In the development of interior design, many are applied to create an atmosphere that can create aesthetics and convenience for users. A design can develop through interior elements, especially through color and shape. In a space design with various functions it creates its own zoning at various activities. The emphasis on zoning can be developed through an interior design with the concept of distinct space, by applying various elements that can distinguish space, such as color elements. Volumetric Color approach which uses colors to create a volume of space in an area by using the same color in all interior elements. The difference in color and shape of space creates zoning and function in space to be more specific. In addition to zoning, the use of different and striking colors can provide vocal points and aesthetics in space. The purpose of this descriptive-analysis research is to make a systematic, factual and accurate description, picture, or painting of a case study producing a space with attractive volumetric colors, and as an identity in space. The results of this study can play a role in interior design in the use of color not only as aesthetics of the space, also can provide convenience for users to recognize areas that exist with different functions. In addition, the use of colors in accordance with the function of the area can also be adjusted to affect the psychological space that can have a positive impact on space. Keywords: Volumetric Color, Zoning of Space, Limitation of Space Functions

Using a case study approach from past projects in Singapore, Australia, Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam, we examine the benefits, but also some of the challenges, to implementing green space in urban design. Green space can have multiple physical and psychological wellbeing benefits, as well as environmental benefits, including urban runoff quantity and quality management, urban heat island abatement, air quality improvement, and noise reduction. Water sensitive urban design (WSUD) can be an important element of green space design and here we explore how modeling of ecosystem services and dynamic modeling of WSUD can help to facilitate sound planning and management decision making in support of green space implementation. As we illustrate with examples for Australia, Singapore and Cambodia, we believe that application of an urban ecosystem services modeling approach can elucidate environmental benefits of urban green space that otherwise may not be considered. Engineers may include dynamic modeling of WSUD in support of an urban master plan, or urban redevelopment, but generally urban planners are less conversant in applying models. We discuss some of the challenges to integrating multidisciplinary visioning and modeling of green space design and performance evaluation through our experience with a stormwater and wastewater design study for Cha Am, Thailand, that included landscape architecture and engineering classes at Thammasat University, Mahidol University, and AIT. Through a case study of Phnom Penh, we illustrate how modeling and 3D visualization can be used to effectively explore the benefits of green space. We conclude that a user-friendly decision support system is needed to integrate modeling and visualization tools and thereby bridge the gap between form and function in urban green space design.

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style and work environment on soldiers who are mediated by work discipline. This study used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 260 respondents who were KRI soldiers in the Fleet II Commando Eskorta Ship Unit. The data from the questionnaire were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Descriptive analysis is used to describe respondents' characteristics and research variables based on the questionnaire results. In contrast, quantitative analysis is carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) study with the AMOS and SPSS programs. Based on the results of SEM analysis, it is concluded that leadership style has no significant effect on work discipline. In contrast, the work environment has a positive impact on work discipline. The results further show that the work environment and work discipline have a positive effect on the performance of the soldiers. At the same time, the leadership style does not affect the performance of the soldiers. In further testing, the results of the mediation test using the Sobel test show that work discipline engagement can mediate the influence of leadership style and work environment on performance. This can indicate that an increase in leadership style and work environment can improve work discipline, which in turn will enhance the performance of soldiers. However, this research still needs to be developed by adding other variables and also expanding respondents or changing the object or place of study. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Environment, Work Discipline, Soldier Performance, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
