The employees' presence is an important factor for an institution, which is relate to discipline and has an impact on the employee's performance.  Therefore, it is necessary to have specific data collection to record presence, absenteeism, and work activities that has done every day so that employee performance record in real-time and proper. There are many ways that can be done to achieve a good presence information system, one of them is using computer and mobile phone technology which is implemented with a website-based presence application. At the Pontianak State Polytechnic, finger print machine used in the presence process system, but it is still lack in efficiency and effectiveness in data collection, data retrieval as well as data recap calculations, which require a relatively long time. Besides, the bigger risk of error and loss of presence data.  Based on problems, a Web-Based Presence Application Development Information System created at the Pontianak State Polytechnic. The research method used in data collection, which includes research methods, interviews and literature. While software development uses a waterfall model which includes requirements analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation. This web-based presence application can provide convenience in the employee presence process, data search and presence recap calculations, and minimize loss and errors in recording employee presence data. Based on web-based presence application testing and evaluation to thirty-four employees of Pontianak State Polytechnic, it stated that the web-based presence application is suitable for used by all employees of Pontianak State Polytechnic.

The research information system Web-based Employee performance assessment aims to: 1) Designing a new system to improve a system that is being used today by  KANTOR CAMAT RANTAU UTARA. 2) Makes a the website can be used by agencies to know the performance of the employees of the Office of the head of the northern region 3) increasing knowledge for the author and address problems that are being faced by companies/agencies. 4) as reference materials for research project next. As for the programming used in the writing of this research is programming websites using MySQL database and PHP, and Sublime Text for the creation of a php script. From the results of testing against the proposed system it can be stated that: 1) the proposed System can assist superiors in knowing the performance of officials in the exercise of his duties; 2) Supervisor can tell if employees carry out work according to his duties; 3) process data processing employees more quickly and accurately Keywords: Assessment, performance, PNS, PHP and MySQL.

The payroll system is an important thing in a company. Salary is one of the important things that encourages employee performance so that the company continues to run well. PT. Batam Bintan Telecommunications Lagoi Service Operations in the calculation of salaries still manually only use MS.Excel and pay slips are still manually in the form of a salary slip to be submitted to employees. This makes work in the finance department slow, and employees cannot get information about overtime income. The purpose of this study is to design an information system to facilitate the performance of salary management. With a SWOT analysis, it was found that the factors that cause problems in the current payroll system at PT. Batam Bintan Telecommunications Lagoi Service Operations, and solutions were found to solve or minimize problems with the current payroll system. The method in this research is divided into two stages, namely the data interview method with observation and interviews and the software development method using the Waterfall model. Website-based payroll information system is created using the Laravel Framework using the PHP programming language, and MySQL as its database. With a web-based payroll system can help calculate salaries automatically and systematically, as well as quickly and accurately. Thus, employee performance is better and the company gets the benefits too.

The problems in the MS Computer Store are the difficulty of officers in data collection of incoming goods, service payment transaction data and the absence of an information system related to customer service data collection. With this problem, an information system is needed to make it easier for officers in the process of data collection which will be stored safely in the database and printing of reports that will be submitted to the Manager of MS Computer. The purpose of this research is to design an electronic service payment application system which is expected to make it easier to process data and transactions properly and quickly. The system is designed using the Research and Development Method because it is more precise. Where in building this system used System Design tools, namely Data Flow Diagrams (DAD), Context, Zero and Detailed and using the Java programming language with Netbeans and MYSQL Database using Xampp. The results of research that has been carried out at the MS Computer Store, with the existence of an electronic service payment application system replacing the old system, the current employee performance becomes more effective and efficient. Admin does not need to input service data or electronic service payments manually, because this application system provides service data entry forms and payment data.

This study aims to create a web-based debtor information system at PT. PNM Pematangsiantar Branch. The design and manufacture are intended to facilitate debtor data management. So that employees can easily enter debtor data without having to write it conventionally. Using conventional methods has a negative impact. One of the negative effects of the system that is still in use is data search, data retrieval will take time because you have to open documents one by one. In addition to data search, data collection on prospective debtors wishing to establish a working relationship with companies is also a negative impact from conventional methods. With this application, it is hoped that the processing and data collection of debtor data will be faster and more accurate. The information system to be designed will be in the form of a web and use a MySQL database. It is hoped that this research can solve the problem of debtor information systems at PT.PNM Pematangsiantar Branch.

The web-based South Pemalang Regency tourism information system is used as a tool in delivering information on tourist and cultural areas in Pemalang Regency to people who want to know tourist areas in Pemalang Regency. The web-based Pemalang Regency tourism information system is one form of regional tourism promotion in Pemalang Regency, in order to attract tourists to visit Pemalang Regency. The research methods used include direct observation, interviews with related parties, and literature studies related to the issues raised. The application development methodology that the author uses is the waterfall model. The programming language used is Sublime Text using mysql as the database. This research is useful as a medium of information and promotion of tourism potential in Pemalang Regency, so that people will be more familiar with regional tourism places in Pemalang Regency. The more tourists who visit, the income of the area and the surrounding community will increase.

Posyandu is one of the community-based basic health activities organized from, by and for the community assisted by health workers. Posyandu activities also require an Information System to improve the performance of health services for the community, especially in the data management process. Posyandu Kasih Ibu Kelurahan Kelapa Indah Tangerang is currently still using paper and handwritten media in all Posyandu activities, including registration, data collection for pregnant women and children under five. This of course has many shortcomings that can hinder the process of Posyandu activities. Referring to the results of the analysis that has been carried out directly, the existing system requires changes, therefore the main objective of this study is to create a Posyandu system that is able to process data management to be displayed in the form of information and reports quickly, accurately and useful. . The system to be designed is Web-based with the Hypertext Prepocessor (PHP) programming language and MySQL database, so the results of this study are a website for the Kasih Ibu Posyandu, Kelapa Indah Village, Tangerang.

In this fast-paced era, the need for precise, fast, and accurate information is something that must be done. Effectiveness and efficiency should be carried out according to needs so that the information can be relevant to its users. Thus, the registration information system, which has been manual in agencies or organizations, can be changed to online with accurate and timely data. Likewise, the Tamansari Religious Affairs Office in Bogor Regency. The current marriage registration system at the Tamansari Bogor Regency Office of Religious Affairs is no longer in line with the current development. The current system does not use computers as data processing tools, the results are still not well structured. Especially for processing the data of the prospective bride and groom. In this system, what is processed is registration data, bridal data, guardian data, witness data, admin data, and other data. The problem that occurs at this time is that the processed data feels slow, the resulting report has to pass data collection several times. In the information system to fulfill this final project, we will explain how to design and build a web-based marriage registration information system. The tools used in designing this system are MySQL, Entity Relational Diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams, while for data collection using observation, interviews, and literature study. Meanwhile, database application development tools use MySQL and the programming language uses PHP. From this application, the benefits of data processing of brides, guardians, witnesses, etc. will be automatically obtained. At this time information technology is developing very rapidly and requires business actors to be able to follow the developments and advances of the times, especially in the world of technology and information. Inventory of merchandise is a company asset that is one of the assets included in current assets. Merchandise inventories are company assets that are purchased and stored to be resold and make a profit. Recording of merchandise inventory that is still manual, such as data collection of incoming goods, demand for goods, delivery of goods, returns of goods to the preparation of reports will certainly result in the accumulation of goods request notes. The difficulty of data collection of requests for goods from branches to deliver goods, errors in goods requested and sent, the length of time to record the return of goods, errors in calculating the stock of goods and difficulty in obtaining reports when needed are also one of the obstacles in the process of merchandise inventory. Therefore, a web-based inventory information system is needed in order to make it easier for users to manage the inventory process of their merchandise, so that it can simplify the process of recording, storing, searching and making reports. In designing a web-based inventory information system, the author uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This information system is the best solution for solving problems in managing inventory. With the use of computer data technology, managed data becomes faster, reduces time inefficiency and reduces the occurrence of errors in processing data.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

Technology is increasingly sophisticated with over time competition in the business world such as E-Commerce has a positive impact on entrepreneurs to advance their companies, namely by creating online websites so that offerings and sales are easy among the public. By accessing the website page of PT. Daya Berkah Sentosa Nusantara buyers do not have to come directly to the place or company, and send offers according to admin needs.The purpose of this study is to make it easier for researchers to solve supply and sales problems based on problems that arise in the company. The method used in this study is the Waterfall Method, with data collection techniques used using observation, interviews and literature study. The desired result of this research is to be able to create a website for the company, to be able to expand marketing reach, buyers can view products through the website.
