This study aims to analyze the influence of Covid-19 propaganda on the awareness of the people of Surabaya to participate in government work programs. The approach used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were people of the City of Surabaya, East Java, totaling 3,095,026 people, while the samples taken were 100 Surabaya people. The data source in this study is primary data where data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. Data that has been collected will be tested for validity and reliability first. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis in this study shows that there is a significant influence between Coagraphic Propaganda 19 to Awareness.

This study entitled "The Effect of Compensation on Employee Achievement at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat". The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of giving compensation to employee performance at PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat. The data used in this study is primary data with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population used is 48 employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat, using a saturated sample of 48 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis with the regression equation Y = 10,271 + 693 + e. The results obtained in this study showed an R2 value of 59.8% and a t-test of 8.270 so it can be concluded that the provision of compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee achievement at PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat, the remaining 40.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Partisipasi penyusunan anggaran berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan kota Tomohon. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Tomohon. Teknik analisis menggunakan Purposive sampling dan ada 36 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 22. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Skor hasil kuesioner diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi sederhana. Dapat dilihat bahwa nilai signifikasi 0,748 > 0,05, artinya variabel Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Berdasarkan nilai thitung sebesar 0.324 < 2.032 ttabel, artinya variabel Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Kata Kunci :Partsipasi Penyusunan Anggaran, Kinerja, Pegawai Abstract The purpose of this studied was to determine whether budgetary participation had an effect on employee performance in the education and culture office of the city of tomohon. The sample in this studied were employees of the tomohon city education and culture office. The analysis technique used purposive sampling and there were 36 respondents.The researched method used was a quantitative method. The analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis and uses the spss 22 application. This studied used a surveyed method using primary data obtained from a questionnaire. The scores from the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis method.  It could be seen that the significance value was 0.748> 0.05, which means that the variable participation in budgeting had no significant effect on employee performance.  Based on the tcount value of 0. 324 <2. 032 ttable, it means that the participation budgeting variable has not had a significant effect on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to study the level of Islamic financial literacy and public confidence in the interest in saving in Islamic banks. The variables in this study are the level of Islamic financial literacy (X1), public trust (X2), and interest in saving (Y).The method of this study is descriptive quantitative approach. The data source of this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Respondents taken are residents in the city of Bandung, with samples domiciled in the city of Bandung and at least 17 years old. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variable level of islamic financial literacy and public trust has positive effect in the interest in saving in Islamic banks. The findings in this study provide a reference to Islamic banks, the level of literacy and public trust regarding interest in saving, therefore Islamic banks must socialize to the public.

Sharia banking are interested in getting involved channeling financing to the real sector of SMEs, including Bank BNI Syariah Makassar and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of SMEs financing provided by sharia banking. Then to find out the role of sharia banking for the distribution financing for SMEs in the city of Makassar. As well as to find out the form of integration of the development of the department of sharia banking UIN Alauddin Makassar, through the distribution of financing for SMEs in sharia banking institution. This type of research is a field research, by taking data directly. The nature of the research is qualitative. The data source uses primary data and secondary data related to the research theme. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive, which describes the objects in the study. The results of this study indicate the development of the distribution of financing in sharia banking reaching 15.93 percent. Then Bank BNI Syariah and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar channeled financing to SMEs sector, reaching 20 percent. The form of integration in the development of departement sharia banking is by presenting courses on object management of financing sharia banking and courses on SMEs business.

Abstract: Competition in the increasingly stringent era of globalization companies are required to be able to win business competition with a healthy. The success of a company is determined by the extent to which leaders create and produce good employee performance to achieve predetermined goals. Providing compensation is an activity to improve employee performance. Satisfaction with compensation given by the company can influence employees to work more enthusiastically to achieve company goals. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of giving compensation to employee performance in Dafam Hotel, Pekalongan City. The method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 16.0 and data collection methods by observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires to employees of the Dafam Hotel in Pekalongan City with a total of 44 respondents using census techniques. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which has been tested using validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test can be concluded that there is a real effect between the provision of compensation on employee performance in the Dafam Hotel, Pekalongan City. Keywords: compensation, performance, employees and hotel

This research aims to know (1) the supervision of the financial influence on performance the employees, (2) Financial accountability against the influence of the performance of the employees, (3) to know how the transparency of financialmagainst the performance of the employees, and (4) the influence of supervision, accountability and transparency of financial performance against employees. This research was carried out at the Department of transportation of the city of Tidore Islands with a total population of as many as 30 people. The technique of sampling the Sampling technique using Saturated where the entire population was used as a sample to the population of less than 30 people. Types of data used in the study is quantitative data types and data sources while the primary data source. Method of data collection is done using documentation and detailed questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the program SPSS version 16.00. The results of this study suggest that (1) the supervision of the influential Financial significantly to the performance of the employees of the Department of transportation of the city of Tidore Islands, (2) significant influential financial  accountability against staff performance Department of transportation city of Tidore Islands, (3) transparency of financial no effect significantly to the performance of the City Department of Transportation employee Tidore Islands.Keywords: Supervision, Accountability, Transparency,  Employee Performance

This study aims to find out and describe the implementation of garden management policies in the City of Palangka Raya through Regional Regulation No. 03 of 2006 in order to create useful gardening conditions. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. In this case, the researcher wants to describe and also explain the phenomena that occur related to gardening problems that are still lacking in management. The primary data source of this research is the people of the City of Palangka Raya and the Office of Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning and Housing. The results of this study address this shows that there is still low awareness and willingness of the community to participate together in maintaining and managing parks. In addition, the communication, supervision and human resources factors that are owned by the related Office as the implementation of the policy to the public is felt to have not run optimally

This study was conducted to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on students’ entrepreneurship interest at semester VI Department of Information Systems Study Program Information System of Sampit Darwan Ali University Academic Year 2016/2017. This study used quantitative methods using survey technique. The subjects of the study were 92 students. Data collection techniques use a questionnaire fulfilled the requirements of validity and reliability. The technique of validity test used correlated item-total correlation and reliability test of Cronbach's alpha. In this study, the instrument used was questionnaire by using the likert scale. The data analysis technique used was a simple linear regression analysis fulfilled the analytical prerequisite, such as the test of normality, linearity and autocorrelation. This study revealed that emotional intelligence was moderate 70.65% and entrepreneurship interests were also moderate 67.39%. The result of analysis showed that there was  an influence of emotional intelligence to student entrepreneur interest. Coefficient of determination (r2) was  0.265. It meant that emotional intelligence could foster interest in entrepreneurship student.

This research aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of the Penebal Teguh Mandiri savings and loan unit on improving the economic welfare of the Penebal village community. The problem in this research is that many people still use savings and loan units towards consumptive use. The data analysis method used is a quantitative analysis using validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and the coefficient of determination using SPSS. The population used is the Penebal Village community with the criteria being the people who make loans at the Penebal Teguh Mandiri office of Penebal Village. The sample used was 174 people from the Penebal Village community. The results of this research indicate that only 38% of the level of influence of the savings and loan unit on the level of the economic welfare of the Penebal village community.

This study aims to determine the extent of: The influence of competence, independence, and auditor motivation on the quality of internal audit at BUMS and BUMN in Padang City. The population in this study are private companies and state-owned companies in the city of Padang which have several internal auditors in the company. The sample in this study were all internal auditors in private companies and state-owned companies in the city of Padang. The data source is primary data. The technique of studying data with a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Competence has a positive effect on the quality of internal audit, where the coefficient β of competence is positive at 0.092 and the t value is 1.791 with a significance value of 0.048> 0.05. (2) Independence has no significant effect on the quality of internal audit, where the independence β coefficient is negative at 0.007 and the t value is -0.135 with a significance value of 0.893> 0.05. (3) Auditor motivation has no effect on the quality of internal audit, where the coefficient β of motivation is negative at 0.058 and the t value - 0.761 with a significance value of 0.449> 0.05.
