This study aims to determine the effect of interest rates, inflation, debt to equity ratio and firm size on bond yields at companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Previous research shows different results. Therefore, it is necessary to do a research to re-examine the influence of these four variables on bond yield. The population in this study are all corporate bonds listed and traded on Indonesia Stock Exchange in period of 2010 to 2016, amounting to 584 bonds. Based on purposive sampling criteria 88 bonds were sampled. The research hypothesis was tested using multiple regression. This study concludes that interest rate has a positive effect on bond yield, debt to equity ratio negatively affect bond yield, while inflation and firm size have no effect on bond yield.

This research was aimed at analyzing the effect among bong rating, interest rate of Bank Indonesia certificate, leverage ratio, firm size, maturity, and inflation yield on corporate bonds. Yield to reseive from bond return always show fluctuation of moves. Therefore, follow up research was needed to do to use how significant the effect of the variables. The population used in this research was all companies disclosing bonds listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2014. There were 67 bond of 35 companies as sample in this research. The data analysis used in research was multiple regression analysis. The result of this research showed that obligation rank, debt to equity ratio, and inflation had negative and significant effect on bond yield, that interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificate had positive and significant effect on bond yield, firm size had negatif and insignificant effect on bond yield, maturity had positive and insignificant effect on bond yield. <p><em>This study aimed to analyze the effects of interest rates, bond rating, company size, and debt to equity ratio (DER) of the yield to maturity (YTM) of corporate bonds in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Previous researches showed different results, therefore, it is necessary to re- study by testing the four variables on the yield to maturity.</em></p><p><em>The population in this study was all corporate bonds listed and traded on the Stock Exchange in the period of 2010-2012. There were 324 bonds. Based on the Purposive sampling criteria, 66 bonds were obtained. The research hypothesis was tested by multiple linear regression (multiple regression) and the analysis tools were company's financial statements, market price of the bond, SBI interest rate and bond ratings.</em></p><p><em>The results showed that the variable interest rates and the debt to equity ratio did not significantly affect the yield to maturity of the bonds. This research aims to determine the effect of firm age, firm size, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, price earnings ratio, auditor reputation and underwriter reputation on the level of underpricing. And to determine which variables are the most dominant effect on the IPO. Underpricing as measured by the initial return is the dependent variable in this research. This research was conducted with the support of the data Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which is the company doing an IPO in 2009 until 2012. Sampling was conducted using a non-probability sample selection method (purposive sampling) resulted in 68 companies as the study sample. Multiple regression model was used to test the relationship between the dependent and independent variables. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the variables auditor reputation and underwriter reputation on underpricing significantly affect the direction of the negative coefficients for both variables. While variable firm age, firm size, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, price earnings ratio proved to have no significant effect on the occurrence of underpricing.

This research aimed to examine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and profitability on debt policy. Samples are used by non-bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013-20017. Managerial ownership is measured using the percentage of shares held by managers. Institutional ownership is measured by the percentage of shares held by the institution. Company profitability is measured using Profit Margin, while debt policy is measured using the debt to equity ratio (DER). Testing used multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that managerial and institutional ownership negatively affects debt policy. Sampel digunakan perusahaan non bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2013-20017. Kepemilikan manajerial diukur menggunakan prosentase saham yang dimiliki oleh manajer. Kepemilikan institusional diukur dengan prosentase saham yang dimiliki oleh institusi. Profitabilitas perusahaan diukur dengan menggunakan Profit Margin, sedang kebijakan hutang diukur dengan menggunakan rasio hutang terhadap ekuitas (DER). Pengujian digunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial dan institusional berpengaruh negatif terhadap kebijakan hutang. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan hutang. Kata kunci: Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional, Profit Margin, Debt to Equity

ABSTRACT The research objective is to prove and explain the effect of earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, interest rates and inflation on the price to book value (corporate banking in Indonesia in 2007-2012. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The data required in research this is obtained of Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Bank Indonesia (BI). the method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression. the study concluded that there is influence of earning per share, debt to equity ratio, interest interest and inflation to price to book value in banking in Indonesia Stock Exchange. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah membuktikan dan menjelaskan pengaruh earning per share, debt to equity ratio, suku bunga dan inflasi terhadap price to book value (perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia tahun 2007-2012. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan Bank Indonesia (BI). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. The company runs its business to make a profit. The company’s ability to earn profits with assets owned is called profitability. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the profitability of Blue Chip Shares. These factors are Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Firm Size which is proxied by Total Assets, and Price to Book Value. The research model uses multiple regression analysis. During the year of observation of 45 Blue Chip stocks that entered into the Purposive Sampling there were 36 companies in 2014 to 2017, so the study sample was 144. The results of the study proved that partially Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Price to Book Value to Blue stock profitability Chip. While Firm Size partially has no significant effect on Blue Chip stock profitability. As well as Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Firm Size which is proxied by Total Assets, and Price to Book Value significantly influence the profitability of Blue Chip shares simultaneously.

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, liquidity, fixed asset intensity, and size of the company against the decision to revaluate fixed assets. The research was conducted at a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 until 2016 as many as 550 units of analysis and the sample is collected by using purposive sampling technique which the samples were chosen selectively. By using logistic regression, the result of this research is fixed asset intensity and firm size have positive effect to revaluation decision. Liquidity and leverage have no effect on the decision to revalue fixed assets. The conclusions of this study are companies that have high fixed assets and companies with a large percentage of sales are more likely to revalue fixed assets.

This study analyses the effect of debt to equity ratio, return on asset ratio, and firm size toward audit delay. The population in this study is listed companies on mining sector at the Indonesia Stock Exchange circa 2017-2019, which consists of 13 companies. This study employed multiple regression analysis and purposive sampling as an analysis method and sampling technique, respectively. The result shows that debt to equity ratio and return on asset ratio do not have a significant effect on audit delay, meanwhile firm size significantly affects audit delay.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of audit committee, gender of Commisioners and Directors, role duality, and firm size against extention of sustainability report disclosure. The population of this research comprises companies registered as manufacturing companies which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the periods 2015-2017. The technique of determining the sample used is purposive sampling. This research uses a multiple linear regression. This research proves that audit committee, gender of Commissioners and Directors, role duality, and firm size together have an effect against sustainability report disclosure. This research also proves that partially audit committee and firm size have a positive effect against sustainability report disclosure. Meanwhile, gender of Commissioners and Directors doesn’t have positive effect and role duality doesn’t have negative effect against sustainability report disclosure.

This research aims to provide empirical evidence in the effect of operating cash flow, leverage, and firm size on earnings persistence. The data used on this research is historical secondary data. The data used in this research were taken from website www.idx.co.id. A population in this research were companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) sector food & beverage for the period 2015-2019. Sampling method used is purposive sampling method with a sample of 33 companies. The outcome of this research indicate that operating cash flow & firm size have a positive effect on earning persistence. Meanwhile, leverage  does not affect earning persistence.
