Danen is located in Sumberadi village, Mlati sub-district, Sleman district, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) Province. This hamlet has the potential of good natural resources and human resources especially active youth. However, this potential is not balanced with the attitude of people who are less concerned about the environment (pro-environment). The presence of littering and degradation of watersheds is a form of the necessity of planting a pro-environment attitude of the community. The development of tourist village "kampoeng kalen" is one of the right solutions in accordance with the potential owned by the hamlet. Through the development of tourist village "kampoeng kalen", youths move to be pro-environment agents for the whole village community in particular and the village in general. The method of implementation of this program is in the form of counseling, education, and continuous facilitation. The successful development of tourist village "kampoeng kalen" in instilling a pro-environment attitude is characterized by the state of the environment is more beautiful and community activities that pay more attention to aspects of concern for the environment.

Micro Small Business (UMK) is an important business in village development. Micro Small Business, hereinafter referred to as UMK, has a very strategic role in supporting village economic development, and also national economy, because in this UMK activity it can save a lot of manpower from the village community itself, and UMK activities can assist in the distribution of results. village development. In addition, UMK activities can help to exploit the potentials in the village, starting from its natural resources, as well as the potential of its human resources. In the village of Mulyodadi, Mulyoayu, Sidoarjo Regency, the village community has the potential to make a bakery product named RoGoDi (Mulyodadi Fried Bread). With the presence of RoGoDi (Mulyodadi Fried Bread) in the village community Mulyodadi can exploit the potentials in the village. By utilizing natural resources consisting of bananas and supported by human resources who process natural resources, this is what makes RoGoDi (Mulyodadi Fried Bread) a typical product of Micro Small Enterprises (MSEs) in the Village of Mulyodadi.Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) merupakan suatu usaha yang penting di dalam pembangunan desa. Usaha Mikro Kecil yang selanjutnya akan disingkat dengan UMK memiliki peran yang sangat strategis dalam mendukung pembangunan ekonomi desa, bahkan ekonomi nasional karena dalam kegiatan UMK ini dapat menyerap banyak tenaga kerja dari masyarakat desa itu sendiri, serta kegiatan UMK dapat berperan dalam pendistribusian hasil-hasil pembangunan desa. Selain itu, kegiatan UMK dapat membantu memanfaatkan potensi-potensi yang ada di desa tersebut, mulai dari sumber daya alamnya, serta potensi sumber daya manusianya. Di Desa Mulyodadi, Mulyoayu, Kabupaten Sido-arjo, masyarakat desa tersebut memiliki potensi membuat sebuah produk roti yang diberi nama RoGoDi (Roti Goreng Mulyodadi). Dengan adanya RoGoDi (Roti Goreng Mulyodadi) ini masyarakat desa Mulyodadi dapat memanfaatkan potensi-potensi yang ada di desa tersebut. Dengan meman-faatkan sumber daya alam berupa pisang dan didukung dengan sumber daya manusia yang mengo-lah sumber daya alam tersebut menjadikan RoGoDi (Roti Goreng Mulyodadi) sebagai suatu produk khas dari Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) di Desa Mulyodadi.

 AbstrctThis research is in the background by article 69 paragraph (4) of Law No. 6 of 2014 about Village Juncto Article 8 Regulation of the Minister of Villages, development of disadvantaged regions, and transmigration number 1 year 2015 about the Authority guidelines based on rights of origin and local authority of the village scale that gives authority to the village to arrange its own space based on the right of origin Although this rule has long been applied, in fact it is very rare that villages make village regulations on spatial planning. Village authority in the arrange­ment of space implemented based on the right of origin of the village and local authority of the village scale arranged in reference to the village's Medium term development plan (RPJM Des), the Village deve­lop­ment work plan (RKP Des). This authority is the original autho­rity mandated by the village LAW. This authority has not been effective due to lack of human resources; No technical guidance to the village gover­nment; The amount of budget required; And the absence of regulations governing the authority of the village and the mechanism for the arran­ge­ment of rural spaces is clearer. The arrangement of this Regulation in fact is difficult to implement because there is no technical guidance on the village government because the district government considers the village does not need its own space arrangement; The absence of coor­di­nation with the District government; and unavail­abi­lity of human re­sour­ces.  The authority of this village room arrangement can acco­mmo­date the aspirations of the village community in accor­dance with local culture but if the coordination is not going well it will cause various problems. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh Pasal 69 ayat (4) Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa juncto Pasal 8 Peraturan Menteri Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal, dan Transmigrasi Nomor 1 Tahun 2015 tentang Pedoman Kewenangan Berdasarkan Hak Asal Usul dan Kewenangan Lokal Berskala Desa yang memberikan kewenangan kepada desa untuk mengatur penataan ruangnya sendiri berdasarkan hak asal usul dan kewenangan lokal berskala desa. Meskipun peraturan ini sudah lama diterapkan, nyatanya sangat jarang sekali desa yang membuat peraturan desa mengenai tata ruang. Kewenangan desa dalam penataan ruang dilaksanakan berdasarkan hak asal usul desa dan kewenangan lokal berskala desa yang disusun mengacu pada Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Desa (RPJM Des), Rencana Kerja Pem­bangunan Desa (RKP Des). Kewenangan ini merupakan kewe­nangan asli yang diamanatkan oleh UU Desa. Kewenangan ini belum berjalan efektif karena kurangnya sumber daya manusia; belum adanya bimbingan teknis terhadap pemerintah desa; besarnya anggaran yang dibutuhkan; serta belum adanya peraturan yang mengatur kewenangan desa dan meka­nisme penyusunan penataan ruang desa yang lebih jelas. Penyu­sunan peraturan ini nyatanya sulit dilaksanakan karena belum ada­nya bim­bingan teknis terhadap pemerintah desa karena pemerintah keca­matan menganggap desa belum memerlukan pengaturan ruangnya sendiri; belum adanya koordinasi bersama pemerintah kabupaten; dan tidak tersedianya sumber daya manusia.  Kewenangan penataan ruang desa ini dapat menampung aspirasi masyarakat desa sesuai dengan budaya lokalnya akan tetapi jika koordinasi tidak berjalan dengan baik maka akan menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan.

Cibinuang Village is an area located in Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency. Cibinuang Village has many and varied natural resources. In the process of development activities Cibinuang tourism village has not fully used the detailed concept of tourism. The development of the concept of tourism in the Village of Cibinuang did not escape the existence of adequate natural resources and quality human resources. The availability of natural resources and their use in Cibinuang Village, even if simple and limited, will be able to improve the quality of the village and be a source of increased human resources for the community. In terms of improving the economy, knowledge and attractiveness of tourism. Efforts to design the concept of a tourist village, in improving the ability of rural communities in the field of tourism required a whole design concept to make it happen. It is understood together that one of the concrete manifestations of Higher Education gait besides education and research is Community Service and Service activities, this is in accordance with what is mandated in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning National Education System article 24 (2) which states; "Universities have the autonomy to manage their own institutions as centers for the administration of higher education, scientific research, and community service." As a concrete step Faculty of Computer Science, Kuningan University with the core of Visual Communication Design, trying to respond to the needs of the community (Cibinuang Village) of the importance of developing Tourism Villages by doing Community Service with the title of the activity "The Concept of Designing Tourism Villages in Cibinuang Area Kuningan District of West Java Province" . Referring to the background of existing problems, problem solving is needed for the purpose of this activity are: Designing the concept of village tourism design for the people of Cibinuang Village, Kuningan Regency, to utilize natural resources in the area, which include: Hot Springs, Campgrounds, Sacred / Ancient Tombs. Creating a Tourism Village Study Plan for Cibinuang Village Community, Kuningan District to realize the Village program.Desa Cibinuang merupakan salah satu daerah yang terletak di Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan. Desa Cibinuang memiliki sumberdaya alam yang banyak dan berfariasi. Dalam proses kegiatan pengembangan Desa wisata Cibinuang belum sepenuhnya menggunakan konsep wisata yang terinci. Perkembangan konsep pariwisata di Desa Cibinuang tidak luput dari adanya sumberdaya alam yang memadai dan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Ketersediaan sumber alam dan pemanfaatannya di Desa Cibinuang, sekalipun sederhana dan terbatas, akan dapat meningkatkan kualitas desa serta menjadi sumber peningkatan SDM bagi masyarakat. Dalam hal peningkatan ekonomi, pengetahuan, dan daya tarik pariwisata. Upaya perancangan konsep desa wisata, dalam peningkatan kemampuan masyarakat desa dalam bidang pariwisata diperlukan suatu konsep desain yang utuh untuk mewujudkannya. Dipahami bersama bahwa salah satu wujud nyata kiprah Perguruan Tinggi selain pendidikan dan penelitian adalah kegiatan Pengabdian dan Pelayanan kepada Masyarakat, hal ini sesuai dengan apa yang diamanatkan dalam UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional pasal 24 (2)  yang menyatakan ; “Perguruan tinggi memiliki otonomi untuk mengelola sendiri lembaganya sebagai pusat penyelenggaraan pendidikan tinggi, penelitian ilmiah, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat”. Sebagai langkah kongkrit Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Kuningan dengan core Desain Komunikasi Visual, mencoba untuk merespon kebutuhan masyarakat (Desa Cibinuang) akan pentingnya pengembangan Desa Wisata dengan melakukan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan judul kegiatan “Konsep Perancangan Desa Wisata Di Daerah Cibinuang Kabupaten Kuningan Provinsi Jawa Barat”. Mengacu pada latar belakang permasalahan yang ada maka dibutuhkan pemecahan masalah untuk tujuan kegiatan ini adalah:  Merancang konsep Desain desa wisata bagi Masyarakat Desa Cibinuang, Kabupaten Kuningan, untuk memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada di daerahnya, yaitu meliputi: Sumber Air Panas, Bumi Perkemahan, Makam Keramat/Kuno. Membuat StudyPlan Desa Wisata bagi Masyarakat Desa Cibinuang, Kabupaten Kuningan untuk mewujudkan program Desa.

Creating superior and religious human resources is a provision for realizing civil society. The aim of this community service is to prepare superior and religious human resources in Jonjo village through various religious programs in the village. Community service was carried out by ten STIBA Makassar students. Efforts to create a superior and religious Jonjo village community through activities of 1) dirosa; 2) teaching tahsin; 3) teaching TKA / TPA; 4) sunset and dawn rituals; 5) khutbah jum'at; 6) training for organizing the body; 7) pious children festival; 8) tabligh akbar. In general, the student KKN activities of the 3rd batch of STIBA Makassar students in Jonjo Village went well and smoothly. All work programs implemented have been welcomed and enthusiastically by the government and society. The obstacle that becomes a challenge in the process of implementing work programs is that the majority of community activities work as farmers in rice fields, making students need to manage the time for carrying out more activities at night so that the community can be more fully involved.

UU telah mengatur tentang hak untuk mengelolah potensi desa salah satunya dalam sektor pariwisata. Pembangunan desa wisata merupakan realisasi dari pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 1999 Tentang Otonomi Daerah. Pembangunan desa berbasis wisata tidak semerta-merta, melainkan perlu memperhatikan potensi desa yang ada di wilayah tersebut. Begitu pula dengan Desa Ketapanrame, kepala desa setempat menemukan ada potensi untuk dijadikan desa wisata. Dengan demikian, perangkat desa dan masyarakat bekerja sama guna merealisasikannya, salah satunya adalah Taman Ganjaran. Taman Ganjaran ini digadang-gadang menjadi alun-alun Desa Ketapanrame. Dengan adanya Taman Ganjaran ini perangkat desa berharap akan mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Ketapanrame. Selain itu, untuk kedepannya pemerintah desa juga akan membangun inovasi-inovasi lain guna tetap mempertahankan jumlah pengunjung yang datang. Kata Kunci : Pariwisata, Potensi Desa, Taman Ganjaran Abstract The law regulates the right to manage village potential, one of which is in the tourism sector. With the existence of the Ganjaran Park, village officials hope to be able to improve the economy of the Ketapanrame Village community. Lontar Tourism Village, Hendrosari Village, Menganti Subdistrict, Gresik Regency is located in the range of 15 Km from the center of Gresik. The locals are very creative by continuing their culinary innovations besides Legen and dawet siwalan to the grilled chicken menu as a companion. The community's huge interest in the typical culinary of Hendrosari Village is then continued with the development of the tourist village of Lontar Sewu Nature & Culinary Tourism Village. There is a jogging track built to cross the palm plantations, a traditional culinary center of Gresik and a tourist attraction for game rides and a great place for selfies.Physically, the development of the tourism village has been completed and began to operate, but there are still many stakeholders, especially the main activists of the Tourism Village and the community still need guidance as to how they are able to optimize the potential of the tourist village in their place through entrepreneurship. How to take the right steps so that the local wisdom of this tourism village is able to significantly strengthen the superiority of the product which is expected to be able to raise economic independence in the village of Hendrosari.This problem then became the basis of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) in Hendrosari village. Through this program, the main activists of the Tourism Village consisting of Bumdes, PKK cadres, Karang Taruna cadres and the Tourism Village Activity Organizing Committee and the community will be given a briefing to foster entrepreneurial spirit enhancing the competitiveness of MSME products, the Lontar Tourism Village, Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency .The purpose of carrying out PKM activities are; 1. Growing the entrepreneurial spirit of the community of Hendrosari village 2. Increasing the product competitiveness of the community of the village of Hendrosari. The method used is the lecture and discussion method, technology transfer and demonstration method.Through coaching in the PKM program, it is expected that the main activists in the Tourism Village and the community will be able to foster an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to increase the competitiveness of the MSME products of the Lontar Tourism village community, Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency.

This article aims to find out the developmentidea or paradigm through village financial management based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. In this study, the researcher used a normative research methodby examining the village regulations in depth. Primary legal materials are authoritatuve legal materials in the form of laws and regulations. Village dependence is the most obvious violence against village income or financial sources. Various financial assistance from the government has made the village dependent on financial sources from the government. The use of regional development funds is intended to support activities in the management of Regional Development organizations. Therefore, development funds should be managed properly and smoothly, as well as can be used effectively to increase the people economy in the regions. This research shows that the law was made to regulate and support the development of local economic potential as well as the sustainable use of natural resources and the environment, and that the village community has the right to obtain information and monitor the planning and implementation of village development.

Sektor pariwisata yang saat ini sedang banyak diminati masyarakat adalah konsep pariwisata pedesaan, seperti desa wisata. Di Gresik sendiri terdapat banyak sekali wisata yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau BUMDes seperti Desa Wisata Lontar Sewu di Desa Hendrosari. Berawal dari potensi desa yang apabila dikembangkan secara optimal dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar sehingga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyakat Desa Hendrosari. Sebab itu perlu untuk dilakukan penelitian lebih jauh mengenai pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat. Sehingga penting untuk dilakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat dimana di Desa Hendrosari terdapat sumber daya alam yang mumpuni untuk dikelola sehingga jika dikelola lebih baik bisa untuk menambah pendapatan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian menggunakan teori Pemberdayaan Masyarakat oleh Tim Delivery (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Karena pada awalnya dahulu desa hendrosari terkenal dengan desa penghasil minuman fermentasi sehingga konotasi dari Desa Hendrosari lebih ke arah negatif. Sehingga dengan adanya program kerja tersebut mampu mengubah image masyarakat tentang desa tersebut menjadi desa wisata. Masyarakat Desa Hendrosari mempunyai peran penting untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada seperti sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia. Sehingga mereka memiliki peran penting dalam tindakan pengambilan keputusan, mempengaruhi serta memberi manfaat bagi kondisi lingkungan yang ada disekitar. Pengelolaan yang baik menghasilkan tempat wisata yang dikenal dengan nama lontar sewu. Dengan adanya tempat wisata baru tersebut menghasilkan banyak pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan desa wisata lontar sewu. Kata kunci :Lontar Sewu, Desa Hendrosari, Desa Wisata, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat,   The tourism sector which is currently in great demand by the public is the concept of rural tourism, such as a tourist village. In Gresik itself, there are lots of tours developed by the Government through Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDes such as Lontar Sewu Tourism Village in Hendrosari Village. Starting from the potential of the village which, if developed optimally, can increase the income of the surrounding community so as to improve the economy of the Hendrosari Village community. Therefore it is necessary to conduct further research on the importance of community empowerment. So it is important to do community empowerment where in Hendrosari Village there are natural resources that are qualified to be managed so that if they are managed better they can increase village income. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a research focus using the theory of community empowerment by the delivery team (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Because in the beginning, Hendrosari Village was known as a village that produced fermented drinks, so the connotation of Hendrosari Village was more negative. So that the existence of this work program is able to change the image of the community about the village into a tourist village. The Hendrosari Village community has an important role to play in preserving and developing existing potentials such as natural and human resources. So that they have an important role in decision-making actions, influence and benefit the surrounding environmental conditions. Good management produces a tourist spot known as lontar sewu. With this new tourist spot, it has resulted in a lot of community empowerment through the development of the Lontar Sewu tourism village. Desa Wisata Jambu berdiri sejak tahun 2018  berlokasi di Kecamatan Kayen Kidul Kabupaten Kediri yang meraih penghargaan  nominasi kategori desa wisata terbaik 2018 dan 2019 pada Penghargaan Anugerah Desa. Pada fase awal pembangunan desa wisata menggunakan modal anggaran yang berasal dari Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, serta metode pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung turun ke lapangan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Focus penelitian ini adalah meneliti mengenai permasalahan yang diangkat yaitu sumber daya manusia yang kurang responsive terhadap pengelolaan desa wisata. Desa wisata jambu memiliki 17 spot wisata diantaranya yaitu  Kebun Bibit Kediri, Wisata Edukasi Wiwit Padi, Permainan Outbond, Wisata Tubing Niagara, Wisata Edukasi Menangkap Lele, Agrowisata Petik Kelengkeng, Agrowisata Petik Alpukat, Agrowisata Buah Lokal, Wisata Edukasi Menanam Padi, Agrowisata Okulasi dan Tabulampat, Wisata Edukasi Angon Kerbau, Edukasi Pengolakah Yogurt, Edukasi Perah Kambing Ettawa, Edukasi Pengolahan Limbah Kayu “Ask Craft”, Wisata Sungai Sejuta Ikan, Edukasi Karawitan, Pasar Papringan. Pemerintah Desa Jambu gencar mengupayakan tumbuhnya pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan mengelola desa wisata. Tujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan desa wisata Jambu yaitu untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa serta mewujudkan masyarakat desa yang mampu berdaya saing dan mandiri. Dalam proses pengelolaan desa wisata terdapat kendala atau hambatan yang terjadi yaitu tanggapan masyarakat yang tidak responsive terhadap konsep spot wisata yang sudah disepakati. Selain itu kurangnya akses sarana dan prasarana spot wisata juga menjadikan kondisi desa wisata yang tidak kondusif sehingga akan menurunkan daya tarik wisatawan. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach, and data collection methods are carried out directly in the field with interviews, observation, and documentation. The focus of this research is to examine the problems raised, namely human resources who are not responsive to the management of tourist villages. Guava tourism village has 18 tourist spots including Kediri Seed Garden, Wiwit Paddy Educational Tour, Outbound Games, Niagara Tubing Tour, Catfish Catching Educational Tour, Longan Picking Agro, Avocado Picking Agro, Local Fruit Agro Tourism, Paddy Planting Educational Tour, Grafting Agro tourism and Tabulampat, Education Tour for Buffalo Angon, Education for Yogurt Processing, Education for Ettawa Goat Milk, Education for Making Rengginang, Education for Wood Waste Processing “Ask Craft”, One Million Fish River Tour, Education for Karawitan, Papringan Market. The Jambu Village Government is aggressively seeking the growth of community empowerment by managing a tourist village. The purpose of community empowerment through the management of the Jambu tourism village is to improve the economy of the village community and create a village community that is able to be competitive and independent. In the process of managing a tourism village, there are obstacles or obstacles that occur, namely the response of the community that is not responsive to the agreed tourist spot concept. In addition, the lack of access to tourist spot facilities and infrastructure also makes the condition of the tourist village not conducive so that it will reduce the attractiveness of tourists. Candisari Village is one of the villages in Sambeng Lamongan District. Candisari village has the potential for the development of tourism with historical branding. The village has a collective memory of the community which, if recorded and retold, will be interesting for educational materials, culinary tourism, forest land in some parts can be developed into an outbound arena, as well as other community activities ie, having a typical papaya production called calina, a sugar cane processing factory brown sugar, and one of the KKN BBM programs that started with the planting of oyster mushrooms and hydproponic vegetables. The various potentials are at least a capital for Candisari Village in arranging it as a Tourism Village. While the main problem in the development of Candisari tourism village at present is the absence of branding and the lack of facilities or publications to introduce it to the community. The purpose of this activity is to improve and develop the potential of Candisari tourism villages to be more productive and bring economic benefits to the village community. The solution used is making brands and making marketing publications through websites and social media. At the end of the activity, the Candisari tourism village community experienced an increase in the quality of life, one of which was the village's potential and tourism.abstrakDesa Candisari merupakan salah satu desa yang terdapat di Kecamatan Sambeng Lamongan. Desa Candisari memiliki potensi untuk pengembangan wisata dengan branding sejarah. Desa memiliki memori kolektif masyarakat yang kalau dibukukan dan diceritakan ulang akan menarik untuk bahan edukasi, wisata kuliner, lahan hutan yang dibeberapa bagian bisa dikembangkan menjadi arena outbond, serta aktifitas masyarakat lainnya yakni, memiliki produksi khas buah pepaya yang disebut calina, pabrik pengolahan tebu menjadi gula merah, dan salah satu program KKN BBM yang mengawali dengan penanaman jamur tiram dan sayur hidproponik. Berbagai potensi tersebut setidaknya menjadi modal bagi Desa Candisari dalam menata sebagai Desa Wisata.Sedangkan persoalan utama dalam pengembangan desa wisata Candisari saat ini adalah masih belum adanya branding dan belum adanya sarana atau publikasi untuk mengenalkan pada masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan dan mengembangkan potensi desa wisata Candisari agar lebih produktif dan mendatangkan keuntungan secara ekonomi bagi masyarakat desa. Solusi yang digunakan adalah pembuatan brand dan pembuatan publikasi pemasaran melalui website dan media sosial. Pada akhir kegiatan, masyarakat desa wisata Candisari mengalami peningkatan kualitas hidup salah satunya dengan keberadaan potensi dan wisata desa.
