This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological capital and subjective career success in millennial generation employees. This study involved 129 millennial generation employees. The type of design of this research is correlational. The measuring instrument used of two questionnare, namely psychological capital questionnaire (PCQ) and subjective career success inventory (SCSI). Data processing with Pearson correlation. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between psychological capital and subjective career success in millennial generation employees (r(127)=0.551, sig (2-tailed)=0.000). Thus, the higher the psychological capital owned by millennial generation employees, the higher the subjective career success of millennial employees.

The measuring instrument used to collect research data is the Scale of Personality Trend of Neurotism and the Scale of Smoking Behavior compiled by researchers in Likert scale type. The data of this research were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis technique. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a very significant positive relationship between the tendency of personality of neurotism and smoking behavior shown by p = 0,000 (p <0,01) and correlation coefficient value r = 0,400, hence can be interpreted the higher score the personality trends of a person's neuroticism are also higher in smoking behavior.              Keywords: Personality Trends of Neuroticism, Smoking Behavior

The present study investigates the relationship of PsyCap with objective and subjective career success. Based on conservation of resources theory (COR Theory) and psychological capital theory (PsyCap Theory), we assume that career-specific resources, in particular protean career attitude, career planning, and internal and external networking, are important mechanisms that mediate the relationship between PsyCap and both outcomes. We tested our assumptions by means of time-lagged path analysis with R and the lavaan package in a sample of 1110 German academic scientists. Our results indicate a positive relationship between PsyCap and career success. However, we found differential effects regarding the assumed mediation for subjective and objective career success. The effect of PsyCap on subjective career success is mediated by protean career attitude and career planning. The effect of PsyCap on objective career success is mediated by external networking. Our results strengthen the research of PsyCap as a predictor of career success. However, the results also imply that the relationship between PsyCap, career-specific resources, and both aspects of career success is more complex than expected.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of career planning on subjective career success through a mediating variable of positive psychological capital. Further, moderating effects of future time perspective on the relationship between career planning and positive psychological capital and coaching leadership on the relationship between positive psychological capital and subjective career success were examined. Survey was conducted to 316 employees who have been working for more than 3 months at various korean companies. After elimination of inadequate data, 291 data were obtained for further analysis. The results of structural equation analyses showed that career planing had a direct effect on subjective career success and positive psychological capital partially mediated the relationship between career planning and subjective career success. The results of hierarchial regression analyses showed that future time perspective moderated the relationship between career planning and positive psychological capital. Contrary to the hypothesis, however, the relationship between career planning and positive psychological capital was stronger for the low level group of future time perspective. Coaching leadership moderated the relationship between positive psychological capital and subjective career success. Finally, implications and limitations of this study and the directions for future research were discussed on the basis of the results.

Love is more than a close friendship. It acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationship. Love is positive in nature and leaves a positive affect on every individual. An individual in love not only feels positive but spreads positivity around. They smile, be kind to other people, behave compassionately with everyone. If the person is happy then he is likely to be psychologically and emotionally healthy. The current study aimed at understanding the relationship between love, affect and wellbeing among young females aged between 20-25 years. The study reported a significant positive relationship between love and positive affect with the significant correlation of 0.29 at 0.05 levels (p<0.05). It was also found a significant positive relationship between love and wellbeing with the significant correlation of 0.58 at 0.01 level (p<0.01). This means that people in love experience positive emotions and healthy wellbeing. The correlation between love and negative affect came out to be insignificant. The correlation turned out to be -0.13. This means that people in love do not experience negative emotions.

Abstract In this research on the one hand we analyzed the relationship that exists in terms of motivational persistence and the Big Five dimensions and, on the other hand, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The results show that the conscientiousness has been identified as being in a significant positive relationship with OCB. This result is consistent with the data provided by previous researchers. The results also indicate that three conscientiousness facets are in a positive relationship with OCB. These three conscientiousness facets are self-efficacy, cautiousness and orderliness. Agreeableness was not identified as being associated with OCB. At the level of the relationship between motivational persistence factors and OCB, we have identified a significant positive relationship with only one factor: current purpose pursuing. The OCB model has two variables that work best as predictors: high scores with regard to current purpose in terms of the pursuing-motivational persistence factor, and low scores in terms of the imagination-facet of openness to experience.
