The aim of this paper is to highlight the essence and features of the skill of the host of the event project, as well as to clarify the concept of “image” as a component in creating an individual image of the host in order to succeed in career growth, communication with the audience. Topicality. With the development of the creative industry and the expansion of various forms and types of art projects and shows, there is a growing need for professional presenters who must have brilliant skills of communication with the audience and improvisation, behavior, personal image improvement. Therefore, the skill of the presenter constantly needs to improve and master new opportunities, both personal and professional. It is here that you can see the relevance of this research topic. Research methodology The purpose and objectives of this study determine a comprehensive approach to the choice of research methods. The main ones are: observation, which helped to analyze the moral and ethical aspects of the image of the host of events; comparison of requirements for professional leaders of other categories. The historical method is used to analyze phenomena in the process of their occurrence and in the dynamics of the development of the art of entertaining. A systematic approach to the study made it possible to comprehensively consider the phenomenon of leading events. Results. Several categories of presenters are considered, which differ from each other in style and genre of work, personality of the image and the audience to which the presenter’s attention is directly directed. The work of the entertainer as the main chain in the concert program is analyzed. It is determined that not only personal characteristics are needed for the formation of components, namely: image — external: hairstyle, appearance, clothing, cosmetics, etc., internal: character, attitude to work, attitude to the professional level, etc. It is proved that the conference is divided into five parts, namely: introduction, business news, interludes, the host’s own number and the end of the conference and concert. It was found that a specific feature of the host’s work is the ability to conduct interesting and dynamic competitions-games with the audience. It is noted that high-quality event management depends on good work and skill of the presenter, because the working conditions and performance of tasks, sometimes leads to an integral part of the competence. Novelty. The scientific novelty of the research is the expansion of ideas about the specifics of the work of a presenter in the field of modern performing arts. The analysis of the development of the art of the presenter, its structure, categories and characteristics gives the chance to understand features of a profession of the presenter in a modern society, and also to define prospects of its development. The retinal blood vessels in humans are major components with different shapes and sizes. The extraction of the blood vessels from the retina is an important step to identify the type or nature of the pattern of the diseases in the retina. Furthermore, the retinal blood vessel was also used for diagnosis, detection, and classification. The most recent solution in this topic is to enable retinal image improvement or enhancement by a convolution filter and Sauvola threshold. In image enhancement, gamma correction is applied before filtering the retinal fundus. After that, the image should be transformed to a gray channel to enhance pictorial clarity using contrast-limited histogram equalization. For filter, this paper combines two convolution filters, namely sharpen and smooth filters. The Sauvola threshold, the morphology, and the medium filter are applied to extract blood vessels from the retinal image. This paper uses DRIVE and STARE datasets. The accuracies of the proposed method are 95.37% for DRIVE with a runtime of 1.77[Formula: see text]s and 95.17% for STARE with 2.05[Formula: see text]s runtime. Based on the result, it concludes that the proposed method is good enough to achieve average calculation parameters of a low time quality, quick, and significant.

Fever is one of the typical symptoms of coronavirus disease (COVID-19). We aimed to investigate the association between early fever (EF) and clinical outcomes in COVID-19 patients. A total of 1,014 COVID-19 patients at the Leishenshan Hospital were enrolled and classified into the EF and non-EF groups based on whether they had fever within 5 days of symptom onset. Risk factors for clinical outcomes in patients with different levels of disease severity were analyzed using multivariable analyses. Time from symptom onset to symptom alleviation, CT image improvement, and discharge were longer for patients with moderate and severe disease in the EF group than in the non-EF group. Multivariable analysis showed that sex, EF, eosinophil number, C-reactive protein, and IL-6 levels were positively correlated with the time from symptom onset to hospital discharge in moderate cases. The EF patients showed no significant differences in the development of acute respiratory distress syndrome, compared with the non-EF patients. The Kaplan–Meier curve showed no obvious differences in survival between the EF and non-EF patients. However, EF patients with increased temperature showed markedly lower survival than the non-EF patients with increased temperature. EF had no significant impact on the survival of critically ill patients, while an increase in temperature was identified as an independent risk factor. EF appears to be a predictor of longer recovery time in moderate/severe COVID-19 infections. However, its value in predicting mortality needs to be considered for critically ill patients with EF showing increasing temperature.

Computer vision is currently playing an increasingly important role in automatically identifying the character of the image processing technology as research hotbed in the field of smart computing, OCR, face recognition, fingerprinting, biometric recognition, and so forth. Content-based image recovery, video recovery, multimedia collection, watermarking, games, film stunts, virtual reality, e-commerce, and other apps are available all round. The color pictures of parts taken by industrial cameras depend on computer performance and the intricate environment, and in particular, on the whole resolution image display, a lot of CPU resources are needed. Some details cannot be shown completely at the same time. If the image is not sufficiently clearly visible, methods for image processing like improvement, noise reduction, and interpolation must be used to improve color photo clarity. This article, based on the OpenCV platform, uses frequency domain filters, median filters, Fourier transform, and other image improvement technologies to remove image noise in order to enhance the quality of local photos from industrial cameras’ components. Finally, clear and available image information is obtained in different experimental methods, which check the application of image enhancement technology to image rebuilding. Finally, the performance of the proposed method in terms of CPBD value, definition Q value, and operation time is compared, which shows that the proposed method has obvious advantages in the above performance.

Introduction: Until now, there is no clinically approved specific medicine to treat COVID-19. Prior systematic reviews (SRs) have shown that traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) reduces the number of patients with severe disease and time to fever clearance, promotes clinical effectiveness, and improves chest images and the negativity rate of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) nucleic acid test. Few SRs arrived at a definitive conclusion, and more randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were published. We conducted this study to summarize the latest evidence of TCM in COVID-19.Methods: Eight online databases were searched from December 2019 to July 2020, updated to March 2021. Only RCTs evaluating the clinical efficacy and safety of TCM in the treatment of COVID-19 were included. Primary outcomes were clinical cure and the negativity of the SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid test. Secondary outcomes included clinical deterioration, ARDS, mechanical ventilation, death, time to fever clearance, duration of hospitalization, and chest imaging improvement. Safety outcomes included adverse events and serious adverse events during treatment. Two reviewers selected the included articles, assessed the risk of bias, and extracted data independently and in duplicate. Results: A total of 25 RCTs involving 2222 participants were selected in the systematic review, and seven RCTs were included in the meta-analysis. The results showed that TCM plus routine treatment was significantly better than routine treatment alone in clinical cure (risk ratio [RR] = 1.20, 95% confidence interval (CI) [1.04, 1.38], P = 0.01) and chest image improvement (RR = 1.22, 95% CI [1.07, 1.39], P = 0.01) and could reduce clinical deterioration (RR = 0.39, 95% CI [0.18, 0.86], P = 0.02), ARDS (RR = 0.28, 95% CI [0.11, 0.69], P = 0.01), mechanical ventilation (RR = 0.30, 95% CI [0.12, 0.77], P = 0.01), or death rate (RR = 0.28, 95% CI [0.09, 0.84], P = 0.02). No significant difference between TCM and routine treatment in the negativity of SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid test (RR = 1.08, 95% CI [0.94, 1.23], P = 0.29) was observed. Finally, there was no overall significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups. The summary of evidence showed moderate confidence of a benefit of 11.8% in clinical cure and 14.0% in chest image improvement and a reduction of 5.9% in clinical deterioration, 25.4% in ARDS, 18.3% in mechanical ventilation, and 4.5% in death with TCM plus routine treatment compared to routine treatment alone in patients with COVID-19. A low confidence of a benefit of 5.4% in the negativity of SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid test was also observed. Conclusions: Synethized evidence of 21 outcomes in 8 RCTs showed moderate certainty that TCM treatment plus routine treatment may promote a clinical cure and chest image improvement compared to routine treatment alone while reducing clinical deterioration, development of ARDS, use of mechanical ventilation, and death in patients with COVID-19. TCM treatment plus routine treatment may not promote the negativity of the SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid test compared to routine treatment alone. TCM treatment was found to be safe for patients with COVID-19.

Great quality images and pictures are remarkable for some perceptions. Nonetheless, not each and every images are in acceptable features and quality as they are capture in non-identical light atmosphere. At the point when an image is capture in a low light state the pixel esteems are in a low-esteem range, which will cause image quality to decrease evidently. Since the entire image shows up dull, it's difficult to recognize items or surfaces clearly. Thus, it is vital to improve the nature of low-light images. Low light image enhancement is required in numerous PC vision undertakings for object location and scene understanding. In some cases there is a condition when image caught in low light consistently experience the ill effects of low difference and splendor which builds the trouble of resulting undeniable level undertaking in incredible degree. Low light image improvement utilizing convolutional neural network framework accepts dull or dark images as information and creates brilliant images as a yield without upsetting the substance of the image. So understanding the scene caught through image becomes simpler task.

The growing importance of the cooperation between enterprises and universities stems from the continuous search for new development sources and the need to ensure sustainable competitive advantages. However, research on the role of universities for service enterprises is still relatively rare. This article aims to identify the scope and character of cooperation between enterprises and universities, as well as the attitudes of entrepreneurs towards such cooperation. Based on empirical research carried out on the sample of 383 enterprises from the tourism industry, it was found that relatively high involvement (declared by 54.6% of entities) in relations with universities results mainly from the fact that they are based on less complex forms of transfer such as student internships or participation in conferences. It was also identified that the size and operating time significantly differentiate the use of academic knowledge in enterprises. The results show that service companies have a positive perception of cooperation with universities and definitely more often recognise the advantages of such collaboration. The most important of them is the increase in the employees' competences and image improvement due to universities' contacts. Intensifying the benefits of cooperation requires an increase in the importance of more advanced knowledge transfer mechanisms such as commissioned research or spin-off companies.
