Д. The article is focused on A.J. Toynbee's interpretation of the relationship between historical experience and contemporaneity. It reveals that the vision of historical experience by this author is justified on the basis of anthropology, which allows to substantiate its epistemological characteristics. The sources of Toynbee's views on historical experience in the heritage of A. Bergson, P. Teilhard de Chardin, and other authors are considered. Toynbee's views on live individual and collective experience, as well as their correlation with historical writing are compared to the ideas of F. Ankersmit, and other philosophers. In the light of Toynbee's approach to historical experience, his activity as a historian and analyst of the current state of the world community is considered.

AbstractThis paper analyses the phenomenon of historical reenactment of Great War battles as an effort to create what is termed ‘living history’. Thousands of people all over the world have participated in such reenactments, and their number increased significantly during the period surrounding the centenary of the outbreak of the Great War. Through a comparison with representations of war in historical writing, in museums and in the performing arts, I examine the claim of reenactors that they can enter into historical experience. I criticise this claim, and show how distant it is from those who do not claim to relive history but (more modestly) to represent it. In their search for ‘living history’, reenactors make two major errors. They strip war of its political content, and they sanitise and trivialise combat.

Abstract From time to time our tiny intellectual worlds are simultaneously shaken by big ideas – ideas that, however big they are, have their expiration-date. Such is the case with the idea of the impossibility to find life outside language. In this essay, I picture what I think is the current state of the philosophy of history after the so-called linguistic turn and what I think the direction is where the philosophy of history might be headed by taking into account the important job done by linguistic theories. I regard the abandonment of epistemology and the arrival to the realm of aesthetics as a point of no return, and conclude that a new philosophy of history has to have an aesthetic character. However, due to the omnipotence of language I also detect a narrow constructive potential in linguistic theories and argue that a new philosophy of history has to have the dual task of searching for life outside language while remaining in the realm of aesthetics. As a next step, I identify Frank Ankersmit’s notion of an individual historical experience as a move towards the fulfillment of this dual task. Finally, because Ankersmit’s experience remains mute, in the second half of the essay I attempt to present an outline of the possibility of a fruitful cooperation between the philosophy of history and phenomenology. More precisely, I am trying to synchronize Ankersmit’s notion of an individual historical experience with László Tengelyi’s phenomenological experiments with experience and let Tengelyi speak where Ankersmit “stops talking”. As a result, with the help of Tengelyi, an aperture can be found in language through which experience might worm its way. Due to this fissure, experience might be regarded as an invisible driving force behind linguistic expressions, and thus behind historical writing.

An estimated 300,000 babies are born each year with severe Inherited Disorders of Hemoglobin (IDH). Despite major advances in the understanding of the molecular pathology, control, and management of the IDH thousands of infants and children with these diseases are dying due to the accessibility to appropriate medical care. In addition, as malaria has been the principal cause of early mortality in several parts of the world for much of the last 5000 years, as a result, it is the strongest force for selective pressure on the human genome. That is why, in the world, there is an overlap of malaria endemicity and IDH. Over the past twenty years several studies have shown that IDH such us hemoglobin and/or red cell membrane abnormalities confer resistance to malaria reducing hence the mortality during the first years of life. This has led to the selection of populations with IDH in malaria-endemic areas. This may explain the overlap between these two pathologies. This chapter aims to present the relationship between IDH and malaria susceptibility, make an overview of the current state of knowledge and the burden of IDH, and highlight steps that require to be taken urgently to improve the situation.

Migration of the population is an objective reality and is subject to universallaws throughout the world. International migration affects all aspects of thelife of the world community, leads to the evolution of the perception of universal values and rules of behavior, as well as to the emergence of countries with great cultural and ethnic diversity. The speed of migration processes is growing rapidly with the progress of science and technology. The relationship between the place of employment and the place of residence is graduallylosing its significance. The causes of migration need to be divided (and this is done for the first time) into two categories: the causes that cause the displacement oflarge masses of the population in relatively short periods of time, and the reasons thatlead to the constant displacement of small social groups and citizens for a long time. The revealed patterns of internal migration processes in Russia are extremely negative centripetal and hamper the development of the country's economy as a whole and its regions. In conclusion, the article formulates the theoretical prerequisites for solving the problems caused by migration, particularly attention is drawn to the advantage of dispersed migration in front of a compact one.

ABSTRACT _______________________________________________________________ The COVID-19 outbreak has become a pandemic in almost all countries in the world. This pandemic has made scientists think hard to find the cause of the virus and have struggled to find the right medicine and vaccine. This pandemic has caused panic in the world community, including Indonesia. Because the appearance of this virus is very dangerous and can be deadly as well as its rapid spread, people think that this virus has been activated by God on humans, some even ask whether this virus is part of the signs that the end of time has arrived. This panic makes it difficult for religious leaders to answer questions and statements that are liars. Therefore the authors share in seeing Covid 19 from the perspective of Paul's eschatology. The author will use a descriptive method to provide an overview of covid and provide a theological explanation of the results of tracing Paul's writings regarding the end of time, which of course relates it to the covid events that are hitting the world. This paper will give an idea of ??whether Paul also gave a picture of the end times which is related to human suffering due to disease etc. Or the existence of covid is just an ordinary pestilence that has nothing to do with the end times. Because of the investigation and interpretation of texts relating to the end of time, the author will describe the relationship between the existence of covid and eschatology according to Paul's writings.
