Landak Regency is one of the areas in West Kalimantan that is rich in cultural heritage. Various forms of cultural heritage come from 2 large ethntic, it is Dayak and Malay ethnic. Nevertheless, all the wealth and cultural heritage has not been integrated and has a special container. From the potential and problems, it is necessary to hold a container that can shelter and accommodate all components of cultural activities in the landak regency. This refers to the Cultural Center of Landak Regency. The design method used in the design of the Cultural Center is a seven-step design method, which starts from the search for ideas, data collection, data processing, data analysis, determining concepts and deciding the design results. This method refers to an area-scale Cultural Center design whose all variants of activities will be sheltered by the composition of several building times implemented based on their functions and activities, this Cultural Center will be supported by the application of a sheath system that will be implemented through the typical patterns of culture of Landak Regency with the emphasis of the concept more to modern minimalist buildings but rich in cultural value.

This study describes the procedure for requesting a marriage determination at the Bekasi ReligiousCourt, as well as analyzing judges’ considerations in deciding a marriage determination case. Thisresearch is a field research, using descriptive methods. To find the results of this study, the researcherstook several steps, namely data collection, data processing, data analysis, and drawing conclusions.From the results of this study it can be concluded that the judges considerations refer to, 1) LawNumber 1 Year 1974 Article 2. 2) Government Regulation Number 9 Year 1975. 3) Articles 14 and7 paragraph 3 letter E Compilation of Islamic Law. 4) the book “I’anatut Tholibin volume 10, page254. In addition, the Judge is also flexible in seeing other factors for the benefit and legal certaintyof the petitioners. The procedure for requesting a marriage determination at the Bekasi ReligiousCourt is the same as the procedure for filing other cases, which are registered at the Religious Court.What distinguishes only the Application Conditions. Meanwhile, the results of the case of marriagedetermination that have been signed (with permanent legal force) can be used as evidence for theparties to register and register their marriage with the Marriage Registration Officer (PPN), at theOffice of Religious Affairs where the husband and wife live.

The number of tobacco manufacturing companies is decreasing significantly, above 60 (sixty) companies on average every year. However, the cigarette companies contribute a significant amount to the state revenues, with an increase of more than 5 (five) trillion rupiah every year. Based on the data, we want to know the feasibility of investing in a cigarette company in the future. The method used includes four stages starting from data collection, data analysis, preliminary data processing, and concluding. This research use three sample companies: PT. Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk, PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, and PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk. The results showed that based on the ROI, NPV, IRR, and BEP, PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. is the most feasible, followed by PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk. Meanwhile, PT. Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk not feasible for investment.

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p> </p><p>Batik Tutur merupakan hasil pengembangan dari motif batik <em>Afkomstig Uit Blitar 1902</em>, warisan budaya masyarakat blitar pada masa lampau yang dikoleksi museum belanda. Saat ini batik tutur memiliki 15 motif dengan berbagai macam nama sesuai motif dan makna, nama pada setiap motif mengandung pesan moral atau pitutur yang ingin disampaikan Eddy Dewa sebagai pencipta motif kepada pemakainya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu latar belakang penciptaan batik tutur karya Eddy Dewa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data dan pengolahan data. Pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, sedangkan pengolahan datanya menggunakan interaksi analisis,hasil analiss dari penelitian ini yang didapat adalah batik tutur memiliki fungsi sebagai sarung dengan pola motif yang sama dengan pola sarung yang memiliki tumpal tengah, dan makna yang terkandung merupakan intepratasi Eddy Dewa dalam memaknai lingkungan sekitar.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Kata kunci: </strong>Revitalisasi, Batik<strong> </strong><em>Afkomstig Uit Blitar</em>, Batik Tutur.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p> </p><p><em>Batik Tutur is the result of the development of batik motif Afkomstig Uit Blitar 1902. It is the cultural heritage of Blitar community in the past which was collected by the Dutch museum. Currently, batik </em>tutur<em> has 15 motifs with various names according to the motives and meanings. The name of each motif contains a moral mes-sage or a message that Eddy Dewa wishes to convey as the creator of the motif to the consumers. The purpose of this study is to know the background of batik </em>tutur<em> creation by Eddy Dewa. The research used is qualitative research methods with data collection and data processing. Data collection includes observation, interviews, and literature study, while the data processing uses interaction analysis. The results of this re-search tells that batik </em>tutur<em> has a function as a sarong with the same motif pattern as a sarong pattern that has a middle tumpal. Comic "Guild" is a comic that has a Japanese drawing style, namely Manga and applies visual principles that should be used as study material to study visual principles about comics. This study aims to identify and review the visual comics of "Guild" in terms of these principles. the principle of visual emphasis according to MS Gumelar. The population in this study is 15 pages in chapter 1 of the comic "Guild". This type of research uses qualitative research methods with documentation data collection techniques and literature study. Primary data is in the form of visual comic “Guild” chapter 1 by Irfan Rianto, data collection in this research is through literature study, observation, data processing, data analysis techniques, generalizations and instruments. Then the data that has been collected is triangulated to strengthen the credibility of the research results. From the results of the study it was concluded that the comic "Guild" had applied the principles of visual emphasis according to the MS Gumelar guidelines, although in its application there were still five pages that still had shortcomings so that it looked not optimal and consistent.

The research that will be raised is the metonymy of the "speaking" in the Banjar language in a traditional store (warung). Issues discussed included how the metonym structure of the "speaking" in Banjar was in store? The purpose of this study is to describe the metonym of the Banjar language "conversation" in the warung. The method used is descriptive method with a semantic approach. Data collection is done through reference and recording techniques. The author takes three steps of work, namely the stage of data collection, data processing, and the stage of presenting the results of data analysis. The data analysis technique is the distribution method. The presentation of data analysis describes conversations containing metonymy in Banjar language. Data presentations are written in ordinary words. The population of this study is the Banjar community located in the Gambah neighborhood, South Hulu Sungai Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The time of data collection is from January 2017 to March 2017. The results of this study include metonymy based on part elements with the whole, metonymy based on place attributes, metonymy based on objects for content or function and metonymy based on time attributes.Penelitian yang akan diangkat adalah metonimi panderan “pembicaraan” di warung bahasa Banjar. Masalah yang dibahas meliputi bagaimana struktur  metonimi panderan “pembicaraan” berbahasa Banjar di warung? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan struktur metonimi panderan “pembicaraan” di warung bahasa Banjar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan semantik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik simak dan catat. Penulis menempuh tiga langkah kerja, yaitu tahap pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, dan tahap penyajian  hasil analisis data. Teknik analisis data adalah metode agih. Sajian analisis data mendeskripsikan ujaran yang mengandung makna metonimi dalam bahasa Banjar. Penyajian data ditulis dengan kata-kata biasa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Banjar yang berlokasi  di lingkungan Gambah, Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.Waktu pengambilan data dari bulan Januari 2017 sampai dengan bulan Maret 2017. Hasil penelitian meliputi metonimi berdasarkan unsur bagian dengan keseluruhan, metonimi berdasarkan atribut tempat, metonimi berdasarkan objek untuk isi/fungsi dan metonimi berdasarkan atribut waktu.

This article discusses the concept of open-air museum as a kind of museum based on the new museology paradigm, within the heritage region of Trowulan. Research location is in the Heritage Region of Trowulan, Mojokerto, East Java Province. This study is a qualitative research with case studies strategy, and the research stages include data collection, data processing, and data integration (conclusion). The research results can formulate concepts and models of open-air museum that can be developed in the Cultural Heritage Regions of Trowulan. Principally, it is an open-air museum in the form of monumental buildings that located on the original site (in situ) equipped with the interpretation of human activities and integrated in an exhibition layout theme. The exhibition layout theme presented is about multicultural aspects from the Majapahit Kingdom.

This chapter introduces the topic of this book: Game Data Science. Game data science is the process of developing data-driven techniques and evidence to support decision-making across operational, tactical, and strategic levels of game development, and this is why it is so valuable. This chapter introduces this topic as well as outlines the process of game data science from instrumentation, data collection, data processing, data analysis, to reporting. Further, the chapter also discusses the application of game data science, as well as its utility and value, to the different stakeholders. The chapter also includes a section discussing the evolution of this process over time, which is important to situate the field and the techniques discussed in the book. The chapter also outlines established industry terminologies and defines their use in the industry and academia.

 Introduction: There are risk of physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and psychosocial hazards in workplace which may pose harm to women and their fetuses, especially if it is related to chemical hazards. Chemicals and radiation at workplace may increase the incidence of congenital anomalies, infant morbidity and mortality as well as recurrent abortion. The purpose of this study was to compile MCH surveillance. Method: A qualitative study design was used and a case study was conducted on three manufacturing companies in Sidoarjo District from August to October 2017. Thirty respondents from each company were selected using accidental sampling. Socio demographic and job-related data were obtained from the respondents. The variables of this research were personnel that were given training about public health center, data types, data instruments, data collection, data processing, data analysis, information dissemination, and comprehensive MCH information. Result: The MCH surveillance system for women workers in order to save the first 1000 days of life consisted of inputs, processes, and outputs. Inputs included worker factors, company factors, surveillance staff factors, data types and data instruments. The surveillance process consisted of several processes including data collection, data processing, data analysis, and information dissemination. Output in this service model was comprehensive maternal and child health information that can be applied in company. Conclusion: MCH surveillance model consists of input, process, and output. Every industry has unique characteristic which is not found in other type of industry.Keywords: child, health, maternal, surveillance

Background: The number of Umrah pilgrims is three times higher than hajj pilgrims. The Hajj pilgrims’ welfare can be monitored through an established surveillance system, while Umrah pilgrims’ welfare hasn’t had a surveillance system. Purpose: This study aims to develop an Umrah pilgrims’ health surveillance system in the Port Health Office (PHO)Class I of Surabaya. Method: This research was a descriptive study conducted at Port Health Office Class I of Surabaya in February-August 2018. The data was collected by in-depth interviews. The informants were the officers of Surabaya Port Health Office Class I, the Hajj Guidance Group (KBIH), and the operational manager of Umrah airline. The research variables were data collection, analysis, reports, reports of extraordinary conditions, dissemination, and utilization of results at the Port Health Office (PHO) Class I of Surabaya Results: The general objective of Umrah pilgrims’ health surveillance system is the availability of epidemiological information on Umrah pilgrims’. The data collection was conducted actively and passively on the departure, in Saudi Arabia, and on arrival. The data analysis and interpretation aim to determine the frequency, distribution or proportion of Umrah pilgrims based on demographics, disease history, vaccination status and suspected findings. The information obtained was disseminated to the internal party of PHO Class I of Surabaya, stakeholders across sectors or programs and communities. System evaluation uses the attribute approach and takes place once a year. Conclusion: The system is developed based on the components of data collection, data processing, data analysis and interpretation, and dissemination

In this case, service company wants to create a suitable environment not only for data collection, but also for the high quality of the information distribution to customers. One of such tools is the MapServer placed on Internet web sites.
