Today, in a pandemic situation, the learning system in schools is now being diverted through Distance Learning (PJJ). The challenge that must be resolved by educators are to present a PJJ concept that is in the line with the free learning policy. The success of education today is largely determined by the approach used, especially for chemistry subjects that have high urgency at the SMA/MA level. One approach that is considered suitable to be applied is the heutagogy approach, integrated with using social media in learning. YouTube can be used as publication media in Project-Based Learning (PjBL). The form of research that used is library research and descriptive analysis methods as technique analysis. This application helps increase creativity because it starts with fundamental questions that encourage students' curiosity. This learning concept can still be used as alternative learning that can increase creativity when this pandemic over.

Research in the field of e-learning is currently experiencing rapid development, especially due to the covid 19 pandemic. The application of e-learning in the world of education is currently the main thing and requires evaluation of its use. This study aims to determine the evaluation of models and trends in the development of e-learning (Learning Management System). Applying the Kitchenham approach, this System Literature Review (SLR) uses three main databases including Science Direct, ACM, SCOPUS. The final result obtained 38 articles published between 2016 and 2021. From this SLR, it was found that there were 7 criteria, namely Platform, Evaluation Model, Evaluation, Model, Approach, Problem, Trend and Challenge. These 7 criteria can be used for further research on e-learning. Thus this research provides knowledge about criteria that can be used further in research on E-learning and provides insight into its state-of-the-art.

Electronic Learning (e-learning) has made a great success and recently been estimated as a billion-dollar industry. The users of e-learning acquire knowledge of diversified content available in an application using innovative means. There is much e-learning software available—for example, LMS (Learning Management System) and Moodle. The functionalities of this software were reviewed and we recognized that learners have particular problems in getting relevant recommendations. For example, there might be essential discussions about a particular topic on social networks, such as Twitter, but that discussion is not linked up and recommended to the learners for getting the latest updates on technology-updated news related to their learning context. This has been set as the focus of the current project based on symmetry between user project specification. The developed project recommends relevant symmetric articles to e-learners from the social network of Twitter and the academic platform of DBLP. For recommendations, a Reinforcement learning model with optimization is employed, which utilizes the learners’ local context, learners’ profile available in the e-learning system, and the learners’ historical views. The recommendations by the system are relevant tweets, popular relevant Twitter users, and research papers from DBLP. For matching the local context, profile, and history with the tweet text, we recognized that terms in the e-learning system need to be expanded to cover a wide range of concepts. However, this diversification should not include such terms which are irrelevant. To expand terms of the local context, profile and history, the software used the dataset of Grow-bag, which builds concept graphs of large-scale Computer Science topics based on the co-occurrence scores of Computer Science terms. This application demonstrated the need and success of e-learning software that is linked with social media and sends recommendations for the content being learned by the e-Learners in the e-learning environment. However, the current application only focuses on the Computer Science domain. There is a need for generalizing such applications to other domains in the future.

This study aims to (1) determine the meaning of Sufism education; (2) knowing the values of Sufism education contained in the film "99 Kali Rindu"; (3) to determine the relevance of the values of Sufism education in the film "99 Kali Rindu" with Islamic education today. The method used in this data analysis is descriptive analysis method, while the data collection techniques used in this data collection are documentation techniques and library research. The collected data were then analyzed by unit processing. In the film 99 Kali Rindu, after doing the research it can be concluded that: (1) the definition of sufism is the teaching or belief that knowledge of truth and Allah can be achieved by means of mental vision of reflection, (2) the film has sufism educational values that can be applied to students. these values are: (a) divine value (deity), (b) insaniyah (human) values, (c) natural value (nature), (3) the relevance of sufism education in islamic education is that it has a relevant relationship, which is applied to schools and educational institutions. The dialogue excerpt made by Azhari Zain in his film 99 Kali Rindu, contains the values of Sufism education which are in accordance with the material taught at schools and educational institutions such as Akidah Akhlak, Al-Quran Hadith, and other Islamic education. The values in it are very important to be instilled in students, so that they can become a generation that fights for and advances this nation with knowledge and morals

Arabic learning must be dynamic following the challenges of the times. The incompatibility between planning and implementing Arabic learning caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has made Arabic learning nonoptimal. This research is oriented to describe E-learning implementation for Arabic learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is library research using a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by exploring reference books and journals. The analysis technique uses an interactive data analysis model, which is carried out through data collection, data reduction, data explanation, and conclusions. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the use of e-learning in learning Arabic during the pandemic can be carried out following the learning implementation plan that has been prepared. This is because e-learning has features that teachers need in four Arabic language skills, namely: listening skills, speaking skills, reading skills, and writing skills.

Training evaluation can be defined as a way of measuring how well users learn and adapt to a system or software. Various methods have been developed to carry out training evaluations of systems or software over the past few decades. A systematic literature review report on the assessment training model was conducted to give different views on the usability aspects of the proposed approach. This study provides a current systematic review of training evaluation on skill-based system or software. The particular purpose of the review is to explore the research as preliminary step that helps in choosing the right type of training evaluation model for skill-based E-learning system or software. There is a lack of appropriate models available through the specific gaps in literature and finding especially for skill-based E-learning system evaluation.

Purpose – The aim of this paper is to examine and discuss academic librarians’ perceptions of the benefits and challenges of adopting e-learning for continuing professional development. Design/methodology/approach – To elicit the necessary information, this study adopted a descriptive survey design, using questionnaire as instrument for data collection. The study population consists of five tertiary institutions – two universities, two polytechnics and one college of education, selected as sample using the purposive sampling technique. The study also conducted a literature review on studies done on benefits and challenges of e-learning for professional development. The literature review is built on resources from online and offline. Findings – Academic librarians in Lagos State were unanimous in their perception of benefits and challenges of adoption of e-learning for continuing professional development. The major benefits of e-learning were that e-learning opens up new frontiers for professional learning, supports knowledge generation and management and gives librarians an opportunity to broaden their knowledge. However, the major challenges to adopting e-learning for continuing professional development were inadequate power supply, inadequate knowledge of how to operate e-learning tools and limited bandwidth. Practical implications – This paper establishes that the role of academic librarians in the provision of information for learning and study in academic institutions places them in an advantageous position to engage in e-learning activities for professional development. It also extols the need for top library management to deploy all resources within their reach to develop technology-enhanced learning system. This should also be complemented with the development and implementation of e-learning curriculum in library schools in Nigeria to inculcate e-learning culture. Originality/value – The paper contributes to empirical research on e-learning for continuing professional development among librarians in Nigeria. Librarians who are interested in professional development will find this article useful.
