The system of indicators that impact the process of forming of competitive advantages in hotel economy as one of the types of housing sector is suggested based on the system analysis. Close relationship between the competitiveness level of hotel economy in Ukraineand influence factors roughly divided into two groups (external and internal) is mathematically proven. The methodics of development of prognosis level of hotel economy competitiveness in Ukraineis formed based on respective values of stimulating and deterrent indicators. The hypothesis that income of population impacts the competitive advantages of hotel economy is suggested. The model of hotel economy competitive advantages for Ukrainewas developed based on correlation and regression analysis. It allows for determining of the level of hotel industry competitiveness and efficiency of development of new directions to improve the country’s touristic attractiveness and for detecting the factors (economic, infrastructural, etc.) that most closely correlate with the real competitiveness level of hotel business in the region.

Introduction. Effective stimulation of the activities of national enterprises in the direction of environmental protection, reduction of the negative impact of production on the environment, increase of innovation and investment attractiveness, environmental image and improvement of the ecological situation in Ukraine becomes possible on condition of the development and practical testing of the methodology for assessing the overall level of environmental safety of the enterprise. Purpose. The article aims to develop an integrated index of the overall level of environmental safety of the enterprise, to justify the possibility of using correlation and regression analysis to confirm the interrelationship between its components. Methodology. The fundamental aspects of the general economic theory, the economics of nature usage and environmental protection, statistics and econometrics have become the methodological basis of the article. The article uses correlation and regression analysis, comparative analysis, method of relative values, methods of economic and mathematic modelling etc. Results. In the article the formula for calculation the integral index of the general level of ecological safety of the enterprise is developed. It is based on three partial integral coefficients: the integral coefficient of environmental damage; integral coefficient of influence of economic factors; the integral factor of the impact of environmental and economic factors. The use of correlation and regression analysis has confirmed the adequacy of the developed economic and mathematic model, the reality of interconnections and interdependencies between its indicators.

Increasingly, the policy of the Russian Federation is aimed at the development of healthcare, and spending on the healthcare industry is becoming a serious problem for the financial stability of national health systems, even in highincome countries. Voluntary medical insurance, as one of the forms of medical insurance, contributes to the formation of all insurance premiums, thereby this form can be one of the indirect factors of socioeconomic development of Russia. The paper hypothesizes the existence of a relationship between the level of development of the welfare of the country and the volume of the premium fund of voluntary health insurance. A study was conducted on the relationship between voluntary health insurance and GDP, as one of the key indicators of the country's development, through correlation and regression analysis.

The purpose of the paper is to determine the relationship between different types of tourism safety and security, and components of the tourism entrepreneurship potential, to conduct a quantitative analysis of these indicators in the regions of Ukraine and to identify areas for ensuring the safety and security of the tourism entrepreneurship potential realization. Methodology. Analysis of tourism safety and security in Ukraine is based on the assessment of security potential indicator and the security threats indicator for 25 regions. These indicators take into account the following types of safety and security: security of tourist services, safety of tourist facilities and equipment, social security, political security, financial security, medical safety, information security, and ecological security. The impact of tourism safety and security on the tourism entrepreneurship potential realization is determined on the basis of correlation and regression analysis, where the indicator of the tourism entrepreneurship potential realization is the volume of domestic and inbound tourist flows in the region. The empirical basis of the study is the data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine for 2019. The reliability of the regression model was tested on the basis of the approximation coefficient and Fisher's F-test. Results of the correlation analysis indicate a significant relationship between ensuring the safety and security of tourism in the region and the volume of domestic and inbound tourist flows. As a result of regression analysis, a model of a high level of reliability was obtained, which indicates how the volume of domestic and inbound tourist flows to the region increases with increasing the level of tourist safety and security by unit. Practical implications. Since the process of safety and security ensuring for the tourism entrepreneurship potential realization cannot be implemented exclusively at the regional level, it is justified the feasibility of a targeted public policy in eight areas. Value/originality. The identified relationship between the types of safety and security of tourism and components of the tourism entrepreneurship potential, as well as establishing the level of impact of safety and security of tourism on the tourism entrepreneurship potential realization in the region provide for a better understanding of ways for efficient governance in this area.

At present, when the country has successfully implemented a cluster policy since 2010, which contributes to increasing the competitiveness of both regions and individual industries, the impact of industry clusters on the main economic indicator is an extremely relevant and important issue. Of course, basically, when we talk about clustering, we are talking primarily about industrial network structures. However, given the need for social transformations in the country and improving the quality of life of the population, it is necessary to know how the development of the socioeconomic cluster in the housing and utilities sector will affect the level of economic development of the region and the country as a whole. The article discusses the possibility of using correlation-regression analysis to predict the gross regional product (GRP) depending on the factors that are significantly influenced by the housing and utilities sector. These factors, in our opinion, include “The volume of shipped goods of our own production, works and services performed on our own by type of activity”, “The volume of work performed in the type of economic activity“ Construction ”,“ Investments in fixed assets ”,“ Final consumption ”, etc. The calculations were carried out for the Sverdlovsk region. To predict the GRP indicator, the authors used two-factor models. The obtained mathematical models confirm the significant impact of all considered factors on the performance indicator. As a result of the calculations, it can be noted that the gross regional product increases by an average of 102 million rubles. excluding the indicator of the volume of own production only due to the volume of construction and installation work. The gross regional product decreases by an average of 94,560 million rubles. excluding the indicator of investments in fixed assets due to the indicator "final consumption of the Sverdlovsk region" and increases by 5.56 million rubles. through investments in fixed assets of the Sverdlovsk region. Thus, the most significant factor influencing the region's GRP is the “Final consumption in the Sverdlovsk region” factor, which means that the proposed mathematical models will be able to adequately assess the impact on the region’s GRP of the activity of the socio-economic cluster in the housing sector, since the population's expenditures on Housing and utility services of the Sverdlovsk region make up about 28-35% of all consumed services and affect the final consumption of the region's population, especially in the context of constantly growing tariffs in this area.

The most important motivating factor for enhancing innovation activity is lending as a stimulus for the development of a modern enterprise. The motivation of the Ukrainian enterprise, based on the need for innovative activity lending in ensuring the efficiency of its economic activity, was explored. The authors use different methods of research, for example, analysis and synthesis methods, method of scientific substantiation and comparison of the main indicators of the activity of the investigated enterprise, as well as correlation and regression analysis method. Here is also used the method of correlation and regression analysis to determine the effect of changes in the average annual cost of fixed assets and investments in their modernization on the motivation to increase revenue from the sale of products (goods, products, services), as well as to characterize the functional relationship between income from the sales of products and capital, expenses, investments. The results of the study indicate a close relationship between the indicators, thus there is a high dependence on the increase of the volume of income from the sale of products due to the need to attract financing in the form of lending to innovative products of the investigated enterprise.Lending of innovative activity contributes to the increase of sales volumes and the emergence of its new products, and also serves as a form of strengthening the motivation of enterprise development. As a result of the research, the theoretical principles of using Ukrainian enterprise motivational space with lending involvement for the introduction of innovations have been substantiated.
