Nowadays, education system is conducted in the different ways in which the learning and teaching process can be done as a distance learning without time and space limitation or commonly known as online learning. This study aimed at analyzing teachers’ readiness implementing online learning and to know strengths and weakness of online learning. This study was formed in descriptive qualitative research. Five teachers and a principal involved as subject meanwhile object of the study was teachers’ readiness implementing online learning. The data were gained through observation, survey, and interview by the use of observation check-list, questionnaire, and interview guide. The obtained data were analyzed by using Qualitative Data Analysis. The result showed the readiness of English teachers implementing online learning was good enough. Teachers was ready in 3 procedures like opening/pre-activity, main activity, and post-activity that conducted by the online meeting. Unstable of internet and not optimal learning were the disadvantages of online learning because teachers couldn't meet students directly and teacher only could transfer knowledge or theory and teacher couldn't educate students’ character. While for advantages aspect, teacher easier and simpler in teaching because they could teach anywhere. Online learning program was supportive and helpful to the institution, especially the school in this abnormal situation and condition.

Abstract Achieving a number of well targets in M Area is an important objective for MK, one of the oil and gas operators in Indonesia. An economic challenge is present due to marginal gas reservoirs in shallow zone. The conventional swamp rig unit requires significant costs for site preparation work and in some cases no longer fulfils the economic criteria. The objective was to drill the same one-phase well (OPW) architecture as the swamp rig normally drills, but at lower costs using a hydraulic workover unit (HWU). Drilling the 8½-in hole section OPW architecture using HWU was challenging, not only on the equipment rating and capability, but also on the deck space limitation part. The fit-for-purpose directional and logging-while-drilling (LWD) system was utilized in this project consisting of customized low-torque excellent hydraulics drill bit design, a positive displacement motor (PDM) with aggressive bend setting to achieve directional objective (with max 3.8°/30-m dogleg severity), annular-pressure-while-drilling (APWD) measurement to ensure equivalent circulating density (ECD) is maintained, and combined electromagnetic propagation resistivity and sonic slowness measurement coupled with high-speed telemetry measurement-while-drilling (MWD) tool to get an accurate and timely formation evaluation. The HWU deck space limitation was solved by implementing a single combined directional drilling (DD), MWD, mudlogging cabin, in addition to the remote operation control implementation to further reduce carbon footprint. Five wells were drilled safely and successfully in this campaign. Drilling efficiency improved with up to 109% ROP increase as compared to the first well, showing the progressive learning curve and excellent teamwork from all involved parties. The directional bottom hole assembly (BHA) was capable of delivering up to 4–5°/30-m dogleg, not only achieving the directional objective, but also penetrating the reservoir targets with tight tolerances. The drill bit delivered very good ROP, reaching 60.4 m/h (about 66% of average OPW ROP achieved by swamp rig). This campaign also successfully reduced the overall site preparation cost by up to 30%, enabling MK to drill wells that were initially not feasible to be drilled using swamp rig within the time frame and budget. Thanks to the success, this new method is currently under study for industrialization. The HWU drilling campaign provided a valuable learning experience, is considered as a proven drilling method, and served as a benchmark for other operators in Indonesia. HWU drilling has proven to be an efficient drilling method and capable of delivering the one-phase-well. This paper presents a unique case study of new well open hole drilling with the HWU and its applicability in M Area. Most studies in the past were HWU drilling in re-entry or sidetrack cases.

We propose a systematic method to deduce and synthesize the Dafny programs. First, the specification of problem is described in strict mathematical language. Then, the derivation process uses program specification transformation technology to perform equivalent transformation. Furthermore, Dafny program is synthesized through the obtained recursive relationship and loop invariants. Finally, the functional correctness of Dafny program is automatically verified by Dafny verifier or online tool. Through this method, we deduce and synthesize Dafny programs for many typical problems such as the cube sum problem, the minimum (or maximum) contiguous subarray problems, several searching problems, several sorting problems, and so on. Due to space limitation, we only illustrate the development process of Dafny programs for two typical problems: the minimum contiguous subarray problem and the new local bubble sorting problem. It proves that our method can effectively improve the correctness and reliability of Dafny program developed. What’s more, we demonstrate the potential of the deductive synthesis method by developing a new local bubble Sorting program.

Wireless sensor systems powered by batteries are widely used in a variety of applications. For applications with space limitation, their size was reduced, limiting battery energy capacity and memory storage size. A multi-exit neural network enables to overcome these limitations by filtering out data without objects of interest, thereby avoiding computing the entire neural network. This paper proposes to implement a multi-exit convolutional neural network on the ESP32-CAM embedded platform as an image-sensing system with an energy constraint. The multi-exit design saves energy by 42.7% compared with the single-exit condition. A simulation result, based on an exemplary natural outdoor light profile and measured energy consumption of the proposed system, shows that the system can sustain its operation with a 3.2 kJ (275 mAh @ 3.2 V) battery by scarifying the accuracy only by 2.7%.

Traditional metaphor researches consider metaphors as a rhetoric device for ornamental study. In 1980, Lakoff and Johnson put forward the Conceptual Metaphor Theory, which marks the shift of metaphor study from rhetoric view to cognitive view. Since then, numerous studies at home and abroad on conceptual metaphors have emerged. Economic news has also become a research interest. However, few research concerns about The Economist, let alone Finance & Economics Column inside. Therefore, this study explores the conceptual metaphors in the Finance & Economics Column of the Economist with Conceptual Metaphor Theory as a theoretical foundation. In order to address the above questions, the paper selects articles from October 2019 to December 2019 in The Economist and employs both qualitative and quantitative approaches to analyze conceptual metaphors in the self-constructed corpus. The results show that: firstly, altogether 443 conceptual metaphors are identified in the corpus, covering structural metaphor, ontological metaphor and orientational metaphor. Due to space limitation, only JOURNNEY metaphor, HUMAN BEING metaphor and UP/DOWN metaphor with high frequency is selected to be analyzed in detail. And their frequency varies from each other. Secondly, these three metaphors are identified in the corpus function by mapping from the source domain to the target domain. Finally, the frequency of these three metaphors is different lies in the systematicity, cultural coherence of metaphors and characteristics of economic news. This study enlarges the scope of conceptual metaphor and helps enhance their metaphorical awareness in economic discourses.

In 2020, the outbreak of COVID-19 virus is a shock to every individual and to society. In this time, people lives in a term called "space limitation", isolated in a radius and a certain space that makes people lives in a virtual space. This pandemic limits our living space, altered out daily routine, and makes us isolated in a space that causes us to break ourselves physically and mentally. By nature, architecture can't ignore a problem that is this extreme, architecture has a purpose to make space to be a product of humanity, the purpose of this project is the will to create a future living spaces that is unobstructed, undisturbed, and opened; going through a block by giving a communal space; communal space that connected each other between the inside and outside space so that it provides the feeling of togetherness. This “Non-Isolated Block” project starts by incorporating the meaning of “isolated” and “block”. A block or a box is one of the basic of design, a block marks efficiency in a space but considered “simple & bare”. A block that stood on its own and unconnected makes us feel alone. There should be connectivity from this block to create a living space that makes us feel un-caged or “non-isolated”. By using this “inside, outside, and through the block” concept, this project is aimed to split activities based on space. “Inside the block” is for private activities, “outside the block” is for public activities, and “through the block” is a communal space that has a role as an emerging space, space that is connected to one another, to increase togetherness and productivity. Keywords:  block; communal space; non-isolated; space limitation; through the block.

To maintain the reputation then it employed the Independent Curators to cary out exhibitions. In recent years, the phenomenon of the proffesional Fine Art Artists show the hing spirits. To enrich their international publication then they began to realize their opportunity to exhibit at this gallery. Unfortunately, the gallery building is an adaptive reuse of the Cultural Heritage Building. The National Gallery building which has a distinctive Dutch Colonial architectural style has not been optimally utilized. So, it has existence has wide limitations and space limitation that unable to accommodate such high interests. On the other hand, Jabodetabek is stands for Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi are the Greater City of Jakarta, has Cultural Heritage Buildings. There are many of architectural style of heritage buildings that has chance to be the exhibition spaces. The study is an idea to aim solutions of the availability of exhibition area in Jabodetabek to accommodate the Fine Art Artists interest of exhibiting. According to the Adaptive-Reuse of the National Gallery’s case, and by refers to the Grounded Theory Research method and Case Studies related to the Jabodetabek’s Cultural Heritage buildings.
