Community Service Activities (PKM) have become part of the Tridarma of Higher Education. The Cikoleang Region, Pabuaran Village, West Java, there are houses of worship of different religions and live side by side, but the surrounding communities are still closed and unknown to others. This PKM activity provides insight into how the basic concept of a tourist village, promotion optimization of a tourist village using technology, and making food and drinks welcome and in the future is predicted to be a religious tourism village. Cibinuang Village is an area located in Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency. Cibinuang Village has many and varied natural resources. In the process of development activities Cibinuang tourism village has not fully used the detailed concept of tourism. The development of the concept of tourism in the Village of Cibinuang did not escape the existence of adequate natural resources and quality human resources. The availability of natural resources and their use in Cibinuang Village, even if simple and limited, will be able to improve the quality of the village and be a source of increased human resources for the community. In terms of improving the economy, knowledge and attractiveness of tourism. Efforts to design the concept of a tourist village, in improving the ability of rural communities in the field of tourism required a whole design concept to make it happen. It is understood together that one of the concrete manifestations of Higher Education gait besides education and research is Community Service and Service activities, this is in accordance with what is mandated in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning National Education System article 24 (2) which states; "Universities have the autonomy to manage their own institutions as centers for the administration of higher education, scientific research, and community service." As a concrete step Faculty of Computer Science, Kuningan University with the core of Visual Communication Design, trying to respond to the needs of the community (Cibinuang Village) of the importance of developing Tourism Villages by doing Community Service with the title of the activity "The Concept of Designing Tourism Villages in Cibinuang Area Kuningan District of West Java Province" . Referring to the background of existing problems, problem solving is needed for the purpose of this activity are: Designing the concept of village tourism design for the people of Cibinuang Village, Kuningan Regency, to utilize natural resources in the area, which include: Hot Springs, Campgrounds, Sacred / Ancient Tombs. Creating a Tourism Village Study Plan for Cibinuang Village Community, Kuningan District to realize the Village program.Desa Cibinuang merupakan salah satu daerah yang terletak di Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan. Desa Cibinuang memiliki sumberdaya alam yang banyak dan berfariasi. Dalam proses kegiatan pengembangan Desa wisata Cibinuang belum sepenuhnya menggunakan konsep wisata yang terinci. Perkembangan konsep pariwisata di Desa Cibinuang tidak luput dari adanya sumberdaya alam yang memadai dan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Ketersediaan sumber alam dan pemanfaatannya di Desa Cibinuang, sekalipun sederhana dan terbatas, akan dapat meningkatkan kualitas desa serta menjadi sumber peningkatan SDM bagi masyarakat. Dalam hal peningkatan ekonomi, pengetahuan, dan daya tarik pariwisata. Upaya perancangan konsep desa wisata, dalam peningkatan kemampuan masyarakat desa dalam bidang pariwisata diperlukan suatu konsep desain yang utuh untuk mewujudkannya. Dipahami bersama bahwa salah satu wujud nyata kiprah Perguruan Tinggi selain pendidikan dan penelitian adalah kegiatan Pengabdian dan Pelayanan kepada Masyarakat, hal ini sesuai dengan apa yang diamanatkan dalam UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional pasal 24 (2)  yang menyatakan ; “Perguruan tinggi memiliki otonomi untuk mengelola sendiri lembaganya sebagai pusat penyelenggaraan pendidikan tinggi, penelitian ilmiah, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat”. Sebagai langkah kongkrit Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Kuningan dengan core Desain Komunikasi Visual, mencoba untuk merespon kebutuhan masyarakat (Desa Cibinuang) akan pentingnya pengembangan Desa Wisata dengan melakukan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan judul kegiatan “Konsep Perancangan Desa Wisata Di Daerah Cibinuang Kabupaten Kuningan Provinsi Jawa Barat”. Mengacu pada latar belakang permasalahan yang ada maka dibutuhkan pemecahan masalah untuk tujuan kegiatan ini adalah:  Merancang konsep Desain desa wisata bagi Masyarakat Desa Cibinuang, Kabupaten Kuningan, untuk memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada di daerahnya, yaitu meliputi: Sumber Air Panas, Bumi Perkemahan, Makam Keramat/Kuno. Membuat StudyPlan Desa Wisata bagi Masyarakat Desa Cibinuang, Kabupaten Kuningan untuk mewujudkan program Desa.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan masyarakat Desa Buluhcina tentang potensi wisata yang dapat dikembangkan serta peningkatan pengetahuan mempromosikan Desa Wisata Buluhcina melalui media sosial sehingga Desa tersebut menjadi maju dan mandiri serta kesejahteraan masyarakat meningkat. Permasalahan mitra adalah belum dikembangkannya potensi wisata yang dimiliki serta belum mempromosikan desa wisata secara optimal. Hal ini tentu saja berdampak pada rendahnya minat wisatawan berkunjung ke Desa Wisata Buluhcina. Khalayak sasaran adalah perangkat desa beserta masyarakat Desa Buluhcina. Solusi yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan dalam rangka peningkatan wawasan terkait pengembangan potensi wisata yang ada di Desa Buluhcina dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam mempromosikan wisata Desa Buluhcina melalui media sosial. Hasil yang dicapai adalah peningkatan wawasan peserta terhadap potensi wisata yang dapat dikembangkan di Desa Buluhcina dan peningkatan pengetahuan dalam mempromosikan wisata Desa Buluhcina melalui sosial media. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari antusiasme peserta pada saat pelaksanaan serta peningkatan hasil pre-test.[This program of community service aims to improve the insight of the community of Buluhcina Village about the potential of tourism that can be developed as well as increased knowledge of promoting the Village of Buluhcina through social media so that the village becomes advanced and independent and the welfare of society increases. Partner problems are not yet developed the tourism potential that is owned and has not promoted the tourist village optimally. This of course affects the low interest of tourists visiting the Tourism Village Buluhcina. The target audience is a village device along with the people of Buluhcina Village. The solution is to provide counseling in order to increase the insight related to the development of tourism potential in Buluhcina Village and increase the knowledge in promoting Buluhcina Village tourism through social media. The results achieved are increasing participants' insight into tourism potentials that can be developed in Buluhcina Village and increased knowledge in promoting the tourism of Buluhcina Village through social media. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of participants at the time of execution and improvement of pre-test results.]

This research is a descriptive observation. The purpose of writing this research is to provide insight into the development model of the Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School in West Java, especially in Bandung. The selection of the Pesantren was done purposively with the consideration that the Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School, because it has declared a progressing Modern Islamic Boarding School, must be maintained and maintained so that it becomes the character and characteristic of the Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School. This training aims to provide an overview of the concepts of improving the performance of teachersand school principals as an effort to improve human resources (HR) which is carried out througheducation and training, so that it is expected to produce high enough performance of teachers andprincipals in learning. One of the weaknesses that exist today in the world of education is the lowperformance of teachers in terms of competence and self-quality in managing classes actively andcreatively. Based on the data above, there needs to be a comprehensive effort to improve the qualityof our education. This improvement can be started from the lowest education unit, namely the schoolinstitution. The capacity of Indonesian schools needs to be increased so that they are able to face thechallenges of a much more competitive future. One way to improve school performance is to improveteacher quality. The quality of teachers can be improved by providing training and mentoring. For thisreason, as a form of Higher Education Tridharma, a Community Service Program was held with thetheme of Improving Primary School Performance through the Teacher and Principal Training Programat the As'ad Islamic Elementary School Foundation in Jambi City. The purpose of this training is toassist teachers in the development of teacher professional competencies such as updating learningmethods in class, use of learning media, etc. Through increasing the capacity of teachers through thisworkshop, it is hoped that it can improve the school's performance.

In 2013 village Batulayang subdistrick Cisarua, distric Bogor West Java into tourist village because dates from outbound managed by the local people. The purpose of this research objectives is to determine the positive impact on welfare and economic growth with the application of the concept of tourist village in the village Batulayang, Bogor Districts, West Java. Research methods that were used to the research is the quantitative methods with Cartesian used diagrams of evidence. In this research researchers uses a questionnaire that will be distributed to resident of the village of Batulayang. The result and the discussion in a quadrant I namely foreign exchange earnings having a high priority because if there are guests foreign tourists and experienced a lack of financial in rupiah, so foreign tourists can use the currencies of his country in cash and bank which is to use. In a quadrat II to, government revenues employment generation, and development of local economies in dimension which means the means the means to uphold are very important. In a quadrant III, no in other words no effect on economic growth. On quadrant IV infrastructure development in a quadrant is considered less important because tourists be preoccupied with activities in the village and the tourist will use smartphone, before going to sleep but to signal and electricity are adequate. The conclusions researchers is tourist village very helpful for the economy residents and can grow economy. As a suggestion the government can cooperate with Batulayang village and private sector to create artificial attraction in Batulayang village to build marketing in the village and increase a vacancy for local residents.

This community service aims to overcome one of the problems of the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Sirnajaya Village, Tarogong Kaler District, Garut Regency, West Java. The problem is that the quality of human resources is low in motivation and competence so that many of the businesses that are run do not operate well, one of which is the business of selling gasoline through mini gas stations. Efforts have been made to improve the operation of the mini gas station business by providing training to improve the quality of human resources in terms of financial literacy and increasing economic impetus in Sirnajaya Village. The training was given to several BUMDes management and meru is a collaboration with the Indonesian Smart Bear Foundation.

Situ Ilir Village located in Cibungbulang Subdistrict, Bogor District, West Java, which has the potential for substantial human resources for the more advanced, unfortunately majority of people's livelihood as traditional farmers. One of the potential contained in this village is oyster mushroom farm. The results of guidance and cooperation of the students of physics IPB like oyster mushroom production training has been carried out in this village, however the marketing less than the maximum. For example many young mushroom or fungus inadvertently severed by farmers to be not worth selling and discarded. By looking at this potential, then came the idea to create a health drink of the oyster mushroom. The aim of this community service are able to give the value of the oyster mushroom selling agricultural products, to increase public knowledge about the benefits of oyster mushrooms, and maximize human resources at Situ Ilir Village. The method used in this training are extension of oyster mushrooms, manufacture of health drinks, and β-glucan analysis using <em>Fourier Transform Infrared</em> (FTIR). This activity resulted in products processed from oyster mushroom as a health drink rich in β-glucan shown from the results of FTIR analysis, that can increase the sale value of the oyster mushroom and enhance the creativity of the human resources in the Situ Ilir Village, Cibungbulang Subdistrict, Bogor District, West Java.

Human resources produced by universities must be involved in increasing the nation's competitiveness. Science and technology and higher education can contribute to strengthening the economy and improving people's welfare. It is shown by the technology advantage produced and partnerships with the industrial sector. Higher education institutions in Indonesia have produced innovations that bring direct benefits to the community. Community service activities are a form of university involvement in implementing knowledge. Higher education must convince academics to think that the Tri Dharma of higher education is a package of activities and a symbol of the success of an institution as a college. Community service can empower people by applying appropriate technology, problem-solving models, and social design. Community services of higher education can produce intellectual property rights and also policy recommendations that can be applied by the community, business, industry, and government.

The village has a lot of potential that can be developed. In many records, there are three main potentials that villages have in general. First, natural resources, second agricultural products and third potential for local wisdom and culture, where these three potentials can support the development of a tourist village. Since the enactment of Law Number 6 Year 2014 Regarding Villages, there has been a massive movement carried out by various groups to awaken the village's potential. The authority of the village government to develop its territory is wide open, but this spirit requires the participation of all components of the village community and synergy with various groups in a sustainable manner. Based on these matters, the Community Service Team of the University of Baturaja, through the Mitra Village Assistance Program, the Director of Research and Community Service of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education carried out development assistance activities in Sipatuhu Village, Banding Agung District, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan, South Sumatra Province becoming a souvenir center village and souvenirs in the Lake Ranau tourist area, through excavating village potentials and enhancing the capacity of governance of the Village Owned Enterprises. Dalam banyak catatan, ada tiga potensi utama yang dimiliki desa pada umumnya. Pertama, sumber daya alam, kedua hasil-hasil pertanian dan ketiga potensi kearifan lokal dan budaya, di mana ketiga potensi ini dapat menunjang pengembangan menjadi desa wisata. Sejak diberlakukannya Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa, terjadi pergerakan yang begitu massif yang dilakukan berbagai kalangan untuk membangkitkan potensi-potensi yang dimiliki desa. Kewenangan pemerintah desa untuk mengembangkan wilayahnya semakin terbuka lebar, tetapi semangat ini memerlukan partisipasi seluruh komponen masyarakat desa dan sinergi dengan berbagai kalangan secara berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut, Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Universitas Baturaja, melalui Program Pendampingan Desa Mitra, Direktur Riset dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Kementerian Riset, Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi (PPDM-DRPM Kemristekdikti) menjalankan kegiatan pedampingan pengembangan Desa Sipatuhu, Kecamatan Banding Agung, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan menjadi desa sentra souvenir dan oleh-oleh di kawasan wisata Danau Ranau, melalui penggalian potensi desa dan peningkatan kapasitas tata kelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes).
