The main objective of this study is to identify the impact of the compensation strategy on the organizational loyalty of Jordanian free markets. In order to achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to (70) individuals, and (60) individuals’ questionnaires with the percentage of (85.4%) were studied. They were selected in a stratified random sample using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics for analyzing the study data. The study found many significant results and the most important one was that there is a significant impact of the compensation strategy on the organizational loyalty of the Jordanian trade organizations, especially, Jordanian free markets. The study recommended conducting further research on the subject of the study as it was found that there is a lack of such research in this field.

The study investigated the impact of palm kernel cake (PKC) in resolving herdsmen and arable farmers' violent conflicts in Ogun State, Nigeria. There is mounting evidence of violent conflicts, killings, and raping by herdsmen attacks in Ogun State communities. The study was carried out to examine the level experiences of violent conflicts, losses, gains (if any), and the impact of PKC in resolving further violent conflicts among arable farmers and herdsmen. A total of 215 registered poultry farmers were purposively selected which consisted of all the local government areas in Ogun State. A 40-item questionnaire was designed and used to collect information from the respondents. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequency counts and percentages while inferential statistics such as chi-square were used. Findings revealed that there was significant relationship between the socio-economic characteristics of the respondents and their level experiences of violent conflicts.

La aplicación de proyectos formativos como estrategia didáctica desde el enfoque socioformativo, constituyen un aporte a la sociedad del conocimiento para que los estudiantes desarrollen su talento considerando los cambios actuales de la educación media superior. El propósito de este trabajo es describir la aplicación de los proyectos formativos en estudiantes de sexto semestre en el Instituto Politécnico Nacional, así como analizar el impacto que tiene la realización de los proyectos socioformativos. Se aplicó la observación de los estudiantes en ambientes de aprendizaje fuera del aula; los procesos reflexivos involucraron el análisis de la planeación, implementación y evaluación de la estrategia. Los resultados dieron muestra sobre la formación mediante proyectos socioformativos provocando que se lleve a cabo una comprensión, análisis, interpretación y resolución de problemas vinculando diferentes conceptos y áreas de conocimiento para lograr un aprendizaje significativo. Como conclusión se tiene que, la realización de los proyectos socioformativos, mejoran el talento humano y afrontan los retos de la sociedad del conocimiento mediante el abordaje de problemas reales y la colaboración. The application of training projects as a didactic strategy from the socioformative approach constitutes a contribution to the knowledge society for students to develop their talent considering the current changes in upper secondary education. The purpose of this work is to describe the application of training projects in sixth-semester students at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, as well as to analyze the impact that the realization of socio-educational projects has. Student observation was applied in learning environments outside the classroom; The reflective processes involved the analysis of the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the strategy. The results showed the formation through socio-formative projects causing an understanding, analysis, interpretation, and resolution of problems to be carried out linking different concepts and areas of knowledge to achieve meaningful learning. In a conclusion, it is necessary to carry out socio-educational projects, improve human talent and face the challenges of the knowledge society by addressing real problems and collaboration.

<em>The industrial 4.0 was the impact of the disruptive and development of the human mind pattern. In this era people will live with the help of technology so sophisticated that it affects social attitudes. The study served to describe the impact of the industrial revolution on students' social attitudes and to describe the students' social attitudes on learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaire, and observation. The subject of this study is a 4<sup>th</sup> grade at SDN 2 Kebumen as many as 18 student, parent and 4<sup>th</sup> grade teachers. The results of this study shows that industrial era 4.0 cause students' poor social attitude when there is no supervision and direction from teachers and parents. On learning indicates that 4<sup>th</sup> grade students have varying degrees of social attitudes that cause learning to be less conducive.</em>

In recent years, there has been growing pressure on both universities and enterprises to intensify cooperation. The subject of this article here is academic entrepreneurship at the researcher level. The aim is to identify attitudes towards such entrepreneurship and define the diversity of attitudes. Moreover, it has been established how such attitudes towards entrepreneurship differentiate the intention and commitment to start cooperation with industry in reality. Achieving this aim required an empirical study involving primary sources. The study subjects were university researchers working on tourism issues, and a total of 73 participated. Methods from descriptive statistics and the chi-square test of independence were used to analyse the results. According to the study, researchers are much more likely to perceive the benefits than the disadvantages of cooperation, and the benefits perceived most are chances to obtain information and the inspiration to conduct academic and didactic work. The work also found that researchers who see academic entrepreneurship as an opportunity for financial benefit and see cooperation as an opportunity to increase enterprises’ competitive advantage significantly more often declare their intention to engage in it.

Abstract Subject and purpose of work: The subject of this study is the region of Eastern Slovakia. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the impact of tourism on regional development. To analyse the influence of tourism facilities on regional development selected indicators of tourism development are used. Materials and methods: The material consists of data from the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic, the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic and selected municipalities. The data are processed by methods of descriptive statistics. Results and conclusions: The article explains the importance of tourism in the development of the Eastern Slovakia region. Based on the analysis of economic impacts of tourism on the regional development we can conclude that tourism has minimal effects on this region.

ABSTRACTThe present investigation is a proposal of use of the technological platform (Moodle) for the instructional design based on the ADDIE model, by the case method, aimed at students of the fifth semester who studies the subject of Statistics. The results of the students in the management of the concepts, is demonstrated when analyzing, measuring and evidencing the progress of the students in the management of the concepts of descriptive statistics. The objective is to measure the impact on the formation of the concepts of the subjects through its construction based on the theory of teaching. The analysis SPSS v.20 with the Wilcoxon test for the comparison of the measurement of the Pre-test and Post-test show the results of the basis of concepts and the actuality of the theory of teaching.RESUMENLa presente investigación es una propuesta del uso de la plataforma tecnológica (Moodle) para el diseño instruccional basado en el modelo ADDIE, por el método de caso, dirigida a estudiantes del quinto semestre que cursan la materia de Estadística. Los estudiantes tuvieron sesiones presenciales así como acceso al material didáctico disponible en las sesiones virtuales de la plataforma educativa, durante el proceso de formación de conceptos, el cual se demostró al analizar, medir y evidenciar el progreso de los estudiantes en el manejo de los conceptos de Estadística descriptiva. El objetivo es medir el impacto en la formación de los conceptos de la asignatura a través de su construcción basado en la teoría de la enseñanza. Para el análisis de los datos se utilizó el Software SPSS v.20 con la prueba de Wilcoxon para la comparación de la medición del Pretest y Postest los resultados demuestran el efecto de construcción estable de los conceptos y la actualidad de la teoría de la enseñanza.

Sharia banks show a dynamic role in the economy in Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to see the impact Capital Structure on Profitability and Financial Leverage in syariah bank Yogyakarta. In this study data taken from Islamic banks in 2008-2016 from sixteen sharia banks. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, covariance analysis and regression model. The results of this study indicate that the capital structure has a significant effect on profitability and has no significant effect on financial leverage.

Owing to the higher usage of internet post and during COVID-19, attacks on IT infrastructure and digital payment have surged. This work undertakes the empirical study on mobile-based payment and determines the impact of post-demonetization, during COVID-19 and post COVID-19. Number of banks supporting digital payment, value in each transaction, monthly values are the factors that have been undertaken for this study. Data revealed higher usage of mobile-based payments. On the other hand, security challenges on payment have been explored by considering the world's leading regulations and standards prevailing on mobile-based payment. Major recommendations of financial regulators and CERT-IN have been included for the deeper understanding of employed security. This work will be immensely helpful to all the stakeholders aiming to understand the mobile payment trends on multi dimensions and strengthening the security in mobile-based payment to avoid any losses that may be incurred due to cyber-attacks.
