This study aims to identify the reality of entrepreneurship, applying on the Palestinian IT companies in the Gaza Strip. The problem of the study was formulated in the following main question: What is the reality of entrepreneurship in Palestinian IT companies? The study applied the analytical descriptive method based on primary and secondary sources of data. The study followed the analytical-descriptive method. The questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting data from the population, which is (129) individual employees in the departments of electronic marketing in companies, where (97.7%) were retrieved. The study reveals the high level of leadership in the Palestinian information technology in the Gaza Strip. The study recommends the necessity of establishing or developing a center for entrepreneurship in companies and diversifying the sources of funding to support entrepreneurial ideas, with the need to involve entrepreneurs with entrepreneurial ideas and profits.

Abstract This study aims to determine (1) the profile of the graduate, (2) the absorption of graduate in the world of work, (3) the use of knowledge gained by the graduate in the work, (4) the assessment of stakeholders on the ability of graduate. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection uses research instruments. The population in this study was Graduate from the major of Information, Library, and Archives of Padang State University (PS IPK UNP). The sample in this study amounted to 105 graduates who returned the instrument. The results showed, First, the profile of Graduate PS IPK UNP was dominated by female graduates. Most of the graduates are graduates who graduated in 2018. Judging from the length of the study period, the average graduate has a length of the study period of 3 years. Second, the absorption of graduates in the workforce is quite high, with most graduates stating that they are currently working with the time needed to get the job <3 months. Third, the use of knowledge obtained by a graduate at the PS IPK UNP in employment is very high. The science that has a very high level of wear is fieldwork learning, technology mastery skills, and the ability to cooperate in teams. Fourth, the assessment of graduate users (stakeholders) on the ability to graduate in the work world has also been good. The ability of the graduate to be considered good by graduate users (stakeholders) is integrity, expertise based on the fields of science, mastery of information technology, and teamwork.Keywords: Information retrieval, graduate, tracer study


This study aimed at identifying the effect of alternative assessment on academic achievement, from the viewpoint of teachers in elementary schools in Gaza. To achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire developed consisting of 21 items then reliability and validity were calculated, the study population consisted of 120 teachers. The study sample consisted of 92 teachers, selected in a stratified random method, where the total of 87 valid statistical analyzes retrieved by 94.56%. The results of the study showed: The perceptions of the members of the study sample to the alternative assessment came to a high degree, the academic achievement from teachers in the basic schools in the Gaza Strip came at the macro level at a high level, and there is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α<=0.05) of alternative assessment on academic achievement. In light of the results, a set of recommendations were proposed, including The Directorate of Education in the Gaza Strip should be concerned with the adoption of alternative assessment methods in its affiliated schools, because of the importance of alternative assessment in improving the level of academic achievement of students

The study aims to rationalize the scientific study by identifying the impact of litigation on the auditors' reputation and auditing profession. To answer the questions and test the hypotheses of the research, the researcher relied on descriptive analytical method in clarifying and clarifying the theoretical aspect through previous studies, And the testing of hypotheses using the statistical program (SPSS). The questionnaire was used as a research tool, and was distributed after evaluation and arbitration by a number of specialists on the sample of the sample of the auditors working in the offices of the external audit operating in the Gaza Strip (80) auditor. The results of the field study also showed that the audit offices operating in the Gaza Strip are seeking to conduct the audit process with a high level of accuracy and credibility, in order to maintain their professional reputation in the services market of the auditing profession, increase confidence in the performance of the auditors and the results of the audit process, To the lawsuits for negligence and negligence during the implementation of the review process. The study also recommended that external auditors should not accept a review process that does not have the time required to perform it adequately and effectively or undergo customer or management pressure to expedite the completion of the audit process, which negatively affects the auditor's performance in detecting errors, fraud or manipulation of financial statements. ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور أخلاقيات التسويق بأبعادها (الصدق والأمانة، المسؤولية، العدالة، المواطنة) في تعزيز الصورة الذهنية لمستخدمي شركة جوال بقطاع غزة، وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مستخدمي شركة جوال، وكانت الاستبانة أداة جمع البيانات، وتم تطبيق أسلوب العينة العشوائية الطبقية، وبلغت عينة الدراسة 384 مبحوثاً وكانت نسبة الاسترداد 66.4% وحللت البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS الاحصائي، وكان من أهم النتائج أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية قوية إيجابية بين أخلاقيات التسويق (الصدق والأمانة، المسؤولية، العدالة، المواطنة) وتعزيز الصورة الذهنية لمستخدمي شركة جوال، واتضح أن هناك درجة موافقة متوسطة بنسبة 59.90%، على أخلاقيات التسويق لدى شركة جوال، وأيضاً درجة موافقة متوسطة للصورة الذهنية لدى مستخدمي شركة جوال بنسبة 61.30%. الكلمات المفتاحية: أخلاقيات التسويق، الصورة الذهنية. Abstract The study aimed to know the role of marketing ethics with its dimensions (verity, honesty, responsibility, justice, citizenship), In enhancing the mental image of Jawwal users in the Gaza Strip, The researchers used the descriptive analytical method, The study population consists of all Jawwal users, questionnaire was the main tool for data collection, Stratified random sample method was applied , and the study sample was 384 ‎ respondents, The recovery rate was 66.4%, the data was analyzed using SPSS statistical program, one of the most important results was that there is a strong positive correlation between marketing ethics, (verity, honesty, responsibility, justice, citizenship), and enhance the mental image of Jawwal users, and an average approval level of 59.90% was found on Jawwal’s marketing ethics. Also, the average approval of the mental image of Jawwal users by 61.30%. Keywords: marketing ethics, mental image.


ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الجامعات في اكتساب طلبة كليات التربية لمبادئ التربية الزواجية في محافظات غزة في ضوء الكتاب والسنة, ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحثان منهج الدراسة الذي يمكنهما من تفسير الأحداث، وتحليل مضمونها؛ ولذلك اعتمدا على تحليل المضمون من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدما أداة البحث وهي عبارة عن استبانة مكونة من (35) بنداً، وأبرز النتائج أشارت إلى أن نسبة دور الجامعات في اكتساب طلبة كليات التربية لمبادئ التربية الزواجية في محافظات غزة في ضوء الكتاب والسنة بلغت (79,29%) وهو مستوى عال. ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدور الجامعات في اكتساب طلبة كليات التربية لمبادئ التربية الزواجية في محافظات غزة في ضوء الكتاب والسنة تبعاً لمتغير الجنس, وتبعاً لمتغير المستوى الدراسي وتبعاً لمتغير مكان السكن. بينما يوجد فروق فردية تبعا لمتغير الجامعة لصالح الجامعة الإسلامية. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة، يوصي الباحثان بتفعيل دور الجامعات في ترسيخ مفاهيم الحياة الزواجية السعيدة. الكلمات المفتاحية: دور الجامعات – اكتساب الطلبة- التربية الزواجية. Abstract The role of universities in acquiring students of faculties of education for the principles of marital education in the governorates of Gaza in light of the Quran and Sunnah This study aimed to reveal The role of universities in acquiring students of faculties of education for the principles of marital education in the governorates of Gaza in light of the Quran and Sunnah. To achieve this goal, the researchers used a study approach that enables them to interpret the events and analyze their content. Therefore, they relied on the analytical descriptive approach and used a questionnaire as a researching tool consisting of 35 items. The most prominent results indicated that the percentage of the extent to which the students of the education faculties in the universities of the Gaza Strip governorates acquire the principles of marital education as stated in Quran and Sunnah reached 79,29%, which is a high level. There are no statistically significant differences in the extent to which the students of the education faculties in the universities of the Gaza Strip governorates acquire the principles of marital education as stated in Quran and Sunnah according to the gender variable, level variable and place of residence. There are statistically significant differences the according to the university variable in favor of Islamic University. In light of the study results, the researchers recommend activating the family role in establishing the concepts of happy marriage life. Introduction: Tramadol is a prescription opioid used to treat moderate pain. But among Tramadolabusers in Gaza Strip, little is known regarding Tramadol's effect on their body functions such as levels of thyroid hormones and testosterone. The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of tramadol abuse on the level of thyroid hormones and testosterone among tramadol-abusers in Gaza Strip. Methods: This study used a prospective case-control design performed on a population of Tramadol overdosed patients, aged 18 to 35 years old who were admitted to psychiatric clinics in the Gaza Strip. Questionnaires on sociodemographic and clinical data were collected from 196 males (98 cases from tramadol abusers who followed before pre-detoxification and one-month later post detoxification and an equal number of healthy individuals with matching age as control. TSH, FT4, FT3, and Testosterone levels were measured, statistically analyzed. Results: There was an association between tramadol abuser's pre-treatment and healthy subjects for thyroid parameters and testosterone. T-test showed tramadol abusers pre-detoxification were significantly increased in TSH levels than controls (P<0.001) conversely, they were significantly decreased in serum FT4, FT3, and testosterone levels than controls also paired t-test illustrated level of TSH for pre-detoxification were significantly higher than postdetoxification. Additionally, there is no significant correlation between controls and tramadol abusers' groups (pre & post-treatment) in hematological profile (P>0.05) except in red cell distribution width (RDW) that showed a positive significant correlation between controls and tramadol abusers groups in both pre & post-treatment (P=0.021). Conclusion: The study concluded that tramadol abusing have a significantly decreased level of Testosterone, FT4, and FT3 levels and a significantly high level of TSH, also we conclude that the level of testosterone, T3, and T4 in pre detoxification of tramadol abusers was significantly lower than controls and significantly lower than its results after detoxification.

This paper investigates the possibility of establishing peace between Hamas and Israel, based on the politicisation model of armed groups that leads eventually to change the violent character of armed groups. The main question is: Can Israel and Hamas have a long-lasting peace to end the conflict in the Gaza Strip?The main pillars of politicisation are the willingness of warring parties to conclude peace, the existence of a ‘hurting stalemate’, the narrowness of objectives and the ability to guarantee public support. The primary conclusion of this paper is that comprehensive peace is difficult to achieve, but a unique long-term truce ‘Hudna’ is attainable.

This article discusses the effect of the political division between Fatah and Hamas on the level of generalized trust in Palestine. It argues that the level of trust in Palestinian society has been shaped and influenced by the ongoing political division since 2007. As the level of trust has been declining since 2007, this research suggests that distrust in the political system, the deteriorated healthcare and education services, the high level of unemployment, corruption, and the violation of human rights in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank have led to the decline of the level of generalized trust in society at large. This study uses statistical test results to support the main argument. Data available from 2007, 2011, 2014, and 2017 from the Arab Barometer are used to examine how institutional and contextual factors affect the level of generalized trust in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. The article discusses the results and how creating a hybrid society has contributed to lowering the level of trust generally. It seeks to understand the change in social trust among Palestinians over the years of the ongoing division, and examines how the political division, directly or indirectly, has led to the current low level of trust that has left remarkable changes and deep polarization in Palestinian society.

The study aimed to discover the factors and dimensions of murder crimes in Palestine (the West Bank, the Gaza Strip, Jerusalem, and the occupied Palestinian interior), using the analytical descriptive method and through the Google Survey program, the study was administered on a random sample of (340) individuals, the majority of them are those who have completed their university studies, (140) males, and (200) females, their average age is (33.91). The results, via Factor Analysis, indicated that the dimensions of the questionnaire used, and the component dimensions of the murders, were tested, and validity and reliability were calculated via construct validity, internal consistency, Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficients, Split-half reliability, and exploratory factor analysis, which indicated the presence of six factors for the murders explained (51%) of the total variance. The factors of the murders were a factor of the weakness of the law enforcement agencies, followed by abnormal behavior, Occupation, psychological disorders and social problems, socialization, and the factor of order and congestion. The study recommended the importance of being guided by law enforcement agencies. To review the means of confronting the phenomenon of homicide.
