Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan kegiatan yang menjadi salah satu pilar tegaknya Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Dengan melaksanakan kegiatan ini, institusi pendidikan tinggi secara langsung mendharmakan dirinya memberikan solusi-solusi untuk masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan program Pendampingan dengan kasus yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi lapangan masing-masing IKM. Lokasi pengabdian adalah sekelompok industri makanan yang berada di seputaran Desa Kecamatan Godean Kabupaten Sleman. Atas saran dan arahan kelompok, sebagai sasaran khusus dipilih Kelompok PKK dengan beragam kondisi dan kemampuan produksi dengan harapan Kelompok tersebut dapat menjadi agent of change bagi kelompok yang lain. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan masyarakat adalah, Kesadaran yang rendah terhadap pentingnya keselamatan kerja, Belum adanya perencanaan produksi yang tersistematis, Proses produksi yang masih menggunakan alat tradisional, Tempat kerja yang tidak higienis dan tidak ergonomis, Luas lantai produksi yang tidak optimal, Utilisasi peraalatan yang rendah, Produktivitas rendah Kata kunci: IKM, industri makanan, Produktifitas.     Community service is an activity that is one of the pillars of upholding the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. By carrying out this activity, the higher education institution directly dedicates itself to providing solutions for the community.   Community service is carried out with the Assistance program with cases adapted to the field conditions of each IKM. The service location is a group of food industries located around the village of Godean District, Sleman Regency. Based on the group's suggestions and directions, PKK groups with various conditions and production capabilities were selected as special targets in the hope that these groups could become agents of change for other groups. The results of community assistance activities are, low awareness of the importance of work safety, absence of systematic production planning, production processes that still use traditional tools, unhygienic and un ergonomic workplaces, non-optimal production floor area, low equipment utilization. , Low productivity Key words: IKM, food industry, productivity.

The village has a lot of potential that can be developed. In many records, there are three main potentials that villages have in general. First, natural resources, second agricultural products and third potential for local wisdom and culture, where these three potentials can support the development of a tourist village. Since the enactment of Law Number 6 Year 2014 Regarding Villages, there has been a massive movement carried out by various groups to awaken the village's potential. The authority of the village government to develop its territory is wide open, but this spirit requires the participation of all components of the village community and synergy with various groups in a sustainable manner. Based on these matters, the Community Service Team of the University of Baturaja, through the Mitra Village Assistance Program, the Director of Research and Community Service of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education carried out development assistance activities in Sipatuhu Village, Banding Agung District, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan, South Sumatra Province becoming a souvenir center village and souvenirs in the Lake Ranau tourist area, through excavating village potentials and enhancing the capacity of governance of the Village Owned Enterprises. Dalam banyak catatan, ada tiga potensi utama yang dimiliki desa pada umumnya. Pertama, sumber daya alam, kedua hasil-hasil pertanian dan ketiga potensi kearifan lokal dan budaya, di mana ketiga potensi ini dapat menunjang pengembangan menjadi desa wisata. Sejak diberlakukannya Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa, terjadi pergerakan yang begitu massif yang dilakukan berbagai kalangan untuk membangkitkan potensi-potensi yang dimiliki desa. Kewenangan pemerintah desa untuk mengembangkan wilayahnya semakin terbuka lebar, tetapi semangat ini memerlukan partisipasi seluruh komponen masyarakat desa dan sinergi dengan berbagai kalangan secara berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut, Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Universitas Baturaja, melalui Program Pendampingan Desa Mitra, Direktur Riset dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Kementerian Riset, Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi (PPDM-DRPM Kemristekdikti) menjalankan kegiatan pedampingan pengembangan Desa Sipatuhu, Kecamatan Banding Agung, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan menjadi desa sentra souvenir dan oleh-oleh di kawasan wisata Danau Ranau, melalui penggalian potensi desa dan peningkatan kapasitas tata kelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes).

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. The specific objectives and targets of these community service activities are to provide counseling on the rejuvenation of oil palm and the legality of farmers' land so that there is a change in the knowledge, understanding and skills of farmers who are members of farmer groups in an effort to want to rejuvenate oil palm plants and to provide an understanding of the importance of legality Farmer's land as an inseparable part of the structure of the requirements in order to get financial assistance to rejuvenate oil palm plants. The methods used are counseling, outreach, demonstration and assistance when the extension activities take place. Counseling methods provide counseling and conduct training after counseling. The demonstration method is carried out at the time of delivery of material. Farmers immediately practiced how to rejuvenate oil palm plants, after that they were given counseling about the ways and functions of farmers' land legality and farmer group institutions in order to get funds in groups. The assistance method aims to monitor developments after counseling to farmers by involving agents of change, namely community leaders, traditional leaders, the village government and banking institutions. In general, the implementation of community service in Kerta Jaya and Tassel Jaya villages, Kempas Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency can run well and well..

Community service (PKM) is an integral part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which in its implementation is inseparable from the other two dharmas, and involves all members of the academic community: lecturers, students, education staff and alumni. Through PKM the academic community can be present in the midst of the community.The location of Nurul Ihsan Foundation is sufficient to enter the village, so that not many people know of its existence. Even though the Foundation has been established since 1994. Besides educational activities (pesantren), Nurul Ihsan Orphanage also organizes skills training for foster children and the surrounding community to cultivate talents and provide them with certain skills for the future. The number of activities above, the need to continue to develop skills is a matter that has always been championed by the management of the Nurul Ihsan Orphanage Foundation and other institutions. To meet these needs, strategic marketing management counseling is carried out so that the name Nurul Ihsan Foundation is increasingly known to the wider community. It is hoped that more donors will continue to help fulfill the education of the students and orphans at the Nurul Iksan Foundation. One solution that resulted from this outreach was about marketing media and marketing personnel that must be owned by the Nurul Iksan Foundation. PKM with the title: "Counseling Strategic Marketing Management in the Development of the Nurul Iksan Foundation" in general went smoothly and impressively. The students and the foundation's management were very enthusiastic in listening to the explanation of the material provided. This is illustrated by the many questions raised and two-way discussions that occur. Abstrak Sebagai agent of change mahasiswa dituntut tidak hanya memiliki ilmu dan keahlian sesuai dengan bidangnya, tetapi juga siap untuk terjun ke dalam masyarakat mengimplementasikan ilmu dan keterampilan yang mereka milliki, membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan riil yang sedang dihadapi masyarakat atau memberi pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat supaya mereka bisa hidup lebih baik. Untuk memenuhi tuntutan tersebut institut teknologi sepuluh nopember (ITS) menyelenggarakan program kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) kepada mahasiswa. Sesuai dengan wilayah keilmuan mahasiswa yang berbasis pada teknologi dan aplikasinya, maka kegiatan KKN juga bertema teknologi serta aplikasinya sehingga kegiatan-kegiatan KKN di dalam masyarakat juga tidak lepas dari tema teknologi dan aplikasinya. Dengan demikian, KKN ITS menjadi sarana yang tepat untuk membantu masyarakat menghadapi era revolusi industri sekarang ini di mana teknologi dan aplikasinya menjadi inti keberlangsungannya. Kata Kunci: pemberdayaan masyarakat, KKN tematik, penerapan teknologi, revolusi industri Abstract As agents of change, students are required not only to have knowledge and expertise in their fields, but they must also be ready to be in the community to implement the knowledge and skills they have, help solve real problems faced by the community or provide knowledge and skills to the community so they can lead better life. To meet these goals, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November (ITS) conducted community service program (KKN) for students to communities. In line with ITS students’ background, the themes of KKN were related with technology and its applications, so that the KKN activities in the community were also inseparable from the theme of technology and its application. Thus, KKN ITS is the right medium to help the community in facing the current era of the industrial revolution in which technology and its application serve as its core. The implementation of Presidential Decree number 8 year 2012 about Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI) and Act number 14 year 2005 about teacher and lecturer, requires reorganization and qualification development of the higher education institution which run a program for education and administratif staf education (LPTK) as well as all instruments within it. Course changing as an academic effort in the education institution should be designed sistematically by considering the constitution as well as to accomdate the needs. This research is a qualitatif research using careful tracing toward various documents related to the transformation of the course Integrative Teaching Experience and Community Service (PPL KKN) into Internship II in the Faculty of Tarbiyah and education, as well as interview, documentation, and observation to the transformation process. Researcher used triangulation technique to check the data validity. The research shows that the transformation of course Integrative Teaching Experience and Community Service (PPL-KKN) into PLP II covers the vision and mision, aim, advantage, outline changes, organiser, implementation mechanism, and evaluation.

ABSTRAKKegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepemimpinan dan pelatihan mengenai pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan usaha ekonomi produktif kepada pemuda Karang Taruna Desa Sukamanis, Kecamatan Kadudampit, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pertama dengan observasi langsung yaitu: pengabdi langsung datang ke lokasi pengabdiaan untuk memperoleh data. Hal ini kami lakukan pada saat menjelang maupun saat kegiatan berlangsung. Observasi berguna untuk mengetahui kondisi dan kebutuhan yang diperlukan oleh Karang Taruna terutama untuk peningkatan sikap leadership dan juga kewirausahaan bagi para anggota Karang Taruna. Observasi sangat penting untuk mewujudkan kesuksesan kegiatan pengabdiaan masyarakat itu sendiri. Metode kedua adalah melakukan pelatihan mengenai kepemimpinan dan juga kewirausahaan, memberikan cara-cara untuk membentuk sikap kepemimpinan yang baik, memberikan tips untuk menjadi seoarang wirausahaan yang sukses. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan kepemimpinan dalam kewirausahaan ini sangat bermanfaat karena dapat menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan para pemuda Karang Taruna, ditambah dengan dukungan dari Kepala Desa Sukamanis sehingga para pemuda Karang Taruna sangat antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan kepemimpinan dan kewirausahaan.ABSTRACTThis activity aims to provide leadership training and training on community empowerment through the development of productive economic enterprises for youth youth in Sukamanis Village, Kadudampit District, Sukabumi Regency. The method used in community service is first by direct observation, namely: servants directly come to the service location to obtain data. We did this before and during the activity. Observation is useful to find out the conditions and needs needed by  youth, especially for improving leadership and entrepreneurial attitudes for members of youth organizations. Observation is very important to realize the success of community service activities themselves. The second method is conducting training on leadership and entrepreneurship, providing ways to shape good leadership attitudes, giving tips for becoming a successful entrepreneur. The results of leadership training activities in entrepreneurship are very useful because they can add insight and knowledge to youth youth organizations, coupled with the support of the Village Head Sukamanis in providing support so that youth youth are very enthusiastic in participating in leadership and entrepreneurship training.

Cibinuang Village is an area located in Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency. Cibinuang Village has many and varied natural resources. In the process of development activities Cibinuang tourism village has not fully used the detailed concept of tourism. The development of the concept of tourism in the Village of Cibinuang did not escape the existence of adequate natural resources and quality human resources. The availability of natural resources and their use in Cibinuang Village, even if simple and limited, will be able to improve the quality of the village and be a source of increased human resources for the community. In terms of improving the economy, knowledge and attractiveness of tourism. Efforts to design the concept of a tourist village, in improving the ability of rural communities in the field of tourism required a whole design concept to make it happen. It is understood together that one of the concrete manifestations of Higher Education gait besides education and research is Community Service and Service activities, this is in accordance with what is mandated in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning National Education System article 24 (2) which states; "Universities have the autonomy to manage their own institutions as centers for the administration of higher education, scientific research, and community service." As a concrete step Faculty of Computer Science, Kuningan University with the core of Visual Communication Design, trying to respond to the needs of the community (Cibinuang Village) of the importance of developing Tourism Villages by doing Community Service with the title of the activity "The Concept of Designing Tourism Villages in Cibinuang Area Kuningan District of West Java Province" . Referring to the background of existing problems, problem solving is needed for the purpose of this activity are: Designing the concept of village tourism design for the people of Cibinuang Village, Kuningan Regency, to utilize natural resources in the area, which include: Hot Springs, Campgrounds, Sacred / Ancient Tombs. Creating a Tourism Village Study Plan for Cibinuang Village Community, Kuningan District to realize the Village program.Desa Cibinuang merupakan salah satu daerah yang terletak di Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan. Desa Cibinuang memiliki sumberdaya alam yang banyak dan berfariasi. Dalam proses kegiatan pengembangan Desa wisata Cibinuang belum sepenuhnya menggunakan konsep wisata yang terinci. Perkembangan konsep pariwisata di Desa Cibinuang tidak luput dari adanya sumberdaya alam yang memadai dan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Ketersediaan sumber alam dan pemanfaatannya di Desa Cibinuang, sekalipun sederhana dan terbatas, akan dapat meningkatkan kualitas desa serta menjadi sumber peningkatan SDM bagi masyarakat. Dalam hal peningkatan ekonomi, pengetahuan, dan daya tarik pariwisata. Upaya perancangan konsep desa wisata, dalam peningkatan kemampuan masyarakat desa dalam bidang pariwisata diperlukan suatu konsep desain yang utuh untuk mewujudkannya. Dipahami bersama bahwa salah satu wujud nyata kiprah Perguruan Tinggi selain pendidikan dan penelitian adalah kegiatan Pengabdian dan Pelayanan kepada Masyarakat, hal ini sesuai dengan apa yang diamanatkan dalam UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional pasal 24 (2)  yang menyatakan ; “Perguruan tinggi memiliki otonomi untuk mengelola sendiri lembaganya sebagai pusat penyelenggaraan pendidikan tinggi, penelitian ilmiah, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat”. Sebagai langkah kongkrit Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Kuningan dengan core Desain Komunikasi Visual, mencoba untuk merespon kebutuhan masyarakat (Desa Cibinuang) akan pentingnya pengembangan Desa Wisata dengan melakukan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan judul kegiatan “Konsep Perancangan Desa Wisata Di Daerah Cibinuang Kabupaten Kuningan Provinsi Jawa Barat”. Mengacu pada latar belakang permasalahan yang ada maka dibutuhkan pemecahan masalah untuk tujuan kegiatan ini adalah:  Merancang konsep Desain desa wisata bagi Masyarakat Desa Cibinuang, Kabupaten Kuningan, untuk memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada di daerahnya, yaitu meliputi: Sumber Air Panas, Bumi Perkemahan, Makam Keramat/Kuno. Membuat StudyPlan Desa Wisata bagi Masyarakat Desa Cibinuang, Kabupaten Kuningan untuk mewujudkan program Desa.

AbstrakSalah satu agenda utama bagi pembangunan nasional adalah sektor ekonomi, khususnya kewirausahaan. Oleh karena itu, pada beberapa skim pengabdian kepada masyarakat peningkatan sektor kewirausahaan atau UMKM digalakkan untuk dapat dikembangankan kepada masyarakat. Harapannya, dengan munculnya pewirausaha-pewirausaha baru, sektor ekonomi masyarakat tumbuh dan semakin mapan, maka sektor lainya seperti pendidikan dan kesehatan dapat semakin terjamin. Berbagai pihak diharapkan menjadi agent of change bagi peningkatan di sektor ekonomi dan UMKM ini. Melalui program KKN PPM, tim Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro mencoba menjadi agen untuk menumbuhkan pewirausaha-pewirausaha baru dengan target khusus yaitu pemuda-pemudi di Kampung Pujokerto Kecamatan Trimurjo Lampung Tengah. Alasan dipilihnya lokasi ini adalah karena sebagian besar pemuda dan pemudi di Kampung ini merupakan petani turun temurun, yang dipandang dari sisi orientasi kewirausahaannya masih cukup rendah. Metode yang dilaksanakan pada pengabdian ini adalah pendekatan secara personal, FGD, studi banding, dan pelaksanaan kewirausahaan. Hasil pengabdiannya adalah terbentuknya kelompok kewirsausahaan berbasis pemuda yang diberinama Usaha Muda Mudi Mandiri (UM3) dan terciptanya usaha bagi kelompok berupa budi daya pembesaran dan pembenihan ikan lele, serta pelatihan pembuatan souvenir pernikahan berbahan Tali Kur.Kata Kunci: Kewirausahaan berbasis Pemuda, Kelompok wirausaha pemuda, KKN PPMAbstrakOne of the main agendas for national development is the economic sector, especially entrepreneurship. Therefore, in some community service schemes, the entrepreneurship sector or MSME sector enhancement is encouraged so that it can be developed in the community. The hope is that with the emergence of new entrepreneurs, the economic sector of society will grow and become more established, so that other sectors such as education and health can be more secure. Various parties are expected to become agents of change for improvement in the economic sector and MSMEs. Through the KKN PPM program, the University of Muhammadiyah Metro team tries to become an agent to grow new entrepreneurs with a special target, namely young people in Pujokerto Village, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung. The reason for choosing this location is because most of the youth and girls in this village are hereditary farmers, which is considered from the perspective of their entrepreneurial orientation is still quite low. The method used in this service is a personal approach, FGD, comparative studies, and the implementation of entrepreneurship. The result of this dedication was the formation of a youth-based entrepreneurship group called Usaha Muda Mudi Mandiri (UM3) and the creation of a business for the group in the form of raising and hatching catfish, as well as training in making wedding souvenirs from Tali Kur.Keywords: Youth-based entrepreneurship, youth entrepreneur groups, KKN PPM
