The relevance of the” convertibility " of medical education is associated with both economic and migration, socio-cultural and other reasons. However, there is still not enough serious research that would allow an objective assessment of the existing methods of teaching foreign students, their training, assessment, and the like. There is an increasing need to develop new methods of objective training and testing that would ensure significant progress towards professionally oriented clinical assessment at all levels and stages of training and practice. The focus of assessment in medical education is shifting from a simple check of memorized medical scientific facts to the assessment of the student's actions directly in clinical conditions, that is, with a shift in assessment from the first (”I have, I know“) and the second (”I know how“) level to the third (”I demonstrate“), and sometimes even the fourth (”I do it myself"). It is clear that the work in the master's program should be limited to the 3rd and 4th levels. In medical education, this approach not only forms a complex of actively functioning algo rhythms, but also allows you to effectively assess the clinical competence of students. The aim of the work is to improve the organization of the educational process for undergraduates of the specialty “Nursing " from among foreign citizens by developing new methods of objective training and testing that would ensure significant progress towards professionally-oriented clinical assessment at all levels and stages of training and practice.

The experience of educational work in conditions of quarantine and lockdowns allowed in practice to study the possibilities of distance learning and to form an objective assessment of it in the structure of continuous medical education (CME) for doctors. The survey participants noted the following disadvantages of online distance learning events: the lack of an opportunity to receive information that is of interest to the listener in an in-depth format and in a specific form, because the prevailing volume of videoconferences does not allow for discussions, exchange of experience, review of clinical cases, etc. Distance learning significantly limits the possibilities of practical skills and abilities, the mastering of which is up to 75% of the study time in the format of full-time and part-time education. The positive aspects, from the point of view of distance learning participants, include: the opportunity to get points for registering a teaching staff without interrupting their main work, the ability to choose topics and the modernity of information events. However, the traditional full-time and part-time forms of education also have their drawbacks, namely, for example: to travel and live in the cities where events are held in the absence of state funding for these expenses, that is, at the expense of the doctor himself. The use of innovative educational technologies, such as distance learning and online communication, in the training of doctors cannot fully replace the classical forms of education. The optimal are the combined forms of the educational process organization, which make it possible to rationally use the resource of the participants in the educational process.

Abstract In the context of the internationalization of education the need for localization and translation of educational programs into foreign languages with the aim of attracting foreign students is increasing. Consequently, new methods and resources are required to optimize educational process. However, currently there are not enough localized programs translated into English and localized for the new contingent of university students although localized programs are urgently needed as they give foreign students the opportunity to choose the most suitable direction for study. The purpose of the proposed research is localization as a linguistic and cultural adaptation of digital content to the requirements of the foreign market and translation into English the educational program “Software Engineering” for students of telecommunications specialties taking into account both technical and didactic terminology. To speed up the translation the glossary is compiled using online and offline services. As a result, the program “Software Engineering”, designed for foreign students, is localized, translated and adapted. Thus, a more “friendly” environment for entering the educational process in the new intercultural conditions is created. This practice becomes an integral part of the lecturers’ activities. On the other hand, students themselves can be involved in content creation and research. The design of localization should be directed from simple to complex, taking into account a certain balance between depth and composition of research. In general, the presentation of localized programs at the international level has a number of advantages for universities, including economic ones, for example, increasing the income invested in equipping the educational process.

Aim. To generalize the experience in teaching the fundamental and optional subjects at the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology, find new methodological and pedagogical techniques in order to optimize the assimilation of basic medical concepts and skills among foreign applicants for higher education. Materials and methods. Within the framework of this study the modern data on methods and aids in teaching were studied, approaches to teaching the disciplines of the biomedical profile, such as “Microbiology with the basics of immunology” as a fundamental subject, and disciplines “Epidemiology of diseases” and “Tropical infections” as optionalsubjects for foreign applicants for higher education at the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology of the National University of Pharmacy were systematized and analyzed. Results and discussion. The discipline “Microbiology with the basics of immunology” refers to the fundamental disciplines of the biomedical profile, which is studied by foreign applicants for higher education of the pharmaceutical faculty. At the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology of the National University of Pharmacy various modern methodological techniques are used when conducting lectures, practical classes and seminars. In the educational process modern methods of teaching, monitoring and assessing knowledge are widely used in the form of a computer survey that involves foreign students in the process of mastering computer technologies aimed at forming their knowledge;it helps to successfully solve educational problems within the classroom setting. The widespread use of the test control of knowledge is an important means of increasing the effectiveness of the educational process. The inclusion of interactive forms in the educational process relieves the nervous load of students, makes it possible to change the forms of activity, switch attention to the key issues of the topic of the lessons. It is also ethodologically interesting to conduct practical classes in the form of a discussion abstract conference, as well as the use of role-playing games. All this allows an objective assessment of the student’s preparation for the lesson, develops communication skills, creative thinking, an active life position, the ability to formulate thoughts using professional terms, forms public speaking skills, forms stereotypes of professional behavior and their correction in communication. Conclusions. In recent years, the Ukrainian education system has been undergoing modernization of the learning process. Constant changes open up the need for each teacher to search for such pedagogical technologies that will motivate students, will make them interested in studying the discipline. This is especially true for such a category of students as foreign students. Thus, for the successful formation of effective educational activities of foreign students it is necessary to have modern educational and methodological literature, creative organization of the students’ independent work aimed at the wide use of active teaching methods (group discussions, business games), the effective work with information, setting and solving scientific practical problems, the participation of teachers and students in joint research work.
