The main objective of this research is to analyze the strategy of developing the footwear business. Case studies were carried out at CV Hikmah Shoes Bogor. The initial analysis was carried out by identifying the business of the ongoing CV Hikmah Shoe model and analyzing the external and internal scope to identify problems that occurred in the company. The descriptive method used to identify CV Hikmah Shoes Bogor using, Internal Factor Matrix (IFE) and External Evaluation Factor (EFE) used to analyze internal and external factors at CV Hikmah Shoesr. SWOT matrix selected to determine the strategy to be implemented and Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix (QSPM) is used as a process to determine strategic priorities for the company. The results of the SWOT Matrix in this study produced six alternative strategies that were chosen as development strategies at CV Hikmah Shoes, Bogor. results The best strategy taken in developing the footwear business is to maximize promotion and marketing using social media or e-commerce and to continue with the improvement business.

The Ministry of Transportation has instructed to Airport Management to improve public service. The instructions contained in the Circular of the Ministry of Transportasion No. HK.209/I/16PHB.2014 dated December 31, 2014 about Improvement of Public Service at the Airport in Indonesia. This research is aimed to evaluate development strategy of Soekarno Hattta Airport in improving public services based on a combination of internal and external factors. The method used SWOT analysis which is then formulated in the Cartesian diagram, External Internal matrix and SWOT matrix. Result of the analysis shows that the Cartesian Diagram of Soekarno Hatta International Airport in Cengkareng currently resides in quadrant I that means the Soekarno Hatta International Airport in Cengkareng on the competitive position of a very strong market in the business of airport with high competitiveness. There are four alternative strategies (SO, WO, ST, WT) which can be applied in the development of public services at Soekarno Hatta International Airport Cengkareng. Instruksi tersebut termuat dalam Surat Edaran Kementerian Perhubungan No. HK.209/I/16PHB.2014, tertanggal 31 Desember 2014, tentang Peningkatan Pelayanan Publik di Bandar Udara Seluruh Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan Bandara Soekarno Hattta Cengkareng dalam peningkatan pelayanan publik di bandara berdasarkan kombinasi dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal bandar udara. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis SWOT yang kemudian dirumuskan pada Diagram Cartesius, Matrik Internal Eksternal dan Matrik Swot. Hasil analisis pada Diagram Cartesius menunjukkan bahwa posisi Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng terletak pada kuadran I berarti Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng pada posisi kompetitif pasar yang sangat kuat dalam bisnis kebandarudaraan dan berdaya saing tinggi. Terdapat empat alternatif strategi (SO, WO, ST, WT) yang dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan pelayanan publik di Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta - Cengkareng. The aim of being able to see what development strategies are suitable for mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City. The research objective was to see the strategy for developing mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City with a SWOT analysis. The data collection used was a questionnaire method with a list of questions to the respondents. The analysis method used is a SWOT analysis to see internal factors and external factors, which will then be entered into the SWOT matrix. The research results obtained from the analysis of internal factors and external factors. The result of the internal factor is a strength (strength) of 2.75 while the weakness (weakness) is 1.46, so the value of the internal factor is 2.75-1.46 = 1.29 while from the external factor the opportunity (opportunity) is 2 , 52 and for the threat (threat) is 1.58, the value of the external factor is 2.52-1.58 = 0.94. Based on the analysis diagram, the SWOT strategy is in the Cell (quadrant) I position. This shows that the SO strategy in the SWOT matrix is an aggressive strategy. This strategy explains that Kampung Sejahtera mangrove tourism can take advantage of the surrounding environment. The environment around mangrove tourism is still natural so that it is very likely for the community to add stages such as trading, opening food stalls, and lodging businesses around the mangrove tourism of Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, and Utilizing mangrove forests so as not to abrasion around mangrove tourism Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, which makes the tourist area safe and tourists who visit are comfortable and not worried about abrasion

<p>Andesite stone mining activities in Bogor area is now growing, one of the andesite stone processing business is PT Duta Keluarga Imfaco located in Bogor Regency, West Java. The economically valuable andesit stone is expected to be the mainstay of the income of the surrounding community, characterized by the increasing market demand and the growing interest of the community towards andesite stone. The purpose of this study are (1) to identify internal and external factors of PT Imfaco Family Ambassador; (2) Developing appropriate market development strategies; and (3) Develop alternative strategies of andesite stone marketing development. The study used descriptive and analytic methods that are case studies. Determination of respondents with purposive sampling method, with consideration that mastered the problems to be asked. Data analysis with IFE and EFE matrix to identify internal and external factor of company, then mapping with IE matrix, to see company position. Preparation of strategy with SWOT matrix, yield several alternative strategies that can be implemented. The final stage with the QSP matrix, to determine the priority of the most appropriate strategy to be implemented. Based on the results of IFE and EFE matrix analysis, indicates the company is in a stable position in responding to external situations. The result of analysis with IE matrix, company is in quadrant V, that is growth and stability, where strategy that can be done is market penetration and business development. Results of analysis with SWOT matrix obtained alternative strategies that can be implemented and with the QSP matrix obtained the most appropriate strategy to be implemented in order to develop the company's marketing strategy is to expand the marketing network.</p>

Penelitian ini bertujuanmengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal maupun eksternal yang memengaruhi keberadaan IKM TopengMalangan dan merumuskan strategi pengembangannya. Identifikasi permasalahan dan faktor-faktortersebut dilakukan dalam Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang melibatkan pelaku usaha, pemerhati budaya,akademisi, pemerintah daerah dan peneliti. Hasil FGD kemudian dianalisis dan dikembangkan denganmatriks SWOT sehingga menghasilkan rumusan strategi pengembangan IKM Topeng Malangan. Untukmempertajam rumusan strategi ini agar lebih efektif dalam implementasinya, maka dilakukan pula analisismenggunakan matriks IFAS dan EFAS. Hasilnya adalah rumusan akhir strategi pengembangan IKMTopeng Malangan yang lebih berkonsentrasi pada strategi SO (Strength-Opportunities) yakni penggunaankekuatan yang dimiliki IKM Topeng Malangan untuk memanfaatkan peluang secara maksimal.Kata kunci: strategi pengembangan, IKM, topeng malangan, SWOTABSTRACTTopeng Malangan is one of potential cultural products developed to preserve culture and bring revenuefor stakeholder in Malang. This study aims to identify internal and external factors affecting the existence ofsmall medium enterprise (SME) Topeng Malangan and formulate its development strategy. The identificationof problem and factors is done by focus group discussions (FGD) involving businessmen, cultural observer,academician, regional government and researchers. The results of FGD is then analyzed and developedby using SWOT matrix in order to determine formula of SME development strategies. To sharpen thestrategy more effective in implementation, the analysis using IFAS and EFAS matrix is conducted. CV. Kembar Jaya Kreatif is an industry engaged in garment or convection. The results of the CV. Kembar Jaya Kreatif from September 2017 to April 2019 can be seen if there are some months of income that do not meet the income target that has been set. Therefore CV. Kembar Jaya Kreatif is obliged to devise a new strategy in order to increase income in order to achieve the targets that have been set. SWOT analysis is used to obtain alternative strategies, where strategic alternatives are obtained from internal and external aspects of the industry. Information and research data consist of primary and secondary information, the analytical tools used in this research are the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix, the EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix, the IE (Internal-External) matrix, the SWOT matrix (Strengths, Weakness). , Opportunities, and Threats), as well as QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The SWOT matrix creates 5 strategic alternatives that can be implemented by the industry. Based on the QSPM results from 5 alternatives, one of the prioritized alternative strategies is to use existing technology to carry out marketing activities and sell products online such as through social media and e-commerce with a TAS score of 6, 303.

 ABSTRAK Kawasan konservasi mangrove di Desa Bedono memiliki luas ± 300 hektar. Sebagian masyarakat memanfaatkan buah dan daun mangrove jenis Avicennia sp. untuk diolah menjadi makanan ringan. Keindahannya banyak menarik perhatian pengunjung untuk berwisata. Potensi tersebut belum dapat dikelola secara maksimal, sedangkan kegiatan konservasi mangrove yang dilakukan oleh Kelompok Mangrove Bahari sebatas melakukan penanaman mangrove, monitoring, dan penyuluhan.  Alternatif strategi yang tepat dibutuhkan oleh Kelompok Mangrove Bahari supaya dapat mengembangkan kegiatan konservasi mangrove di Desa Bedono. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1.) mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kegiatan konservasi mangrove; dan 2.) memperoleh alternatif strategi yang tepat untuk mengembangkan kegiatan konservasi mangrove di Desa Bedono. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskripsi studi kasus. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Data yang diperoleh didiskusikan melalui fokus grup diskusi (FGD) untuk diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan kegiatan konservasi mangrove di Desa Bedono adalah faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Prioritas alternatif strategi yang terpilih adalah menjaga dan meningkatkan kelestarian ekosistem mangrove, meningkatkan koordinasi dengan stakeholders, melakukan konsultasi dalam bidang ekowisata mangrove, melakukan studi banding ke objek ekowisata mangrove, dan melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak yang berkompeten dalam bidang produksi dan pemasaran produk olahan mangrove. Kata Kunci : Mangrove, Konservasi, Pengembangan, Strategi ABSTRACT The Mangrove conservation area in Bedono village  covers an area of ± 300 hectares. While, the Mangrove Bahari group’s conservation activities are limited to planting mangroves, monitoring, and counceling. Therefore, alternative strategies are needed for the Mangrove Bahari Group to develop mangrove conservation activities. The purpose of this study is : 1.) to determine the factors that affect mangrove conservation activities; and 2.) to obtain appropriate alternative strategies for developing mangrove conservation activities in Bedono village. The research used a descriptive case study method in which a set of interviews, observation and literature studies were adopted. SWOT analysis and a focus group discussion (FGD) with all members of Mangrove Bahari Group was applied in the formulation of development strategies. The analysis showed that the factors that influence the development of mangrove conservation activities in Bedono village are internal and external factors. The priority recommendation include the maintenance and improvement for the sustainability of mangrove ecosystems, improvement of  coordination with stakeholders, consultation of management mangrove ecotourism, comparation studies of mangrove ecotourism, and  cooperation of production and marketing mangrove processed products.. Keywords: Mangrove, Conservation, Development, Strategy.

<p class="Abstrak"><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study focuses on identifying internal and external factors from Crystal Guava Production and Service Unit of SMK 2 Batu. Therefore, strategies for the development of Production Units as edupreneurship can be obtained, namely vehicles for practicing work and entrepreneurship for students by doing creative and innovative efforts, the use of technology at the time of the guava crystal production process and its marketing implementation. Based on the internal factor analysis of the UPJ in SMK 2 Batu at 1.19 and the external factor analysis of 1.15 which is then analyzed using the SWOT matrix at the coordinate point (1.19:1.15) which means the quadrant I (SO) namely having to develop their internal power be`1cause the opportunity to develop UPJ in SMK N 2 batu is widely opened. The SO strategy that has been developed based on the SWOT matrix is (1) making Guidelines for production activities of Production Units that propose Curriculum, (2) product development and the use of the latest technology in organic crystal cultivation, (3) expanding market share with promotional media on social media, (4) increasing student involvement in cultivation and marketing (sales services, promotion in social media), (5) increasing collaboration with industrial parties to transfer knowledge and technology of crystal guava cultivation and maintain continuity of guava products.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengindentifikasi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal dari Unit Produksi dan Jasa Jambu Kristal SMKN 2 Batu sehingga diperoleh strategi-strategi pengembangan Unit Produksi sebagai <em>Edupreneurship</em> yaitu wahana berlatih bekerja dan berwirausaha bagi siswa dengan melakukan yang usaha kreatif dan inovatif, dan penggunaan teknologi pada saat budidadaya Jambu Kristal serta pemasarannya. Berdasarkan analisis faktor internal dari Unit Produksi dan Jasa SMKN 2 Batu sebesar 1,19 dan analisis faktor eksternal sebesar 1,15 yang selanjutnya dianalisis susuai matriks SWOT berada pada titik koordinat (1,19: 1,15) yang berarti pada kuadran I (SO) yaitu harus mengembangkan kekutan internalnya karena peluang untuk mengembangkan Unit Produksi dan Jasa SMKN 2 Batu sebagai <em>Edupreneurship </em>terbuka lebar. Adapun strategi SO yang dikembangkan. Adapun strategi SO yang telah dikembangkan berdasarkan matriks SWOT ialah (1) pembuatan Pedoman kegiatan produksi Unit Produksi yang mengaju Kurikulum, (2) melakukan pengembangan produk dan penggunaan teknologi terbaru pada budidaya jambu kristal (organic), (3) memperluas pangsa pasar dengan media promosi di media sosial, (4) peningkatan keterlibatan siswa dalam budidaya dan pemasaran (layanan penjualan, promosi di media soasial), (5) Meningkatkan kerjasama dengan pihak DU/DI yang sejenis untuk transfer ilmu dan teknologi budidaya jambu kristal dan menjaga kontinuitas produk jambu.

Trends motorcycle online has increased in recent years with the increasing need for fast transportation in Jakarta. Ease and speed of motorcycles message via applications and the speed of travel (travel time) becomes a key factor many motorcycle enthusiasts online. Gojek as pioneers face challenges in maintaining quality service and win the competition. The marketing strategy is one way to determine the competitiveness of each force. Effective Use of SWOT can play an important role in determining the marketing strategy, in order to know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by enterprise IT in maintaining the viability and continuity of the company. Issues to be resolved in this research is How to determine the internal and external factors which will affect the company's strategy and determine appropriate marketing strategy planning for Gojek. The research was conducted using the method of analysis of IFAs to analyze the internal factors, the analysis of EFAS to external factors, then, input into the model kuantittif ie SWOT matrix. Results of the analysis showed that, based on internal strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and external threats, four sets of strategic alternatives that may be taken by the manager of the company in the face of increasingly competitive. Standard nomenclature should be used and abbreviations should be avoided. No literature should be cited. The keyword list provides the opportunity to add keywords, used by the indexing and abstracting services, in addition to those already present in the title. Judicious use of keywords may increase the ease with which interested parties can locate our article

The main objective of this study is to analyze internal and external factors and recommend strategies for the development of betta fish cultivation. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method with case study techniques, while the selection of respondents uses a purposive sampling method through participatory observation with interviews based on questionnaires. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) analysis techniques are carried out to plan the required management strategies. The results showed that the IFE matrix analysis had a total score of 3.159 and EFE 2.835. In the SWOT matrix, allocating the betta fish cultivation business is located in quadrant I which can be interpreted as an aggressive growth (growth-oriented strategy) and on profitable growth. QSPM analysis results obtained top priority is to improve the quality and number of betta fish produced with a STAS value of 5.749. Based on this top priority, it can be used as input and reference consideration in making policies on betta fish cultivation business which includes strategic factors in the long term.

This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions as well as compose and recommend the business development strategy of agro-industries of Civet coffee at Satria agro- tourism in the Gianyar Regency. The methods used in this research is a method of observation field and in-depth interviews using questionnaire. Data field observations and interviews are then analyzed to obtain formulation strategies using the SWOT analysis. The assessment weighting and rating conducted by 5 experts. Results of the study show that there are 5 strengths, 5 weaknesses, 4 opportunities, and 3 threats. Results weighting and rating values for the matrix that the weighted Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) was 3.72 and matrix External Factor Evaluation (EFE) is 3.75. This value indicates a strong position on the matrix Internal external (IE) and the strategy to do is intensive and integrative strategies. Based on SWOT Matrix Analysis, priority alternative strategy is maintaining of price and quality to expand marketing. Keywords : strategy, SWOT, agro tourism, civet coffee, QSPM
