The article was to determine the effect of self-efficacy on teacher professionalism, the effect of teacher leadership on teacher professionalism, and the effect of self-efficacy on teacher leadership.  The research was conducted at 14 secondary school in West Jakarta, Indonesia by using survey method and testing the hypothesis with path analysis. Sample of this study consisted of 85 teachers selected by simple random sampling. The data collection technique was conducted by using an online questionnaire which was google form. The variable of self-efficacy includes learning strategies, class management, and student engagement. Then, the variable of teacher leadership includes four dimensions, namely collective leadership, leadership opportunity, leadership engagement, and supra-practitioner. Meanwhile, the teacher professionalism variable includes four domains, namely professional skills, autonomy in decision making, collaborative practice and commitment. The result shows that  there was a positive direct effect of the self-efficacy variable on the teacher professionalism variable, there was a positive direct effect of the teacher leadership variable on the teacher professionalism variable and there was a positive direct effect of the self-efficacy variable on the teacher leadership variable. The result of the study was discussed by considering the relevant literature and implications were made. Keywords: Teacher Leadership, Teacher Professionalism, Secondary School

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMP Yayasan Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian adalah survei yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap efikasi diri.KATA KUNCI: efikasi diri, kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja.  THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND SELF EFFICACY OF THE JOB SATISFACTION TEACHERABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership and self efficacy of the job satisfaction teacher in Junior High School of Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta.The research methodology was survey which was selected by simple random sampling technique. the objective of this research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of transformational leadership and self efficacy toward teachers organizational citizenship behavior in state vocational school in Bekasi district.The research was conduct by using survey method with path analysis in testing hyphotesis. In this research, 165 from 280teacher of teachers selected random sampling. The research was focused on three aspect; transformational leadership and self efficacy toward teachers OCB.The data were collected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analysis it is conculaded that (1) there the positive direct effect of transformational leadership toward OCB, (2) there is positive direct effect of self efficacy toward OCB and (3) there is positive direct effect of transformational leadership toward self efficacy.

The objective research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of environment and self efficacy toward teacher’s work stress. The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, 203 from 135 teacher’s selected random sampling. The research was focused on tree aspect; environment and self efficacy toward teacher’s work stress. The data were colected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analyisis it is concluded that (1) there  the negative direct effect of environment towards work stress, (2) there is  negative direct effect of self efficacy towards work stress and (3) there is positive direct effect of  environment towards self efficacy.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai efek dari lingkungan dan kemanjuran diri terhadap stres kerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur dalam pengujian hipotesis. Dalam penelitian ini, 203 dari 135 guru dipilih sampel acak. Penelitian difokuskan pada aspek pohon; lingkungan dan kemanjuran diri terhadap stres kerja guru. Data yang colected dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil pada analyisis itu disimpulkan (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap stres kerja, (2) Self efikasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap stres kerja, dan (3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap self efikasi. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Lingkungan dan Kemanjuran Diri

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas manajerial, self-efficacy, stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja dosen kebidanan di Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei kuantitatif. The objective of this research is to know the effect of self efficacy and trust toward organizational commitment of employee of the education department at the Province of West Papua.The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 80 employees. Research samples selected as much as 67 employees using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) self efficacy have positive direct effect to organizational commitment; (2) trust have positive direct effect to organizational commitment; (3) self efficacy have positive direct effect to trust. The organizational commitment can be improved through improvement of self efficacy and trust.

Self-efficacy refers to beliefs about one’s capabilities to learn or perform behaviors at designated levels (Bandura, 1997). The main aim of this study is to determine the self-efficacy beliefs of teachers about teaching profession. The research was designed based on a descriptive survey method. The research group comprised 217 secondary school teachers working in 22 schools in Gaziantep city center in Turkey. The data were collected using the Teachers’ Sense of Efficacy Scale originally developed by Tschannen-Moran ve Woolfolk Hoy (2001) and adapted to Turkish by Çapa, Çakıroğlu, Sarıkaya (2005). The data were analyzed using basic descriptive statistics (arithmetic means and standard deviations), independent samples t test and one way Anova analysis.As a result of the study it was concluded that participating secondary school teachers had favorable beliefs of self-efficacy in terms of teaching profession. We can conclude that gender is not effective according to the context of the self-efficacy. Subjects taught are not related with self-efficacy in this study. Finally this study showed that reward and punishment is very important for the self-efficacy beliefs of the secondary teachers. Because self-efficacy influences academic motivation some activities can be done to increase the self-efficacy beliefs of the teachers by providing different reward system. ÖzetÖz-yeterlik bireylerin herhangi bir performansa yönelik kendileri hakkında algıları şeklinde tanımlanmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin mesleklerine ilişkin öz-yeterlik algıları öğretimin kalitesini doğrudan etkileyen faktörlerden birisidir. Ortaokul öğretmenlerinin öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik öz yeterlik algılarının araştırıldığı bu çalışma betimsel bir tarama çalışmasıdır. Araştırma 2013–2014 eğitim-öğretim yılında Gaziantep İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğüne bağlı olan 22 ortaokulda görev yapan 217 öğretmenle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada veriler orjinali Tschannen-Moran ve Woolfolk Hoy (2001) tarafından geliştirilen ve Türkçeye adaptasyonu Çapa, Çakıroğlu, Sarıkaya (2005) tarafından yapılan  “Öğretmen Öz-yeterlik” ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veriler SPSS programı ile, frekans, yüzde, varyans analizi, bağımsız gruplar t-testi gibi tekniklerle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde sonuçlara göre öğretmenlerin mesleklerine yönelik öz-yeterlik algıları yüksektir, cinsiyete, branşa ve sınıf mevcuduna göre değişmemektedir. Ancak öğretmenlerin öz-yeterlik algıları almış oldukları disiplin cezalara ve ödüllere göre değişiklik göstermektedir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar ışığında öğretmenlerin öz-yeterliklerini artırıcı ödül uygulamaları ve öz-yeterliğe etkisi zayıf ceza uygulamalarının geliştirilmesi önerilmektedir.

The objective of the research is find out the effect of self efficacy and job satisfaction on the teacher’s employee engagement. The research was conducted at Vocational High School in North Jakarta.  The research  was using a survey method with path analysis applied in the hypothesis and 98 sample selected by simple random sampling. The research techniques is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: 1) there is a positive direct effect of self efficacy on employee engagement; 2) there is a positive direct effect of job satisfaction on employee engagement; 3) there is a positive direct effect of self efficacy on job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and interpersonal communication on the work attitude of private junior high school teachers in Tanjung Priok district. This research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The populations in this study were 307 teachers with 75 research samples of teachers selected using simple random sampling technique. Data were obtained through questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it can be concluded: (1) organizational culture has a direct positive influence on teacher work attitude; (2) interpersonal communication also has a positive direct effect on teacher work attitude; (3) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on interpersonal communication. Therefore, work attitude can be developed through the improvement of organizational culture and interpersonal communication.

The purpose of this study was to determine and study the teacher performance model of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) which was built based on the associative causal relationship between exogenous variables and endogenous variables: (1) the effect of self-efficacy on teacher work ethics, (2) the influence of organizational culture on work ethics. , (3) the influence of self-efficacy on job satisfaction, (4) the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, (5) the effect of self-efficacy on teacher performance, (6) the influence of organizational culture on performance, (7) the effect of work ethic on performance, and (8) the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance. The methods used to achieve the objectives of this study are survey, sampling and quantitative methods. The population of this research is MAN teachers in North Sumatra Province, amounting to 1177 teachers (sampling frame) and involving 298 respondents (proportional random sampling). This research is also classified as an explanatory study which explains that to determine the magnitude of the influence of a variable with other variables, both direct and indirect effects can be used path analysis. The results of this study are (1) self-efficacy has a positive direct effect on work ethic, (2) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on work ethic, (3) self-efficacy has a positive direct effect on job satisfaction, (4) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on satisfaction. work, (5) self-efficacy has a positive direct effect on teacher performance, (6) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on performance, (7) work ethic has a positive direct effect on performance, and (8) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on the performance of MAN teachers in North Sumatra. Overall, the perfect fit model has been tested, a model of MAN teacher performance improvement which is proportionally influenced directly and indirectly by job satisfaction, work ethic, self-efficacy, and MAN organizational culture.

Recently a company faced by a very rapid changing and competitive environment. In order to win the competition, a company must increase their performance. Business globalization evoke continuously changing in all business aspect so an alteration became a normal condition. On of the management tool that often used by the management to manage their company is budget. Budget can be used by management as tool to plan and control the company activity. The purpose of the research is to examine the relationship between participative budget with job satisfaction and employee’s performanceand also the role of Job Relevant Information (JRI) as the intervening variable between participative budget with job satisfaction and employee’s performance. Variable that is used this research is participant budget, job satisfaction, employee’s performance and job relevant information (JRI). This research using survey method in which the researcher distribute questionnaire which include list of question to chosen respondents. Data analyses that were used in this research are validity and realibility test, Structural Equation Model and path analysis. The result shows that relationship between participative budget and job satisfaction figure out that participation in budgetary has positie in direct effect on employee’s job satisfaction and relationship between participative budget  and job performance figure out that participation in budgetary has positive in direct effect on employee’s job performance. In addition, the relationship between participative budgetary and job satisfaction through job relevant information as an intervening variable shows that there is a significantly positive direct effect., while the relationship between participative budgetary a job performance through job relevant information as an intervening variable shows that there is a significantly positive direct effect.Keywords: participative budgetary, job satisfaction, job performance and job relevant information.
