PERANCANGAN KONSEP IDEAL DESA WISATA DI DESA CIBINUANG KABUPATEN KUNINGAN

Cibinuang Village is an area located in Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency. Cibinuang Village has many and varied natural resources. In the process of development activities Cibinuang tourism village has not fully used the detailed concept of tourism. The development of the concept of tourism in the Village of Cibinuang did not escape the existence of adequate natural resources and quality human resources. The availability of natural resources and their use in Cibinuang Village, even if simple and limited, will be able to improve the quality of the village and be a source of increased human resources for the community. In terms of improving the economy, knowledge and attractiveness of tourism. Efforts to design the concept of a tourist village, in improving the ability of rural communities in the field of tourism required a whole design concept to make it happen. It is understood together that one of the concrete manifestations of Higher Education gait besides education and research is Community Service and Service activities, this is in accordance with what is mandated in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning National Education System article 24 (2) which states; "Universities have the autonomy to manage their own institutions as centers for the administration of higher education, scientific research, and community service." As a concrete step Faculty of Computer Science, Kuningan University with the core of Visual Communication Design, trying to respond to the needs of the community (Cibinuang Village) of the importance of developing Tourism Villages by doing Community Service with the title of the activity "The Concept of Designing Tourism Villages in Cibinuang Area Kuningan District of West Java Province" . Referring to the background of existing problems, problem solving is needed for the purpose of this activity are: Designing the concept of village tourism design for the people of Cibinuang Village, Kuningan Regency, to utilize natural resources in the area, which include: Hot Springs, Campgrounds, Sacred / Ancient Tombs. Creating a Tourism Village Study Plan for Cibinuang Village Community, Kuningan District to realize the Village program.Desa Cibinuang merupakan salah satu daerah yang terletak di Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan. Desa Cibinuang memiliki sumberdaya alam yang banyak dan berfariasi. Dalam proses kegiatan pengembangan Desa wisata Cibinuang belum sepenuhnya menggunakan konsep wisata yang terinci. Perkembangan konsep pariwisata di Desa Cibinuang tidak luput dari adanya sumberdaya alam yang memadai dan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Ketersediaan sumber alam dan pemanfaatannya di Desa Cibinuang, sekalipun sederhana dan terbatas, akan dapat meningkatkan kualitas desa serta menjadi sumber peningkatan SDM bagi masyarakat. Dalam hal peningkatan ekonomi, pengetahuan, dan daya tarik pariwisata. Upaya perancangan konsep desa wisata, dalam peningkatan kemampuan masyarakat desa dalam bidang pariwisata diperlukan suatu konsep desain yang utuh untuk mewujudkannya. Dipahami bersama bahwa salah satu wujud nyata kiprah Perguruan Tinggi selain pendidikan dan penelitian adalah kegiatan Pengabdian dan Pelayanan kepada Masyarakat, hal ini sesuai dengan apa yang diamanatkan dalam UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional pasal 24 (2) yang menyatakan ; “Perguruan tinggi memiliki otonomi untuk mengelola sendiri lembaganya sebagai pusat penyelenggaraan pendidikan tinggi, penelitian ilmiah, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat”. Sebagai langkah kongkrit Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Kuningan dengan core Desain Komunikasi Visual, mencoba untuk merespon kebutuhan masyarakat (Desa Cibinuang) akan pentingnya pengembangan Desa Wisata dengan melakukan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan judul kegiatan “Konsep Perancangan Desa Wisata Di Daerah Cibinuang Kabupaten Kuningan Provinsi Jawa Barat”. Mengacu pada latar belakang permasalahan yang ada maka dibutuhkan pemecahan masalah untuk tujuan kegiatan ini adalah: Merancang konsep Desain desa wisata bagi Masyarakat Desa Cibinuang, Kabupaten Kuningan, untuk memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada di daerahnya, yaitu meliputi: Sumber Air Panas, Bumi Perkemahan, Makam Keramat/Kuno. Membuat StudyPlan Desa Wisata bagi Masyarakat Desa Cibinuang, Kabupaten Kuningan untuk mewujudkan program Desa.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. The Village

MODEL OF EMPOWERMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL RESOURCE POTENTIAL IN KANGKUNG VILLAGE, MRANGGEN SUBDISTRICT, DEMAK REGENCY IN ORDER TO CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVING THE STANDARD OF LIVING OF COMMUNITIES. Kangkung Village is located in Mranggen Subdistrict, Demak Regency, Central Java and rich in natural resources and other potentials. However, the local potentials are not well utilized due to lack of funding, technology, skill, and knowledge of the communities. Some sectors such as farming or gardening have been the main source of income for most of the villagers even though the disparity between village and cities is increasing. The purpose of this community service is to empower the community to realize their potential and to take action and move together for the prosperity of all villagers. Methods used to obtain the objective were socialization and assistance. The result of the community service was the identification of problems, solutions, and potential in Kangung Village. Furthermore, the community realized that local resource potential does not rely on natural resources only but more to human resources that they are motivated to improve their potential. In conclusion, socialization and assistance are needed by the village to realize their potential and must be done continuously and the collaboration between the community and village administrators is highly necessary to improve the standard of living.

Danen is located in Sumberadi village, Mlati sub-district, Sleman district, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) Province. This hamlet has the potential of good natural resources and human resources especially active youth. However, this potential is not balanced with the attitude of people who are less concerned about the environment (pro-environment). The presence of littering and degradation of watersheds is a form of the necessity of planting a pro-environment attitude of the community. The development of tourist village "kampoeng kalen" is one of the right solutions in accordance with the potential owned by the hamlet. Through the development of tourist village "kampoeng kalen", youths move to be pro-environment agents for the whole village community in particular and the village in general. The method of implementation of this program is in the form of counseling, education, and continuous facilitation. The successful development of tourist village "kampoeng kalen" in instilling a pro-environment attitude is characterized by the state of the environment is more beautiful and community activities that pay more attention to aspects of concern for the environment.

Community Service Activities (PKM) have become part of the Tridarma of Higher Education. The Cikoleang Region, Pabuaran Village, West Java, there are houses of worship of different religions and live side by side, but the surrounding communities are still closed and unknown to others. This PKM activity provides insight into how the basic concept of a tourist village, promotion optimization of a tourist village using technology, and making food and drinks welcome and in the future is predicted to be a religious tourism village. The village has a lot of potential that can be developed. In many records, there are three main potentials that villages have in general. First, natural resources, second agricultural products and third potential for local wisdom and culture, where these three potentials can support the development of a tourist village. Since the enactment of Law Number 6 Year 2014 Regarding Villages, there has been a massive movement carried out by various groups to awaken the village's potential. The authority of the village government to develop its territory is wide open, but this spirit requires the participation of all components of the village community and synergy with various groups in a sustainable manner. Based on these matters, the Community Service Team of the University of Baturaja, through the Mitra Village Assistance Program, the Director of Research and Community Service of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education carried out development assistance activities in Sipatuhu Village, Banding Agung District, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan, South Sumatra Province becoming a souvenir center village and souvenirs in the Lake Ranau tourist area, through excavating village potentials and enhancing the capacity of governance of the Village Owned Enterprises. Dalam banyak catatan, ada tiga potensi utama yang dimiliki desa pada umumnya. Pertama, sumber daya alam, kedua hasil-hasil pertanian dan ketiga potensi kearifan lokal dan budaya, di mana ketiga potensi ini dapat menunjang pengembangan menjadi desa wisata. Sejak diberlakukannya Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa, terjadi pergerakan yang begitu massif yang dilakukan berbagai kalangan untuk membangkitkan potensi-potensi yang dimiliki desa. Kewenangan pemerintah desa untuk mengembangkan wilayahnya semakin terbuka lebar, tetapi semangat ini memerlukan partisipasi seluruh komponen masyarakat desa dan sinergi dengan berbagai kalangan secara berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut, Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Universitas Baturaja, melalui Program Pendampingan Desa Mitra, Direktur Riset dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Kementerian Riset, Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi (PPDM-DRPM Kemristekdikti) menjalankan kegiatan pedampingan pengembangan Desa Sipatuhu, Kecamatan Banding Agung, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan menjadi desa sentra souvenir dan oleh-oleh di kawasan wisata Danau Ranau, melalui penggalian potensi desa dan peningkatan kapasitas tata kelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes).

AbstrakTujuan yang ingin dicapai pada program Kuliah Kerja Nyata-Pembelajaran Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (KKN-PPM) Universitas Gajah Putih Takengon Tahun 2018 di Desa Simpur adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat di bidang pertanian dan peternakan sesuai dengan potensi sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki Desa Simpur. Meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dengan memaksimalkan potensi pertanian dan peternakan yang terdapat di Desa Simpur dengan beberapa program yakni pembuatan kompos dari kotoran sapi, penyusunan ransum ternak sapi dan pembuatan ransum fermentasi, pembuatan perangkap hama, penanaman cabe kopay tumpang sari dengan bawang merah. Menciptakan kemandiriaan energi dengan pembuatan instalasi biogas karena Desa Simpur belum semua lokasi dialiri listrik PLN. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah 1)Penyuluhan, 2)Demontrasi, 3)Membuat kebun percontohan, 4)Pratek langsung, 5)Mengadakan monitoring, evaluasi perkembangan setiap program yang dijalankan secara berkala.Kata kunci : Pemberdayaan masyarakat, cabe kopay, perangkap hama, kompos, biogas.AbstractThe aim to be achieved in the Takengon Gajah Putih University Community Service Program activities in 2018 in Desa Simpur is community empowerment in agriculture and livestock in accordance with the potential of natural resources and human resources owned by the village of Simpur. Improving the economy of the community by maximizing the potential of agriculture and livestock in Simpur Village with several programs namely composting from cow dung, compiling cattle rations and making fermentation rations, natural pest control, planting Kopay Chilli intercropping with shallots. Creating energy independence by making biogas installations because the village of Simpur has not been electrified by PLN. Improve the performance of village officials by computer training and making village websites. The methods used to achieve these objectives are 1) Counseling 2) Demonstration and Experiments 3) Making Kopay Chilli Pilot Gardens 4) Direct Pratek 5) Conducting monitoring, evaluating the progress of each program that is run regularly.Keywords: community empowerment, Kopay chili, pest traps, compost, biogas.

The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling and dissemination of the establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) with all formal legal aspects and the development of BUM Desa empowerment. Including Mendak Village, Dagangan Subdistrict, Madiun Regency, which has the potential of superior products in the form of fruit plants and natural tourism potential such as Watu Rumpuk tourist destinations. The implementation of community service is carried out by using methods of counseling or legal communication both directly and indirectly.Referring to the laws and regulations the establishment of BUM Desa as a village economic institution must have a strong legal basis. Where the BUM Desa privilege is located in 1) the formation of sufficient Perdes, 2) the highest authority in the hands of the Musdes, 3) ownership of at least 60% of the village government. These three things are to maintain the sovereignty of the establishment and management of BUM Desa in the hands of the villagers. There are three factors that influence the success of BUM Desa. Managing Homestay Training in the Tourism Village of Donokerto. Donokerto Village is one of the pioneering tourist villages that has quite a good potential in terms of the diversity of tourist attractions. In addition to tourist attractions, as the main factor triggering a visit, Homestay is one of the main sources of income which is very strategic to be taken into account in every management of a tourist village. Remembering Homestay is a basic need for every tourist who wants to visit to enjoy the attraction of the village in a long time As a tourism village that is being pioneered, Donokerto Village does not yet have human resources or a community that understands the ins and outs of Homestay management. Therefore, AMPTA Yogyakarta College of Tourism in collaboration with PUM Netherlands Senior Experts held community service with the theme "Training of Managing Homestays in Donokerto Village". The community service activities were carried out using the presentation method and then followed by a panel discussion. The recommendation from this community service activity is that proper homestay management is a crucial factor in creating a safe, comfortable and tourist-friendly tourist village. Community service (PKM) is an integral part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which in its implementation is inseparable from the other two dharmas, and involves all members of the academic community: lecturers, students, education staff and alumni. Through PKM the academic community can be present in the midst of the community.The location of Nurul Ihsan Foundation is sufficient to enter the village, so that not many people know of its existence. Even though the Foundation has been established since 1994. Besides educational activities (pesantren), Nurul Ihsan Orphanage also organizes skills training for foster children and the surrounding community to cultivate talents and provide them with certain skills for the future. The number of activities above, the need to continue to develop skills is a matter that has always been championed by the management of the Nurul Ihsan Orphanage Foundation and other institutions. To meet these needs, strategic marketing management counseling is carried out so that the name Nurul Ihsan Foundation is increasingly known to the wider community. It is hoped that more donors will continue to help fulfill the education of the students and orphans at the Nurul Iksan Foundation. One solution that resulted from this outreach was about marketing media and marketing personnel that must be owned by the Nurul Iksan Foundation. PKM with the title: "Counseling Strategic Marketing Management in the Development of the Nurul Iksan Foundation" in general went smoothly and impressively. The students and the foundation's management were very enthusiastic in listening to the explanation of the material provided. This is illustrated by the many questions raised and two-way discussions that occur. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan kegiatan yang menjadi salah satu pilar tegaknya Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Dengan melaksanakan kegiatan ini, institusi pendidikan tinggi secara langsung mendharmakan dirinya memberikan solusi-solusi untuk masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan program Pendampingan dengan kasus yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi lapangan masing-masing IKM. Lokasi pengabdian adalah sekelompok industri makanan yang berada di seputaran Desa Kecamatan Godean Kabupaten Sleman. Atas saran dan arahan kelompok, sebagai sasaran khusus dipilih Kelompok PKK dengan beragam kondisi dan kemampuan produksi dengan harapan Kelompok tersebut dapat menjadi agent of change bagi kelompok yang lain. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan masyarakat adalah, Kesadaran yang rendah terhadap pentingnya keselamatan kerja, Belum adanya perencanaan produksi yang tersistematis, Proses produksi yang masih menggunakan alat tradisional, Tempat kerja yang tidak higienis dan tidak ergonomis, Luas lantai produksi yang tidak optimal, Utilisasi peraalatan yang rendah, Produktivitas rendah Kata kunci: IKM, industri makanan, Produktifitas. Community service is an activity that is one of the pillars of upholding the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. By carrying out this activity, the higher education institution directly dedicates itself to providing solutions for the community. Community service is carried out with the Assistance program with cases adapted to the field conditions of each IKM. The service location is a group of food industries located around the village of Godean District, Sleman Regency.
