PT Wahana Cipta Concrencindo is company engaged in the field of piling contractor. The purpose of this study was to determine the business strategy that can be applied to enable companies to achieve a competitive advantage. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The research was conducted through surveys and interviews. In analyzing the data, the first will be done through the input stage to perform some of the matrix, such as matrix-IFE EFE and CPM. Then proceed wuth phase matching, ie SWOT matrix, IE, SPACE and Great Strategy. And finally resolved with the decision stage is QSPM matrix. The conclusion of this study is the most suitable market development strategy to be implemented by the company

TVRI represent of the first television station in Indonesia. In this time TVRI not yet able to serve any event enthused by people. In the effort improving returning competitiveness of TVRI station in industrial television sector, needed business strategy which capable to accommodate and anticipate change of technological growth that happened quickly and the economic globalization. Research was done to give suggestion at the development of division and broadcast. The purpose of this research is to evaluate business strategy which have been done and propose business strategy which can improve company competitiveness. Analysis techniques which used were Internal External matrix, SWOT matrix, matrix of Grand Strategy, and QSPM matrix. Result of research by evaluate internal condition of company and analyzing of factor external which related, business strategy which appropriate for LPP TVRI is product development strategy. Expected, LPP TVRI will increase new events that more innovative and creative so that able to become pre-eminent event program for TV beholder/audience.

Madinah Malang in the future using the IFAS Matrix, EFAS Matrix, SWOT Matrix, I-E Matrix, SWOT Matrix and QSPM Matrix. Quantitative method. Research settings at the Madinah Malang Restaurant. The results showed that the ability of Malang Medina Restaurant Shops with IFAS and EFAS were able to exploit their weaknesses. At the decision making stage with QSPM, the alternative strategy chosen was the Market Development Strategy at the Madinah Malang Restaurant Shop. This strategy has a TAS score of 6,595. Limitations / Implications for research need to increase Promotion by utilizing existing technology through mass media such as: Instagram, Facebook, Google.

This research was conducted to find what marketing strategies are appropriate for the Yohanes Accounting Services Office in 2020. This research used data collection techniques by using interviews and observations. The data analysis technique uses the concept of Fred R. David's theory through 3 stages of strategic formulation, namely the input stage, matching stage, and decision stage. The input stage uses the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix and the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix. The next stage used the SWOT Matrix and Internal-External (IE) Matrix. In the final stage using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results showed that the total value for IFE is 2.7081 while the total value for EFE is 3.0850. In the Internal-External (IE) matrix, it is known that Yohanes's Accounting Services Office is in a position of growth and development. Strategies that are suitable for this position are market penetration strategy, market development strategy, and product development strategy. At the decision stage, from the QSPM results, the main strategy alternative to be applied is the market development strategy with a total value of attractiveness (TAS) of 6.7568. This strategy seeks to increase the market share of a product through efforts to make improvements, enhancements, and developments. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran apa yang sesuai diterapkan bagi Kantor Jasa Akuntan Yohanes pada tahun 2020. Pada tahap akhir menggunakan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Berdasarkan hasil dari matriks IFE dan EFE yang dikumpulkan, dapat diketahui total nilai untuk IFE adalah sebesar 2,7081 sedangkan total nilai untuk EFE adalah sebesar 3,0850. Pada matching stage pada matrik SWOT didapatkan beberapa kemungkinan alternatif strategi dengan cara menggunakan kekuatan yang dimiliki untuk memanfaatkan peluang, memanfaatkan peluang untuk mengatasi kelemahan, menggunakan kekuatan yang dimiliki untuk menghindari ancaman dan meminimalisasikan kelemahan dan menghindari ancaman. Pada matrik Internal-Eksternal (IE) diketahui bahwa Kantor Jasa Akuntan Yohanes berada pada posisi tumbuh dan bina, strategi yang cocok pada posisi ini adalah strategi penetrasi penetrasi pasar, startegi pengembangan pasar dan strategi pengembangan produk. Pada decision stage dari hasil QSPM dapat diperoleh alternatif strategi utama yang diterapkan yaitu strategi pengembangan pasar dengan Total Nilai Daya Tarik (TAS) sebesar 6,7568. Strategi ini berusaha untuk meningkatkan pangsa pasar suatu produk melalui usaha melakukan perbaikan, peningkatan dan pengembangan.

This research was conducted with the aim to see the potential of Sunda Kelapa Port through the resources possessed by the theory of Resource Based View (RBV) and then look for strategies that can be used to develop historical tourism in the Sunda Kelapa Port. The informant and respondent of this research is PIC acceleration of the old city area of the Ministry of Tourism, PT Pelindo II, Tour Guide, and tourists. Data collected by observation, interview, literature study and questioner. This research used qualitative descriptive method in order to analyze the data that have been collected by using IFE and EFE matrix, IE Matrix, SWOT Matrix and QSPM matrix. Based on the analysis and discussion that has been described, the product development strategy is the main strategy that must be developed by Sunda Kelapa Port to be able to compete with other tourist destinations.

This research was conducted to find out what business strategies are the most appropriate for XYZ Building Stores to use to compete with other building retail stores. This study applies a qualitative method, by conducting interviews and observations by directly reviewing the subject of the study. The analytical method carried out consists of input stage, mathcing stage, and decision stage. Data that has been collected from the XYZ Building Shop is included in the input stage which consists of an EFE matrix and an IFE matrix. The matching stage that consisting of SWOT matrix, will focus on creating alternative strategies. The decision stage uses QSPM to determine the most appropriate strategy for XYZ building stores objectively. After analyzing the existing data, it is known that the market penetration strategy is the most appropriate strategy for XYZ building stores, besides that the market development strategy can also be chosen because the scores obtained by the two strategies are not too far apart.

To be able to survive in a continuously growing competitive environment, the right business strategy is needed. Aim of this research is to formulate a set of marketing communication mix strategies to increase room sales and hotel profits for The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan. The methods used in this research are SWOT analysis and IFE-EFE matrix. The findings  suggested that the Hotel must hold and maintain strategy whereas it can be elaborated into four aspects 1) horizontal integration strategy by seeking ownership or increased control over competitors; 2) market penetration strategy; by seeking increased market share for present products or services in present markets through greater marketing efforts; 3) market development strategy by  introducing present products or services into the new geographic area, and 4) product development strategy; by seeking increased sales through improving present products or services or developing new ones.

This study aims to determine the priority strategies of several alternative strategies in IndiHome which are formulated using SWOT analysis. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data used are primary. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique and get seven informants. Primary data generated from the interviews were analyzed using SAP and ETOP to diagnose factors including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. After that, these factors are formulated in the SWOT matrix to determine alternative strategies. Strategy alternatives are then formulated in the QSPM matrix to obtain priority strategy results for IndiHome. The validity test in this study was carried out by triangulation of sources. The results showed that there were four alternative strategies for IndiHome Telkom Area of West Nusa Tenggara. Based on four alternative strategies, the priority strategy for IndiHome which is determined by QSPM matrix is to upgrade the quality of services provided to customers regularly with a total weight of 7,051. The results of this study are expected to be able to assist in the framework of thinking about strategic management knowledge in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry and also provide additional information and insights in the selection of alternative strategies as well as new insights about the condition of the company from an external perspective.

This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions as well as compose and recommend the business development strategy of agro-industries of Civet coffee at Satria agro- tourism in the Gianyar Regency. The methods used in this research is a method of observation field and in-depth interviews using questionnaire. Data field observations and interviews are then analyzed to obtain formulation strategies using the SWOT analysis. The assessment weighting and rating conducted by 5 experts. Results of the study show that there are 5 strengths, 5 weaknesses, 4 opportunities, and 3 threats. Results weighting and rating values for the matrix that the weighted Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) was 3.72 and matrix External Factor Evaluation (EFE) is 3.75. This value indicates a strong position on the matrix Internal external (IE) and the strategy to do is intensive and integrative strategies. Based on SWOT Matrix Analysis, priority alternative strategy is maintaining of price and quality to expand marketing. Keywords : strategy, SWOT, agro tourism, civet coffee, QSPM

Pelita Kita is a trading company that sells woods, windows frame, doors, panels and various types of processed woods. Using environmental analysis, the present study seeks to examine the formulation of business strategy as an effort to create a competitive advantage. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires and then analyzed using the following matrices: IFE, EFE, CPM, TOWS, IE, and SPACE. The results of analysis revealed that the studied company may employ some alternative strategies such as market penetration and market development to compete. It is also concluded that market penetration is more preferable because it has a greater total value of attraction compared to other strategies.

The main objective of this research is to analyze the strategy of developing the footwear business. Case studies were carried out at CV Hikmah Shoes Bogor. The initial analysis was carried out by identifying the business of the ongoing CV Hikmah Shoe model and analyzing the external and internal scope to identify problems that occurred in the company. The descriptive method used to identify CV Hikmah Shoes Bogor using, Internal Factor Matrix (IFE) and External Evaluation Factor (EFE) used to analyze internal and external factors at CV Hikmah Shoesr. SWOT matrix selected to determine the strategy to be implemented and Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix (QSPM) is used as a process to determine strategic priorities for the company. The results of the SWOT Matrix in this study produced six alternative strategies that were chosen as development strategies at CV Hikmah Shoes, Bogor. results The best strategy taken in developing the footwear business is to maximize promotion and marketing using social media or e-commerce and to continue with the improvement business.
