The purpose of this research is to determine the effect Admission and Determination of Rates Levy Heritage simultaneously and partially on the level of revenue. The population in this research is a report on actual revenues levies, tariffs sights and Local Revenue 2013-2015 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data in this research will be tested using statistical test, classic assumption test, and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that Levy Admission and Determination of Rates Heritage simultaneous positive effect on regional revenue. P-value was 0,000. This means shows that the p-value is smaller than a predetermined level of 5%. In t test, it was concluded that the Levies Revenue partially positive effect on regional revenue. Jakarta Islamic Index is an index comprised of stocks that meet various criteria sharia. Islamic stocks beta is a measure of the risk of the shares belonging to sharia. This study aims to examine and determine the influence of fundamental factors to Islamic stock beta. Object of this research is the company that makes the Jakarta Islamic Index years 2011-2013, with purposive sampling technique gained 12 companies as the study sample. The independent variabel in this study is dividend payout ratio (DPR), financial leverage (FL) and profitability. This research using multiple regression analysis to test the hypotesis. Result showed that the variables dividen payout ratio has no effect on beta Islamic stock. Variable financial leverage and profitability variables significant positive effect on beta Islamic stock. Simultaneous dividen payout ratio, financial leverage and profitability significantly to the beta having an Islamic stock

This research conducted to determine the effect of service tax officials, penalties for late-payments and reporting on the taxpayer compliance non-star hotels. This research was conducted at Dinas Pendapatan Kota Batam. Mechanical determination of sample using a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 116 taxpayers. The type of data used is primary data. Methods of data collection are done by questionnaire. Data using multiple regression analysis with SPSS V.20.0. These results indicate that the service tax officials, penalties for late-payments and reporting have a positive and significant effect on the taxpayer compliance non-star hotels. The limitations in the study are the lack of understanding of respondents to the statements in the questionnaire and caring attitude and seriousness in answering statements. The study also suggested that Dinas Pendapatan Kota Batam provides socialization with both the taxpayer so they better understand the tax penalties and cause sanctions fines on taxpayers.

This study aims to identify the quality of service provided by the company, to identify the complaints handling done by the company and to analyze the effect of the service quality of the company on the complaints experienced by the customers of PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor City. The method used in this research is quantitative by means of survey research. This research was conducted at PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor City, precisely at No. Siliwangi Street. 121 Bogor 16142, West Java. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling technique by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples by Gay and Diehl (1992) and Kerlinger and Lee (2000). Validity and reliability test was submitted to 30 respondents with Product Moment formula from Pearson and Alpha Cronbach. Quantitative data are presented in the form of frequency tables. The statistical test was performed with SPSS program version 20 with Rank Spearman's correlation test and statistical test of multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of research shows that the service quality of Tirta Pakuan PDAM Kota Bogor is good. This is seen from the results of the distribution of research data showing the attitude of some respondents agree with the services provided by looking at customer complaints data that can be overcome by the company. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the overall of each of the indicator variables give effect of 19.6% to the level of complaints experienced by customers with the value of r count more than 0.361 with a confidence level of 5% and the value of cronbach alpha greater than 0, 60.

This research aims to determine the effect of morality and awareness on MSME taxpayer compliance. Based on the data obtained in Gempol District, there are 400 MSMEs. The sample is a collection of subjects that represent the population. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method with several criteria: 1) The business is engaged in manufacturing. 2) A business that has been around for more than 5 years. 3) MSMEs that have NPWP. Based on the criteria in determining the number of samples of 255 MSMEs that meet the criteria. So that in this case, the number of samples in the study amounted to 255 MSMEs. Multiple regression analysis tests using SPSS. The results of the study state that significantly the morality variable has a positive effect on MSME taxpayer compliance and awareness variables also affect the compliance of MSME taxpayers.

This research is conducted upon the emergence of many companies producing the same product of the same kind and function. It leads to the urgency of proper and well planned marketing strategy. This research aims to investigate how far the influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. This research utilizes 5 likert scale questionnaire which is tested by using multiple regression analysis to reveal whether or not there is partial and simultaneous influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. Sampling method is accidental sampling technique, in which sample of particular population is taken based on the accessibility and availability of the sample during the sampling process. Sample used is 100 samples among consumers or customers of Mang Endy Milkshake. The result shows that branding, product quality, and price influence consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to examine purchasing decisions through online applications (e-commerce) on an online motorcycle taxi-based delivery service. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely by collecting data from respondents using a questionnaire. The number of samples is 100 people, calculated using the Slovin formula for buyers for three months. A da'i must have a good personality when entering the field of da'wah so as to move or spur the mad'u to arise awareness in performing charity and that the goal of da'wah can be achieved. This study aims to explain effect of da’i personality and da'wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. Its population is all mad'u and da'i in Boarding School of Bahrul Ulum of Pemalang Regency. The sample in this study is 77 mad'u which is divided into 35 people (45,5%) women and 42 people (54,5%) men. As for the entire population of da'i is used as a sample, which is 4 da'i. Sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling. The measuring tools used are personality scale, bil-hal da'wah scale, and spiritual motivation scale in the form of Likert. The data analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis at 0.05 significance level. The results showed that there was a significant effect of da’i personality and da’wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. The variables that show the most dominant positive tendencies and significantly influence the spiritual motivation of mad'u are the personality of extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, religious, education, organization and social.

This study aimed to examine the causal relationship between budget emphasis, self-esteem and budget participation by using primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondent. The population was the OPD Regency of Kebumen with a purposive sampling as a sampling technique. From 75 questionnaires that have been distributed, 70 questionnaires have been received and only 43 questionnaires that could be processed. This studied used multiple regression analysis methods. The study showed that based on the t-test:  budget emphasis and self-esteem have a positive and significant effect on budgetary slack, while budget participation does not affect budgetary slack. The coefficient of determination (R²) showed 29,5%, that was mean 29,5% variable of budgetary slack influenced by variables budget emphasis, self-esteem, and budget participation but 70,5% explained by other variables which not exist in this research

A study entitled �The Influence of Characteristics, Attitude and Skill of Pempek Entrepreneurs in Palembang toward Successful Business Achievement� is an entrepreneurship study related to the influencing factors of succesful business achievement of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang. This purpose of this study is to find out whether or not the entrepreneurs� characteristics, attitude and skill factors affect the succesful business achievement. Sample was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple regression analysis. The t-test of SPSS calculation implied that the significant value of characteristics was 0.709, attitude was 0.213 and entrepreneurship skill was 0.287 (less than 0.05). Therefore, the results of the study implied that there was no correlation between characteristics, attitude and entrepreneurship skill of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang toward succesful business achievement.
