  This study aims to analyze the marketing mix strategy, quality of human resources, entrepreneurial characteristics, and accounting knowledge for the development of MSMEs in Wonosobo District. The population in this study were food processing industry business actors registered at the Department of Trade Industry, Cooperatives and UMKM, Wonosobodi Regency, Wonosobo District, which listed 315 MSMEs. The sample in this study was 76 business actors obtained through the accidental sampling technique and the SmartPLS structural equation model (SEM) analysis test. The results show that the marketing mix strategy, quality of human resources, entrepreneurial characteristics, and accounting knowledge have a positive and significant effect on the development of MSMEs in Wonosobo District.

Recent years, medical tourism began to develop in Bali. This phenomenon indicated by a proliferation of medical clinics that offer a various medical services treatment to tourists. In order to be chosen by tourists, clinics must have an outstanding medical services quality for winning the competition and for the sake of customers’ satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the medical services quality on the tourists’ satisfaction in Radiance Clinic Bali. The number of samples specified in this study were 200 respondents chosen by accidental sampling technique. This study uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis, computed with AMOS program. The results of this research analysis states that each indicator of service quality should be maintained and improved to boost satisfaction. Regarding on the results of the 200 participating respondents showed that satisfaction caused by outstanding service quality of medical tourism in Bali for the future needs. The education and learning world is one of the development aspects to improve the quality of human resources so that they will be capable to develop themselves. Therefore, every human being is compulsory to learn, whether through formal or informal system. Service marketing mix strategy, especially education services concerning service marketing for higher education is inseparable from the discussion of products (study programs), prices, promotions, places, people, processes and physical evidence. The attraction of marketing mix factors that influence the decisions of university student candidates in choosing the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Dharmawangsa University, Medan. This service marketing mix strategy will determine the student's decision in choosing. Therefore, which marketing mix strategy influences students' decisions in choosing the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Dharmawangsa. Samples of Respondents were seventy-four students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Dharmawangsa, Medan. By applying the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS V3.2.8 tool, the conclusion of the research results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of price on the decisions in choosing Faculty of Economics, Universitas Dharmawangsa of Medan, positive but insignificant influence between products, promotions, places, people, processes and physical evidence on the student's decision to choose the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Dharmawangsa, Medan. The method of data collection was conducted by documentation, interviews and distribute questionnaires to respondents.

Improved personnel performance will bring progress for the institution to be able to carry out its duties. Therefore, efforts to improve personnel performance are the most serious challenges for leaders because the success in achieving goals depends on the quality of the performance of human resources in it. The purpose of this study was to analyze the variables that have an effect on improving the performance of the Indonesian Navy's Diktukpa students Candidates including competence, career development and soldier motivation. The method used is a quantitative method with Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis and AMOS software. The results showed that the competency variable had an adequate influence on performance although it was not significant. The soldier career development variable has a significant effect on the performance variable of the NCO soldier candidates for the Indonesian Navy's Diktukpa students. The soldier competency variable has a very significant influence on the motivation of the NCO soldier candidates for the Indonesian Navy's Diktukpa students. The soldier career development variable has a significant influence on the motivation of the NCO soldier candidates for the Indonesian Navy's Diktukpa students. The soldier's motivation variable has a sufficient influence on the performance of the NCO soldier candidates the Indonesian Navy's Diktukpa students even though it is categorized as less significant. The analysis of the results can be used as a basis for input in the formulation of strategies and policies as well as efforts to improve the performance of Naval Air Force candidates for the Indonesian Navy's Diktukpa students, given the very important function of the presence of NCO members who are the liaison between officers and enlisted. By increasing the performance of Naval Forces candidates for the Indonesian Navy's Diktukpa students, it will automatically improve the performance of the Indonesian Navy organization.  Keywords: Competence, Career Development, Motivation, Employee Performance, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of UIN Alauddin Makassar graduate quality to stakeholder satisfaction, stakeholder trust and image of UIN Alauddin Makassar either directly or indirectly. This study categorized in exploratory research. This research included in the descriptive research. The population of this research is all stakeholders in Makassar City. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The sample criterion used is a private banking company that employs UIN Alauddin Makassar graduates. The sample size uses maximum likelihood (ML). The number of samples in this study is 100 respondents. In this study, the techniques used include (1) questionnaire; (2) observation; (3) interviews and (4) documentation. The method of analysis used in this research is structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis. The conclusion of this research are: (1) the quality of UIN Alauddin Makassar graduates has a positive and significant impact on stakeholder satisfaction, stakeholder trust and image of UIN Alauddin Makassar; (2) stakeholder satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on stakeholder trust and image of UIN Alauddin Makassar and (3) stakeholder trust have positive and significant impact on UIN Alauddin Makassar image.

This study aims to determine the effect of literacy variables on zakat, infaq and shadaqah (zis), trust and brand awareness on decisions to distribute zakat and donations. The data processing in this study uses quantitative analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the SmartPLS 3.0 statistical software. The instrument used to obtain data is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. In taking the sample obtained by non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling technique, the sample obtained is 95 respondents at the students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor. The results of this study indicate that the literacy variable zis has a negative and insignificant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. The trust variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. The Brand Awareness variable has a positive but not significant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. Variable literacy zis, trust, brand awareness simultaneously influence the decision to distribute zakat and donations by 66.4%. This study aims to examine the relationship between the factors that forming the institutions in Production Forest Management Unit (KPHP) Model Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The analysis used is Structural Equation Model (SEM). SEM is a multivariate analysis were used to analyze the relationship between variables. The sampling technique was conducted using purposive sampling method with 83 respondents. Based on the results of the study showed that the institutionality is signicantly inuenced by the factors of human resources, institutional variables and linkage.

Medical Tourism is a potential sector to develop in Bali. Medical clinics offer various medical services treatment to attract tourists. The clinics must have an excellent quality of standard services to get customers satisfaction. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of the medical services quality on tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty in Radiance Clinic Bali. They were about 200 respondents and selected using accidental sampling technique. The analysis uses Structural Equation Model (SEM), calculated with AMOS program. The result of research examines that service quality is a main variable with significance effects on the satisfaction and loyalty of tourists’ customers in Bali. Results of the research indicated that there is direct effect between service quality to satisfaction and satisfaction to loyalty. Along with the bank's growth in Indonesia, one of the problems faced by the world is handling domestic banks that are now on the quality of human resources. Because human resources are the backbone of the operating activities of wheels and the survival of a company. In this case oriented to customer satisfaction and service organization of Bank Syariah Mandiri Surabaya CFBC Division there are also aspects of cultural values and compensation to improve morale and satisfy the desires of employees. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach, which used the data type is the kind of quantitative data. Data collection techniques performed by researchers are using questionnaires. The population in this study are employees on Shariah Bank Mandiri as many as 30 people. Teknik data analysts use Structural Equation Model-Partial Lest Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that 1) organizational culture influence on job satisfaction. (2) Organizational culture influence on performance (3) Job satisfaction terhaap affect performance (4) Compensation effect on job satisfaction (5) Compensation effect on performance.

Livestock activity is one of the sub activities in agriculture, where with the increase ofthe welfare of the community, the activities in the field of livestock are also increasing as aconsequence of the increase of people's income. Meat as one source of protein is needed bythe community, while chicken meat is still a prima donna community in meeting the needsof meat because in addition to the relatively cheap price, good taste, also from the aspectof relative health does not contain lots of cholesterol, therefore Animal feed company, iscurrently racing to market its production. Marketing mix as attribute inherent to a product that is used as consumer appeal, sothat marketing mix must be communicated well to consumer through various media ofinformation to influence consumer. The impact for consumer marketing mix informationwill be a stimulus in making the decision to buy. From the results of the test of the model in this study, using random sampling,structural equation model (SEM) analysis, and software assistance Amos Version 22, in201 respondents, able to explain the relationship between marketing mix (product, price,promotion and distribution) Purchase of livestock feed, in the area of Jombang regency.In this study, obtained value of Coefficient of Determination (R2) of 0.816, this indicatesthat, by executing the marketing mix well, it will push upthe decision of livestock feedpurchase of 81.6%. Another thing to be gained from is: that the promotion factor of the marketing mixbecomes the most dominant factor influence on purchasing decisions, amounting to 44.8%.Keywords: marketing mix, purchase decision
