online shop memudahkan pengunjung untuk berbelanja tanpa perlu datang ke toko. Dengan bantuan alat media elektronik seperti tablet atau Smartphones. Saat ini, mall bukan hanya menjadi tempat untuk berbelanja melainkan menjadi tempat rekreasi, bersosialisasi, atau hanya sekedar untuk jalan-jalan semata. Kemajuan teknologi serta budaya manusia yang berubah, merupakan salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap dampak penurunan pengunjung di pusat perbelanjaan lama setiap tahunnya, seperti pusat perbelanjaan Pasar Baru. Re-Imagine Pasar Baru Merupakan proyek yang bertujuan sebagai motor / pengerak daerah Pasar Baru. Mengajak masyarakat dan para pedagang untuk ikut andil dalam melakukan suatu perubahan. Lewat program yang mempererat kesatuan dan persatuan guna memunculkan sikap gotong royong yang sudah hilang seiring berkembangnya zaman. Menciptakan tempat dimana warga dapat bersosialisasi dan berinteraksi, mendekatkan, saling mengenal satu sama lain dan juga sebagai sarana rekreasi warga lokal, dan proyek ini berharap dapat menghidupkan kawasan perbelanjaan Pasar Baru. Lewat metode Urban Acupunture yaitu dengan menganalisis kebutuhan, potensi, kekurangan, demografi, ekologi yang menjadi ciri khas dari kawasan Pasar Baru. Dimana dapat menghadirkan suatu program baru, dan menghasilkan perubahan skala kecil, tetapi intervensi katalitik sosial ke dalam tatanan ruang kota. Bukan hanya sekedar bentuk fisik, tetapi juga berdampak pada sosial dan budaya Kawasan Pasar Baru sendiri.

After a slow beginning, Brandenburg’s election campaign became dominated by the SPD’s and AfD’s struggle to come in first . This contributed considerably to an increase in turnout to 61 .3 percent . Although the SPD won the election with 26 .2 percent, it sustained substantial losses because its front runner Dietmar Woidke was less popular than in 2014, and the voters attributed less competences to the party in all relevant policy areas . The CDU could not benefit from this weakness, lost considerably and dropped back to the third place with 15 .6 percent . The AfD, which attracted ideologically convicted voters as well as economically, culturally, or socio-politically deprived protest-voters, moved forward to the second place with 23 .5 percent . The Greens won 10 .8 percent, the Left Party 10 .7 percent . The BVB/Freie Wähler remained at exactly 5 .0 percent, whereas the FDP failed to overcome the five percent threshold . The exploratory talks to form a new three-party coalition at first were overshadowed by an internal rebellion in the CDU but ended with a coalition of SPD, CDU, and the Greens .

Iniciar uma reflexão acerca da cidade atual nos remete à necessidade de construirmos uma análise sobre os shopping centers como espaços que tem atraído um fluxo considerável da população, ocasionando mudanças na relação dos citadinos com os espaços públicos.  Nesta perspectiva, temos como objetivo analisar o  North Shopping, localizado na cidade de Fortaleza, como um espaço de uso popular onde as camadas de menor poder aquisitivo podem adentrar e usufruir de seus atributos. Imbuídos de tal finalidade nosso aporte teórico fundamentou-se em Pintaudi (1992), Dantas (1995), Silva (1996) Lefebvre (1999), Carlos (2001), Gomes (2002) e Serpa (2007). Conclui-se que na cidade de Fortaleza, o North Shopping é um verdadeiro simulacro da realidade, substituindo as experiências cotidianas dos espaços públicos, configurando-se, assim, a supervalorização do espaço privado que se traveste de público tendo repercussões na nova urbanidade fortalezense.  Public Space and Shopping Mall in the Contemporary City: New Meanings of North Shopping in Fortaleza/CE  Abstract Start a discussion about the current city us the need to build an analysis on malls as spaces that have attracted a considerable  flow of people, causing changes in the relationships of the townspeople with the public spaces. In this perpective, we have to anlyze the North Shopping, located in Fortaleza, as a space where the popular use of lower purchasing power can enter and enjoy its atributes. In the modern era, the loss of third place in the city center, such as the city of Jakarta, has resulted in increasingly mushrooming shopping centers and increasing market gimmicks. This causes the level of social interaction between fellow humans decreases so that exclusivity is formed in each individual. In meeting social needs in that era, a social forum is needed as a place for communities to eliminate exclusivity and restore human nature which is basically a social creature that needs to interact. From this, architecture talks about ways to meet the needs of the community in the third place as a means of community existence. The presence of Art Space is intended to present communities where individuals can fuse and increase social interaction. Art Space raised the topic of art which is one of the characteristics of the Senen Kelurahan, Senen District, Central Jakarta. Art will be used as a medium and a tool to interact and communicate with each other. Making an entertainment center for art that is inclusive so that it can be enjoyed by all groups of people both artists, connoisseurs of art or the general public. The choice of performing arts is based on the high public interest in the Senen Village. The design of Art Space is designed with site analysis method so that the building pays attention to the surrounding context so as to strengthen the contextual concept. Combining typologies adapted from the habits or approaches of the needs of the surrounding community. Bluring boundaries between private closeness and public opensess. Hal tersebut menyebabkan tingkat interaksi sosial antara sesama manusia menurun sehingga terbentuklah eksklusifitas pada setiap individu. Dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan sosial di era tersebut, maka dibutuhkan wadah sosial sebagai wadah komunitas-komunitas untuk menghilangkan ekslusifitas dan mengembalikan hakekat manusia yang pada dasarnya adalah mahluk sosial yang perlu berinteraksi. Dari hal tersebut, arsitektur berbicara tentang cara untuk memenuhi kebutuhan komunitas pada third place sebagai sarana eksistensi masyarakat. Kehadiran Art Space dimaksudkan untuk menghadirkan komunitas-komunitas  di mana individu dapat melebur dan meningkatkan interaksi sosial. Art Space  mengangkat topik seni yang merupakan salah satu karakteristik kawasan Kelurahan Senen, Kecamatan Senen, Jakarta Pusat. Seni akan digunakan sebagai media dan alat untuk berinteraksi serta berkomunikasi antara sesama manusia. Menjadikan pusat hiburan seni yang inklusif sehingga dapat dinikmati oleh seluruh golongan masyarakat baik seniman, penikmat seni atau khalayak umum. Pemilihan jenis seni pertunjukan didasarkan oleh tingginya animo masyarakat pada Kelurahan Senen. Perancangan Art Space didesain dengan metode site analysis agar bangunan memperhatikan konteks sekitar sehingga memperkuat konsep kontekstual. Mengkombinasikan tipologi yang diadaptasi dari kebiasaan atau pendekatan kebutuhan masyarakat sekitar. Meleburkan batasan diantara private closeness dan public opensess. Diharapkan Art Space dapat menarik masyarakat untuk berkunjung sehingga menghadirkan interaksi sosial.

Human social life connected with the growth of the city itself, day now people in common are individualist so the idea of third place come up by sociologist Ray Oldenberg. According to Ray Oldenberg place divide into three, first place is a home, second place – workplace, and third place the place where you can relaxing, hangout, and socialize with the other. Third place have an important role to strengthen social relation, but third place day now is more focus on commercial activities, for example mall, café (Starbuck), bar or restaurant (Mcd) with the target market is upper middle class people so it create sense of ‘unwilling’ to lower middle class people to come to  the same place. This problem could cause social gap and third place no longer open for everyone (neutral). To answer this problem, writer designing SPA & Wellness Facility at Kalideres as third place for people in Kalideres region. This facility provide relaxation facility that can be enjoyed for free nor paid. The free facility consist of park, gymnastics area and shallow water pool for relaxation, this free facility is intended so the lower middle class people at Kalideres can enjoyed the third place facility. Menurut Ray Oldenberg place dibagi menjadi tiga, yaitu first place yang merupakan rumah, second place -tempat bekerja, dan third place yang merupakan tempat untuk bersantai (hangout), berelaksasi dan bersosialisasi. Third place mempunyai peran yang penting untuk mempererat hubungan sosial, akan tetapi third place yang kita temui hari-hari ini di Jakarta lebih fokus kepada aktivitas komersial seperti mall, café (Starbuck), bar atau restoran (Mcd) dengan target marketnya adalah orang menengah ke atas sehingga menimbulkan rasa ‘segan’ bagi orang menengah ke bawah untuk datang ke tempat yang sama. Hal ini kemudian menciptakan kesenjangan sosial dan membuat third place tidak bisa dikunjungi semua orang. Untuk itu menjawab persoalan ini, penulis merancang Fasilitas Kebugaran Jasmani di Kalideres sebagai third place bagi masyarakat Kelurahan Kalideres. Fasilitas ini menyediakan fasilitas relaksasi yang dapat dinikmati secara tidak berbayar maupun berbayar. Fasilitas yang tidak berbayar meliputi area taman, area senam dan area relaksasi di kolam air dangkal, hal ini bertujuan agar orang menengah ke bawah di Kelurahan Kalideres juga dapat menikmati fasilitas third place. Untuk fasilitas yang berbayar terdiri dari fasilitas GYM, salon, pantry dan SPA (pijat, pemandian dan kolam renang).

Bulungan Area, South Jakarta is a very busy area that is always crowd with young people everyday. There are commercial buildings and schools which are a source of crowd in Bulungan area. At night, Beef Curry Rice at Junction (Gultik) become one of the strong characters who create crowds in Bulungan area. Bulungan Youth Arena (GRB) has the potential to become a Third Place, but the existing GRB’s design does not accommodate the requirement to become a third place for young people now. The layout of GRB’s public space makes an exclusive impression because GRB seems to accommodate only arts and sports youth activities. Redesign GRB needs to be done to become the Third Place that has the characteristics of the times and young people from different circle can interact comfortably. The use of the redesign concept is used with the aim of preserving the old memory of GRB, because GRB is a historic building as the first Youth Arena in Indonesia and has a strong relationship with the community that has existed since the 80s, the community is Kelompok Penyanyi Jalanan (KPJ). Performing arts activities, the existence of cafes, relocation of Beef Curry Rice at Junction (gultik) into the site will be inviting more people to come in . Pada malam hari, pedagang Gulai Tikungan menjadi salah satu karakter kuat yang menjadi pemikat keramaian di kawasan ini dan kawasan ini dapat menjadi sebuah Third Place bagi masyarakat. Gelanggang Remaja Bulungan (GRB) memiliki potensi dijadikan sebuah Third Place, tetapi desain eksisting GRB kurang mewadahi kebutuhan untuk menjadi third place bagi anak-anak muda saat ini. Tata letak bangunan dan ruang publiknya membuat kesan ekslusif karena seolah hanya mewadahi aktivitas kelompok remaja tertentu di bidang seni dan olahraga. Redesain GRB perlu dilakukan agar sesuai sebagai Third Place yang memiliki ciri anak muda dari semua kalangan saat ini. Penggunaan konsep redesain digunakan dengan tujuan mempertahankan memori akan bangunan lama, karena GRB merupakan bangunan yang bersejarah sebagai Gelanggang Remaja pertama di Indonesia dan memiliki hubungan kuat dengan komunitas yang sudah ada sejak tahun 80an yakni Kelompok Penyanyi Jalanan (KPJ). Kegiatan pentas seni, keberadaan kafe, relokasi gulai tikungan (gultik) ke dalam tapak akan menjadi pemikat. Sirkulasi yang mudah dengan keberadaaan grand ramp serta pengalaman ruang menarik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat anak muda dalam mengeksplor tempat ini.

Sudimampir market is a complete shopping center in the city of Banjarmasin. Along with its running time, the market sudimampir into a crowded shopping mall visited by people of Banjarmasin and its surroundings for a complete and cost. Most visitors come the shop sudimampir market with a wholesale count.This research was conducted for analyzing the characteristics of the vehicle parked at the location of the study include: accumulation of parking, the average duration of parking, parking volume, the total number of its full vehicle parking ,and right parking  corner. Data collection was performed manually during holidays. Based on the survey results, in getting Parking Penatu is often not operating optimally by not using the appropriate SRP SNI and still perform manual calculations in the counter. Performance Laundry Parking can run optimally if SRP SNI and using the angle of 30 °. So it can produce 67 pieces SRP and able to accept 313 units wheeled vehicles 4. With so, parking can operate properly by its function, namely as a parking area in the city center.

Politiske, historiske og sociale baggrunde for beslutningen om at anlægge Københavns Idrætspark i 1911.For the city’s sake – the construction of Copenhagen’s Sports Park The creation of Copenhagen’s Sports Park in 1911 can in several ways be seen as the first fragile step on the way to the involvement of voluntary sports in the construction of our welfare state. In the first place the debate and the entire procedure in the city council in Copenhagen demonstrate that sport was regarded as a positive instrument in the prevention of the substantial social and health problems that prevailed in Copenhagen around 1900. In the second place sport – in the form of DIF (The Sports Union of Denmark), Copenhagen’s sporting associations and individuals connected to voluntary sporting activities – was particularly active in this process. In the third place it is interesting that, in constructing the private foundation that was Copenhagen’s Sports Park, Copenhagen Municipal delegated the administration of the city’s sports facilities to the sports associations. This article further describes how Copenhagen’s Sports Park was arranged as an alliance between the city’s conservative politicians and the worker’s movement in the form of the Social Democrat Party.

Urban where life is full of busyness, forcing people to choose to do everything instantly. Problems that arise include the absence of a social life and lifestyle that does not support the quality of public health. According to a Zipjet Company survey, Jakarta is categorized as the most stressful city and has an impact on deteriorating health and quality of life. Open Architecture is an architectural proposal that discusses The Third place or an intermediate space that is expected to serve the needs of modern urban society. Pluit, North Jakarta one of the areas that has a third place character. The location directly adjacent to the first place and second place in PLuit is one of the reasons for site selection, so presenting a third place project here is expected to be a solution to the regional problem. Projects that provide a platform for the community to be able to come entertain themselves for a moment from the busyness or problems they face. Prioritizing sports programs with the intention of increasing interest in health, with the concept of wellness that is also adjusted to the needs of the surrounding community. So that this project becomes a place of fatigue that also supports the improvement of quality of life. With sports, an activity which in its development can be carried out as an entertaining and enjoyable activity, individuals between individuals can also meet and have the same motivation so that it can also create a community that further strengthens social life among surrounding communities. Abstrak Perkotaan dimana kehidupan di penuh kesibukan, memaksa masyarakat memilih untuk melakukan semua hal dengan instan. Permasalahan yang muncul antara lain adalah tidak adanya kehidupan bersosialisasi dan  pola hidup yang kurang mendukung kualitas kesehatan masyarakat. Menurut sebuah survey Perusahaan Zipjet (2017), Jakarta masuk dalam kategori kota paling stres dan berdampak pada kemerosotan kesehatan serta kualitas hidup. Open Architecture adalah sebuah proposal arsitektur yang membahasa mengenai The Third place atau ruang antara yang diharapkan mampu melayani kebutuhan masyarakat kota modern. Pluit, Jakarta Utara salah satu daerah yang memiliki karakter third place. Lokasi  yang berbatasan langsung dengan first place dan second place di PLuit ini menjadi salah satu alasan pemilihan tapak, Sehingga menghadirkan proyek third place disini diharapkan menjadi solusi permasalahan kawasan. Proyek yang memberi wadah bagi masyarakat untuk  bisa datang  menghibur diri sejenak dari kesibukan atau masalah yang di hadapinya. Mengutamakan program olahraga dengan maksud meningkatkan minat terhadap kesehatan, dengan konsep wellness yang di sesuaikan juga dengan kebutuhan masyarakat sekitar. Sehingga proyek ini menjadi sebuah tempat pelepas penat yang sekaligus mendukung peningkatan kualitas hidup. Dengan adanya olahraga, sebuah kegiatan yang dalam perkembanganya dapat dilakukan sebagai kegiatan yang menghibur dan menyenangkan, individu antar individu juga dapat bertemu dan  memiliki motivasi yang sama sehingga dapat pula tercipta sebuah komunitas yang semakin mempererat kehidupan sosial antar masyarakat sekitar.
