Sharia banking are interested in getting involved channeling financing to the real sector of SMEs, including Bank BNI Syariah Makassar and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of SMEs financing provided by sharia banking. Then to find out the role of sharia banking for the distribution financing for SMEs in the city of Makassar. As well as to find out the form of integration of the development of the department of sharia banking UIN Alauddin Makassar, through the distribution of financing for SMEs in sharia banking institution. This type of research is a field research, by taking data directly. The nature of the research is qualitative. The data source uses primary data and secondary data related to the research theme. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive, which describes the objects in the study. The results of this study indicate the development of the distribution of financing in sharia banking reaching 15.93 percent. Then Bank BNI Syariah and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar channeled financing to SMEs sector, reaching 20 percent. The form of integration in the development of departement sharia banking is by presenting courses on object management of financing sharia banking and courses on SMEs business.

This research aims to know the role of BMT UGT Sidogiri been fullest or not in overcoming the negative impact of loan sharks in the region of Demak prakti East. The approach used was qualitative descriptive type approach strategy case studies. This strategy was chosen because there are things that would like to be known by researchers associated with the formulation of the problem. The required data in the research is primary data and secondary data. Technical data collection performed while field research in BMT UGT Sidogiri and around the region of Demak. Data collection is done with the interview and documentation. Supporting data come from studies and journal literature through internet searches. Data analysis technique used is the reduction of data to get a conclusion. The results obtained by researchers based on interviews that BMT has not been significantly instrumental in freeing people from the bondage of moneylenders. Inadequate efforts made BMT in freeing society from moneylenders who practices tend to be more proactive in offering their services to merchants is evidenced by the large number of traders who prefer to connect with the moneylenders.Keywords: BMT Sidogiri UGT, The Role Of BMT, The Impact Of Loan Sharks, Practices Of Moneylenders

Human life is highly dependent on natural resources. It is the main and fundamental capital to meet the needs of human life. In this regard, optimizing the use of natural resources must be achieved by considering the potential aspects, conformity sustainability, and consistency, of the benefits to realize its sustainability. To achieve this optimization required the maintenance action at the point of normal balance. This study aims to find out how the role of Local Government in optimizing the potential of tourism in Kenawa Island and what are the factors inhibiting the optimization of tourism potential in Kenawa Island. This type of research is qualitative descriptive, taking the location in Poto Tano Village Poto Tano Sub-district, West Sumbawa Regency, data source in this research is primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the research indicates that the optimization efforts undertaken by the Regional Government in developing the tourism potential of Kenawa Island are with community participation, environmental carrying capacity, promotion, the involvement of all stakeholder, local ownership involvement, resource utilization continues, accommodating community aspirations, monitoring and program evaluation, environmental accountability, community training. Kehidupan manusia sangat tergantung pada sumber daya alam. Sumber daya alam merupakan modal utama dan fundamental untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kehidupan umat manusia. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, maka optimalisasi penggunaan sumber daya alam harus dicapai dengan mempertimbangkan aspek potensi, kesesuaian, kelestarian dan konsistensi manfaat untuk mewujudkan keberlanjutannya. Untuk mencapai optimalisasi ini diperlukan adanya tindakan pemeliharaan pada titik keseimbangan yang normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran Pemerintah Daerah dalam mengoptimalisasikan potensi wisata di Pulau Kenawa serta apa saja yang menjadi faktor penghambat dalam optimalisasi potensi wisata di Pulau Kenawa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriftif kualitatif, mengambil lokasi di Desa Poto Tano Kecamatan Poto Tano Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat, sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya optimalisasi yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah dalam mengembangkan potensi wisata Pulau Kenawa adalah dengan partisipasi masyarakat, daya dukung lingkungan, promosi, keterlibatan segenap pemangku kepentingan, keterlibatan kepemilikan lokal, pemanfaatan sumber daya berlanjut, mengakomodasi aspirasi masyarakat, monitor dan evaluasi program, akuntabilitas lingkungan, pelatihan pada masyarakat.

This study aims to analyze the role of productive zakat managed by LAZ IZI, which has a role in increasing the success of mustahiq businesses in the city of Surabaya. There are five standards that can be used to measure the increase in business success of mustahiq, namely the standard of increasing capital, increasing income, increasing production, increasing the number of consumers and charity jariyah mustahiq. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The technique of collecting data uses direct interviews, documentation and observation. The analysis technique used is narrative-descriptive analysis. Then to find out the validity of the data, the researcher used the triangulation technique by cross checking the findings of primary data and secondary data. The results of this study were that the three informants experienced an increase in capital, an increase in income, an increase in production, an increase in the number of consumers and an increase in charity after receiving assistance. The informants felt the business they had run had success. The success of the informant's business can be seen from the increase in all indicators mentioned. Supervision and mentoring carried out by LAZ IZI Surabaya was felt very useful in motivating and encouraging continuous effort. This study examines the implementation of the gold gathering in Jorong Koto Gadang Nagari Simawang, Rambat District, Tanah Datar Regency in the Perspective of Fiqh Muamalah. The problem in this research is how to implement the Arisan Emas in Jorong Koto Gadang Nagari Simawang, Rambat District, Tanah Datar Regency. What are the contracts used in the implementation of this Arisan and how is the view of muamalah fiqh on the implementation of the Gold Arisan in Jorong Koto Gadang Nagari Simawang, Rambat District, Tanah Datar Regency.The research method that I use in this research is field research. While the nature of the research is qualitative descriptive, qualitative descriptive research is describing the phenomena that occur in the field as they are according to reality. As the main data source, namely people involved in the implementation of the gold gathering in Simawang Village, and as a source of data obtained include primary and secondary data, primary data sources consisting of the head of the gold arisan and 9 participants of the gold gathering while secondary data sources were obtained through a number of books, journals, articles and other reading sources to strengthen primary data. Data collection was carried out using interview and observation techniques.Based on the results of the research that the authors have done, it can be concluded that the implementation of Asrisanemas in Jorong Koto Gadang Nagari Simawang, Rambat District, Tanah Datar Regency is to use the ijarah contract and accounts payable agreement, the payment system is through the membership fees of the gold arisan, fixing the gold price according to the current gold price and giving for the chairman of the Arisan only voluntarily. In the view of fiqh muamalah, the implementation of the gold gathering that took place in Jorong Koto Gadang Nagari Simawang, Rambat Subdistrict, Tanah Datar Regency, Arisan like this is unacceptable because there is no certainty and is detrimental to one of the parties with a shortage and overpayment which is commonly referred to as usury and giving money. To the head of the arisan is a voluntary fee, the voluntary money given to the head of the arisan is considered a wage because the provisions of the muamalah for each job in muamalah are required to have a wage.

This research entitled "Small Mecca in the Land Besemah Study of the Dynamics of the Development of Islam in Pardipe Village" This study aims to explore the dynamics of the development of Islam in the village of Pardipe from the phase of the arrival of Islam to this day. This research includes field research with locations in Pardipe Village, South Dempo Sub-District, Pagaralam City, South Sumatra. This type of research uses a type of qualitative research, namely a procedure that produces qualitative descriptive data in the form of words, images, and not numbers, from people or observable behavior. While the source of data from this study is primary and secondary as for data collection in this study, the primary data source in this study is the source of data obtained through interviews and observations about the condition of the subject and object of research, secondary data sources in this study are various documents or archives, artepak, news, and books relating to problems in research. The results of this study can be concluded as follows the entry of Islam into the village of Pardipe was brought by a mubalihg named Syeh Nurqodim Al-Baharudin or better known as Puyang Awak. The dynamics that occur in the development of Islam in the village of Pardipe is like following a cycle, where there are phases appearing to develop and experience decline. There are several reasons why the village of Pardipe is referred to as the small Mecca, the first because the village was the first place for the entry of Islam on weak land. white people who often gather in the village

This research is purpose to know the role of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan in overcome fictitious investment in Bengkulu city and To know the efforts of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to protect the consumers that take fictitious investment in Bengkulu city. This research uses empirical approach, that is research in the place by using interviews to get answers about the role of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to overcome fictitious investment in Bengkulu city and the efforts of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to protect consumers that has done fictitious investment in Bengkulu City. This research uses two types of data,that is primary data and secondary data. Then, its data to be analyzed in a research report that is qualitative descriptive. The results of the research is the role of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to  overcome fictitious investment in Bengkulu City that is preventive and repressive efforts. The preventive efforts for example to socializing and educating people to alert investment and coordinating with law enforcers and other regulators. The repressive efforts, for example set up an Alert Investment task force in every area. Then the efforts of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to protect consumers that have  fictitious investment in Bengkulu City is regulated in POJK Number 1 / POJK.07 / 2013 about Perlindungan Konsumen Sektor Jasa Keuangan

<p><em>This study aims to determine the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board in supervising Sharia Savings and Loan Cooperatives (KSPPS) so that operations do not come out of sharia provisions. Sharia Supervisory Board includes legal assistants who have the duty to ensure and conduct supervision so that Sharia Financial Institutions are in sharia provisions. Savings and Loan Cooperatives and Sharia Financing are financial institutions that are socially based and in their activities are based on moral principles by considering haram and lawfulness of a business that is run in accordance with Islamic regulations. The method used to conduct this research is qualitative. The data source uses secondary data and primary data by collecting data in the form of interviews and documents. Based on the results of observations on KSPPS Berkah Abadi Gemilang that Supervision conducted by DPS there is still an obstacle that causes less optimal supervision, namely members of sharia supervisors who do not understand muamalah fiqh, mastery of economics and DPS rarely make office visits. In addition, one member of the DPS also does not yet have a certificate of proof of passing the exam from DSN-MUI or other standard certificates, in this case at least the results of the certificate provide a guarantee that the Sharia Supervisory Board has passed the feasibility test to become the Sharia Supervisory Board. KSPPS Berkah Abadi Gemilang in practice also still has errors, the Ba'I Bi'saman Ajil contract which is supposed to be a sale and purchase agreement but made as a financing and error in determining the margin based on the presentation of the money lent.</em></p>

The purpose of the research is to contribute to the development of technology in the financial sector, to give influence to the community in terms of cashless, then also to provide insight into financial technology on financial literacy by using QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian). MSME  use facilitate their business activities by implementing fintech in terms of transaction management and the role of financial technology, is the QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian) application as a means of payment. The research method used in the research on the application of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian) as a Payment Tool in digitizing MSMEs is a qualitative descriptive study using field research methods. This study uses interviews with 10 traders and 10 UMKM consumers who use QRIS. The research location is in BSD Modern Market, using non-probability techniques. Primary data taken directly from the object of research. With the direct observation method at the BSD modern market, South Tangerang with interview techniques for both consumers and traders who use QRIS as well as secondary data also obtained through various literatures. The result of the research is that QRIS as a digital payment tool for MSMEs is non-cash digital payment using Gopay, Ovo and others. QRIS has the potential to expand MSME sales, with QRIS an increase in digital sales traffic and a decrease in cash, minimizing the risk of paying counterfeit money, automatically recording transactions, building credit profiles for banks, making it easier to get working capital, payment of retribution, bills, purchasing goods in cash easily.

<p>Financing a good management is one key to the success of an educational institution to promote or increase quality. In this study, the focus of the problem is how the management of financing available to the private universities in Surabaya medium in order to improve its quality. Abstrak: Guru PAUD memiliki beragam peran seperti guru pada umumnya.  Namun pembedanya tampak pada peran guru PAUD yang bertugas mengembangkan beragam kemampuan dasar anak untuk menggali potensi anak sejak dini.  Kemampuan dasar bahasa asing pada usia ini dimulai dari pengenalan bahasa Inggris secara mendasar yakni melalui kosakata sederhana. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) mengetahui pengenalan bahasa Inggris dasar dan 2) peran guru anak usia dini dalam pengenalan bahasa Inggris RA/PAUD. Dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan serta pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif peneliti menentukan Sumber data primer nya adalah kepala RA/PAUD, sie kurikulum, serta wali peserta didik. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder adalah referensi yang relevan dengan pengenalan bahasa Inggris, peran guru, dan PAUD. Kemudian Data diperoleh melalui teknik observasi partisipatif wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi uji keabsahan data menggunakan uji credibility, transferability dan confirmability melalui reduction, display data dan conclusion drawing.Hasil yang diperoleh adalah pengenalan bahasa Inggris dasar di RA/PAUD dilakukan setiap hari menyatu dengan pembelajaran tema-tema dan sub tema dalam muatan kurikulumnya berbentuk kosakata harian dan sapaan peran guru anak usia dini dalam pengenalan bahasa Inggris dasar sangat bervariasi. Guru memiliki multi peran dalam satu waktu. Peran-peran tersebut adalah sebagai educator, mediator, observer, facilitator, motivator, administrator, dan composer. KataKunci: peran guru PAUD, pengenalan bahasa Inggris, PAUD     Abstract: Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers have various roles like teachers in general. But the difference is seen in their roles tasked with developing a variety of children's basic abilities to explore children's potential from an early age. The basic ability of foreign languages ​​at this age starts from the basic introduction of English through simple vocabulary. The purpose of this study is to: 1) determine the introduction of basic English and 2) the roles of early childhood teachers in the introduction of English in this level. By using the type of field research and the qualitative descriptive approach, the researcher determines that the primary data source is the head of the RA, curriculum courses, and guardians of students. While secondary data sources are relevant references to the introduction of English, the role of teachers, and PAUD. Then the data obtained through participatory observation techniques semi-structured interviews and documentation of data validity test using the test of credibility, transferability and confirmability through reduction, display data and conclusion drawing.The results obtained are the introduction of basic English in RA done every day together with the learning of themes and sub themes in the curriculum content in the form of daily vocabulary and the greeting of the role of early childhood teachers in the introduction of basic English varies greatly. The teacher has multiple roles at one time.
