The aims of this study is to improve the teacher's potential through training in making lesson plan of curriculum 2013 at the GAH KKG in Tembuku District, and in Bangli Regency. This study is School Action Research (PTS) using two cycles design and each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. A measurement technique in the form of test is used to obtain a quantitative data and an observation sheets is used to obtain a qualitative data. The data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis. The subjects in this study were 30 Hindu Religion Teachers, in GAH KKG with less moderate and capable criteria. The object of this study is the ability of teachers to make a lesson plan of 2013 Curriculum to manage classroom learning. Furthermore, based on the results of this study first, at the end of the first and second cycles there was an increase in the average results of teacher's potential through training. The results of the previous training at 70.00 to 87.60. Then, in the third cycle the professional level of the teacher achieved good grades. Second, it turned out that the increase of teacher's potential through training by activating the GAH KKG in Tembuku district and in Bangli regency in 2018 showed very significant results from the initial conditions before receiving the training.

<em>The aims of this study is to improve teacher potential through Bimtek to compile the 2013 Curriculum Syllabus in Cluster 1 of Kintamani District, and Bangli Regency. This study was Regional School Action Research (PTSW) using two cycle designs and each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. In collecting the data, this study used measurement techniques, in the form of tests to obtain quantitative data. The observation sheet is used to obtain qualitative data. The data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis. There are 11 Hinduism Teachers, in Cluster 1 with less moderate and capable criteria. The teachers are ability to compile the syllabus as a classroom learning plan. The results showed that the quality of Hindu teachers in Cluster I gets enough title and the teacher who gets a good predicate is 45% so that the increase is 17% from enough to good. Furthermore, while the first cycle received a very good predicate as much as 18% in cycle 2 to 55% so that it experienced a 37% increase in the number of syllabus compilation from cycle I to cycle II. However, based on the result of this study was effective to achieve the target.</em>

<em>The aims of this study is to improve the teacher professionalism through workshops to make an indicator of the achievement of 2013 curriculum competencies for teachers of Hindu religious education at senior high school in Bangli Regency. This study was a School Action Research (PTS) which using three cycles design and each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. A measurement technique in the form of test is used to obtain a quantitative data, and an observation sheet is used to presented the qualitative data. The data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis. Furthermore, based on the results of this study, first at the end of the first cycle the increase of the average professionalism of teachers through workshops made the 2013 Curriculum Competency Achievement Indicator from the previous training was 64.22 to 73.4. Then, after the third cycle the professional level of teachers made the 2013 Curriculum Competency Achievement Indicator become 78.94 reaches the predicate of good value. Second, it turned out that the increase of the teacher professionalism through workshops made the Indicator of 2013 Curriculum Competency Achievement for Hinduism teachers at Senior High School in Bangli Regency in the academic year 2018/2019 shows very significant results from the initial conditions before receiving the training.</em>

<em>The aims of this study is to improve the competence of Hinduism teachers at the elementary level in 2<sup>nd</sup> Group of Kintamani district, and in Bangli Regency. This study is a Regional School Action Research (PTSW) using three cycles design and each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. A measurement technique in the form of test is used to carry out the teaching and learning process. Then, an observation in teaching and learning process are used to collected a quantitative data and it presented in the form of qualitative data. Furthermore, based on the results of this study, it can be found that; first, at the end of the first and second cycles there was an increase in the average results of teacher's potential through training in making lesson plan of 2013 Curriculum from 76.00 to 85.60 after the second and third cycles at the professional level the teacher achieved good grades. Second, it turned out that the increase in teacher's Compensation through classroom observation guidance in the 2<sup>nd</sup> group in Kintamani and in Bangli regency 2018/2019 showed very significant results from the initial conditions before receiving training. It turns out that teacher training through classroom observation is very useful to increase teacher's potential. However, they can increase their confidence in carrying learning tasks.</em>

This study concerns on improving students’ achievement in writing procedure texts through word webbing technique. The research was conducted by using Classroom Action Research (CAR). The population was the 2012-2013 nine grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis. The number of students was 36, consisting of 21 females and 15 males. The procedure of the research was administrated into two cycles where each cycle consisted of three meetings. Each meeting included four steps namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. There were two kinds of data collected during the study, qualitative and quantitative data. The instrument for collecting the quantitative data was the writing of procedure texts test while the qualitative data were gathered by using interview, diary notes and observation sheet. Based on the data analysis, the mean of students’ score in Test I was 53,47, for the Test II was 63,05, and for the Test III was 75 The qualitative data showed that the students were interested in the applying of Word webbing Technique. The conclusion is that Word Webbing Technique in writing Procedure Texts improves the students’ achievement in writing procedure texts. This research is motivated by a problem found in class VII SLB Negeri 2 Padang in moderate retardation students in January 2019. Researchers found a student who could not wash their hands properly. This study aims to determine whether the training method using effective learning videos to improve the ability to wash hands. This study uses a class action research method consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of the study in the initial conditions were 12.90%. After the first cycle, the results of the first meeting (22.58%), the second meeting (32.25%), the third meeting (38.70%) and the fourth meeting (48.38). The results of the second cycle of the first meeting (58.06%), the second meeting (67.74%), the third meeting (74.19%) and the fourth meeting (77.41%). These results indicate that the training method using video learning can improve the ability to wash hands for mentally retarded students in the moderate category. From these results it can be seen that the training method with learning videos can improve the ability to wash hands.

The study was conducted at Jalan Pondok Cabe 1 no 97, Pamulang Banten. The time allocation in the field was carried out from November to December 2016. The subject of the study was 1 child of B Kindergarten aged 6 years. Action research using Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. This design contains stages starting from planning, action, observation and reflection. Data collection uses assessment sheets, observations, field notes and documentation. Analysis of data using observations and tests of action with qualitative descriptive analysis based on the results of observation and reflection. The study was divided into three cycles, one cycle consisting of two weeks, the first cycle in the first week completing S at 36% then continued to increase in the second cycle of 72% and the third cycle reached 90%, from 11 memorization targets 10 memorization had been achieved.

This research is to analyze the implementation of active learning strategy in improving students’ motivation in speaking English. Active learning strategy was intended to improve students’ motivation. The researcher undertakes in three procedures; trading place, question students have, and action learning. In this research, the researcher uses classroom action research in three cycles. The model used is Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The stages are four stages including planning, action, observation, and reflectionThe calculation of student’s mean score, the data of motivation improvement in every cycle;the pre-testis 54.65%, the cycle 1 is 82.55%, cycle 2 is 92.35 and cycle-3 is 98.60.Every cycle is done in three meetings. The test is given in four times; the first is pre-test, the second test is in the end of cycle 1, the third test is in the end of cycle 2, and the forth test is in the end of cycle 3. The result of research indicates the improvement of students’ speaking ability. In this case, quantitative data in every cycle describes the improvement. The pre test has average score 31, cycle 1 has average score 57.83, cycle 2 has average score 69.17, and cycle three has average score 95.34.Keywords: Motivation, speaking ability, active learning strategy.

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the application of PBL learning model to improve problem -solving skills and motivation on line and series material for students of class XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Moga Pemalang Regency 2019/2020 school year. This class of action research consists of two cycles with stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection was done by observation techniques, tests, and documentation. This research data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that students' problem -solving abilities improved both in cycle I and in cycle II when compared to the initial conditions. The average problem -solving ability in the initial condition is 46.36 increased to 69.88 in cycle I increased again in cycle II to 76.03. Similarly, students' learning motivation increases from cycle I to cycle II.

This study was conducted to discover students’ achievement in narrative text through snowball throwing model. The design of this study was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subject of this study was the students of Grade VIII, 2013/2014 school year of SMP Swasta Taman Harapan Medan. The number of students was 39 students. The research was conducted in to two cycles and each cycle consisted of three meeting which consisted of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. To collect the data the instruments that used were qualitative and quantitative data. The qualitative data were collected by using diary notes, observation sheet, and questionnaire sheet. The quantitative data were collected by giving speaking test. Based on the data, the students’ score in speaking test got improvement in every cycle. In Test I, the mean of the students’ score was 64.44 while in Test II, the mean of the students’ score was 68.92 and in Test III, the mean of students’ score was 74.15. Based on the result of quantitative data, it was found that there was improvement on students’ speaking achievement in narrative text. <p>This research is done at SMK Negeri 1 Aramo. The subject of this research is the tenth grade which consists of 16 students, 8 girls and 8 boys. While the objects of this research are the implementation of Debate Technique, and the students’ ability in speaking. It is conducted by using Classroom Action Research (<em>CAR</em>) that consists of four stages in each cycle. They are planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data will be analyzed in qualitative data and quantitative data.</p><p>The result of the data analysis in the first cycle is not satisfied. That’s why, the researcher continues to the second cycle. In the second cycle, the students get improvement in speaking. One student (6%) in the less level, 4 students (25%) in adequate level, 11 students (69%) in good level. The average of the students’ score is 65. Then, the result of field notes in the first meeting, the percentage of the students who are active is 75%, creative is 69%, and cooperative is 63%. While, in the second meeting, the percentage of the students who are active is 94%, creative is 94%, and cooperative is 100%. The average of the students’ score in the second cycle gets improvement and reaches the Minimum Competence Criterion (<em>MCC</em>) target fixed at the tenth grade of SMK Negeri 1 Aramo. Then, the researcher does not continue the research to the next cycle.</p>From the result of this research, the researcher concludes that Debate Technique is an active and creative learning process in teaching speaking, working in a group and also sharing knowledge and ideas to others.
