Posyandu is one of the community-based basic health activities organized from, by and for the community assisted by health workers. Posyandu activities also require an Information System to improve the performance of health services for the community, especially in the data management process. Posyandu Kasih Ibu Kelurahan Kelapa Indah Tangerang is currently still using paper and handwritten media in all Posyandu activities, including registration, data collection for pregnant women and children under five. This of course has many shortcomings that can hinder the process of Posyandu activities. Referring to the results of the analysis that has been carried out directly, the existing system requires changes, therefore the main objective of this study is to create a Posyandu system that is able to process data management to be displayed in the form of information and reports quickly, accurately and useful. . The system to be designed is Web-based with the Hypertext Prepocessor (PHP) programming language and MySQL database, so the results of this study are a website for the Kasih Ibu Posyandu, Kelapa Indah Village, Tangerang.

The employees' presence is an important factor for an institution, which is relate to discipline and has an impact on the employee's performance.  Therefore, it is necessary to have specific data collection to record presence, absenteeism, and work activities that has done every day so that employee performance record in real-time and proper. There are many ways that can be done to achieve a good presence information system, one of them is using computer and mobile phone technology which is implemented with a website-based presence application. At the Pontianak State Polytechnic, finger print machine used in the presence process system, but it is still lack in efficiency and effectiveness in data collection, data retrieval as well as data recap calculations, which require a relatively long time. Besides, the bigger risk of error and loss of presence data.  Based on problems, a Web-Based Presence Application Development Information System created at the Pontianak State Polytechnic. The research method used in data collection, which includes research methods, interviews and literature. While software development uses a waterfall model which includes requirements analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation. This web-based presence application can provide convenience in the employee presence process, data search and presence recap calculations, and minimize loss and errors in recording employee presence data. Based on web-based presence application testing and evaluation to thirty-four employees of Pontianak State Polytechnic, it stated that the web-based presence application is suitable for used by all employees of Pontianak State Polytechnic.

This paper describes a problem in computer laboratory maintenance and inventory. Inventory of goods in Every company or institution always has a connection with the data management process of goods / equipment owned by the company. In addition to inventory, maintenance is also very necessary in order to keep company assets under control, safe, and always maintained. For this reason, an Inventory Information System is needed as well as a maintenance system in managing the data. The results of this design are focused on managing information about the management of goods and several aspects regarding the maintenance of goods, especially in the computer laboratory of SMK Bhakti Anindya. With the implementation of the maintenance information system and laboratory inventory at Bhakti Anindya Vocational School, data management and equipment maintenance will be better. Tulisan ini menjelaskan mengenai sebuah permasalahan dalam perawatan dan inventaris laboratorium komputer. Inventarisasi barang dalam Setiap perusahaan atau sebuah lembaga selalu memiliki keterkaitan dengan proses pengelolaan data barang / peralatan yang di miliki oleh perusahaan tersebut. Disamping  inventarisasi, hal perawatan juga sangat diperlukan  demi menjaga agar aset perusahaan terkontrol, aman, dan selalu terawat. Untuk itulah di butuhkan suatu Sistem Informasi Inventaris sekaligus sistem perawatannya dalam mengelola data tersebut. Hasil dari rancang bangun ini dititik beratkan pada pengelolaan informasi tentang pengelolaan barang dan beberapa aspek mengenai perawatan barang terutama pada bagian laboratorium komputer SMK Bhakti Anindya. Dengan diimplementasikannya sistem informasi Perawatan dan inventaris laboratorium di SMK Bhakti Anindya, pengelolaan data barang dan perawatan alat akan lebih baik.

<p>The thesis data management process at STIMIK Sepuluh Nopember Jayapura currently still uses Microsoft Excel, so the processing takes a lot of time, another obstacle that arises is the title submission process, where students have to come to campus to submit titles then announcements still use the announcement board so that students who want to get the information must go to the STIMIK Sepuluh Nopember campus. The purpose of making the system is to solve the above problems and at the same time make it easier for students in the process of submitting titles. The design of this system uses the waterfall method, while the data collection method uses several methods such as observation, interviews and literature study. For web development using the PHP programming language. The final result of this design is a web that can be used by students to submit titles, see a list of thesis titles that have been taken and so on. While the output from the web that is made is a list of student thesis titles STIMIK Sepuluh Nopember Jayapura and announcements such as approval of titles submitted, supervisors, examiners and payment issues.</p><p> </p>

BACKGROUND Although participatory action research (PAR) studies have proliferated in recent years, the development of technological resources to manage these types of projects has not kept pace. Few studies show how Web-based applications can be used to efficiently manage the data collection process. OBJECTIVE This study described the development, use, and impact of a Web-based application to facilitate data management in Niños Sanos, Familia Sana (Healthy Children, Healthy Family), an interventional multifaceted PAR field study. METHODS We described the transformation of the data management process and evaluated the impact of the application in terms of time efficiency of data collection and engagement of community-based data collectors. We defined time efficiency as the total number of days it took to collect 3 main surveys, per year of data collection. The engagement of data collectors was assessed based on qualitative reports. RESULTS The amount of time it took to perform a round of data collection was reduced after implementation of the field team application (between 382 and 383 days and 198 and 233 days). Secondary data were also collected in a tighter time frame around collection of the primary outcome, and communication among data collectors, the field staff, and the research team was streamlined. In focus groups, community-based data collectors reported feeling more empowered and engaged in the data collection process after implementation of the application. CONCLUSIONS A Web-based management application was successful in improving data collection time efficiency and engagement among data collectors.

Pendataan yang bersifat manual menjadikan permasalahan pada proses dilakukannya pendataan, hal ini juga terjadi pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan dimana pendataan masih bersifat manual dengan keterbatasan jumlah Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang ditugaskan untuk melakukan pendataan, oleh karena itu pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan pelatihan sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan waktu pendataan dan mengurangi kompleksitas dalam proses pendataan pada pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan. Pelatihan sistem informasi yang dimaksud adalah sistem informasi pendataan berbasis masyarakat, yang berisikan data dasar yang diperlukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah dalam rangka penyusunan rencana pembangunan. Data informasi tidak akan memberikan manfaat jika tidak dijadikan sebagai bahan acuan dalam penyusunan rencana pembangunan sehingga pelatihan dan pendampingan perlu dilakukan untuk tercapainya tujuan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Berbasis Masyarakat, PendataanABSTRACT Manual data collection causes problems in the data collection process, this also occurs in the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office where data collection is still manual with a limited number of Human Resources (HR) assigned to collect data, therefore this service activity is carried out information system training to increase data collection time and reduce complexity in the data collection process for employees at the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office. The information system training referred to is a community-based data collection information system, which contains basic data required by the Regional Government in the framework of formulating development plans. Abstract Background Unsafe practices such as cutting umbilical cord with unsterilized instruments and application of harmful substances, are in practice in many rural areas of Pakistan, and associated with high risk of neonatal sepsis and mortality. Methods We conducted an implementation research in 2015 in Tharparkar district, in Sindh province of Pakistan to understand the feasibility and acceptability of community-based distribution of chlorhexidine (CHX) in rural Pakistan. For this cohort group-only study, 225 lady health workers (LHWs) enrolled 495 pregnant women. Enrolled women received 4% CHX gel and user’s instructions for newborn cord care. The LHWs also counseled women on the benefits and correct use of CHX. Study enumerators collected data from CHX receiving women 3 times: at around 2 weeks before delivery, within 24 hours after delivery, and on the 8th day after delivery. We implemented this study jointly in collaboration with Ministry of Health in Sindh province, Pakistan. Results Among enrolled participants, 399 women (81%) received only the first visit, 295 women (60%) received first two visits and 261 women (53%) received all three visits by enumerators. Among 399 women, who received CHX gel, counseling on its use and were respondent to the first round data collection, 78% remembered that the CHX gel to be applied to cord stump and surrounding areas immediately after birth; but less than a third (29%) forgot the need to keep the cord clean and dry. Among 295 respondents in the first two rounds of data collection, who delivered at home, 97% applied CHX to cord stump on the first day. Conclusions Community-based CHX distribution by LHWs, along with counseling to recipient women, resulted in a high rate of cord care with CHX among newborn delivered at home. Results from this study may help program implementers to consider expanding this intervention for improving newborn cord care on the first day of life in Pakistan. Key messages Community-based distribution of chlorhexidine for newborn cord care appears as highly acceptable and feasible in rural communities in Pakistan. Relevant program policy supporting community-based CHX distribution along with counseling by LHW may help expanding coverage of newborn cord care in rural communities in Pakistan.

The desired result of this research is to be able to create a website for the company, to be able to expand marketing reach, buyers can view products through the website.

This information system is used as a solution that can help to meet the requirements of the couples. The research methods are data collection, analysis and design. Data collection method implemented by surveys including interviews with 58 clients, 15 vendors, and 12 WO (Wedding Organizer) and by literature study that includes books and journal related. Object oriented is used as the method for system analysis and design. The result is a web based information system that connects vendors and clients in one online place. The web based application can be used to book the reception hall, catering food for guests, entertainments, bridal, car loan, prewed and receptions photos. The benefits of the web based applications are user can costumize or choose the packages, check the price information and get reports related to Wedding Organizer Order Management business process. The results of the qualitative interviews to 58 clients who already used the applications is the client get shorter time compare to clients who manage their own wedding reception.

Assessment of the performance of civil servants (PNS) is still considered less objective and subjective tended to by some, so we need a solution to improve the objectivity of assessment. The target of employee work (SKP) is one solution to improve objectivity in the assessment of civil servants. Backpropagation is one of the methods in neural networks which is implemented in the information systems of SKP for used classification of data performance. Observation and literature became the method of data collection in this study. Web-based information systems of skp are facilitated for employees in the preparation of assessments. Posyandu was one manifestation of Health Efforts on Community Based (UKBM). Based on data Posyandu Mawar 2 in February 2015 there were a decreased number of mothers’s visit from 81.25% to 62.5%, so the researchers wanted to know about association of the mother’s perception with the utilization of The Posyandu. This research used cross sectional study design using total sampling (80 mothers). Data collection was done by direct interviews based on the questionnaire and analyzed using Chi Square. The result there’s a significant association between mother’ss perception of the distance to the utilization of Posyandu RW 06 Posyandu Mawar 2 Kebagusan South Jakarta and there’s no significant relationship between education, employment and the knowledge and mothers’perceptions about the completeness of facilities, the attitude of cadres and the presence of health workers. Suggestions for Posyandu is to increase  of  mother’confident to visit Posyandu
